25 Nodes For Cooking Harder Than Gordon Ramsay (BDO)

[Music] hello I hope you're all doing well in this video I'm gonna show you the best notes for cooking that's going to be 25 must-have notes as well as 28 optional notes for a total of 53 notes these notes cover anything from materials to help you get started with cooking by making your own worker or pet food to a leveling up or even cooking your own meals for Google February boxes this is gonna be a lot to go over so I'm also going to be sharing all of these notes as a handy cheat sheet you can find it in the video description now the main issue I see people having with cooking notes is that they would like to pick out some to get started with cooking but they are not quite sure which ones to pick up because they don't know yet which recipes they're gonna cook so I came up with the system to help you decide which notes you should pick up for that I assigned a priority to each cooking node from low to medium to high so let's see that in action for example here at Valia we have a high priority node with logia farm that was uses potato potato is a material that's used all throughout cooking right so the snow is pretty useful it's also close to town and cheap to get in terms of CP and that makes it fairly High income just in terms of market value and even if you just let the materials pile up and at some point decide that you're never gonna use them in cooking then you can just sell them on the market for a decent chunk of money so the notes I assigned High parity are gonna be good to pick up regardless of whether you plan to cook the materials or not the next tier of nodes are the ones I assigned medium priority like for example the Tuscany Farm car note sees medium priority nodes are a bit further from town and they're gonna be more expensive to pick up in terms of CP and these notes can be nice for example if you need the corner cooking but I would only pick them up if you know that you're going to be needing the materials and the third tier of nodes are low priority for example Story Farm here in media you can see here connecting to this node is prohibitively expensive unless you already have a connection into Northern media now these notes can be okay to pick up if you want to be self-sufficient though one thing you have to keep in mind is that especially when you're cooking a lot for example you're cooking for daily Guru Imperial turn ends then your node Network alone can contribute some materials but it's not going to be enough to supply all of the materials so regardless you're gonna need to supply some materials from the market and the reason I don't really like picking up these low priority notes is that you are spending CPU that you could spend on other nodes and if you look at the video overall there are so many amazing notes like you can get Timber or Chasers or serbs and these are all really high value right so realistically your cooking notes will be just one part of your Empire and then you want to have some CP left to also pick up all of these other amazing non-clocking notes and for that we can get started with all the cooking notes I'm gonna be Loosely grouping them my material group and we're gonna be starting off with the grains so for those we have the three potato nodes in Valia at logia Batali and fento farm and for all of these notes I'm also going to augment with additional information so for example you can see here that you want to send a worker from Valia that these nodes cost 2cp to pick up for the connection and then one CP for the actual node and I'm also going to show you how many materials a day you can expect that's gonna be with an optimal Artisan worker and obviously if you're not running optimal workers you're gonna get slightly less but this is just to give you some idea of how many materials you can expect on a daily basis now the one thing you have to keep in mind that Valia nodes is that worker slots and value are quite limited you can see here I have nine worker slots so that's one free slot that every town gets plus a dislodging here in town and then another house of lodging at Tuscany farm that you can pick up Additionally you can grab one slot of logic from the loyalties that's a pretty good deal and you can also cash out for the Pearl shop lodging but I actually don't have that because buying some additional lodging isn't gonna make me enjoy the game more so why would I spend money on that but that's for everyone to decide for themselves now in terms of which workers to send pretty much all of the cooking notes are gonna want a giant that's because cooking notes tend to be fairly close to town and that's where the Giants Excel but they're also going to be some exceptions where the note once a goblin and I'm gonna be pointing out when we get to those notes in the video now you can also check individually for each node what the best worker is by using the worker man tool here you can locate the node and then it will literally tell you the best worker and if you hover over the ipin you will get a breakdown of how the different workers compare if you want to know more about that I have a whole separate video on finding the best worker for each note now I'm moving on we have the Tuscany Farm nodes slightly farther from town so these are going to be medium priority and I would only pick them up if you are sure that you're gonna need the materials for cooking next up we have the wheat node at Costa farm and so now we've seen a few different materials we have seen potato corn and wheat and all of these fall under the grains so that is one material group what that means is for example in a recipe like vinegar that costs for grain you can use any of these materials interchangeably this recipe calls for one grain so you can use one corn barley potato wheat and so on so that means all of the grains are pretty much equally useful and you just want to go by which notes are cheapest to pick up now you can also use grains and a lot of other recipes for example you can use them to cook beer or you can process them further into flour or dough and you can make for example essence of liquor these three recipes are all going to be super easy to make so they're great for when you're starting out with cooking and just want to level up a bit and want some easy XP but grain is not the only material group so let's finish off the grains quick so we can move on to some other material groups alright so in coffee and we have the northern weed Plantation that's going to be a cluster of nodes and if you happen to have a connection into a northern coffee and then I would definitely try to pick them up there's gonna be a barley and a wheat note here then there are far more gray notes in dovincron at dovincron farmland and at marak Farm they look pretty good on paper I like it for this note you're gonna be paying only one CP for the top level node and then one CP for the grain notes but different has one major drawback and to be honest I only really discovered that while making this video lodging is extremely expensive so here the best deal for nothing you're gonna get is two lodging for 5cp that's pretty insane but on the bright side like every town you're gonna get one free record lodging and then you can also get one lodging from loyalties which if you do have a few loyalty points the spares are gonna be a pretty good beer and so you can have two workers pretty much for free so you can then take these two workers and send them to dovincron Farmland though as you can see here my workers are busy gathering other materials that we're gonna be getting to later on in the video then finally there's one more grain note and the address here at the mirror Plantation that's gonna cost 4 CP so it's more the expensive side diet and that makes it medium priority alright and here is a summary of all of the gray notes you can see there's only one low priority node the one at jewelry Farm that's just because the note is so expensive unless you already have a connection into Northern media and with that we can move on to the next material groups the fruits and vegetables so starting off we have two pumpkin notes and one at Costa farm near Heidel and the other one at Alejandro Farm then we have the third note here at Northern B Plantation that gives paprika and moving up to Olivia we have the great note here that's a fruit and the olives that count as vegetables and just like the grains the fruits and the vegetables each form their own material group just saw a recipe like pickled vegetables is gonna call for cabbage by default but you can use any other material in this vegetable material group interchangeably so you can use paprika pumpkin and Olive at a one-to-one ratio if you don't or pick a vegetables yet this is one of the Cartier recipes of cooking it's super simple to make it's good exp and it goes into a professional Imperial box that can already start making you some money to cook it you're gonna need vinegar which is going to require grains and then also one fruit so that can be for example strawberry grape or any of those and other than that all you're going to need are vendor materials and speaking of vendor materials there's actually a vendor who sells fruits and vegetables that's Milano Balochi and coffee on but there are also other vendors in different places and you can find them by typing in Fruit into the NPC search bar Milano is going to sell a strawberry which count as fruits for 700 silver and paprika that's a vegetable for 850 silver and on the one hand that's pretty amazing we get unlimited fruits and vegetables though on the other hand it means that none of the food and vegetable notes are super necessary for cooking they are more often nice to have so if you have these notes running then one thing I would recommend is you take a good look at the marketplace of these items so for example the paprika you can see here is gonna cost less than what the vendor says them for so if you have paprika from notes and cooking them is a good idea but for example the olives you get from the alvia node are much more expensive than the vendor price and I honestly don't know why people are buying those maybe they don't know about the food and vegetable vendor but if you have olives you can sell them to those people and then buy vegetables from the Avenger and come out ahead so if you're smart about which vegetables you cook and which ones to sell you can save a bit of money so here's the summary of all of the fruit and vegetable notes alright but now let's move on to some more exciting notes that's going to be the chicken nodes over here at valier there are two notes the one at Batali from and the one at findo Farm both of these notes give chicken meat and eggs and if you watch my top 10 video you'll know that these are some of the highest income notes in the whole game not only that they're also extremely valuable in cooking because both the chicken meat and the eggs are pretty useful one thing you can do with the chicken meat is turn it into grilled burnt meat that's a super simple recipe all you need is the chicken meat and then cooking wine deep frying oil and salt all of which come from cooking NPCs grilled bird meat is used to feed your workers and it's so cheap that it's gonna be much better to use than for example beer so Goldberg meat is a pretty good recipe for leveling cooking and also producing food that you can use to feed your workers another thing you can use chicken meat for is oatmeal and that goes into organic feed organic feed is used to feed your pets so chicken meat is used to make worker and pet food so it's pretty useful now the eggs are going to be used in more advanced recipes so for example they are used to cook meat croquet and that goes into Butternut meals but you can also cook it into soft bread for surrender or coffee and meals so that's more for when you're getting into cooking those Guru Imperial meals now what some people don't know is that there's actually a third chicken meat nodes over here in adraxia this one at the nausea note so the note where you do all your hunting also has a secret chicken meat note this note has the same yield as the Valia nodes but it's gonna be a lot more expensive to connect to so I would only pick this up if you need the chicken meat and the eggs in cooking all right and with that we can move on to the next screw that's going to be cooking honey in terms of cooking honey there are only two nodes in the whole game one here in Heidel at Alejandro Farm the other one in the winter return here at this node called zvere Highlands now I'm gonna be honest when I first saw this note I had no idea where it was but there's a handy feature in the game that lets you find notes so if you open the map you can go into the note search on the top left here if we type in the node by the way this is case sensitive then you can just click on it and it will Zoom to the location on the map pretty useful also another thing if you are managing nodes you can activate the note view in the top right so this is going to give you a higher contrast view but honestly looking at just the whole time is a bit tedious so I prefer the normal View so yeah for cooking honey you got two options though I will say the one thing about cooking honey is that it's pretty low value on the market so I would really only pick those notes up if you need the cooking honey for a specific recipe some recipes you're gonna need it for oatmeal which goes into organic feed for example and then the second one is honey wine that goes into other little Meals one of the best gore Imperial boxes alright and with that we can move on to a pretty interesting material group the dried fish fried fish is used to make for example smoked fish steak for bolognes meals and it's also going to be used under two pet food recipes organic feed and Good Feet and dried fish comes from the fish drying yards that are spread out all over the islands so you can see here there's one at Louis Vino Islands just at the coast of Belia so if I was going from Balia this would be the first note I would pick up but keep in mind that since Burger slots are so limited on Valia I would really only pick up this one note here in the Ivano Island and not bother with any of the other notes Here and if you want more dried fish you can actually use the earlier workers Elia island is a fully functional town where the rocker slots and even a work manager you can find the work supervisor through the NPC search and as with any town you get one free worker slot and then you can grab one additional slot from the 4-2 and I will take these two workers and send them to this node here at bujjara Island there are two fish flying yards now for more fish notes we gotta head over to the fibia region so the first note here is going to be Circa island with one first flying yard and then there are two more fish trying yards over at randers Island now you can also spread out into these islands here for more fish flying yards but the one thing with dried fish you have to keep in mind is that these notes are generally quite low value having some dried fish notes can be quite handy because these are quite difficult to get off the market but I wouldn't go overboard with them little something I want to tell you about this fish notes is that each fish node is gonna produce multiple giant fish and now in the recipes itself it doesn't really matter which dried fish you use so for example organic feed costs for one version you can just use any dried fish so there's gonna be one big difference for the straight fashion market price so as you can see here some dried fish are really cheap on the market like the Moonlight and scorpion fish and some are extremely expensive going for like 10K all the way to 30k so what I would do is take a look at the market price and then sell the more expensive diet fish on the market maybe everything above like 10 15K and keep the cheap dry at first for cooking and these fish notes have really high workloads so this is actually a normal you want to use a goblin type worker but yeah overall I would say the dried fish notes are nice to have but if you're diligent with your pre-orders then you're also going to be able to get them off the market so given that they're not the highest income notes they're not super high priority alright for the next set of notes we're gonna move on from the Breezy sea climate to the hot desert climate because in the Valencia region you're gonna have a whole array of useful notes most of them are going to give materials that are used to cook valencium yes but honestly these notes are so extremely high value that I would pick them up even if you don't plan on cutting Valencia meals starting off at Sand grind Bazaar we have a Death Note right here and I don't have that note or the reason that to use TEF you have to process it into flour or dough which I don't do so tough isn't all that useful for me but this note is still decent value so you know once I actually get around to redoing my worker Empire I might pick it up just for a bit of silver then right next door at Bazaar farm and we have a nutmeg node this is a really really good no definitely pick it up and then moving over to Valencia we have a set of three notes that are all really high value these two fake nodes were also featured in my top 10 note video and then there's also a star anise node that has a good pickup now from Chicago you can move into the valleys here and at the very North there's gonna be akbambo Valley a freaky note and a nutmeg node over at Iris Canyon connecting to here is gonna cost quite a lot of CPE but if you pick both notes they're gonna share their connection costs and these notes are pretty high values but they're pretty good pickups even if you just want to sell the materials to the market and obviously they're even better if you're cooking the materials now moving to Valencia we have some nodes pretty close to town the date palm node as well as a freaky note and then another date form node over at Odell Farm so these notes are all going to be high priority now if you really need more Taff you can also pick up these two tough notes Here at 4 Harlan Farm and if We're looping all the way back to San Fran Bazaar you will find another tough note here at Bazaar farmland and if you need even more materials for Valencia me as you can go all the way into the void here at Crescent Shrine and grab this date palm note obviously getting to this node is going to be really expensive but if you need date palm for cooking Valencia meals this node is still a decent value now especially with the snow that's probably not quite obvious but it's gonna be the cheapest way to connect and there's another really useful feature in the game that lets you connect two nodes in the cheapest way possible to use this you want to open the map and then click on the connect node directly button and here you can start by typing in the source node so I'm gonna go with sound Grand bazan right you want to press enter and then select it and then do the same thing for crescent Shrine and you can click this button so it will already take into account the connections you have and click View and then it's going to show you the cheapest way to connect from the source to the Target node then you can just click connect and it will connect automatically keep in mind that you will need a value pack to use this feature because only with the value pack you can invest into notes on the map and here's a summary of all of the Valencia meal notes as you can see most of them are gonna be top priority so they are good to pick up even if you just want to sell the materials to the market but there's also going to be a few low priority nodes this can be okay to pick up if you really want the materials but generally they're gonna be pretty low value alright so all of these notes are aimed at matching Valencia meals and the next set of notes is gonna be all about the other little meals the biggest bottleneck in other determ use at least right now are the Bracken Gathering Bracken manually is pretty annoying but fortunately for us you can get broken from worker nodes and the land of Morning Light even added three more amazing bracket notes the first one is going to be here at Hong Lim base the second one is from Bonnet County and the third node is over here at surigaji Forest purely in terms of distance the closest town would be Moodle Village but the thing is I already have the stock up the first excavation note here for these two crystals by the way if you don't have them yet I would definitely pick those up they're pretty useful that means I can get to this node without taking an additional note like I would have to do if I was coming from Moodle Village obviously the distance is going to be a bit higher but overall I think it's still best to send a burger from derbyl Village if you already have this connection right here and then there's three more bracket nodes on the main continent two of them over here in Durban Troon there's one at jira ruins and one at the garage mountains ideally you would want to send Doom Queen workers what I talked about earlier in the video you can get the two free workers or you know one free one from loyalty so I'm sending my two workers to these broken nodes and then the final bucket note is over in the winter region here Tory Woods it's quite far from town and gonna be a bit expensive to connect to unless you already have these notes right here but plugin is pretty high value on the market so if you're cooking all the little meals then all of these bucket notes are pretty good pickups especially considering that otherwise you would have to manually get a record who wants to do that if you take all of these notes you can get up to 1.2k backhand a day and that's about enough to fully Supply the Bracken for daily Imperial box turn and if you have 400 CP so that's pretty nice speaking of land of Morning Light that's where we're moving for our last set of nodes so these notes are going to be targeted at making the new Guru meals the good parts so here at beard County you get rise Napa cupboard and radish and these nodes are hands down some of the best notes in the game they were even at rank one in my top analyst if you look at the market you can see that these materials are extremely valuable and the nodes are also super cheap so if you want to get into these good maps these are going to be must-haves but they're even good if you just want to sell the materials to the market and that's pretty much it for the cooking notes now if you're curious I actually went ahead into their worker Empire simulation here at Parker man and picked up all of these notes and if you pick up all of the notes marked as high priority then you're gonna get 25 notes and be spending 71 CP that's including the worker launching and if on top of that you're also picking up all of the medium parity notes then you're gonna be spending 181 CPU for 53 nodes alright now if you watch this far and first of all thank you and second of all I also want to show you a little something a bonus note if you take a look at the marker you can see that cinnamon is so damn expensive cinnamon is one of the ingredients used to make carrot Comfort that's used to recover your Horse Stamina and you can see there's pretty high demand for this item and there's only a single cinnamon note in the game here near tariff at kazula farm so if you want to capitalize on this Market I would definitely pick this node up just keep in mind that this might as well crashed down pretty soon but as of right now the cinnamon note here is Contender for best Note in the game but I just wanted to share that with
