Best thanksgiving day of my life, even my daughter who could normally give a frogs fat ass about the Redskins was impressed by that game. Good times.

Taking a page out of /u/ssl3's | /u/jaguargator9's playbook on /r/NFL, I am starting a new series until our first regular season game of 2017, creating a post showing a spectacular play/describing a moment based on the number of days left until kickoff against the Iggles on September 10th.
I couldn't find the sole clip of the play, but here's the entire 2012 Thanksgiving Day game against the Cowboys - a.k.a. RGIII's coming-out party, as this was probably his best game as a Redskin (fast-forward to 47 minutes, 30 seconds into the video). But heck of a catch by Garçon, and we got a 15-yard unsportsmanlike call from Mike Jenkins as icing on the cake.
that was a fantastic Turkey day -- I'll always fondly look back on it.
