103 Year Old Lady's Abandoned Home - Incredible Story | BROS OF DECAY - URBEX

hey guys welcome back and we are today in Belgium and I have a a really special story to tell today we heard about this place like two three weeks ago and we had to came here come here because we saw some beautiful pictures online and it was just amazing seeing these pictures and we thought yes this place we have to film but his face is such an amazing story attached to it when we go first game inside of this hole it was like just like the people that left you have just vanished and they just disappeared from from planet earth the dishes are still in the sink the clothes are here and they're still on the drying rack and it's just like they've vanished but there's an awesome story attached to it I'm not gonna tell it to you hey guys come over here here you can see the drying records that will still hang on them it's like they're hanging it up yesterday and they just disappeared and I know the story of this place of a friend of mine who also FX's and he burned into the owner last week the owner was feeding his cat you can get it over there he lives over there the cat has babies and the co-owner comes here every week again to feed his everyday again to feed his cat the cats doesn't want to leave this place to attach to it [Applause] [Music] here the catalyst I've little clip of the cap and I'm going to show you now how and he comes here every again to feed this cat it's such a wonderful man beautiful dog for child will you come over here [Applause] I don't know what this building is maybe a pigeon house and I'm not sure yes I think it's a pigeon house okay now we are going to take a look inside of the home let's go inside of the home but first I want to show you a few things this is the bike of death of the owner of the man I think the man is around 70 years old and here's the toilet which I want found very surprising because it's a really old style of toilet with a plank with a hole inside of it and I'm thinking I've not found another toilet inside of the home I thought to myself do these people go to distillate what okay and no sorry this home is burned down half a year ago and the people that lived here where a man and his mom his mom was 103 years old she's still alive and well and yes you heard that right she was 103 years old and she's deceased now I think still 103 because yeah yeah I'm gonna tell you why she's 100 in the moment okay come over here we are walking inside of the kitchen now and you can see here everything is still left and why did these people leave this home I hear you thinking that's unfortunate because the 102 year old woman she turned up the stove too much I think she was a little bit cold and the heat pipes of the stove they just couldn't handle the heat or the fuel pipes just couldn't handle the heat and the place just bound and burned down the whole top floors burn out and yeah these people now are now living in a chalet because they can't afford afford a new home that's unfortunate and they have no money left - goodbye anyone that's that this gets me really sad so such an old old people and they have to live in a chalet Commandment they had such a nice home over here I wish these people much faith in love and I hope they are doing well and I'm going to film this home and very much respect because this that story just that just caught just got me oh my gosh now I'm gonna film though I think the home is also very amazing Wow come over here buddy what kind of film it yeah as you can see the place burned down and everything is left how these people the day before they they went to sleep they they put her dishes here and the sink and they had I couldn't even wash them come on and I bump all old school the dishes their Forks everything they even didn't have a stove they have this electric one over here I don't think these people had much money that's why they they now have to live in each other otherwise they could buy themselves in a new home and insurance I don't know why they didn't pay them but that's what the man told my friend yeah you can see there's still food in the closet and some of the food is it's still not expired yet like this mayonnaise is still good gets deleted Oh pots and pans Wow okay suing machine over here maybe they don't woman like to sue enough free that beautiful hate go suing machine first one I've seen of this kind did chef or suing supplies in here that wasn't everything some Gomes some wire yes some rope how I use a call that even in a conversation okay let's go yeah don't want to say yeah this woman was very also had he had this assistant assisting handles here to get our up the stairs and she couldn't sleep upstairs anymore yeah because she was too old to climb the stairs and she had to move her bed downstairs and half a year it's decayed like this wow film this beautiful clock over here she was also very religious there's Jesus Christ and crosses around the house put it very nicely here the electric shaver of the Sun and his glasses and everything these are empty and up here or there's the awesome so some food inside of them some rice some salt Wow okay let's move on into the home upstairs the whole place is burned now [Music] and we also can't go into the basement occur stairs for some weird reason there's a mattress in it but this home has absolutely not been vandalized so I think maybe the the man yet the son put it there so the mom wouldn't fall into the basement that's impossibility of it but I have no clue and we are now walking in what I believe is the most beautiful room of this abandoned home this is the living room and quickly go around to show them okay over here we have a painting I suppose it was on the wall but maybe it fell down then we have these two stoves here we have one over here one over here and one of these two stoves cost the fire I think it's most likely this one because this one has a chimney and I think it was a chimney fire that happened here there's a pot on the stove and then when you get go 100 yeah when you go to the age of 100 years old indulgences these are the king and the Queen they say Philip and Matilda and then you get an award from the king of the Queen she got an award she's marvelous that's her name and she got an award in 2014 so three years ago and now she's 103 years old and that she got from the king in the Queen and this is the signature of the of the king of Belgium incredible that's just sitting here on the chimney our medicines when you get to that age you're gonna have some medical problems so you got to take some pills oh yeah I just saw this Bible over here I've often woman maybe she really liked to read it in the spare time and over here on the window room we have these plans oh wow I love this place I don't know exactly what of this of these things but I think it's a roll or shutter handle correct me if I'm wrong I couldn't find the translation from Dutch to English but is look pretty special okay their couch and I feel so sorry for these people here you have some pretty interesting things and then then you have this old shaver they use these in all times to cut the hair to people -
