we are gonna be showing you the brand new 2021
Unity MB the flagship of the Unity motorhome fleet. The original the world
famous Unity MB very excited 2021 we've been building this
motorhome for 11 years now at Leisure Travel Vans. Very excited of course, powered by the Mercedes-Benz 3,500 series cutaway chassis if you want a small motorhome
with great exterior storage a huge dry bathroom and of course the world famous Murphy bed this one has the optional leisure lounge plus reclining chairs, 25
feet, one inch long, seven feet 10 inches in width, 10
feet seven inches in height big city of New York, You can go on and view
in and you wanna go into the wilderness of the great
white North up here in Canada not a problem either. So still the flagship still number one can't wait to show it to you, come on in. Welcoming inside the Unity MB for 2021 as you can see have the optional
leisure lounge plus chairs arm rest built in nice, big,
beautiful, comfortable chairs. Nice big pop-up TV hello So this is the option, you also have the leisure
lounge sofa, which is standard you can see how beautiful
these chairs go up and down got a little place here
for putting my popcorn and my Coca Cola for
watching the big screen 40 inch smart TV sitting right there. But the great thing about
this, you can actually watch it down low don't know if you
can see this with the glare from the sun or not but you
can actually watch the TV down low or high. This is a great living
room area, dining room area and eventually a sleep area
plus great little work area because you've got built in
USB plugs there in the chair I have built in USB plugs over here I have inverted plugs as well I can actually turn the
chairs at a 45 degree angle and sit back and relax and then
I can flip them all the way around and make it into a dining
room area or a workstation very smart, look at this,
how easy they just turn and swivel and here's my
beautiful table that comes down for a workstation or a
dining room area for supper. We have our optional table that goes between our driver passenger
seats locks in place so it becomes a workstation,
sit back watch TV, the TV turns and swivels
and faces me as well. So great little area here to
have dinner for four people two people here, two people
in the main dining room area workstation, it just
feels super comfortable it just feels really, really
big in such a small motorhome. So this living room area,
dining room area, workstation and now it's gonna become my bed here we're gonna do this in live time people always want to know how long does it take to make this
no Murphy bed, this is fast so watch this, we're gonna
do this actual lifetime there we go, I'm just gonna
put those there for now put that there for now,
look at this two locks here unloose the lock and look at this full Beautiful 68 inch
by 76 inch Murphy bed isn't this great look
at the size of this bed I mean, it's huge look I'm six foot one gotta lights up above there for reading and I liked this feature. If you did want to watch TV in
bed, nothing wrong with that look at this built-in
headdress absolutely fabulous. Planescape windows look at that I love this look at this here. Privacy shield and built-in reading lights not gonna bother your partner at night you can read, work on your computer put everything back, go to bed plus it's a walk around Island bed, what it's a Murphy bed, yes, it's a Murphy bed but it's also a walk around bed as well so as you can see I can get out this side I can go to the bathroom I can go to the refrigerator grab a drink I'm not bothering anybody
that was sleeping over here so this is very important the engineers at Leisure Travel Van put this little safety
feature in right here so that when I'm walking around the bed I'm not gonna maybe fall into
the step well, so thank you. Another big question we
have, they wanna know can I have the Murphy bed
down when the slide-outs in. So this is how you do it if
you wanted to do it that way, you open up this door right there the bed would be in the down position and You just bring in the bed. So if you're at a Walmart
or you're at a stop station on the road rest space and
you can't have your slide out and you still maybe want to
have a little nap or something you can see I can have
the slide all the way in and I still got a full
bed to sleep in, I mean, this bed is long depending
on how tall you are you can sleep, you know,
whichever way you want but it's actually quite big,
can also be a day bed, right so if I wanted to leave the bed down when I'm traveling, you
could have a little nap I don't suggest that if
you're moving but you just go to a rest station, you
wanna have a little sleep and you don't want to have your slide-out look at this full functional motorhome and then when you bring the slide-out when you want to bring the bed back out you wanna have the slide-out back out okay, let's bring the bed back up. So morning comes time to Go RVing and go and see some sights
that we brought our RV to see and you can see this just locks in place you can actually leave your
bedding material in there you just don't want it
to go past that height so we just released right
here, make sure your partner or significant other is out of the bed otherwise I'll be mad at you. So and then we just lock it in place beautiful boom-boom. Now we're locked in and in
the morning, I can only get ready for breakfast look at this now I'm very simply back
into a dining room area So I absolutely love that and we can just flip it back over here put our cushions back on and look at this. Talk about versatility I mean it's a transformer in a little
place here for magazines and books built into the chairs this is just a great use of space. I love how the driver and
passenger seats turn and swivel into the motorhome become
part of the motorhome. We actually have a
little leg extension here feels nice and comfortable, we talked about this great little table this is fabulous, beds down
somebody's still sleeping. I've got a workstation
absolutely so smart, great option to have I suggest that
you ordered that option. is nice and big so I've got lots of room let's talk about this
ultra leather synthetic man-made leather absolutely fantastic. We have fog, earth and
mountain three different ultra leather colors. This is our espresso wood
color we also do maple and cherry stain so three different colors of wood countertops, two
different colors of countertops and antarctica and
concrete brand new for 2021 and up here we have a
couple of different options that you can go with, you
can leave at standard with the espresso or the cherry or
the maple wood color cabinets or you can use the
Fenix upper White Bianco or you can use the shadow from Fenix, great product you can
actually write on this and wipe it off, it's fire
retardant, fire sprayed it adds some beautiful
ambiance into the motorhome it's non gloss so it feels nice and soft. So this upper cabinet, this is a push one. so I push it to open it,
we have our optional safe our Leisure Travel Van
owners book right here with all of our manuals and
all of the warranty information the extra set of keys is in there as well. Nice big storage area absolutely fantastic storage area over here we've
got our solar controller I don't know if you can see that or not but we have an optional 200
watt or 400 Watts solar. So we've got a nice little amount of sunshine recharging
our batteries right now our house batteries and over
here we have our beautiful hanging closet, great
place to hang your jackets down underneath here got a
little place for my shoes so we just leave them right in
there, nice little shoe area. Nice little feature here
a couple coat hangers here when you come in you
can hang up your jacket fire extinguisher, nice little
safety feature to have there and we talked about our step well make sure that that is a down
when you have the Murphy bed down and I like this
little blind for blocking the window at night, this
is the inside service center so this is where we control the motorhome here's our optional four point
hydraulic leveling system. very simple put on the emergency brake and you hit auto level and
I wanna bring the jacks up I hit auto rechecked or all
retract up they come very simple to do here's our slide-out mechanism for bringing our slide-out, in and out. So you always want to be looking at the slide out when it's coming in and out over here we have
our Truma Aquago comfort plus hot water heater control center so I can set this for comfort and I can have it for I can also turn it off and
it also has a cleaning mode as well over here is our
controller letting us know what's going on our
batteries 12.7 right now freshwater tank is empty, gray is empty black is empty and our propane has 35% right here's our control center for our optional 3.6
kilowatt propane generator when you order the optional LP generator you get the auto gen start command center and right over here is our inverter for turning our inverter on and off so standard is a 2000 watt
inverter with AGM batteries the option is to have lithium batteries with the lithium battery option
we actually have heat pads on the lithium batteries to keep them warm cause lithium batteries don't like to work below 36 degrees Fahrenheit
so the control center for the inverter is right here
for turning it on and off. You're gonna like this
little handle for getting in and out of the motorhome. This is our light control
for our outside storage over here you can see our
beautiful LED rope lighting built into the cabinets,
oh, that looks so good step and then we have our
outside and our inside light switch here and our
main light switch here is you can see that, turn it off and on and if you hold the
button, you can dim them. Very nice, battery disconnect
switch, if you wanna turn off your 12 volt batteries just
turn it off right there and there's our controller for our TV popping it up 40 inch smart TV. We've got a nice little switch right here and I can actually turn the TV towards the driver passenger seats. So if I have four people over we wanna watch a movie
together absolutely no problem. This is our entertainment area so if we have the T4 Winegard
satellite dish that you can have this is where your controller would go. We have a Blu-ray player,
This is our converter box for your breakers so easy access to that FAK in here where your optional
satellite receiver would go or you know, PlayStation
or a whatever type of games you wanna have. you've
got our HDMI connection and all of your satellite input
connections in here as well. Here we have our beautiful
picture window with a great little view of the creek that's running through there
I should go fishing after I'm done here, we've got a nice
little one 10 plug in there we've got our awning style windows we also have our daytime
shades, you get this built in I liked that so I can have the window open look at this as built
right in so that it doesn't blow all over the place
and then I had nighttime I can put my nighttime shade down as well and I can slide it in there
too if I want and still have the windows open at night, up
here we've got our sound bar so that comes standard
on the Unity Murphy Bed and we've got a built
in subwoofer down here so you've got lots of big
booms when you're watching your favorite movie and then for storage look at this great
storage area up above here look at the beautiful curve cabinet doors, European hidden hinges, I
love the little latch system right here, you can pretty
much touch it anywhere you want pop it open back over on this side we have some more
electronics so right here we've got our TV booster and
above here up on the roof we've got the Winegard 2.0 WI-FI booster you can pay for the service
from Winegard and be 4G or you can get a second SIM
card off your phone provider put it in the 2.0 WI-FI
booster up on the roof and then you are a walking hotspot so that all plugs in right here you can see when the green lights come on that means that you're active. And then over here we have our microwave and convection microwave plugin and we also have our soundbar plug as well which is an inverted plug. Okay, we work our way over to this side we got a nice little
light here for turning our lights on and off and
we have our thermostat our Dometic thermostat,
so that's gonna control our 16,000 BTU furnace,
it's also gonna control our 15,000 BTU air conditioner
with a heat pump as well controls the fans so it's
just like a home thermostat you would turn it on and
then you would move it over to whichever mode that you want so you can have it on the air conditioner you can have it on furnace you can have it on the
fans in the air conditioner or you can have it on heat
pump, set your temperature you have a built in clock so everything is controlled
right here on the thermostat just like you'd have at home. In case we work our way
back, We have our one piece of linoleum floor that
goes all the way through it kind of looks at that tile look but let's talk about this floor. This is a vacuum bonded
steel framed floor, this floor does not move,
roof vacuum bonded as well almost five inches
thick in the center core ducted air conditioning front to back so you're nice and warm in cold weather and you're nice and cool in hot weather. Our opening skylight
is absolutely fantastic look at this nice, beautiful
sunshine air I love it. So privacy shade screen, half and half we can have fun with this,
we have our beautiful fantastic fans, this one
has the optional fan upgrade I mean, fantastic fans,
they run on 12 volts are absolutely fantastic for dry camping I mean and they pull some
serious air out of the motorhome so if you're doing a lot of dry camping and you're not gonna be
running your air conditioner absolutely fantastic fans
with the upgraded rain sensor if it starts to rain and will
automatically close the fans if I'm going for a walk,
so great option to have up over here this is
for our air conditioner these are your filters
for your air conditioners you should clean them a
couple of times a year. If you're a plugged into more 10 power kind of a cool morning
like we had this morning I would just turn on the heat pump and have some warm air
coming down from the roof. Okay, this is a great
galley, it's super efficient I absolutely love it, nice,
beautiful picture window daytime shades, nighttime shades they built in shade holders,
awning style windows so some nice fresh air coming in. Beautiful deep stainless steel sink have a nice little cover here for working you have a nice little
accessory channel here for paper towel, you can
put some other things of back up into here if you
want, built in garbage can right here ,great little use of space. One customer says they don't
really use it for garbage but they put ice in it
and use it as a cooler so that's a great, smart idea
easy to dump that as well. Solid Corian countertops, two
burner SparkCognition stove and built in backsplash,
stainless steel backsplash all built in absolutely fantastic. There's some great storage
drawers in our galley area down low place here for pots and pens full water filtration,
charcoal water filter On all of the unity models
and locks a great storage area and look at this soft clothes
that's new for 2021 model. Look at this nice big storage area here look nice and deep back in
there, so great storage area in the drawers and nice deep
storage back in here as well. So talking about the
cabinets up above here, nice big deep cabinets,
right, European hidden hinges I love that, you got a
place here for cups, plates down below great use of
space, I love all those just lock into place. And Just in case you
need a little more space we have a counter extension I love the new design
of the Corian countertop nice thin edging looks
absolutely fantastic and this just pulls down
drops out of the way, easy access back into the
bathroom and what galley wouldn't be complete without a
beautiful pull out pantry. Absolutely fantastic new lock system here for locking it in place
it's not gonna open when you're going down the road our convection microwave, a
beautiful standard microwave and also a convection microwave
means that you can bake in the microwave and new for 2021,
we've inverted the microwave off of our 2000 watt
pure sine wave inverter so I can warm something up in
the microwave without having to turn on my generator
that's new for 2021 on all uni models very, very smart our beautiful three way fridge
so two doors separate freezer separate fridge about 6.7 cubic feet and I'm, you're gonna love
this, is that it opens both ways so I can easily access it from both sides. So if I'm working here in the galley got my counter session,
boom, I need to get something look at that, see how it slides
past the counter extension very smart and if I'm working
back over on this side of the galley I need to get
something out of the fridge look at this, Is this smart or what very quick, very efficient. Now this is a three-way
fridge, this is very important it runs on 12 volt power so it
runs off the house batteries. It runs on 120 power when
you're plugged into shore power and it runs on propane,
three-way fridge much smarter. So the brand new Dometic dual
swing refrigerator standard on all unity models, there's
not too many B plus motorhomes that you can be invited into the bathroom but this is a bathroom, beautiful
pocket door sliding door look at this, come on in. Let's start off with glass shower doors, curved glass shower doors. Absolutely fantastic
and a big standup shower I'm well over 61 but look at this probably what Six, 64 for sure, 65 to
the top skylight beautiful we have the Truma Aquago
cover plus hot water heater so I have unlimited hot water
handle for getting in and out I love the LED lights absolutely fantastic shower head comes off you got
a little on off switch here that controls the water flow
absolutely beautiful place here for my shampoo and soap but
this is nice, this is big. We've got our fantastic fans,
this one has the rain sensor. This is the option if
you don't take the option you only have a six inch fan here so I really like the
optional rain sensor fans it gives you a 12 inch fan once again, medicine cabinet, very smart. And we have our China toilet right there and it's even got its own no it doesn't but this
is great for cleaning your toilet right there so actually just nice big toilet area and of course you can see
how big that shower is that is one big shower. We didn't even mention the
shower, this little place here for hanging your towels if
you have some bathing suits or you wanna wash your
clothes, you wanna dry them you can just put them on
there and they'll drip dry. I like this full dressing mirror and look you can see we've got the
Leisure Travel Van clothing on checkout our website we have
a great little leisure store you can buy hats and cups and shirts and you can dress like Dean. So we talked about one medicine
cabinet, above the toilet we have a second medicine
cabinet right here solid crane countertops I love that in down below
some more storage area here's our water filter
for a full water filtration water pump, easy access
there, absolutely fantastic. You're gonna like the
accessory channel right here for putting all your little
things in your bathroom. Nice little feature here,
we have a water pump switch if you forget to turn on your water pump when you're camping, you can
turn on your water switch right here and then
you've got water at night you don't have to disturb
anybody when they're sleeping. Very smart, 110 plug
right there, up above here this is great for towels
linens anything you want look out deep that is, that's huge. Look at this beautiful hanging closet you have an adjustable shelf
here, storage underneath here but look at the size that
lights up when you open the door fantastic, optional table goes
right there for the front. So nice, easy location there and look at this, pull
out full extension drawer look how that pulls all the way out and then soft clothes for 2021. What a fantastic interior
I love this floor plan two people wanna be
comfortable, they wanna be small but they feel real big, right and it's got everything you
could possibly want in 25 feet one inch absolutely fantastic. You can see how my chairs turning swivel and now I'm back in to
the Mercedes-Benz caviar absolutely fantastic. It's got the three liter
V6 turbo diesel engine 325 foot pounds of torque
with 188 horsepower seven speed automatic transmission. Let's start off with the power
seats which I really like if you happen to be a tall
person the sprinter cab chassis is big you can see I have a 34 inch inseam I can't quite touch the foot pedals I have to actually bring the seat forward. So if you have long legs
you're absolutely love this chassis, lots of you can see I can move in and out once
again, we talked about the heated seats, you have
three different settings on the power seats, so you can
have three different drivers hit the button, we'll set
it up for those drivers. So thinking about some of the
safety features that we order on all of our Unity
motorhomes from Mercedes-Benz on the chassis, we've got
the electric power stream which is absolutely fantastic. When you're driving down the
road you can actually hold the steering wheel with one finger I don't suggest you do
that always have two hands on the wheel, we have
Distronic cruise control we have front collision impact assist we have lane keeping
assist with driver alert we have active brake assist,
we have high beam assist we also ordered the 10.25 inch monitor with the Mercedes-Benz
MBUX multimedia system with touchscreen and
intelligent navigation all voice activated as
well, traffic sinuses which will tell you what
the speed limit area is it'll read the sign that you pass and tell you what the speed
limit is that you can be driving in, you can also adjust it from miles to kilometers on the control center. I love the control center
here, you can see it's just like an iPad, you can
just scroll through it. You also have Sirius radio,
it's a pay for service and of course you can
Bluetooth your phone as well it got Apple CarPlay, Android auto. We also have charging system upfront here for charging your phones
if your phone can do that we also have USB-C cable connections here we also have 12 volt connector
plugged down low here and a USB plug key fob for
the Mercedes-Benz chassis we wanna always want to
put it right in there and you can actually start the
motor without the key being in there just simply holding the breakdown and pressing it here. We have our leather wrapped steering wheel which is very nice and once again, you have all the controls right here on the Mercedes-Benz main control center so you can see what your miles per gallon or how many miles you're
driving, fuel consumption you can also check on
different temperatures of your transmission
and your motor as well. So everything is controlled right here you never have to take
your eyes off the road. So yeah, seven speed
automatic transmission controlled right here,
you got the wet wiper arm, which is absolutely fantastic. This is your control center
for all your safety features there's a little pyramid on the outside keep that nice and clean
so everything is active place here for your sunglasses
now plate reader right here lots of storage area, lots of
room convenience of course, air conditioning, power
brakes, power windows everything's controlled here everything's controlled
off the steering wheel you press this button,
this controls everything on this side, control here
on your front system here. Once again, this is all
voice activated system. Hey, Mercedes What would you like to do? Find Me a McDonald's restaurant. How perfect is that hit the entry and it'll automatically put
it into my navigation system and often McDonald's I
go for my COVID-19 diet so absolutely fantastic. You're obviously gonna love
this chassis, it's fun. We also have some great little
other features that we have we have My LTV, which when
you buy a Leisure Travel Van you can join our My LTV club. We have resources, warranty
information, great videos helpful videos on how to
run your air conditioner or how to run the IOT Dometic systems. So some great resources there,
we have a Traveler's club you can join, we also have
an ARP rewards program, which you can join up
for and we also have lots of great little contests
throughout the year. So My LTV, once you get
your leisure travel even if you have on order, make
sure you join My LTV Club you can watch all the
owner's manuals, informations walkthrough videos. Also, we have exclusive
for the first two years we have a roadside assistance program so if you run out of fuel,
they will come and re fill up your tank, get your going. If you lock yourself out of the motorhome if you have a breakdown
flat tire, they will come and repair that so we
give that to you free for the first two years you
can renew that after that so roadside assistance
is also included for the first two years on
all new leisure travel in motorhomes. So absolutely fantastic
is one great chassis one great motorhome, you're
gonna absolutely love it. That is one fun motorhome,
that is a transforming motorhome inside, it's versatile it gives you everything
you could possibly want. If you love the inside, you're
going to love the exterior and all the storage
compartments on the Unity MB. Let's have a look at the outside one of the great things
about the Union Murphy bed is how beautiful it looks
like, let's just take a moment and look at how beautiful the curved wall the beautiful integrated fiber glass mass tie into the chassis, I
mean, it just has a beautiful beautiful look, molded
fiberglass, side panels here the steps that are molded
into the chassis as well you can see how beautiful it
looks absolutely fantastic. It's always the little detail things the Leisure Travel Van does
that makes a Leisure Travel Van so beautiful, cool little thing here you can manually move in your mirrors these are power mirrors heated as well. So if you're in a tight little area we have little courtesy
light for getting in and out of the motorhome at night and you'll love this beautiful curve you can see the curve of the
wall absolutely fantastic. So this is a vacuum bonded wall that's the strongest
wall that you can make two pound density polystyrene insulation throughout the entire wall, roof and floor so the wall is boxed aluminum welded vacuum bonded has a slight curve to it which makes it great,
we have our integrated beautiful frameless glass windows this is absolutely fantastic. Full body paint so we have
seven different exterior colors we have a color that you're
gonna love for your motorhome you can personalize it
just the way you want it this is the champagne we
also have silver, graphite denim, white suede, Euro sport
and our newest color glacier. So seven different exterior colors we have our beautiful
entrance door curved as well as you can see, great option
to have is the keyless entry it works off the Mercedes-Benz key fobs so I can lock the
motorhome nobody can get in and I can unlock the motorhome
keyless there we go there. I love the new screen
door that we have here this is great little feature
here, lots of natural light and air that can come in the motorhome I also like the aluminum
struck that go across here or the framing if you have
pets, you don't have to worry about the pet coming
through the screen door so very nice you can see how
it just locks in place here and we also have our electric steps so right now we have it on camping mode so we have it off so that it
would stay down all the time you can easily switch the
button it will automatically go up and see, we've got
our awning up above there we've got LED lights
built in LED lights here we also have another LED light here so you can have the LED lights
on so lots of light at night for when your RVings and
setting up your campground area. This is a legless wind
sensor on and just press the button once and out it
comes its gonna come out about seven feet and it has about 12, just over 12 feet in length. So that is one great little
awning that we have all set up so lots of room, another
great little option we have a outside table
so if you're doing a lot of dry camping like we are today, We don't ever really have a camp area here so we're just boondocking open
up the optional table here as you can see, boom-boom,
lots up in place as adjustable legs as well
and it just locks right in place right here, all
aluminum powder coated. Perfect here we are, beautiful awning, beautiful little campground area you can just sit back, relax
and enjoy this beautiful camping area that I'm in right now. So here's your switches for your awning but here's the on-off switch so if you turn the wind
sensor off and the wind blows your awning will not come
up so always leave that on. And then this is your control
for bringing the awning out and in and then this is your light here but let me just show you
the wind sensor part. So in the event that we
have a gust of wind, right we're gonna simulate this
it will automatically close We're here for any small
motorhome and of course we're only 25 feet one inch
in length that you wanna have storage, storage is very important. So for 2021, we have a new key lock system with new handles for getting
into your compartments so this key is designed
just for Leisure Travel Van and then I'll lock and unlock the door and you can see here the nice
storage area right in here. So let's talk about this
beautiful compartment you can see full fiber
glass apartment door and can see how it's curved that it integrates underneath the chassis. Nice aerodynamics when
you're going down the road galvanized sheet metal
compartments, they're all lined look at this two struts on the door itself so it's not gonna fall
and hit you on the head I really, really liked that and you can see how much
room you have back in here so a great little storage area and you can see when it
closes it seals tight look at the seal the
door comes in that way prevents any water from
going inside the compartment. We have our of course, our
sexy frameless glass windows and these are awning style
that means you can see here that I can move the window open or closed if it was
pouring rain out enough to worry about any water
going in the motorhome so if it's raining I
can have the window open and still have some fresh air coming in on a nice summer's day. Here we have an outside
110 electrical plug we've got our fiberglass
fender skirt and optional Alcoa aluminum rims, beautiful aluminum rim so we go six aluminum rims in total. So there duals at the back
here have two aluminum rims on the outside we use the Dura-Bright. So that's very nice and you can see here we can check our inner
and outer tire pressure from the inner and the outer
with the aluminum rims. Here's our furnace vent
so 16,000 BTU furnace and up on the roof we have
a 15,000 BTU air conditioner with a heat pump so I can heat
the motorhome electrically 110, 120 power or I can
also heat the motorhome off of propane so I have two heat sources and we look our way down we
have our optional generator this one has the optional 3.6
kilowatt propane generator when you order the
optional propane generator you have auto gen start
that's very important. You can set the auto gen start to come on by temperature inside the motorhome. So for example, if you have
pets there in the motorhome you can set it for temperature. Pets are in the motorhome
gets too hot outside generator comes on, turns
on the air conditioner, cools the motorhome down. You can also set it for low battery so if your batteries are getting low it'll automatically come on
and recharge the batteries. It's also can be set for camping time so in a certain campgrounds
you cannot turn on your generator until after
10:00 AM or before 10:00 PM it will automatically turn itself off. So auto gen start comes standard when you order the optional LP generator. The other option is the diesel generator 3.2
kilowatt diesel generator a little bit bigger generator,
as far as size and width it does not have the auto
gen start feature with it so two different types of generators so depending on how you RV,
check with your local dealer on how you actually RV for which generator would work best for you. Okay, as we work our
way down another little storage compartment at
the back once again, fully lined galvanized
sheet metal right here we have our propane quick connect so if you've got a little propane
barbecue you can plug it into there and we have that table so you could actually barbecue outside. We have our big vertical
exterior storage area absolutely fantastic and can still do it that's what's important. So here's where we put our optional table we have our shore power
connection cable here and we have lots of room
inside the motorhome. Nice big storage or this is
your main storage compartment on the MB, is there any way
to the back of the motorhome you can see our fully
molded fiberglass rear mass, very important, fully insulated as well but molded fiberglass looks
fantastic easy to clean. You can see the contours of
it built in back up camera LED lights, this is a two piece mold so separate bumper, separate main mass so if somebody were to
bump their real bumper they could just replace
this piece of fiberglass. So let's work our way down
lower we have for towing we have our seven pin
connector built right in there you wanna tow something
so on the Mercedes-Benz you can tow up to 5,000 pounds if you were to load the
motorhome up to the full GVWR of 11,030 pounds, you'd be
able to tow 4,220 pounds. So GCWR 15,250 pounds
minus your wet weight that's how much you can tow. So we do put a 5,000 pound
receiver hitch on here, right there okay, let's have a look at our outside service center I really like the
service centers cause you can see everything is all in one place I noticed on some other units
you have to go over there to fill up the water over
there to dump the tanks everything is in one place
so let's talk about that. Here's our three inch
dump station right here we have our black and our gray valve so remember always dump the black first and the gray that washes it out. We also have an optional
for a masquerader pump which would then pump out that it runs off a one inch line, it's a nice little option everything's already connected. So you can go that way even if you order the optional masquerader pump we always include the
three inch stump station over here is our propane
fill, black water flush for cleaning your black
tank, which is nice here we've got our satellite
cable connection satellite and cable connection so with the satellite if you have a portable satellite dish you would just plug it in right there if the campground has cable,
you can plug it in right there and watch that off your TV up front. This is our propane disconnect
switch so very important when you're filling up the motorhome, you always wanna turn that
off or if you're going on ferries or you're
going through tunnels, you're supposed to turn off your propane so it's easy to do, over
here is our water pump switch that's a nice little feature to have. If you forget to turn
on your main water pump, you can hit the switch here and you can then use your exterior shower which is a brand new
exterior shower for us it's the first innovation
in the exterior shower, I think in 50 years so
it plugs right in here and you've got hot and cold running water absolutely fantastic. I always liked this feature I think this is just a great feature smart engineering by Leisure Travel Vans. This is an RV pick up hose
for when you're winterizing the unit or you can use
it if you're dry camping like we are right now,
I'm almost out of water and I had a jug of water,
I can put this in the water and suck it into my fresh
water tank so great little use of a RV pickup hose and
freshwater pickup hose. Here's where you fill up your fresh water so you would run your hose up through here hook it into there and
then you can close this and nobody can tamper
with your service center very smart there, you can
see this is all sealed it's all done in stainless
steel so it's easy to clean. And over here we've got our
winter rising bypass valve up in this area here
we have our water fill so if you're at a campground
you'd plug in your hose and turn that to shore water
and if you're dry camping, you would then turn it to tank water. So very simple to use
everything is right here very easy and very convenient. Here's standard on all unity models is the Truma Aquago comfort
plus hot water heater absolutely fantastic hot water heater and I'm gonna tell you why it's fantastic. The main reason is has this
beautiful one liter tank right here when you have it
on comfort plus it keeps that nice that tank nice and hot and warm when you turn on viewer faucets, you have instant hot water as it uses up that one liter hot water the heat exchangers are getting hot and you have continuous
unlimited hot water. So Truma Aquago comfort
plus hot water heater absolutely fantastic and
on a Unity Murphy Bed with that big shower you
have long lazy showers in your motorhome. Not too many motorhomes can say that in this size bracket no way. Okay right here's our 30
AMP shore power connection the cable was over in
our main storage area so you're just gonna plug that in and plugged it into your shore. Now, standard on all 2021
Unity is the surge protector very important so we get a surge protector built into the motorhome So if you have bad power
at your a campground it won't let any power into the motorhome and damage any of your electronics. So in the event that you have
no power in the motorhome and you can't figure out why
good chance of surge protector is stopping it from
coming into the motorhome and damage electronics so always
check your surge protector make sure that you've
got good power coming into the motorhome. So we always talk about
the transforming motorhome this is a transformer
as it has a built inside of a lookout sealed the
sliders you can't even tell there's a slide out here,
boom, we press a button and out comes a slide out. This is vacuum bonded wall roof and floor steel frame floor, just
like the main floor. So the slide-out box is made
just like the main motorhome we run a dual track system,
track at the top track at the bottom on both sides so the slider always
comes out nice and square and I want you to always look at this when you're looking at motorhomes,
look at how this slider box is built, look how many screws hold that slider box together,
sweeper seal, bulb seal on the inside here prevents any water or wind from going into the motorhome so three seal process and you can see we have a slide top on there that prevents any debris
from bugs or bird droppings from going back into the motorhome cause that's your house inside there so you wanna keep that
nice and clean up there but I think the thing I love the most about this particular
slide-out is what I wanna get to the storage compartments
and they're all they come out with the slide-out. I don't have to go
underneath the slide-out to get into my stuff, here's
our a hose for dumping our tanks, your three
inch dump hose right there so easy access to that, I
mean, how easy is that to grab stuff out of the motorhome I don't have to go underneath the slide-out to get to my storage compartment. The storage compartment
comes out with a slide-out how great is that, this is a
nice little feature right here we have our diesel fill so
with the Mercedes-Benz chassis you can use up to 20% bio diesel. They don't like a full diet
of bio-diesel all the time so they always tell you to regulate your, the amount of bio-diesel that you used but as you can see, I can fill it up here and I don't have any fumes of diesel going into the motorhome and when it's locked like
this nobody can tamper or steal my diesel fuel
and we work our way forward I mean, this is a good looking motorhome. Wow, The 2021 Unity MB 11 years
in building the Murphy bed so if you're looking
