3 MUST-HAVE Magic Items For ANY Martial (ACT 1!) | Baldur's Gate 3

all right guys uh today we're going to talk about three musthave magic items for any Marshall in balers Gate 3 all of these are very easily obtainable um actually Raptor and I got all of these items with only a single long rest while remaining at level three uh you absolutely need these items if you want to maximize your potential early game and uh today we'll show you just how to do it warning though there will be some spoilers so if you're worried about spoilers don't look up how-to guides for balers gate so the first item is decently wellknown however I do know some people that still never knew that Commander Z sword is actually super easy to get when you just gang up on them um so right here obviously we're fighting Commander zulk right in the nautiloid if you've played five minutes of bers gate you'll have encountered Commander zulk um the item you will get is the everb bured blade you can see him holding it it's an on fire uh it does two D6 slashing damage and 1 D4 fire damage this item is a huge boost in a powerful Direction early game and it's honestly a waste if you don't pick it up as a marshall uh the fight is not hard uh as you can see just completely obliterate him uh zal will almost exclusively Target the Mind flare this entire time unless like you shove him or he gets a reaction on you or something like that uh however be warned that the mine flare will turn against you after zul is dead still no issue though you're easily able to get the console after you loot the Demon's body for the sword you can just do a jump and a Dash and you'll make it to the console no issue and uh then you'll have an everb blade first magic item within the first 5 minutes there you go the second item is the gloves of the growling Underdog uh these are located within the goblin Camp behind the throne room and you can just go straight back once you enter the goblin Camp just keep on going straight forward as you can see us doing here and you can make it all the way to the end here and just go right behind you'll see a locked gate with like a mound of treasure behind it uh so this is obviously within the goblin Camp uh and if you have Gail on your team you can easily get Shadow heart to cast silence and get Gail to cast knock on the door as shown here in a second uh you can also simply lockpick the door but we didn't have any sets while recording this uh and we did have just gil on standby so super easy um however it is important that you make sure to sneak while you rob them uh assuming you haven't slaughtered the entire camp and you actually are trying to stealth it it is important that you sneak so that they don't come up to you and try to start something um however when you get access to the uh treasure room it looks like uh you'll find the gloves of the growling Underdog they are absolutely crucial for any Marshall who loves to get right into battle which is you know every Marshall uh the wear gains advantage on melee attack while surrounded by two or more foes also your strength saving throws get a plus one to them these gloves are amazing ear the game and throughout the entire game as well for whenever you find yourself in an encounter with multiple enemies which is nearly every encounter except like a boss fight or two the third and final item that any Marshall needs is the only plate armor that we're aware of that is able to be found in act one while we were slightly misleading as it isn't technically a magical item uh it almost counts like one considering how powerful plate armor is especially early game 18 AC is just nasty for an early level Marshall and to find it for free is just amazing uh so you are going to need to navigate to The Western area of the map uh past the dragon with the kathan and down this path with the little Archway uh you'll find some scary guys ring around here you can fight them if you want uh but the plate is located on this dead body here uh using Gail or any other spellcast in your party that has invisibility uh you can easily just stealth in there get the item and get out easy peasy plate armor right at your fingertips all righty this concludes the list for the three most essential magic or I guess almost magic items that any Marshall needs in balers Gate 3 thanks for watching subscribe for more content like this in balers Gate 3 and other games and comment if you have any different opinions or other magic or non-magic items that should be picked up but yeah uh thanks for watching Marshalls suffer
