something special right here an animal judge we're building a dinosaur you want to help great but first let's call Sabu so what kind of animals did you see out there today [Music] hey sobbing whoa he it's something giant or actually maybe it's a whole bunch of little things this bag is full of little things that we're gonna put together and make into a big thing dinosaur [Music] what's a dinosaur a dinosaur is a creature that lived millions of years ago and no one's ever seen a real live dinosaur before but I saw one I saw one today [Music] okay she looked like a head and a tail she had legs on that [Music] [Music] dinosaurs are extinct extinct extinct that means that dinosaurs aren't around anymore so you couldn't have possibly seen a dinosaur coming here wow that is one big lizard a monitor lizard sobs hello monster lizard monitors monitors like monitor lizards body look how long and sneaky it is secret lakes so short but they're strong those legs help her dig cuz she lives underground are you sure she's not a baby dinosaur she's not a dinosaur she's a lizard she does look like a dinosaur yeah she reminds me of one of the dinosaurs that walked on 4 legs like brontosaurus yeah who's brontosaurus brontosaurus was a very peaceful dinosaur and big she was as tall as three houses and she chow down plants all day hey let's start building our dinosaur one that looks like her tongue job like us a monitor lizard tastes with her tongue except a monitor lizard that's how she finds food kind of like when you smell the air my own dinosaur I was leaping along was going on you wanna play with me monitor lizards have incredibly sharp teeth that helps a monitor lizard eat the main meal me those teeth really helps when other monitor lizards and walked at me - [Music] monkey chica I bet dinosaurs had sharp teeth - Tyrannosaurus Rex had really sharp teeth that's because she was a mediator if Tyrannosaurus Rex were an animal Junction her head be sticking out the roof up where's obvious she was one tall dinosaur her huge teeth and jaws made her one of the most powerful dinosaurs of all hey our dinosaur needs teeth let's give her teeth like t-rex I'll say Chris here you're totally safe I hope your armors not too heavy for you ya sob a turtle shell is pretty heavy but when a crocodile has her eye on you a shell is a good thing to happen head for a little extra protection never hurts head for the water she's safe for now these tourism reminds me the dinosaur that had lots of armored ankylosaurus ankylosaurus yup choose the most heavily armored of all the dinosaurs ankylosaurus had the best protection go spikes they better not forget about Triceratops how about Triceratops he had three big horns on his face and a huge head shield for protection let's put more stuff on the dinosaur dinosaur tail like ankylosaurus I know what is called ankylosaurus why is that because your ankle would be sort of a did you with this tail this is shaping up to be one cool dinosaur yeah Martin Chris is this a dinosaur he's in iguana I'm in a pretty big one iguanas are great tree climbers like me see his sharp claws those claws dig into the park when he climbs trees which is a good place to be when a couple of bigger iguanas are fighting down below I like sharp claws on his back I like but they're not moving cause these are spies this iguana reminds me of a dinosaur Stegosaurus that's right Stegosaurus had huge plates on her back and that sure helps protect her from enemies when dinosaurs were alive people weren't around then not even cavemen that's caveman for a duck ducks and geese have amazing bills with sharp edges for grinding up water plants and was probably called the duck-billed dinosaur you got it buddy and even though duck-billed dinosaurs had bill flying ducks they had something more hundreds of teeth for chewing up all the plants they you know I think my brother is taking this caveman thing a little too far [Music] hey guys hey guys let's put a duckbill on our dinosaur yeah and plates on his back like Stegosaurus all right hey thanks the final step putting on the skin yeah but what color were dinosaurs they could have after an hour each month she spits up all the fur and bones it might look gross but it's normal for an owl and look if you break it open you can find bones this is the bone from the mouth of the alley Hey I think I'll go to the Royal Ontario Museum to see more phone that's a great idea let's go search for dinosaur bones you want to help us find dinosaur bones let's do it to the closet they're going here did you know that most dinosaur bones haven't been found by dinosaur scientists but by adventurers like us and lots of dinosaur fossils have been found by kids like you how are you dinosaur diggers doing over there so what's your favorite dinosaur great are you thinking what I'm thinking this could be from a Dyson this it must be for the dice you know what I think it is the things is that dinosaur tooth it's huge it's as long as a steak knife let's take this to the museum and see which dinosaur this tooth belongs fossils are very rare and very easily broken so we have to be very thing some bird bones are shaped like dinosaur bone fossils and you know what else baby dinosaurs hatched from eggs just like birds do this is a dinosaur egg [Music] [Music] look Martin it didn't landed on a huge rock wasn't a rock it was an egg crack Oh got a great idea I could fix the egg with some Sabu lantry's huh so I got something it's very gooey and I put it on the egg cracking cracking house baby zoboomafoo Lasorda's I'm not your mommy [Music] so I said sure and we went to find his mummy not the way babies the Boomer foolish Soros kept saying until suddenly oh I hit a huge leg here's your mom baby so we hopped on board and had a nice ride be in that's approve of food source with one giant dinosaur heart and EU is one giant bird one of the biggest person in Sanibel the surrender mine from the tip of his nose was by me behind all the pens of me man to day are spent surely we bother different means but we're really on the same thanks for dropping by birdlife you came these animals are friends of mine they jump and swim crawl by and climb one more thing we have to say good mark where's the possibly the backpacks ready to go great let's go see if we can discover a were just playing around like it was summer as comfortable as can be yeah now we humans need a lot of clothes to stay warm and we need to live in heated houses but some animals like polar bears spend the entire winter living outside in the snow cover these creatures I don't know but I just got one animal Ted stay in the snow zhamuhe because lemurs are warm weather creatures zhamuhe you must've got here before the stuff down that'll warm me up there you go buddy I've got a hot chocolate [Music] something orange and yummy sweet potato and I just had some guys guys how come the clouds fell down the clouds fell down mm-hmm all over the ground white and fluffy there's clouds all over the ground snow Zog was talking about snow not cloud yeah and in the clouds uh I mean the snow a creature ran around I couldn't believe my mind no what are you so happy [Music] okay he was in the snow always in the snow but not [Music] what is know loving tree swinger do you know you know what I've got it's gotta be some kind of monkey it's a snow monkey she's very playful [Music] Mangan smoke smoke she's strong for a little monkey snow monkeys one of the smartest monkeys creature world they're from Japan some Japanese macaque sleep high in the mountains and spend the whole winter outside in the snow she's cold as an ice cube what could warm her up what are you going don't you want to play [Music] poof ice cubes are called do you want to play a joke on my brother so we have a clue when Chris has an ice cube down his shirt he jumps around just like a lemur know how does it feel Chris cold whoa now that is cold you're gonna get my brother back but first things first we have to warm this snow monkey up he's up there's no getting any warmer did you get warm yet she's still cold hmm I wonder how we can warm her up [Music] to play her warm let's play she likes to swing I'm scratching my head with my feet [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] really cool still I know she's not warm yet I don't know how we're gonna warm her up stop you'll have to think of something hmm how about this in the wild snow monkeys embark through the winter maybe that's how they keep warm bark here an animal JumpShip you know what's no moose I had a friend with a different problem he was warm and wanted to get cold I was leaping along leap leap leap when I bounced into sense it going Babu see he blurbed Hisense it did you see the great snow behind you it's too hot here I like the cold I like the snow I have to go don't go I know how to keep you cold yeah yeah that's better that's much better so I learned how to cool a friend down we are like nice and cold but I didn't learn how to warm a friend up be in then you're still cold as an ice cube still as cold as an ice cube huh you wanna get crisps again Martin we have to figure out a way to warm up snow ma I know we tried playing didn't work nope we tried giving her something to eat didn't work no work she still as cold as [Music] Christmas as cold as you monkey god I am gonna get Martin back but first things first we have a snow monkey to warm up Martin what's up why don't we put some stuff on snow mo like you guys do doing these clothes after yeah cool what do you think snow most rain what do you fix no mo huh no monkeys don't wear clothes but they live outside all winter long what's their secret well their first thick and warm that helps but for some reason our little snow monkeys still cold hey Chris remember the Bison we saw they have big chunks of ice on their firm yeah and they were hanging out around the hot springs to keep all the hot steam was making them nice and warm and cozy that's it that's it Martin I can't believe we forgot what somebody kill me yeah it's the most amazing thing what is when it gets really cold snow monkeys go to natural Hot Springs they soak in the hot water and that's how they stay warm through the coldest winters nothing warms up a snow monkey like a hot bath so let's do what the snow monkeys do let's fire this water's perfect for a snow monkey come on in snow monkeys they found snow [Music] she gotta get in but it's no more you're gonna love it [Music] it's good she's warming her face for starters whole days water one you can spin unknown to get warm is she getting any warmer I don't know Martin I think she wants to hug me fuzzy free hugs she sure likes hugging and she's a lot warmer maybe Huggies the secret shop yeah I think it's hugging I think hugging is gonna warm her up huh I'm gonna go hug with her hey snow moe wait up I'm gonna hug on you no one wants to hug I'll get warm who's watching them the hugging worked she's warm now I love you snow mom she's warm now she's worn oh really I feel snow monkeys I feel different not the same this kind of feeling I can't explain there's only one thing that I can do I feel snow monkey ish how about you so much feelings no monkeys snow snow monkey in the snow and it's cold outside by nowhere to go [Music] snow monkeys you going hey guys I think snowball is getting ready to go by slow mo by slow mo thanks for coming by she's a great climber and she goes up and out into the trees and here comes a great flier incoming Falcon Sika does this look like a duck to you not to me Zod this looks like a Lanner Falcon it's cool but I'm hot because we're digging a creature trail when there's no good too deep it's too hard for animals together move small animals have a hard time in snow and [Music] Hey hey Martin there are lots of snow animals who don't need my shovel like polar bears how do they do it what if Icarus let's go way up north to the land of ice and snow to the polar bears they're going to the closet they're going on a trip they're going to the closet to grab their stuff and split [Music] and they're headed out the door have you ever heard of snow dogs this is a Siberian Husky named brass and he loves to run in the snow so does the rest of the team and these snow dogs are gonna take us to the land of the snow bear better known as the polar bear you ready let's go [Music] [Music] [Music] what a wipeout there they are the snow bears a mother and two Cubs think we're giving her enough space Chris yeah I think it's perfect when you're watching a bear in the wild especially a mother with Cubs make sure you give her a lot of space that way you can take a nice long and close look without bothering the Bears they're hunkering down [Music] snow bears are called polar bears because they live so close to the North Pole and the North Pole is one of the coldest places on earth so how do polar bears do it how do they stay warm living in such a cold place you see polar bears have special fur that holds warm air inside each hair that keeps polar bears warm warmer than the warmest winter jacket and when it gets really cold a polar bear takes a nice warm spot in the snow hunkers down it's kinda like [Music] the snow fort [Music] wait it's not ready yet oops now we're really snow people wrestling like a polar bear is another way to stay warm like polar bears can really get you pooped yeah we can't rest now you know why because it's our turn to pull the sled and the snow dogs turn to rest the grass wants a ride hey whoo hubba hubba I can use a hot tub at this you sure you want to catch it with your mouth okay here goes one to catch the snow dogs love to eat the snowballs I keep throwing them and they keep eating them this is my kind of keep cool it's snowy hey snow dogs and these aren't just any dogs these are arctic wolves maybe you call them arctic wolves but I know what they call each other these wolves how to tell each other where they are like there's one over there in the cave oh I'm telling them where I am oh it's important because wolves live in families called packs they have to keep track of each other let's [Music] hey they're climbing up the rocks just like I did in sob land I was leaping along leap leap leap and then I stopped because I wanted to climb to the top of Mount sue and then we flew by but Wiggy it's very cold on top of Mount Segundo foo I have fur to keep me warm but it's too cold up there for you oh yeah well then let's go for me but Google it's very cold on mountains of the Moon food wiki has feathers to keep her warm and I have fur to keep me warm but it's too cold up there for you oh that's no problem Sabu started reading googleberries all day so my fat will keep me warm oh yeah well then let's go but I might need some hope so we climbed and climbed and climbed and colder and colder but our fur feathers and fat get this warm and then we heard a friendly voice I hope it was snow lemur and we all jumped around on the top of Mount seppuku a lot of fun hey it looks like the wolves might end up in the cave for a while today was a great day hey Martin my favorite was playing with snow moe hanging out with the snow wolves Oh in my favorite part of the day was checking out the polar bears and dog sledding I think the dog really liked it when he got to ride the sled and we were the dogs [Laughter] [Music] [Music] those are friends of mine Jim called my incline one more thing we have to say hey Sami still piece your friends snow
