for those of you out there California dreamin looking for the perfect home well we have you covered today we are in Rancho Santa Fe in a private gated community to take a look inside this spectacular home with world-class views and all the luxury amenities you can only dream up now in just a bit we'll jump in the show helicopter we'll take a look at the property from the air as well as the surrounding community but first let's go take a look inside hey how's it going yeah you're gonna be in this is javi Martin's from Bobbie Martin's realty group we are so excited to be here in Rancho Santa Fe one of the most coveted areas in the United States Bobby tell us about this um well first off it's a little gated community called Los Angeles okay it's right down the street from the bridges of Rancho Santa Fe it's only ten homes back in 2010 that the owner decided to blow this house up and do a huge remodel 1.5 million dollars it's really a fantastic house we got six bedrooms a guest house you also have an office and executive offices really sweet pool is amazing it's an infinity-edge pool you know this house really has it all super excited to share with you today yes and I'm so excited to see everything that you just mentioned as I know you all are as well where we started when we go ahead and start off in the formal living room the and coming in here Bobby this is what everybody is looking for and I can see that you spectacular and just coming home every day I mean I would have a pnsu just waiting for my ex yeah even though it's a fantastic room this has a lot of different options and you've got the fireplace and right behind you here you've got the formal dining as well and then over through here we've got the kitchen if you like to cook I mean it's the perfect kitchen for cooking you got a sub-zero refrigerator right behind you biking so lots of counter space and you know you kids are over here hanging out or friends are over here hanging out you also have an eating kitchen here with a bar all the way around Wow that's good I'll feel a lot of nice pluses not to mention those pocket doors that I can feel the breeze coming in off the canyon right now this is a home because you never wanna leave waiting to see the rest of it that's great all of this that you see outside was all added in 2010 with the 1.5 million dollar remodel that they did Wow so you've got a hundred and fifty thousand dollars worth of tile out here and then we've got the pool that's an infinity pool with a slide and there's also a rock wall oh wow on the other side there's another pool down below so that's pretty fantastic then you've got an outdoor kitchen over here with the huge barbecue there's three or four refrigerators out here as well so there's there's never a shortage of beverages what's really fantastic about this house is truly you know look look at the view I mean kind of take a nice panoramic view of that and it is exactly even at night you look up and you got the Stars and down below you have a huge grassy area you've got a vineyard and orchard with all kinds of exotic exotic fruit there's even a chicken coop down there round get those own eggs from and my goodness you have your own water park here that the kids love it adults love it you can also jump from the edge over here down into the pool down below but disclaimer be careful down below you got a guesthouse where we've got a kitchen a dining area a living room and the bedroom wow it's a little over 700 square feet well I'm excited to see the rest of the house let's go five full bedrooms up here so this is the master suite now what's special about this and it basically has a living room off the master suite that used to be the actual mess why when they did the addition they went ahead and added a lot of square footage and you go wow again you got the views up here and you could put a bed up against here and it's basically set up to where you can turn this into another bed Wow needs a good and I love that you pointed out that view because it's really like you're living in a postcard here there really is these are maple wood floors and coming through here you've got the master bedroom you know it's got this again you got the views you've got a great a great deck off the back that you can actually see the all of the fireworks oh wow you know when on 4th of July you got another another fire pit up here so for those cold nights you've got got plenty of heat around to keep you warm now if you want if you're the type of person that likes to sleep in come check this out and you'll love them you got the black outline so if you like to sleep in this is a great house Wow if they dream homes and this is truly one of those is absolutely a dream oh let's check out the master bath alrighty this bathroom is amazing but there's a steam shower in here and there's a huge Wow and you have the view as well when you're taking a shower you can look out and see all the beautiful homes and the hillsides and you've got a big master back here and you know two vanities you got a TV so I'll get it like Scarface you can watch and while you're soaking in the tub you can watch TV and then right over here is there's two bathrooms in there which ah there's a bidet and there's a lot yeah this is true five-star resort style living I mean from the backyard with the views and that pool and the barbecue and the fire pit to this master suite which really has wings you get to hang out when I don't have the sleeping wing and then you have the bathroom don't forget we're about the bathhouse wing and the gap out we go my gosh whoa speaking of gas house I'm gonna go down there and I'm going to meet the homeowner talk to him a little bit about the lifestyle and Fe is unique in the area because it's one of the older communities it wasn't quite as ticky-tacky planned as some other parts of Southern California each home has really a different shape lot and you know the people are great I mean it's with the laid-back community it's horse country you know there you see horses around your all the time all right well we want to thank you for how you're so welcome thank you for coming beautiful home but I'm going to go meet Bobby we're going to be flying over so when you see us give us away I definitely will [Music] so Bobby here we are over the toe Wow totally did not panic yes what do you believe in true love the neighborhood and all out oh oh oh my god oh my gosh I think I would take any one of them Bobby well Stefan let's talk about your listing because it's the only one right now on the market talk about the community that is located it well show it schools to bet you have some 15 not too far away you know maybe a 10 minute drive from the house and then you've got the 5 maybe 15 minutes away so if you've got you know it's like you're you're you're in an exclusive area that's really you know out of the way but you're still close to the city constant on the baseball players football players basketball players that have homes here that don't is to live here full-time but they live here and they're mob season you guys Del Mar a track not too far away if you love golf is your if your Mecca you know your this house is quite next door to the fridges ranches in FA and if you like golf that is the best golf course not only in San Diego but I would venture to say all of sudden help Wow now one of the things that's on my bucket list is surfing and snowboarding in the same day and that's something that you can do from this oh now if it were up to you what now n are you going to and what each are you going to in the same that well if I'm going to the beach of going to Del Mar Beach just that is one of my favorite Beach and all San Diego and then you also have Big Bear which is a two-hour drive from here so and with all the snow that big mary got this your injury looking real good we want to thank you for opening the doors as
