1 player = 1 block, but BIGGER (Trackmania)

in april of 2021 i came up with an unique idea of a map that could be created in trackmania i wanted to create a truck with help from as many builders as possible where each one of them could only add one single block of their choice to them up we gathered a total of 67 unique players and although the final result was a complete unplayable garbage the map was still finishable in a bit under 4 minutes think how much people loved the idea i've decided to host the project again hoping to maybe exceed 100 builders this time but the response i got was much bigger than i could ever expect already on the first day 139 players joined the queue to place their block into the map because of the big amount of people willing to contribute the project dragged on for 36 days with a total of 329 builders meaning the final map has a total of 329 blocks capturing the whole progress of creation of this monster wasn't easy but i tried my best let's see what the building process looked like [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] it was never established what kind of map we would be trying to build but for some reason people started building a press forward map it was looking pretty good so far except for the ring checkpoint above the start that was placed very early in but people did not really care and just continued their routes hoping that maybe somehow it will be possible to reach it later it was going pretty well for the first 36 blocks but then a small accident happened [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] uh as you might have guessed the dream of turning this map into a press forward track was going with more and more players placing checkpoints in random spots and other people accidentally killing it without noticing that it was actually a pf despite that some people still tried to save what's left of the press forward route trying to extend it as far as possible this is probably one of the last versions worth showing [Music] and luigi [Music] so [Music] it's me mario [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] so [Music] so [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] so [Music] so [Music] with this [Music] you [Music] [Applause] [Music] so [Music] the celtics [Music] so [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Music] [Music] shame on you house can you how can you call this map not beautiful [Music] so that was it these were all of the 329 blocks placed by 329 different players or not really if you paid very close attention you might have noticed that two numbers were missing number 200 and number 251 block number 200 was placed by hc the pro but it had to be removed because the person placing the block number 178 accidentally removed block number 113 and the block number 200 was placed in that exact spot so after we found that out hcd pro placed a different block in another spot of the map the block number 251 placed by hill turned out to be block mixed which was not allowed by the rules so he had to place his block again in different area here are the two missing blocks [Music] okay i know i know you are all really curious with all of these randomly placed checkpoints is it even possible to finish them up it turns out that it is and the map was even hunted by some really great players to really push the boundaries of how quickly it can be done we ended up with really close times between three of the fastest players virtual mig and up let's have a look at their fight [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] do [Music] [Music] [Applause] so [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] you [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] do [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] this project really exceeded my expectations by a lot i would like to say thanks to everyone who helped me with organizing everything to the people who decided to participate and to the ones who decided to play the final track it was very hard for me to find the right words to describe the final outcome luckily i found a webpage that had quite a lot of words that were fitting really well in a moment like this i have only one question on my mind could this get even bigger i will probably have my answer soon as i am coming with the third edition of one player one block starting right now on my discord server go join there and you will have a chance to become part of the history i hope you all enjoyed the video let me know in the comments which blog was your favorite mine was surely number 298 that's all for today have a nice day goodbye
