what's going on guys it's mike seuss and i'm back with another one for you guys so in this video i'm gonna list my 13 must-have accessories for the model 3 which are accessories that i have installed myself on this tesla i want to make this video for you guys because i know a lot of you have been asking me about all the accessories that i have on my car from seeing them and all my previous videos also i'm going to list nine more accessories that i think are really cool and i think you're definitely gonna want to check out so let's go [Music] hold up guys before we begin i just want to into the video okay so we're going to start off with my 13 must-haves i just want you guys to know that i've looked up these products and made sure all of them had five star reviews and great real it's right there in the description so let's get it in [Music] all right so the first thing we're going to talk about is the screen protector this is one of the first things that you're definitely going to want to put on your car once you get it so the screen protector that i chose is by spigen and they make one of the best screen protectors for the tesla they come in two different versions i have the matte finish and they have the regular clear glass finish the reason i went with the matte finish is because it doesn't let the sun glare on the screen and also it protects better against fingerprints definitely one of the best tesla accessories that you can buy it's really easy to install it comes with its own installer which it's a big plastic piece that puts the screen protector on the screen perfectly without skipping over the edges and it makes it look really oem as you can see it's right to the edges it doesn't overlap it looks like it came with the car and definitely is one of the best investments and accessories to get on your tesla so the next thing we're going to talk about is the cup holder inserts this is definitely an accessory that you want to put on your car so let me show you exactly why you want this accessory so the tesla comes like this it comes with these cup holders um and they're fairly big so that's the problem so when you have a normal size same water bottle or a small can or cup when you put them in these containers it slides around and it just it's just too big to hold this these bottles so the cup holder what it is is it's a like a silicone uh insert and it just slides right in just like this boom and it makes it so that you can put any size cup in here it'll hold it perfectly so let me show you what i mean put the water in boom doesn't even move doesn't go nowhere just because of these inserts definitely a great accessory to have for your tesla i would definitely recommend to get this accessory as soon as you buy your car because you don't want anything spilling in your car when you're driving so the next thing you guys are definitely going to want to get is this 303 aerospace protectant it's a uv protectant for your car so basically what you do is you spray it on the dash all the trim of the car on the interior and it protects it from the sun fading it and it also keeps it nice and black and nice and dark and it also cleans the car also so i definitely recommend this because it's an extra layer of protection it's one of the best protectants out there it's really easy to put on it wipes on clear no mess no grease nothing like that definitely recommend it protect your car as soon as you get it as soon as you buy your tesla you definitely want to put this on your car to protect it [Music] another one of the first things you should get when you get your tesla is good floor mats now i don't mean regular floor mats that are like carpet these are special floor mats that fit the car's interior perfectly and it doesn't just go flat it also covers the size of the car as you can see um these are by ordio and i looked them up they were the best-selling uh car mats for the tesla and i'm gonna tell you this guys i'm so glad that i have these because i've had friends come in this car um i've had mud come in this car i've had all kind of things come in this car from our people's feet sitting on these on these mats and it covers everything i have no worries about getting dirt water nothing and it's also waterproof so if you spill something it doesn't fall off the mat it stays in the mat kind of like a bucket it kind of holds all the water like a bucket and like i said it fits directly to the car so let me show you guys what i mean as you can see there's a lip that goes up over the side and it it goes all the way back here this is still the floor mat floor my floor mat above the pedals so you're protected like 100 around the floors of your car and it it's also for the back seat so let me show you guys so these are the back seats you see how it covers it it goes in between there's no gap it's just one big huge uh floor mat that covers both sides so definitely definitely definitely one of the first things that you guys want to get when you get your tesla this is probably the top of the list besides the screen protector one of the next things you're definitely going to want to get when you get your tesla is the center console organizer tray so when you buy your tesla what happens is it has this big compartment right in the middle in the center console you open this door and you have this big bucket then your hand can go all the way in there and it's just a big bucket you there's nothing to hold anything or organize anything so what you can do is you buy this organizer tray and it slides in the top like this this is the tray right here slides out boom you have all your stuff organized um you have a deep pocket here a pocket on the side something in between for your change you know it's it organizes all your stuff so it's not just thrown down in that compartment and it's cool because it's made so that it can just slide back and then you can still get in that deep pocket underneath so definitely definitely definitely recommend this one it's one of the best accessories it's very cheap it's very minimal it it's like nothing but it's something definitely go get that right away [Music] so this is one of the big ones that all you guys have been asking me about i've gotten about a hundred comments on this item right here from seeing in all my other previous videos and this is the phone mount for the tesla now what makes this mount so special is that teslas don't have air-conditioned vents where you can clip on a phone mount or anything like that it's just straight one big bit in the middle and it's very minimal um so with this foam mount what it does is it comes with this piece that matches this color and it's the same material this is actually the piece here but you can't tell that it's that it's separated so what it does is it clips onto this and it gives you this phone mount as you can see in the size let me show you how it works um and it just holds this this foam look there it goes right here you can see right there that's how it looks see what i mean it clips right in there and it's a phone mount and it holds your phone and this is one of the best foam mounts i have ever had on any car ever in my life it you pick the phone up it opens up boom put the phone down grabs it and you can put it any direction you want it's super easy and it doesn't vibrate it doesn't shake it doesn't make noise it is and it's not cheap it's 100 aluminum and it had five star reviews this is one of the things that i definitely recommend because there's nowhere else to put your phone besides the charger and it sucks because when you want to use waze or apple maps you have to look down under your screen to see the to see the uh the phone but meanwhile you can have it here and just just like that while you're driving simple easy definitely go get that asap so this one i was considering making a must-have or not because i'm not sure if it's something that you must have but after a while i thought about it and i think it is something that every owner should have in their tesla so let's put it in that list so what it is is you open it up and it's a secret compartment in there all right so when you buy your tesla this is not here it's just a big hole here and there's nothing in it but you can turn it into a secret compartment and just hide things that you don't you know want people to steal uh when they're in their car i'm not saying they won't really realize this is a secret compartment but it'll take longer for them to recognize this as a secret compartment because they'll be too busy trying to get in here or your glove box which they can't get into before they try to figure out what this is and open it up and uh see what's in here so that's the secret compartment definitely uh recommend that links in the description go get it okay guys so the next thing i definitely recommend the first thing when you buy your tesla is the wall charger um holder so basically what it is when you buy your tesla you're going to get this big extension cord looking thing which is the charger and that's all it is so when you charge your car you throw it on the floor or just throw it wherever you want this little black piece here is a wall charger holder so what it does is really cool it lets you put your charger in the hole like this wrap it around keeps it really really organized nice and clean out the way you don't have to worry about your tires running over this um definitely recommend it as one of the first things when you buy your tesla because your car is not going to come with a wall charger um unless you buy the actual big box that charges your car much faster than the standard charger so this is a great alternative for now until you upgrade if you want to upgrade it keeps it out the way less mess super easy super convenient the way it holds it it holds it just like the superchargers when you go to the supercharger station the quality is really nice it's nice and sturdy doesn't move definitely recommend it link is in the description go check it out [Music] another thing you're definitely going to want to get is this garbage bag holder well it's actually a garbage bag garbage bag holder whatever you want to call it so it's really convenient because there's nowhere to put your trash when you're in your car on these long road trips and this bag makes it really convenient so it's a nice it's not leather but it's the material it feels like leather and it's very very high quality and what it does it just slides into the back pocket of your front seat and it opens up magnetically so there's a magnet in it when you open the bag you can put a trash bag in there and put all your garbage in there and what's cool about it is it also has led lights so at night time you can see exactly where you're putting your trash so i've used this bag countless times on road trips as you can see there's garbage in there right now that needs to be taken out but this definitely does a good job and it's something you definitely want to get uh when you first buy your tesla it's really convenient it's one of those things where you don't think about buying it but once you have it it's like why don't i have this why didn't i have this sooner so definitely check this one out link is in the description go and get it so guys another must have is definitely these jack plugs for your car um they come with a set of four of these plugs and what happens is if you have to change your tire when you're stuck on the side of the road and you can't get roadside assistance or for any reason you have to jack up your car you cannot use a regular jack because there's nowhere to put the jack and it will burst the battery so what these plugs do they stick into these little holes that you have that are underneath of the car where the jack is supposed to go and that these thick rubber pucks they look they feel like hockey pucks honestly and you stick them in the holes and then you can use the jack on the bottom of this to jack up your car without puncturing your battery it comes with four for all four sides definitely recommend it it's something simple um it's not something you're going to be using all the time obviously but it's definitely something you need to have in your car in case of an emergency where you have to jack up your car i've used these actually three times already since i've gotten the car because i had to install my front spoiler i've installed spacers on my car and i've installed uh mud flaps which all three of those things i will get to it later in this video so stay tuned definitely go check these out link is in the description definitely worth it guys another uh must-have that i think is great for the tesla is this grocery bag hook that goes here on the car um this hook holds grocery bags and it holds three grocery bags at a time so they don't swing around in the back of your car so if you have like eggs or something juice they can easily pop from rolling around in your car you don't want it to get rolled on or bred or something like that you put them on this hook and you slide it right into this little hook here let me just show you real quick it's very easy to install so you just slide it right on that little screw that comes with the car i don't know what that screw is for but there's only one i think it was me for this thing who knows but you just slide this on it's made of aluminum it doesn't break very high quality holds your grocery bags in place doesn't go anywhere definitely recommend it go and get that the link is in the description [Music] the next must-have accessory is this thing right here it may not look like anything but it's actually a divider for your back trunk to hold items in so in your car you're going to find this to the left this big hole in the side of the trunk that's actually a little cubby you can hold stuff in um and throw stuff down there but that's all it is is that hole so if you want to get stuff that is taller it's probably going to move around in your car while you're driving this little divider is basically velcro it sticks right into the side of the car just like this boom boom and then you can put a whole bunch of items in here and have them stacked up to about this high and they won't go anywhere because of this divider when you're in your car definitely a must-have definitely recommend it because i put a lot of stuff here in my car to easily get to like this bug and tar remover and it's really cheap really simple ships fast definitely recommend it and i would go get it the link is in the description all right guys it's finally time to get to the good stuff so these accessories that i'm going to show you now are accessories that i put on my card that i personally like and i think this should be on the car it's not things that i think you need to have it's just things that i have and a lot of people have asked me about so i would like to share it with you guys let's go all right guys so one of the most requested things that i get asked about my on my tesla is the front lip so this is my front lip it's a three piece carbon fiber front lip that goes all the way from the left side of the right side of the car and it makes the car look really really aggressive i did a lot of research before buying this lip and there was a lot of options out there but i felt like this one was the best option because it makes the car look really really aggressive as you can see it has a lot of sharp lines um the carbon fiber is really nice really aggressive really clean the quality is really great one thing i will say about this lip though is that it makes the car much lower so i do occasionally scratch this lip going in and out of driveways but as you can see there are no scratches to the inside or even on the front of the lip really just like very tiny uh wear and i've scratched this car about 10 times and you can see it's in perfect condition uh it stays really clean the quality is really good it's real carbon fiber not none of the fake stuff um and it's one of the best things i got for my car i get asked about it all the time and it really transforms the look of the car it makes it look really really really aggressive um so the link is in the description for where i got it from i definitely recommend this if you want your car to look different more sporty and a lot better than the stock version especially with if you have the performance model because there's no really difference in looks besides the tires and brakes so there it is guys that's my lip uh i have pictures and stuff on my instagram and on my facebook that you can see the lit much better um right now it's kind of in the shadow but it's my only day to record this so there it is check it out go get it right now if you want it ships really fast it's available and i would definitely definitely definitely recommend this one [Music] so one of the things that you guys have been asking me about in my videos are these carbon fiber parts on my steering wheel a lot of you are asking me are they clip on parts is it a new steering wheel well actually there are 3m wraps that are textured to be like uh carbon fiber so these wraps are actually textured you can feel it they're super super high quality um and it definitely transforms the interior of your car right away um it's you might not be able to tell from the video but in person it looks totally different and it looks way more aggressive and sporty than what it comes with with the regular blank gray um steering wheel parts so these are very easy to install they're very cheap and you can go get them right now the link is in the description i would definitely recommend this and what's cool about these is you don't have to get the carbon fiber they come with all different kind of um textures like they have a like a stainless steel type brushed steel which looks really nice you can change the black you can also change it to different colors if you want but i chose the carbon fiber just because it looks a lot more sporty this is a performance version and i wanted it to look really uh sporty and different from stock you know this tesla is gonna look way different uh down the line when it you know when i start doing more upgrades and more accessories and you'll see i'll have that updated in future videos but this is one of the things that i wanted to make the car look different and more aggressive check it out go get it they're 3m uh i've had them on my car i haven't had no problems at all they haven't been peeling off or anything like that um they don't cover they actually even have holes in it for the if you see the little white triangles those are light these triangles light up at night um that's stock but the the cover the wrap doesn't cover those uh stickers and it has a cut just barely that it covers these uh white things and that's really cool too so definitely go check these out so another cool accessory that i got for my tesla is right here you can't really see it but i got the led strips that light up at night time any different color you want to show you exactly what i mean let me close my garage [Music] turn off the lights and get this bad boy lit up so there we go so right now i have the purple on it looks really nice really cool it's also on the dash so it goes from the right side all the way to the left side and what's really cool about these lights it comes with an app that goes through bluetooth so you just go in this app and you can select whatever color you want you could do blue and it changes instantly as soon as i open the app boom i don't have to worry about connecting it um calibrating it nothing like that it's just on that's really it and you can change the style you can make it blink you can have a party yellow uh seven colors [Music] really cool sets the mood at night it goes all the way back to your subtle console uh the rear can see it you can see through the windows it looks really nice it's really cool something that you guys have all been asking me about where did you get these lights that they come with the car here it is guys i'm showing you you got the exclusive comes with the app it's really inexpensive i think i paid less than 19 for this the installation was a little bit tedious but nothing special you don't need any crazy help or anything like that you can definitely do it by yourself within 30 minutes so it's something that i definitely recommend um i usually just keep it on purple because it looks the nicest at night and that's really it guys the link is in the description you can buy these right now if you want to uh if you have any questions just let me know so another cool accessory that i think you guys should have if you want your car to look more sporty is these hub-centric wheel spacers you can't see them because i have them on but i'll make sure to put it up on the screen what they look like so basically what it is it's a spaceship that goes in your car on your tires to make your wheel come out more than the stock version which is more pushed in and it makes the car look a lot more aggressive a lot a lot more sporty and it also improves the handling of the car it looks really cool this is how it looks like on my car i have the performance version which is already lowered and i just got them for the back rear tires you can get them for the front if you want but i think that the front tires are already pushed out enough where it looks uh sporty enough that i don't need to get any additional spaceship so definitely something i would pick up if you want your car to look more sporty so another cool accessory that i decided to add on my car were mud flaps now you might be thinking oh who wants to put mud flaps big big huge bulky mud flaps on their car that looks so tacky well these mud flaps are actually very sporty and they're very minimalistic so that's how much they come out that's pretty much how they look on the front and here are the rear [Music] so the reason why i decided to put these mud flaps on my car is to protect my paint even more from getting dirty so as you guys know or don't know i've got my car ceramic coated and paint protected but i only did the front of the car and not the sides so usually down here is when when you're going through rain and mud and dirt the dirt splatters all along the side of the car and it can ruin the paint it can get it dirty start to turn in colors uh scratch the paint and these mud flaps will actually protect against all of that they're very high quality and the cool thing about these mud flaps are there are no drilling required it just snaps into the body of the car and it uh also has little clips that plug into the clips that are already on the car to hold the plastic uh in here inside the the wheel um i've had them on my car for about two weeks haven't had any problems at high speeds anything like that and also to tell you the truth i think it makes the car look a little bit more sporty as well i think it looks really cool um a lot of people have asked me about them and i just want to include that in the video it's optional this is not a must-have it's just something that i have on my car that i just want to share with you [Music] guys so another accessory that i've added to my car that is totally optional are these door caps i don't know exactly what they're called but they're protectors for the door hinges i guess what it is and all it is is this black piece and really all it is is cosmetics it makes your car look a little bit cooler um when you open the doors to match all the black uh accents of the interior of the car that's really all they do um i think it looks pretty nice it looks like it's stuck without them it looks kind of plain and bold so that's why i got them they were really cheap i threw them on there check them out if you want them they're in the link in the description so the next thing i got for my car that's totally optional um is this intake cover um so underneath here i don't know if you guys know or not but the intake car is underneath here so you peel this big plastic piece back and you have this um intake that you know sucks in the air from the outside of the car and gives the car air to cool down do you see this black part with the holes in it that's what i bought it's just a piece of plastic that goes over this big hole and what it does is it protects any dirt and leaves and garbage from the road from going and getting stuck inside your intake um this is not a must-have because it does have this these bits right here that protects that but i feel like these vents are a little bit big and things can get through there and stuck in that hole so i just got this for a little extra protection it's very cheap um i've seen a lot of people recommend it so i went ahead and bought it just to have some extra protection against my tesla so if you guys want to check that out the link is in the description something else that i think makes the car look a little bit more sporty with the black matching the black is the license plate holder um what i got is a very minimalistic license plate holder made of silicone and what it is what it does is it has a really thin border and it makes it look just a little bit nice with that black accent to the car also the reason why i got the silicone is because when the car vibrates from the base or anything like that it does not scratch the paint it will not be like one of those cheap metal uh license plate holders that you get from like um autozone or something like that or even the one that they give you with the car um it makes the car look very nice it looks like it's stock something that i definitely uh like about that and i wanted to add to my car and also you guys have been wondering why am i showing my license plate on video you cannot get any information from my license plate besides the make and model gear of the car and when it was registered or whatnot you will not get any personal information from me so i do not care about my license plate being shown and also this license plate is now obsolete because i got a new one that's coming in the mail so don't worry about all that go get the license plate holder it's really cheap definitely worth it definitely recommend it link is in the description alright guys so that pretty much wraps
