Definitely agree! Watched this the night before my instrument ride a few weeks ago and it helped a lot.
His PPL ride talk is pretty good as well.
Andy was my DPE for my PPL and I was there for this talk in person. I really like the McAir teamed up with him to make these videos. He's got a ton of very helpful info and is a real personable guy to top it off.
