Urbex: Abandoned Cat Lady's House (*WARNING: DEAD ANIMAL SCENE*)

okay i'm on this property here about to do this house and it's a gorgeous property it looks like somebody has been maintaining it but the house is obviously abandoned and the car just came up here before i got my camera going and it was an unmarked car and a cop was in it and he just asked if it was my car out front and very friendly and i said it was and he says oh no problem uh it's just that you took my spot but that's okay i'll find another spot to sit and then i said yeah this house is abandoned so just here to get some pictures he goes oh no problem yeah he said this place has been abandoned for a long time this is my wife and i actually were thinking of coming back here and spraying the apple tree so that we can harvest all the apples out of here so it looks like it should be no problem exploring it as far as that goes let's go check this beauty out i still can't get over that cop i mean it's the nicest cop i've ever seen now i can explore at ease look at the foliage i'm not sure where you enter i don't think it's there though okay i'm gonna have to walk around and see where an opening is let's hope there is one very interesting architecture and look at the wrap around looks like a greenhouse okay let's go look for an opening okay just going down the side of the house there's a big propane tank there looks like looks like a lot of glass it looks like it goes around the whole house like a big circle oh here's a garage i don't know if the cop knew i was gonna be going inside or not but he didn't ask he didn't say don't go in look at the glass roof on the garage could those be solar panels it doesn't look like it though this is glass back here too wow look at the mess inside there obviously the vandals found a way in that's truly amazing look it goes all the way back there oh there's there's an open door here i see furniture left behind that's always good that's like a 360 degree wrap around right there 260 degree wrap around greenhouse okay let's go inside okay here's inside the garage i've never seen a garage with a glass roof before in the house obviously and here's looking that way let's go in the house first look how thick those webs are oh my god there's a cat litter with clumps in it look at it all here you think maybe they had a lot of cats oh there's a hot tub here i can't get over how gorgeous this place is a free gift from your business leaders okay let's go this way wow i seriously can't get over this place look at the cathedral ceilings and the beams and those windows wow it's gorgeous and the hanging lights figures you have some sort of graffiti to ruin it and vandalism some pictures of their cats looks like they had a lot of them one two three four in that picture certificate of cremation cody must be the name of one of their cats looks like a lot of legal papers here i don't really want to disclose them but it's got the lady's name is fern on them it looks like this was a nice couch set i don't know if the cats ripped that or a vandals ripped it or what that must be fern more cat pictures it sounds like she really liked her cats papers everywhere a cat struck a cat scratch toy there another huge window there that overlooks the garage what's that say dead cats catch no rats oh no there's one dead cat right there i hope they're not all dead in here like that no wonder it smells so bad i mean if you're going to abandon a place at least take care of your cat somehow like whether the lady died or was sent off to a nursing home just have her family take the cats and put them in a foster care or do something with them but don't leave them in here with the rest of the stuff let's go down here more cats drink with the devil a cat calendar from 2000 playing cards with cats on them look at all these cats everywhere it looks like a cat puzzle more cat puzzles over there the literary cat oh looks like one of these self-cleaning litter boxes two of them i wonder how many cats this lady owned another calendar and some track lighting up there okay i've seen the further i was hoping it was not a dead cat yeah there's the garage there's just so much to see here and you could spend hours just going through all of the things and looking out to the wraparound greenhouse or sun porch okay i haven't seen the kitchen yet let's go look at that and even the copper thieves have been here it's unfortunate to see something so gorgeous how could you even feel like wrecking it there's some buckling going on here you can see the floor it's raising take a little island i share friskies here's some masks i wonder if other explorers have been here there's a some writing feeling quite silly i haven't heard from the real estate man claude since the first time i talked to him i haven't got the pictures developed but yet but hopefully i will soon have my 18 chickens i'm getting one egg a day now i can't think of too much else to say for now i'm just on my way out the door i hope you're feeling better i've been concerned and hoping that maybe being back home will help i'll give your cats a hug for me and yourself one from cheryl and i'll write you again soon karen p.s i hope you don't mind the paper more legal papers again i wonder what happened to her i mean either she went to an old age home or she died to have leave left everything behind like this now let's open the fridge freezer side looks like medicine for veterinary medicine for a cat some wine still there look even food left behind okay it's going through here oh look at the wallpaper it looks like she liked wallpaper too and the ceiling it's not very often you see the ceiling wallpapered as well as the walls that's an old vacuum real darting another vacuum here the room look this whole room is round and the furniture is made to fit the room including the tv look the tv's around as well i've never seen that before and of course there's a cat on top she must have been a sweet lady to love cat so much anyone who's an animal lover has to be a sweet person as far as i'm concerned final accent looks like there was a final exit here cats look at oh look at the nice pond i've never seen a house with a pond inside before that's nice too and there's your front door nice flooring that's where we first walked up oh she left her clothes behind i don't see any signs of a man here there's no artifacts from a man she must have lived here alone at least for the last part of her life oh here's another room here it smells really musty there must be a roof leak around here calendar august 2000 the old dial phone and everything on the floor lots of bedding and nightgowns lots of vhs tapes vhs tapes everywhere well look at those are beta tapes actually up there must have had an old beta machine more cat calendars there's the old phone oops oh august 2000 and august 2000 i guess all three of them have the same uh month end year on them and another bathroom oh and doesn't look very good there's still like toilet paper and the bags left behind and cleaning supplies she left it as is medicines in that a basement okay we'll get to that at the end what's this a box of over here it's perfume they're full too and i got a price tag on them i wonder if she sold that sold perfume on the side and stitches more clothes it looks like she dressed nicely even though the closets are wallpapered and again the ceilings she definitely liked her flowers and her cats okay oh another bathroom here okay some wallpaper just hanging i don't know if that happened naturally or okay let's try upstairs here now you got your wallpapered ceiling again flowers well that's too bad somebody ripped that off can't just let things look natural can we look at a toilet i've never seen one that low to the ground maybe that was for elderly people since it doesn't look like a bidet she had a lot of stuff that's for sure and a nice graffiti it's gonna say nice bright colored room but some pretty nasty writings on the wall over there i even painted on the carpet stupid idiots and she liked her books with cigarettes it's looking out window's kind of dirty a lot of acreage she must have had like a hobby farm here another dial or another rotary phone look at the unit the pain on the tv screen looking out this side look at the skylights in the roof the roof looks pretty bad see there's some holes in it there by the dish lots of fruit trees goes way up there okay let's uh check out the basement if i can find my way there where did i see it oh wow look how thick that one is it's hanging there like a thick sheet okay looks like the uh copper thieves have made their way with a lot of copper already waste no time instead of concrete floor and they have actual tile down here cat bed more plastic flowers oh it looks like there's an easel looks like she was in a painting smells pretty bad down here looks like stuff that came out of a bathroom oh she had depends so definitely elderly looks like oh that's rounded this must be under the round part of the house just a crawl space look at that it's a lot of storage the usual that you see in basements it's all crawl space over there water tank on its side look at actually the furnace looks some pretty new condition and here's another look at the crawl space so the house must be many crawl space in just this one section that you can walk through it looks like a well tank here okay let's go walk around the greenhouse some porch area i just noticed this other fridge here i forgot to check out there's a note on it dad remember to handle and pick up the kittens at least three times a day well i hope he did let's see what's in here oh my god everything everything is left behind and you can smell the rotten food obviously she left in a hurry some bug hanging there okay let's just close that because it doesn't smell very good little cat cow under there from 19 1996 or eight no six symptoms illness and surgery i don't know what this is here oxygen solutions meats of distinction okay let's walk around the outside here okay here's another fake plant we're in the wrap around sun porch now why not just put real plants out here walking through a lot of cobwebs look at that isn't that gorgeous something just ran under there i didn't catch what it was because i was looking in the viewfinder on my camera at the same time i'm trying to look around and see where i'm walking that's cute okay let's make our way this way see how it's all rotting there so i was obviously been sitting like this for a long time it's an outdoor fireplace here she's got fake plants lined up along the window i guess she didn't like watering plants the real ones it looks like somebody threw a brick of course and here's outside the round it room with the round couch and round tv this is so cool it's a cat carrier dishes for them lots of moss growing there and see the whole the roof is rotted right there maybe that's why the danger sign is on there because this could collapse i won't hang around here too long not on this area anyway look at this a garden of plastic plants even hanging ones are artificial let the stone work let's get barbecue here okay this is back to the garage lots of kitty litter boxes there okay i'm back to where i started i think i covered most of it so i'm going to get going here guys thanks for watching
