thank you hey man thank you guys oh my what a fun time huh xu+ I was doing the math I got like 6 times I get to stand here and pour out my heart Jason you gave me six sessions ah so I better hurry and get some things done here yeah we'll run out of time before you know it six sessions for a fella like me that is just a fun time sure that just gets me excited talking about ah I mean when you said how many people never heard and all them hands raised up my heart when I was like where am i eight session no will be I love the heart man yeah let's bring it in just see ya know man what a song huh you know of the holy spirits from the time I've been saved he taught me the gospel I know that might sound strange I I grew up in church and it was always he came because I was a sinner and he wanted me to go to heaven and Holy Spirit taught me why Jesus came in and then all the scriptures went Wow like a beautiful puzzle and though all the scriptures came together and then it all made sense to me and you said it for God so loved for God so loved it doesn't say in your Bible for God was so exasperated frustrated at wit's end with human flesh that he finally sent a sign yeah you know we're taught in even some seminaries I don't know which one so I'm not naming any because I don't really know but I've talked to people that were taught in seminaries that you you have to come with the gospel at from the angle the depravity of man to reveal the the need for Christ and I know it makes sense to the mind but a Holy spirt never taught me to teach depravity it's the goodness of God that leads men to repentance so when I hear the gospel clearer I didn't find a way to sin and get away with it I found a way to be changed so that's the gospel I'm going to preach to you it's the only gospel I know it's the gospel let's say to me it saved me for me hey man I realized I was my worst enemy I used to believe when I was younger if God tweaked you a little life would be better and I was waiting for you to change and you said something earlier about the offering thing and you said how come we draw back and clam up and you gave a couple answers and I was sitting there feeling like man I felt like I had because there could be several answers to that but I think one of the biggest reasons is because we see misappropriation two things in her life and we see things handled wrong touch strong stewarded wrong and we allow it please don't let this happen to you I don't care if your one day save don't see well I'm not that old in the Lord it doesn't matter how old you are in the Lord you can get truce at any point don't don't think you got to be saved five years to start growing up into him all right so listen be careful please listen with your heart on this be careful you don't let misappropriation of things of anything put a hard place in your heart don't say well I was hurt by a church I was hurt by Christians and that's why this and this and this you can't afford to let what people don't see define what you're going to see and what you do see you know I sit with countless people traveling to get talk and they asked why I'm in town why I'm going where in my head you get talking on planes and stuff and I can't tell you the large percentage of people that say well I don't go to church because I mean I used to but and and then I ask them if they have a viable relationship with Jesus and they get real honest and tell me no well I mean I believe that is a very soft that's a weak answer for me if I'm sitting on the plane easy well I mean I believe believe what do you believe I'm asking do you know him I'm asking do you receive his love I'm essen do you talk to him at night and in the morning and through the day like you see inside of you and do you know it I'm not talking about well I believe I'm talking about knowing Jesus guys and this is what we do we let a bad experience put a bad thing in our heart and then we turn away from from from from fellowship and with him because a batplane it robs us from an intimacy and we say well I'm only this way because of what I've been through back then and I go here because of this and that but when you get that stuff in your heart it blocks you from having a true viable intimacy with Jesus so all I'm telling you right out of the gate on this weekend is and we're talking about living to love you got to live in to love so this is a good start but don't don't let a negative thing ever produce something negative in you in fact if anything why don't you let it teach you what not to be see I hear people say well I drink because I grew up with my parents drinking so did I it was a good reason not to drink so I just don't get that Oh see when I drink cuz my dad drank you know my dad drank and it told me not to drink because there wasn't nothing good that came out of it so why would I want to reproduce what was already destroying us so all of a sudden flesh just looks for this weak excuse this week place this place to justify itself to stay the same so you see well I was hurt 10 years ago that was 10 years ago and you're letting that thing you think you're cutting it off and it's still deciding your heart today and it's still telling you who you are today please don't let that happen to anybody in this room you can be saved one day you could not even be saved and get something from what I'm telling you right now seriously because you say you're mad at it so why what's your not an agreement with why would you let it have such a voice in your heart without actually facing and realizing it so be a good steward of your heart be a good steward of your destiny be a good steward of the time you have on this earth and redeemed the time amen and and we talked about it today Jason I said about a phrase I said when I first came that really stuck with him and I'm just saying it now don't ever let sin against you produce sin in you don't let sin have the right to be found in the same place don't say well they started it well I wouldn't be this if it wasn't for come on because then what you're doing is you're letting the thing that you're not in agreement with empower you and be the power of who you are so it begins to lord your life you don't even realize it's governing your life you say well I'd be in a different place if it wasn't for this this and this but this listen Lord so it makes sense to men the way that seems right it makes sense to other people that have some pain in their life agree but that doesn't make it truth because it doesn't make you free it just gives you a reason to stay what you don't enjoy being so I don't need this this this in my life and I would be here if it wasn't for this this and this no my eyes are on Jesus I'm following him I'm following him so I'm just encouraging you right out of the gate and some things please know that your heart is is precious not just your heart organ in the physical beating and pumping blood for your body but your emotional heart your spiritual heart is very precious organ it's kind of like your conscience I kind of have them both up there about it the same place my conscience and my heart very valuable organs spiritually if you violate your conscience you shipwreck your faith you gray yourself out you veil yourself you got to violate a conscience you don't look up and receive from him when you're alone you got a crystal clear constant you have confidence before God what you ask you receive but forgive me if I look flaky I'm just speaking from a place of a clear conscience yes so I get what I'm saying it makes me happy because the veil is lifted hey man so what would the beautiful thing of that is see see because then I don't know why this is on my heart I'm just going to go with it we'll see where we land lake like we've been tricked in through the fall oh man we get these problem conscious folks if we're not careful if we don't talk about it and get a grip on it and push it away so I don't come from the angle the problem but I'm saying is a lot of times we major on negative things we should be innocent in what is evil and excellent and good Titus says the pure to the pure all things are pure so you see misappropriation in giving and then you have a trouble giving no no no to the pure all things are pure so some things can be impure all around you you still have to answer what you're doing with Jesus the whole room could be in inappropriate functioning and and even in your family and nobody could be doing the right thing you still have to answer in your own heart and conscience and live within you and answer what you're doing with truth and if you let what they're not doing with truth have any voice in your life you'll gray out your conscience you'll violate yourself and you'll cheat yourself from living by the spirit you guys with me come on I'm just right now what I'm talking about is actually strong Christian spirit let integrity it's just living like Jesus come on he did nothing but good who would agree that Jesus is good was really good yeah did other people's decisions gossips back fighting's interpretations of his heart his life as one did any of what people were saying have anything to do with him continuing to do good perfect example Jesus cuz who are we following here come on we're not following one another we're really not you know people say all the time well yeah but we're always this and we put it in this nutshell and we we teach out of man's experience I want to live by the spirit I'm following Jesus if I can't find it in him I don't want it in me I don't want it in my belief system because I don't see him growing weary in well-doing I don't want to have any reason to to say well it's been hard brother you don't understand what the last four months of it like and then I have it all laid out why I'm not where my conscience says I could be you guys with me on this are we okay this is I'm just hearing this to stay here for a little I'll just stay in here it just it's encouraging to me it's like man we can let Jesus like be the truth in our life and we can follow him and and then all this stuff that we've said our whole lives that people say that has a right sound to it but doesn't produce the right thing then it's exposed because if you look at what your believing is producing you can see if it came from the Lord it's so easy to check this stuff but but here's the deal now I'm going to call you to something you've got to be sincere in your own heart towards what I'm saying nobody can make you go after Jesus you have to be sincere so your level of sincerity will take you forward in what I'm saying and you'll challenge those things and even if adverse feelings come you can say because you heard this taught you can say whoa whoa whoa wait wait wait man I'm taking this too much at heart I'm taking this personal there's a higher truth I should be taken personal man I'm letting what I don't appreciate if ectomy in a way it's trying to come over here onto my heart and actually find a hard place in me that's not happening anymore and all the sudden you're the steward of your own heart and apart from anybody else's business you're alone making peace within you on this stuff and making sure your eyes are fixed on him come on if we would all just be a steward of that one little truth I just imparted and shared there just think how well we'd run I'm talking if us in this room with purpose to just do that right there and just stop holding everybody so accountable in the wrong sense because if you let where somebody's not be a reason for you to be where you are come on you're letting them lead and guide your life it's happened to me as a pastor a whole lot people have the whole reason where they're out or where they're not laid out and justified verified validated and it's hinged on lies almost all the time because you can't find Jesus in there reason it's always involving folks you guys with me I'm gonna stretch you a little farther and this guy like stretch and stuff your spouse could be involved in this thing that I'm talking about and it has nothing to do with Jesus in you and that's rarely taught but it's true your spouse could have won nothing your spouse could be willfully going against the grain has nothing to do with your ability of being Jesus be in his presence here is voice and walk in love come on oh I feel that one kind of floating in the room battles that's all right that'll settle better in the next hour I'll repeat that later and it'll go they're just doing I can feel that one really hmm you know why it's a hard thing for people to realize because we believe that stuff matters because we say well that's the most important relationship in your life etc not being like Jesus is so that you can properly see your spouse you can't even see your spouse clear unless you see yourself clear in Jesus and until you see yourself clear you'll just need one another and probably continue to fail one another without trying to but you will because you have expectations unspoken because they just kind of come with the package called relationship because we've been trained a certain way so if Jesus lived that way we've got him pretty beat up by now and we'd be his reason for not being who he is but did you get that we'd be Jesus's reason for not being who he is and here's the thing people say well yeah but that's Jesus not not we're missing it he's loved it's not because he's Jesus cuz he's loved Oh oh that's so good man I'm glad you appreciate that comeback it's me happy see people say it all the time they say well that was Jesus no no it's cuz he's laughs it's not cuz he's Jesus because he's laughs see we say the closest people in our lives can hurt us the most that's what people believe and I'm puzzled by that because they're the ones we say we love and love takes no account of the wrong done to it love doesn't seek its own so if the closest people in my life are the ones I say I love then why am i holding so much and why is it all the more amplified and because it's them it hurts all the words like the people closest to you could do something somebody not as closer to do so man you react more to the person closer because you have stronger expectations and you say but I but I love them and I do some of this stuff needs so judge how are you anyway some of this stuff it's so challenged because we've been trained by a lie or whole lives there's a lot of hands that never heard me preach let's just get real foundational for a few minutes to let me just take off with this thing okay listen this is in me man I fresh meat mesquita in a nudist colony are you kidding me oh I'm about to bite a lot of flesh right now I am gonna draw blood I'm serious man it's a lot of targets yeah you just got to turn off your prophetic gift and catch the concept so so here's the deal here's the deal here's how we teach the gospel at large grown up from little most of you would agree well you don't want to miss heaven you need to do right well God's watching well he sent his son to forgive you of your sins you want to go to heaven look you know were sinners you ought to be glad he died you need to appreciate what he paid and Christians grow up as young feeling indebted to what he did like I gotta give him back I got a man I should stay in church because he died for me to go to heaven and and now our motives either indebted to him or go to heaven and not hell that's what we preach at large all over this country and if you really look at Scripture I'm gonna make a bold statement with cameras and stuff running it's not the emphasis that all of the gospel right it's not even why God sent his son to forgive you and take you to heaven you can't even find that actually he said he's the way to have know he's the way back to the Father no one comes to the I'm the way the truth not and no one comes to the so what happened we got separated from the father through sin God made man in His image God is love so God made man to love man sinned and did what he was created not to do when over here the knowledge of good and evil partook of that tree and got cut off from the source of love love never stopped loving but he got cut off from it and the image and the nature of God in him died he didn't just sin he took on the nature of God's enemy and became an agreement with a lie and every man since that day was born into Adam and you must be born again we've turned that into work service of the Lord saying the right prayer so we go to the right place when it's over scripture talks about you getting born-again the old man dying and his deeds the new man put on renewed in knowledge according to the image why because the cross takes you back to his image the cross takes you back to the beginning the cross redeems and restores everything that was lost through Adam that was given by God in the first place see man was loved he ate the tree got cut off from love and became in desperate need of love so what was love before sin became in need of love after sin that's why you and I have hurt each other so bad have been insecure have wanted accepted have felt rejected because we were born into needing love we had no identity and we're trying to find ourselves along the way and you need to be accepted and valued and you live for a compliment and you don't believe good about yourself so you need somebody to say good about you so instead of laying down our lives for one another we live at the expense of whether they're hoping you get a compliment to feel like we're okay come on and you must be born again come on if we don't get this will confess a prayer to go to heaven and stay the same you'll still be insecure in the church you'll serve to get accolade you look like you're laying down your life into the best serving ever but it's because people compliment you when you do it so you're living for the compliment you're not doing it for love so now you're running the risk you'd be more hurt than ever because now you lay down your life in the church and they didn't even appreciate you we even do it for nobody to appreciate you you did it for love it doesn't require any thank you back it's just laying down your life then if we don't get this stuff we'll find our identity through serving the Lord ministering to the Lord and all the sudden there's a lot of hurt people that go to church a lot of discouraged people to go to church so then if pastors and preachers don't catch what's going on we just start ministering to the hurting ministering to the discouraged pray for peace pray for to fix all the broken pieces and all the sudden we're just living emotionally for years getting ministry from the Lord we say without getting truth that brings freedom and all of a sudden if your perspective doesn't change your life camp possibly change and you feel a little accepted newing and a little goose bump comes over you and you literally do feel the presence of the Lord but if you leave and not thinking any different you're hurt immediately you're not thinking any different you're insecure immediately if you're not thinking any different you're just one bad comment or lack of a compliment away from not being okay and yet your your life is established in Christ Jesus you're fulfilled in him and to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge is to be filled with all the fullness of God Network fullness means a house with no empty rooms it means a town with no empty houses it means a ship so full of cargo there's no space to put another box grow I like to call it a house with no vacancy there's nowhere else to move in fully and completely occupied not for sale already bought out so see so you believe I believe this and then I'm going to have people issues today or tomorrow well but I don't feel cuz they didn't well I don't know why well I don't know I've been going at church for six months at somebody pastor just seemed like he's changed and if you don't get off of that line of thinking you'll always have a reason you'll let everything around you decide what's going on in you instead of Christ I'm just telling you they gave me a mic so I'm telling you you guys alright so see God made man in His image let us make man in our image in our own likeness so he made both man and woman in his image you can read it it's imported Genesis 1 verse 26 he talked about it verse 27 he did it he didn't waste no time he talked about in 26 he did it in 27 and he said both male and female in his image in his likeness and then he blessed them and said be fruitful to multiplying immediately we think about kids think about having kids right away but it's the whole context is His image he's not just talking about getting pregnant and having kids he's talking about multiplying in His image and covering the earth with his glory look what the fall of man did come on muddy death thing up huh now it's all the sexuality Noah look what the number one thing mentioned in every place to put off the flesh in every place in the New Testament you find in Thessalonians Ephesians Romans Corinthians you can find lists to the flesh that you're to put off and kill and and sexuality is the first thing mentioned on the list every time why because there's nothing more perverted exploited and far from the truth than the way sexuality has been presented to us from little up why because you don't counterfeit $1 bills there's such a holy pure amazing route and truth there that it's worth counterfeiting and getting distracted over so the devil keeps it in total sensuality to blind us from true spirituality in that arena and all of a sudden we're getting married because we're lonely we're getting married because he's hot and she's cute and all of a sudden I'm not getting any younger I'd love to have kids and if that's the case then your kids become your identity now your kids can make you or break you all the sudden all these gifts from God are at the expense of who he is because you covet them above the call I seen countless people in 20 years of Christian lose their disposition over their family members lose their spirituality lose their walk lose their relationship what I mean by lose it is walk away from it because they let something matter more that doesn't matter most because you can only Stuart this through this he said unless you love less your mother your father your wife your children your houses and your land and yes even your own life you'll by no means be my disciple disciple means a wholehearted follower discipline or unless you love less the things you hold dearest you by no means be my disciple see here's the thing unless we see this first we won't see this clear and all of a sudden you'll let where your child isn't decide where you are and all sudden they make a decision you thought they'd never make it now you're taking the hit and live condemned for five years as if you did something wrong and next thing you know you're only doing as good as the rest of your families doing guys I'm going to be raw and straight with it it's idolatry and it's a form of unbelief we don't need our ducks in a row to have the joy of salvation to live by the spirit and manifest Jesus in fact I don't know whose Ducks are in a row I don't have passion and intensity and joy in my life continually because Ducks are in a row because I see life clear now in him purpose and I don't let anything matter more that doesn't matter most you get it come on guys so I was here a year ago in a young man I was preaching like this and he stood up and said I'm getting a revelation while you're speaking I've been getting a revelation this weekend he was in this house I remembered he stood up and he said if I'm hearing you clear I realized there's no bad days in Christ only opportunities to shine and I'm like - I could get on a plane and fly home we nailed it no bad days in Christ if you keep your eyes on why you're alive now here's the thing most of us in our lives no reflection on this man some of you have first time here there's a whole bunch of you I don't know your background where he came from but if you're like me you may never heard this before you may just heard blessings better job become a Christian for God to take care of you instead of transform you take out the old and put in the new get rid of the attitudes that are degenerative and costly to everyone the opinions that are a dime a dozen come on the last thing we need to do is turn this gospel into some cats net or safety valve to make it till the end are you kidding me it's life transformed so that's really light so shine before man don't just pray for a better job and better circumstances you'll get very distracted cuz if those things don't change you'll think what's wrong with me and you on this search called faith it's not even really faith it's just you trying to pray right to get things to go better and you're gonna miss the whole point of why the spirit of God's in you it's to love your neighbor it's to love your spouse it's to have wisdom towards your children and to look like Jesus in the face of everything that's Christianity guys we're not here for a better day we're here for a transformed one even in a meeting like this my whole goal is not to come and see what God's going to do our whole goal is to teach in a way of receiving a way that we leave here looking more like him than when we came that's a priority to seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you that's not full vats and barns and all your desires it's everything necessary to fulfill what he's called and created us to you guys with me this is Christianity guys so Holy Spirit taught me 20 years ago that Jesus didn't die on a cross because I'm a sinner he had to die because I sinned that's for sure my sin cost him his life but he didn't die because I'm a sinner he died because of what was lost in that garden he died to restore and save that not who that which was lost Matthew 18 to save that which was talking about a thing not a who what was lost my creative value my destiny my purpose my relationship with the father Jesus is so serious about what was lost and restoring it that he put himself through the power of Holy Spirit inside of a woman and sat there just like you and I did and was birthed just like you and I were why to pay the perfect sacrifice captain of our salvation he didn't take a shortcut he came as a man in every way He fulfilled what man failed God thumped the devil threw a man sure did you probably need to know he's still a man though man Jesus Christ that mediates between God and men the man he says touch me for spirit doesn't have flesh and bone as I raised from the dead guys touch me a spirit doesn't if he's trying to tell you I'm still a man I have a body I have bone and I'm going to sit on the mercy seat after I put my blood there and assured that everything I proclaim shall surely come to pass and forever sits at the right hand of Almighty God on behalf of men now you think with me he's the Lord he's the Lord he's there from the beginning nothing was made that wasn't made through him he must be pretty serious about what he created us to be he must be pretty intense if he's going to lay down his glory make himself of no reputation go into a woman through the person of Holy Spirit and be born as a little baby after nurse have his little clothing diapers change they weren't pampers it was different back then she had the trust be nursed she had to eat and sleep and drink bathroom think with me don't turn him into an Easter story don't hurt him into Christmastime this is God made flesh Wow and on top of that knowing that one day men were going to totally judge and Miss Reed who he was in the biggest act of injustice on the planet ever the death sentence came to the holiest purest person that ever was who ever on this planet deserved to die last for their actions I don't know if you guys understand this stuff he was righteous according to the law like he had some special stuff because like the woman with the doctor you who have no sin cast the first stone he didn't just disqualify them according to the law he qualified himself he was totally righteous he could have killed her cuz he was totally free from sin so he also know who he's sure disqualified them yeah but at the same time he qualified himself but he didn't pick up a stone ah duh and he said where are their accusers she said there are none Lord he said I accuse you neither what's he doing he's releasing her from what she did and then he says go and sin no more what's he saying you're more than that yeah he's not just saying now don't make sure you don't do it again no he's teaching her he's the truth he's a good teacher I accuse you neither in other words I will never see you for what you've just done I will see you for what you're becoming for what I created you for for what love has seen you for from the beginning what he's saying is without saying it I love you I know who you are so go be what I called you I'll bet she didn't struggle with adultery anymore I'm convinced we'll see her with fire in her eyes someday and love for her because you just go tell her to knock it off she's probably struggling because she believes she is what she did see if you don't make a tree good you'll never change the fruit we're so busy trying to change our fruit and then her trees constantly in question you define the tree through what he accomplished and what he did you see yourself the way he's seen you from the beginning that'll change your fruit you wake up forgiven you wake up righteous you wake up his you wake up to become loved you wake up to take all the expectations off of everybody around you and lay down your life like he did and you watch what Holy Spirit does inside of you you wake up to follow him not just need him oh yeah that's good preaching buddy right there that's how I feel Wow only goes over to my mouth and says stuff and it just makes me safe do you know what I mean yeah I think I think I'm gonna live this you know I speak with passion you know I speak aggressive cuz he told me a long time ago to ever only ever preach who he isn't me if I wasn't living this way I wouldn't speak it so boldly the boldness of speech I can't do anything about because he transformed my life a long time ago now you don't live with me you just see me on a weekend but I live with me and I like who I've become I said I wouldn't read this any more but I must have fibbed to the church last week so I hope God doesn't see it as a flat-out lie but three weeks ago I hope my Bible to preach and I had this little note in there it was from my wife that's not from somebody that hears me preach on YouTube it's from my wife who lives with me yeah so you want to note like this from your wife because it's not just a perception from watching YouTube it's my wife yeah can I read it now now don't be judged by it because she's writing it from knowing me personally and it's her heart towards me so don't get judged by because Jeff you probably fit this well you probably fit this well sir men you probably fit this well but this is her conveying of her heart to her husband who she lives with him not cool I'm going to say one more time not from someone that listens to me preach on weekends so I'm reading you this note hope you have the best weekend ever this is three weeks ago I have it sticking right here I'll probably leave it here for the rest of my life that one's from my son after he came back from drug addiction yeah and all Jesus ever taught me to do was love him not be mad at him curse him and say where you've been and what the blank are you trying to pull and do you have any idea what you've done to the heart of your mother and now you just will show up here unannounced after not even coming whether your back against the wall you just need money no if I don't know how to live that way I remember thinking that way before Jesus so I can recite it but it does sound like strange language to me I'll tell you what I found changes men's hearts in my Bible early in the book of Romans you'll see it know ye not that the goodness of God leads men to repentance see preachers are real quick to say well it's not always about love it's about judgment to be careful where you're coming from be careful where your heart is even at when you're saying that stuff because there's no scripture that says the reprimand of God changes men no scripture it's the goodness when Peter and zeal cut off Malka says here what a good example after just telling us to love our enemies looks like enemies but our wars not flesh and blood people are not our enemy people are paid for yeah people are not your enemy yeah but you don't know what they did stop people are redeemable and people you're created to love because if you take this initiative towards them then I would wonder hmm why didn't God take that initiative towards you at some point in your life because you weren't born perfect and apart from your knee of his mercy come on we need the mercy of God to wash over us the blood of Jesus to forgive us and then we turn like the Matthew 18 man and hold a brother for his debt we want God to forgive us of everything we've ever done and if we're not careful we'll hold our brother for something he did wrong yeah but here's what I like about the whole Malka story the high priests servant remember Peter got zealous and cut off his ear he wasn't trying to give him an ear trim by the way you don't shave ears with a sword what do you think he was trying to do come on that's a no-brainer Malchus got out of the way but not quite so ear fell what did Jesus do here's what he didn't do pick up his ear and say oh hey pal Joyce has got you a little bit of bind here huh you know bad company corrupts good morals a little bit of reap and what you're selling honey why are you coming after me I mean look what your actions got you into it you know maybe you ought to like come over this way and consider crossing the line here and perhaps maybe like God will restore a few things in your life we take his need we take his life in a situation and try to use that to compel him to the cross when you do that Jesus never evangelized that way when you do that here's why it's not cool the reason you're bringing him to God is for what God can do for him and that's how the Gospels preached in this country largely your preaching the gospel then to benefit Malchus and you're preaching it from the angle of what God can do for him instead of the beauty and the love of who God is so let's see how Jesus evangelizes whether he picked up the year that was on the ground or put a new one on there it does not matter to me theologically fight it out if you need to but don't bother me with that he fixed the man's ear here's what he did Peter please put away your sword what am I not going to drink the cup of a container if you live with a sword you're going to die by the sword who's he talking to the whole time you know what he's saying to you do with that kind of evangelism he never said hey if you don't want to go to hell come to me I never use hell in judgment as my incentive for preaching to people ever somebody just asked me recently don't you think there's different levels in heaven and some people be closer to the glory than others I said I don't even go there I don't share my beliefs on none of that stuff because it doesn't matter that's nothing to do with everyday purpose has nothing to do with faith and has nothing to do with the pure motive of loving God because He first loved you you don't go harder so you get a better seat you go harder because you gave your whole life to Him and you love him and you're laying it down for his glory come on guys we're funny in the church man we pray for this blessing stuff all the time and we're front parking green lights shot got out of a car seat ah ba ba ba ba you know and he go right on through but here's what you forget when yours is green somebody's is red but you don't even think about that and you come home and say I'm blessed I caught every green leg what about those every intersection you were blessed in somebody was read so what are they when you're plucked in the front somebody's in the back it seems to me that Christians ought to get some reds and park back it's amazing how we've been trained to think for ourself in the gospel when the first prerequisite of the gospel is deny yourself we've made it all about blessings and provision and breakthrough and fever you have all that through the risen Christ when all your sins were forgiven and life came inside of you and the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead came and set up home in you that sounds like a lot to me then I wonder why he's here he's not just here so I get a pay raise he's here that's on my job I look like Jesus yeah he's not just here so I find favor and get a promotion he's here so I look like Jesus yeah and when they're unjust look like Jesus when they don't appreciate you look like Jesus when they persecute you look like Jesus when your family ain't running together like you were hoping look like Jesus when your spouse is having a troubled season look like Jesus don't call pastor Jeff and say you know I'm just getting tired how long is a guy supposed to hold up I mean she's just putting so much weight on me I can only bear it so long brother you really need to pray we need to break through so you don't change soon I don't know what I'm going to do could you imagine Jesus having that line with the father you know if these guys don't get it soon father I mean I healed all their sick and Capernaum and now they're wondering what devil possessed me to do it and I fed their belly and they just came back for more food they didn't even really want to hear what I said and when I told them straight they all walked away I mean I'll tell you what I don't know if I can take much more like if they didn't change by now they're probably not going to change I'm starting to wonder what we see in these people I mean maybe I should come back and see if you put that conversation in Jesus mouth and it sounds foolish it's just as foolish and yours you're made for his image and as he is so are you in the world so if he's not saying it why are we cuz we were taught that way another way we were taught that way another way by another way he's the way so the lie tooted us from the time we were born because we were born into Adam so we were tutored by false wisdom our whole lives taught by false teaching nobody told you'd have to go to school to get angry enough to pass a course on jealousy it came with the package of thinking for yourself jealousy makes sense when you're thinking for you anger is surely makes sense when you're thinking for you discouragement really has a place to land when you're thinking for you despair anxiety fear when you're the center of the motivation all those things are alive but when you deny yourself and you understand you weren't created for you you were created for His image you were created for his glory and you were created to love and you get alone with him and you commune that and and Holy Spirit starts doing stuff in you and you're not biting your lip to change he's changing you because you believe in desire and you communicate now with him and all the sudden you're changed wow that sounds like a pretty good day right there almost across the board we asked each other how we're doing and we share the two biggest trials in her life and say keep me in prayer I'm just saying I'm not being mean it shows something now the abundance of our heart our mouth speaking so we're only doing as good as things are working out no you're doing as good as he is inside of you you're a lot stronger than the weakness around you yeah Christ in you firstborn among many brethren predestined be conformed to the image of the son the things he did you'll do if you believe anyone says he abides in me on vital because if you don't come into the gospel the way I'm preaching you'll just come in for blessings for salvation for forgiveness but you could stay very self conscious self centered and self driven that's why Christians get discouraged I'm just going to be straight with you discouraged Christians isn't even scriptural because you love not your own life unto death that's how you overcome you don't just overcome through the blood and the word the blood and the word has power because you love not your life unto death so it has something to land on an act on when you're just pleading the blood and the word for your own sake that's self serving - and it's very powerless you reduce the the life-changing gospel to principles you're trying to apply did I read to you what my wife wrote you integrity character and good heart that's a good note to get from your wife I came from my wife yeah you know why because she realizes that when she went through six years of identity crisis I never let go of her she realized when she got so turned inward and wouldn't even let me tangibly love her even though I meant to and purpose to she shut it off were you supposed to tell me that guys the total thing was probably eight years long why does that sound like an eternity when you walk in love what's time have anything to do with anything and then she started saying things like it'd be better if I was calling it'd be better it'd be easier for you if I was dead I see well it's not hard for me what are you talking about honey stop you have a destiny would be better if I was going like I don't get that that's not true senator Island seizure hit her and there was this overload nobody had tried to kill her and she's in a coma with brain damage it's pretty serious guys on a ventilator and you walk in there that's your wife who you feel like you haven't had fellowship with for about six years but you love her so you've had fellowship with her because love gives and serves and lays down its life and ask for nothing back I don't need her God taught me to love her some of us weren't needed that is the world's deception it's called codependency dysfunction some of us need to be needed you're finding your identity through being needed are you kidding me you find your identity through becoming loved because if the person changes and doesn't need you anymore you're shipwrecked that's why people say I don't think I love you anymore you never did in the first place love never fails you never did in the first place it was an emotionally driven thing that you were benefiting from and when the benefit changed the desire changed you call it love that's called Hollywood it's impossible to fall in and out of love it's the world's confusion on the topic yeah yeah you got that judge a thing if one died all died Wow that means when he died we died with him right so watch so if we live because he died then we who live or to no longer live for our selves but him to died and for judge no man any longer according to the flesh that means face value surface judgment to see a man for what he's doing giving himself to acting like never again do I see a man according to the flesh but I see a man for his destiny potential purpose and created value that's why you never give up on someone so see my wife's rightness realizing that through the test of time that I have more than a doctrine or theology or principle I preach I have a life that I live you get it so when she woke up out of the coma and the morning she was awake out of the coma nawfal the life support she asked me what happened she had no idea and I told her and then she I was telling her I tears in my eyes I mean she's I walked in I said you I've never seen you more beautiful she's in a coma came out had a little hospital gown hairs all flat see sitting there and all I saw was she's alive I said you have never seen Dan I cried she's young and I thought was a sweetest thing ever it's like I'll see you oh I'm telling y'all was flaky as can be well I didn't know my life was speaking to the whole you ICU unit I didn't know that the the tending nurse to my wife was the teacher she works for neighbor I didn't know that the ladies at the desk were talking about her husband who they could tell loved her and was unmoved and wasn't crying and wasn't in there we don't need the arm of the flesh we got no power of gone wrong and then she dies just honoring people thankful making peace and didn't even realize I wasn't trying to evangelize to the ICU I found out after the fact totally evangelize to the ICU doctor cried and held me in his arms initiated the hug said I've never seen a recovery like this in my whole medical profession we did not do this he said and I said well you did a whole lot and I appreciate you and I honor you and thank you for loving my girl he said we didn't do that I said I understand but you did a lot thank you he said we didn't do that and I said I understand but anyway and he grabbed me and he initiated and held me in a pasture a long time ago told me that when somebody initiates a hug you don't release your grip until they do so I just held him until he let me go and it was a while that's fun stuff but you know what my wife did I walked in and I said hey I said a girl you never looked more beautiful and she's like your ladies know what she did yeah she said what happened and I told her and she looked at me in her eyes went her eyes when she said you held on to me you didn't let me go and which she realized is the lie she's been believing all these years was in fact a lie because if it was true it would have been easy to let her go she thought why would you hold on to what I've been and she realized that's not what I'm to be and God took that one expression of love holding on to her when if my heart was heavy if I'd been on the phone every day with Jeff trying to get him to pray me through another day was a dysfunctional wife why isn't God answered my prayer when she going to get with it I mean I go one short life to live maybe we shouldn't be together in the first but I better not go there huh maybe I should go there so all of a sudden were writing off love in a self-serving overwhelmed way and your belief systems the only thing allowing you to be overwhelmed hear me your belief systems the only thing that allows you to be tired God isn't tired of loving you are you guys all right it is so sober in this room right now that's you guys you ought to see you you're like unison it's like I think it would pay to love one another huh watch this who's wise and understanding but if you have watch this this means it's not to even be there come on guys if you have bitter envy and self seeking in your hearts don't boast and lie against the truth don't act like you're something you're not don't do the thing yeah don't just do the church thing if you've got self sinking in your heart face it deal with it get alone with God don't accept it call it on when you're created to but don't just act like it's not there that it's okay watch this self seeking where's where's fights and arguments come from where stress and striving come from in your homes he said you want and you can't have you can't have it your way so you fight over it look look there's no see how passionate I am right now that's not frustration at the cost of anyone's value or identity that's just passion over a truth it has nothing to do with cutting you short people say how do you get angry and don't sin when your anger doesn't we're called to have peace in our homes not fighting it doesn't mean we always agree but we don't have to tear each other up in the process so you have animosity over the smallest things it means we're touchy well if you're touchy you'll be touched so let's get out of being touchy that's the stuff saying I wish you'd stop touching me wrong my pastor is a good guy so he's up at the otter lady comes to pester you got to pray for me my husband won't come to church he doesn't want the Lord and he's figured out how to push my buttons in such a way to get a rise out of me it makes me so angry because he's learned how to do it I know he does it on purpose and I shouldn't get mad because I know he's doing it but man he just has this way of pushing my buttons and I want you to pray cuz you're a man of God and pray that God would stop him from doing that etc check sure he said I think I got a better line of prayer she said what is it faster he said let's pray that you go buttonless Wow see we're always waiting for somebody else to change the word change but then we thing he's Lord but everything else is governing our life now we're trapped in religion and don't even know it we're singing he's my everything but something else is matter and more just an attitude just an impression just waste somebody straightness and all of a sudden you say well that just gets on my nerves no get new nerves when it gets under my skin get new skin say well they bother me well they don't bother Jesus that should concern you on their darkest day he didn't lose sight of who they were and why they were yet sinners he came and died for the ungodly he didn't say boy I hope this works I don't know what I'm thinking I mean by the looks these people I'm gonna do all this thing gonna appreciate it anyway are you sure we're right Lord come on loves doesn't even know that language you're not doing something for something you're not doing something to get some you're doing something because of love and in the statement of love you raise everybody's value around you whether they see it or agree with it love makes it true man that's good preaching right there that's good that's powerful to me that's like yeah your freedom in that so all the sudden I'm not ever gonna be decided by what you don't see by what you don't perform I'm decided by the truth and the truth brings freedom if you have self-seeking I don't usually read the NIV don't don't hear that wrong I'm not against or anything I read a new King James Version but the NIV says if you have selfish ambition do you know people do ministry for themselves do you know people fight over ministry do you know people fight over who gets to worship who gets to play guitar who gets to have more of a lead somebody said yep that was a worship section because I guess they related you know people leave churches cuz of dissatisfaction cuz well they didn't do it the way I want while I wait when I put in three notes and nobody even got back to me they don't want to change nothing over there ah you don't Church shop you become part of a family you don't Church shop it's the most saddest thing taking place nowadays people of Church shopping so the pastors are in competition to have the most desirable amazing attractive churches whether it's seeker friendly a thousand programs or light and fog whatever works let's get them there that's twisted how do you get the motive to change once they're there after they're there for wow it ain't enough or something else is better down the road and now we're competing to just get people the biggest rap of every local pastor is turning inward and just trying to have greater services that people want to come to instead of equipped and trained them to live effective in their life every day that's the purpose of church to train and equip for the work of the ministry not entertain and have a great time in the room thank God if he comes and we have a great time but we ought to leave here looking more like him and if we don't we've missed the point then we're playing with some more fabricating something come on the goal of a pastor is not to create something so desirable that the holes said he wants to come the goal the pastor was to impart life to the people so on Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday they look like Jesus because if that's not true we're coming here having a Holy Ghost hoedown and we're mad at our boss we can't talk to our co-worker and we're praying for a new job because we're fed up with those people and then our Christianity looks kind of strange and coming home to your wife and instead of saying WOW God flowed through me today and my boss just cried and wept at the mercy that God showed him and no you come home see why I finally gave the boss a piece of my mind you're not supposed to give him a piece of your mind you're supposed to give him the heart of God and you're not supposed to pray for a new job because you're frustrated at that job you have to deal with what's frustrating you'll be frustrated there too and worst of all we pray for a Christian atmosphere oh yeah okay put all the so-called light in a bottle and it's not even light if you're leaving for the wrong reason you're just professed light you're not shining light - and is that all right are we okay is it all right if I just or let's do this are you guys cool with this do you know this is in your Bible this isn't even my sermon this is I didn't come up with this I read this and it impresses me because jesus said in matthew 16 if anyone don't you love that that means all are invited if who anyone if anyone come after me make sure he does it quickly in case he has a wreck tonight and he dies it's not what he said I know we use those things as reason see if people saved it's not my conviction and I'm not putting people down I'm saying you could do that for that reason but how's that confront the self-centeredness in our life why do we have to deal with that for the next five years and try to work it out of people now get them to come in that way you get them to come in and deny themselves and you realize you you're teaching them and you're saying listen guys you think so-and-so is your problem you think no it's you thinking for you it's you living for you when you were created for His image they don't reason your matters because you're looking at how that's affecting you the only reason you're disappointed because you're weighing how that's affecting you the only reason you're feeling sorry for yourself because you are the priority of your focus and you're being deceived and you don't understand you were never made for you you were made for His image so you you're living your life from a foundational misguided purpose your purpose is all wrong so you're waking up pursuing you look love lays down its life for what another a perversion of love is living at the expense of another what have we done in our lives when you have an attitude in your home and we're a family and there's four in your family and also a new cop an attitude to make a statement to the other three and you put them in a position that demands a response it's called control and manipulation and you don't know Jesus like we sing because you're actually taking your attitude pushing on a family and forcing them to respond that isn't ever love just a young person whatever and you stop in your room and you won't talk and a pound on your door you won't even answer stop it please don't do it spouse is treating each other that way or your kids that way Billy if I told you once I told you 100 times just get to your room that isn't a family in god that's not what we're called to do but then we go to church hallelujah and hearts don't handle it well they get hard and they get hurt along the way because we haven't grown and have the understanding maturity so a sudden we despise going to church because the message is church attendance is Christianity instead of Christlikeness you've got to settle in your heart like I'm settled in my heart it sounds like I'm preaching me a little but bear with me on this I've settled in my heart it takes two to tango takes one to make peace I will never be the part that multiplies to two I will be the one period I've settled that in the bedroom in prayer I've given myself to that thing and I've told the Lord I understand that it's never about me in my way and my rights and they need to and why didn't they and how come a long time ago I gave my right to be disappointed discouraged and disheartened up I put off the old man and his deeds and I began in prayer to put on the new man renewed in knowledge according to His image it's Colossians 3 verse 10 it's there in that awesome and all the sudden you're saved by grace through faith so all of a sudden I'm pouring my faith out to God and grace is coming and making faith my reality yeah and all of a sudden it's not a belief system it's a life lived in meekness it's a life fleshed out in him but if you have been around me self-seeking in your heart don't post a lie against the truth don't just ignore it don't appear to be something that next verse thank you this wisdom does not this is amazing watch we were all born into this it didn't come from God do you see it we were born into Adam people say well God gave us our emotions dan not the ones you grew up with absolutely he did not Adam gave you those the fall of man gave you the emotions you grew up with all the emotions you grew up with were centered unselfishness self-consciousness thinking for yourself whether you realized it intensely or not every man for himself from little up as long back as you can remember you needed value you need it accepted you needed to be appreciated you needed to be encouraged and you were looking for identity along the way through everything but the truth and didn't realize what was happening in neither did I and some people get hard and become fighters in that arena and some get broken and shattered some get so deceived they commit suicide and take what's not even theirs people's in what's your life it's not my life it's not your life it's his life in you the Christian you should understand that it's not about you if you go back to the beginning its Christ in you it's God in you from the beginning it was God in man one plus one is a stronger one you can say well it's my life no no no no everything Jesus is asking you to give is what you never were in the first place people say what would have cost you everything to become a Christian it's a heavy price are you kidding me you're just giving back the lie you're giving back the false motivation you're giving back the wrong reason you're just giving back everything that never was any way to get what always was in return so why is it so hard to let go of yourself because we were trained to live for ourselves and some of us didn't even like ourselves along the way and went out of her way for people to like us to prove that we were likable and all that crazy stuff Jesus just wants that to die just give it all up deny yourself pick up your what's that mean Church pick up your cross because he died on the cross why are we picking it up everything he showed us on the cross is what we carry we don't let sin against us produce sin in us we don't we love not our own life unto death we suffer for doing good and don't let that change us we don't let our suffering change good we carry our cross we don't let what people don't see determine what we do see we continue to live by the Spirit and walk in truth and make peace you get it it's called carry you our cross you'll never carry your cross if you don't deny yourself because if you don't deny yourself yourself will keep you from carrying your cross you'll just have issues and rights you'll have grievances and complaints do you know that it's unscriptural for the Christian to complain like the Bible says don't you complain like they did in the wilderness don't you complain and be destroyed by the destroyer devoured by the one that devours Philippians 2 says do all things without grumbling and complaining so you can be seen as innocent harmless children in the midst of a twisted world whom you shining forth as a light hold forth the word of life do you hear these scriptures just pour it out of me like water yeah they're just coming they're just coming man just to put the puzzle together and paint a beautiful picture of why we're saved man we aren't saved for blessing we are safe for transformation and transformation is blessing man when you live free from caring for yourself it's the best day of your life when you're fulfilled in him period it doesn't matter if your wife's in six years of crisis why because this is more than what I preach it's what I've become and all of a sudden I don't need her and all of a sudden I don't know how to grow weary in well-doing cuz well doing is found in I love you not do you love me we ought to prove it now and then you need to pay back a little you know love 50/50 you know marriage is a lot of work I don't know what counselors we've listened to but that wisdom didn't come from above because it serves yourself it gives you a right to be less than Christ any wisdom you grab that gives you a right to be less than Christ can't be from the Spirit of God if your reasoning is robbing you from His image then it has deception behind it because look this wisdom thinking for yourself did not did not come from God guess what it is earthly driven by sensuality and demons yeah now you think I'm going to be a man of God in my bedroom and read that and then go ahead and let everything that selfishness produces in our life still be in my life and not deal with him boasting lie against the truth nope and I'm going to preach it from the rooftop as long as they have any microphones and give you the opportunity to run well in this truth see because what I'm preaching is between you your heart and your conscience and not one other human being if you elbowed your spouse tonight I'm certainly talking to you and if you're just sitting there saying I wish they were here they need to hear this nope I'm talking to you that means you need to hear it because you're going to somehow let that sneak in on you hard your heart and bother you and now you're letting that matter it's just good preaching dad I'll tell you earthly sin to listen to think for yourself do you think I'm going to read that and then preach a gospel that just benefits your everyday circumstances no I'm going to preach a gospel that benefits His image in your life cuz that's where you're going to walk truly blessed is it that late Wow no I don't know self-seeking to the runway confusion and every evil thing is landing so you think you're binding and rebuking the devil in your bedroom screaming mad at your spouse and wondering why God's let them treat you like that if he loves you and God I pray you knock them off their high horse and I bind you devil when I'm rebuke you for my family in the name of Jesus Abba and that's what people do and the whole time you're doing that he's and yell right you're my landing strip because you're not even praying for your spouse because you love them you're spraying because you're kicked off you're praying cause you can't take anymore thank God he didn't get up someday thank God he doesn't slumber he wouldn't have to get up see he didn't get up but thank God one day it just didn't dawn on him that wow I don't think I can take anymore I think these people pushed me too far did you ever notice that that man has never had the ability to change who God is do you think about this stuff generations of men have never had the power to change who he is that's why he has the power to change us because he's a rock and he's established and he's laughing so if you become that way will your life become influential where your life starts speaking volumes where people start getting impacted by your steadfastness by your unshakable miss well they start getting attracted to your attitudes to your disposition will you start shining as a light within your sphere of influence absolutely but if not we just look like people with beliefs and we go to church to honor those beliefs but our lives are called to shine so if you're not pursuing Christ's likeness you'll reduce in men's eyes that you're just serving a doctrine that they don't have but if they don't see the doctrine in your life they're not impressed by it this is true guys what draws us to Jesus just his word man's when you look at his life when you see what he did guys they beat him and beat him and beat him till they marred him beyond recognition and he took every blow knowing that he'd put identity back on you right standing with God and bring freedom to your life so he said go ahead hit me again hit me again because with every blow someone goes free hit me again it actually teaches in the Bible that God was stirring up behind the scenes that whole thing it pleased the father to bruise the son and caused his soul to grieve when he made him an offering for sin he wasn't crying it pleased the father to bruise him and put everything humanity deserved on one son whose complete love to get the lie off of us and put the truth back in us it pleased him to put it all on one son to obtain many sons what a gospel and if we reduce that to forgiveness and heaven we're going to miss transformation in the heart of God inside of us so where there's Envy himself seeking guess what's there confusion and every evil thing are present next verse please but the wisdom ah see so the wisdom we were trained by was the wisdom from below so there's forms of wisdom in it but the wisdom that's from look what it is first the pure in heart shall to the pure all things are and that awesome so where's the fingerprint of God found first pure then peaceable general willing to yield full of mercy does that sound like animosity does that sound like contention does that sound like calling the pastor and saying I can't take any more you better do something with my spouse does that sound like saying I can't deal with it anymore how much is somebody supposed to take we probably ought to ask that God that question concerning your life because when you have that attitude you're not looking anything like him so he's loving you in that moment he's looking past your weakness he's not saying wow you disgust me you don't look anything like me see you're disgusted with them and now you're disgusted with them is breeding disgust in me you look ugly to that's not God come on don't realize how self-righteous that is we don't realize that when do that you talk down on people as if you're higher we've all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God we've all live it the beautiful thing about the store of humanity is we're all worth the same price you all have the price tag of the blood hanging on you he didn't say like you know I need I need four drops to save Dan and need half a bag to get Jason out of that thing it's his blood and it's speaking better things you can Walmart you got price checks barcodes because you got all different values of all different items on the shelves you look at the store humanity everybody is worth the same there's not a mountain or a valley it's all been whoo you get it full of Mercy good fruits without partiality and without hypocrisy does that look like a peaceful place does that look like a good place to live remember how we started this night way back a long time ago you must have worshipped a long time man or something huh - do you remember how we start this night a long time ago talk about not letting what people don't see affect your heart and what people aren't the misappropriation and yet right so what are you going to do with that see how God brought this around that can be your life no matter what decision anybody's making that's what makes you a believer when you live that in the face of it that's what makes you a believer or you're just reduced to another needy person that needs other people to change that's not too harsh don't hear that harsh living this way in the face of it all so what makes you a believer if I stand before the Lord someday and heaven remembers me as a believer we've done it we've run well because everything else will fall in place if I'm remembered and you remembered as a believer then everything's in place and that's your life it's not how many times you go to church what minister you oversee how many'd you lead to the Lord did you ever see the sick killed how many to pray for there's no question error what you do and why did you believe right it's not what you do why'd you do it and digitally because if that's the case everything else will matter you like a note from a wife think I knew I did can't believe how late it got man oh I know I'm good I hope in there good you can tell how tired I'm getting I mean it's really late I'm on that our thing to see I'm from the east so I got you by now you'll never catch me it just turned 10 52 my body can you tell you're only at 9:50 so you got to hang another hour and then I'll have an hour on you so you have to hang another out no I'm kidding I really have fun with that one on the west coast it's like a Lavin and I'm still going no less I know it's 2:00 in the morning brother this guy ain't right I don't know about ain't right but I ain't like I used to be people ask me how I go to sleep I said you do everything by faith you just do you lay down in bed before Jesus you just you just got to put yourself in the bed just lay down father I just think it it's just the way you live it's by faith so how do you wake up another day six already you gotta be kidding bam bam ah now you wake up the way you go to bed if you go to bed running from your day hugging your pillow saying oh god I can't believe I made it you won't want to get up in the morning it's not depression it's wrong thinking I understand there's depressions out there chemical stuff they talk about but I'll tell you what perspective will change a lot yeah if you go to bed with a good I wake up with a good eye you teach yourself a good eye God can change the way I see you change my whole life all Sun life's a gift not not a Drudge and a gray you know oppress and you know what I mean like man our life is tough no life is a gift guys we've been given life through Jesus Christ with one reason Jeff is image that's how we can have the unity of faith in this room of diversity do you know how many callings and how many different visions are in just this room do many different burnings of the heart in the spirit of God or in this room Joe how many different topics people are alive in in this room like with creativity music children homeless there's so much just in this room in the name of quote what we call ministry there's so much diversity and yet we're called to have one spirit one mind and have a unity of faith how can we have unity of faith in that kind of diversity when we all wake up for the same reason and we all live for the same reason and you do what you do from the same place his image so this be convicted and challenged by a knight convicted it's a good word it means light shined upon you know to shine light upon it's not like boy I got a long way to go that's I didn't come here to tell you what you're not came here to tell you what you are and if it exposes what you're not great that's what light supposed to do so put it off and don't put it on again and make the tree good and the fruit will change so leave here forgive and leave here redeemed leave here with a fresh start leave here with a path in front of you lit up by the light of God leave here with peace in your heart towards your family whether it seems like it or not you purpose to be a peacemaker and you say I'm taking this work to heart and not letting anything around me matter more and I'm not talking about becoming well I don't need people I got Jesus now oh I'm not talking about that that gets weird there's nobody on an island by themselves with Jesus having a honeymoon and not loving people the whole sign of having this is having this and honestly the Bible teaches if you don't have this then it's because you don't have this which means there's no way you can have this and not have this this is how we know we love God when we love one another so he says I give you a new commandment and yet it's not a new commandment it's one that you've had from the beginning a theological person would say well he's just talking about the message that came out from John the Baptist and Jesus etc what about in the beginning a new commandment I give you and he's taught my love one another but it's what you had from the beginning when you were made for God's image and God is love so Jesus paid the price to restore what we were in the first place it's that simple so I don't know how you come into Christianity but don't leave here tonight coming in to Christianity any other way just make the shift in your heart and say wow I see that well it doesn't matter who's not what who say matters that I give myself to him for his image and begin to walk in his love and seek that place where Holy Spirit changes me in those ways fair enough good deal father I just thank you for grace tonight I know it got laid I'm asking for grace just on people's schedules time children I'm really asking you to do something there I didn't see that clock till right then so I'm just trusting that you have it right up until now and I'm just trusting that your Grace's have it in every one of our schedules our families and it's just awesome but Lord even more than that I ask that these words when the scape our hearts our convictions our consciences and that you would empower every single person to hear and remember and to bring to remembrance and let that sharper than a double-edged sword Word of God thing take place and separate the soul in the spirit and go even deep into the bones in the marrow God I'm asking you Father to do an amazing work through the word and get a roomful of peacemakers and lovers not in a mushy way a very strong and powerful way in the midst of this room and I thank you for it Jesus Holy Name amen amen I am
