Nice work! So glad he actually used it at the end.
It is beautiful. I have rebuilt several items from abounding factories and warehouses from around Philadelphia. Would of loved to have found this piece. Glad to see you didnโt 3D reprint a part and actually repaired the housing boss! Bravo! For a tool like this it will take a good while to learn how to be adequate just to use it. Loved it! Look forward to seeing more. If you are interested in selling it let me know how much you would require for this great piece??
Conflicted on this one. It's dancing on the line between artisan and just a good DIY.
What's the point of the sand? (at the 17 minute mark)
Edit: Got it. He references the sand at around 19 mins, it slows the cooling process of the weld repair.
I need a tiny anvil even though I have no use for it.
That thing was actually in pretty good shape considering its age. Most of the time with something that old it is impossible to take it apart without slicing through all the joints.
Really nice! Enjoyed the mickey mouse finger pointer?
Awesome
Are those dogs vizslas? It look like the same breed my mom and sister have.
