now look at somebody and tell them neighbor there is a word from the Lord somebody always said don't look at somebody else and tell them there is a word from the Lord come to find out that God is always speaking to people and it just occurred to me today he may not be saying what they want to hear but it ain't that he ain't speaking somebody just ain't listening because there is always a word from the Lord the Bible declares that faith comes how and hearing by what so that means if we're going to live by faith because the just shall live by faith if we're going to live by faith then God has to keep talking to us and I'm grateful today that there is a word from the Lord now wrestled with this because you know how we are we just want to go sometimes another way but I thank God today because God is the kind of God the Bible says he will do nothing in the earth unless he first revealed it unto his prophets and men and women all over the world who are really really on the Lord side are standing and they're declaring now that time is not long Jesus is soon to come I know many times in many circles we don't hear that because it's not that popular to talk about the fact that Jesus is soon to come because that means somebody has to straighten up and do what needs to be done before he gets here and many people don't want to open your eyes to that because if they do they're afraid that you won't give an offering are they they're afraid that if they preach it you won't come to that church or heart if they tell you the truth then they'll they'll say you're judging you know people throw that word around now but he's judging me so many people don't mention that because it's not a importance to them to get you prepared to meet the law so what people do now is that they preach for the here and now as if there will never come a time when you will have to leave here one way or the other look at y'all done got quiet but I'm a preaching away we look and we see how that nowadays it seems as if God is speaking to us in undeniable ways but yet and still people will not hear the word of the Lord we were talking Monday night in class and we had a powerful time Monday night in class we were talking about how that even in Jeremiah's day and many of you remember the story of Jeremiah how God commanded him to preach to the nation and he commanded him to talk to them and don't preach smooth words but give him what I give you to say and Jeremiah stood one day and he said stand in the way and see and ask for that Oh Pam uh-huh he said and when you find it do what walk therein but you know what church folk hollered back from the pews and told Jeremiah they said we will not walk therein uh-huh so now that's the generation that we're living in now the preachers are standing and killing men and women and lost men and women all over the world to stand in the way and see and ask for that old path and when you find it while they're in the consultant got quiet but I feel like preaching in here today but now we don't want to hear that we want to hear smooth things we want people to preach to the effect but not to the problem like each other and get quiet and that's what we have now we have individuals who will preach to the effect but they will not preach to the problem because I come to tell you if your heart is broken the Kjartan got quiet here then you've got to take some inventory of your life and if you are hurting today and it's because seeing hurts the way of the transgressor the Bible says it's hard so it's supposed to be difficult for you ah God but now we don't want to preach to the problem so we just take the shortcut and reach to the effect but I come to declare to you today that Jesus is soon to come as a matter of fact you better touch some matter in case they never heard that before and tell them neighbor Jesus is soon to come somebody gotta give Yahweh talking right but I won't preach it away you better prepare yourself now because Jesus is soon to come and when we look at it and we begin to take inventory of our lives this now becomes for us the dressing of rule because I want you to understand when Jesus spends in the middle of the air we're not going to have time to say god I'm sorry would you please forgive me for all of my sins fill me with the Holy Ghost and I'll live for you for the rest of my life he would have come and gone a hundred times by the time you get through saying all of that because the Bible says he's coming like a thief in the night and when people know when a thief is coming they lie and wait for him y'all ain't standing here when folks hear noise outside the window then they cut the lights off and go in the corner and hide because they know if somebody come through now I am pretty always standing here ha ha ha ha they prepare for whatever comes through the door ha ha so when we think about Jesus's soon return we have to understand that it's important that no man knows the day nor the hour because if you knew that they are the hour that Jesus would come many of us would rate right up until ten minutes before he came back and then we would try to live right Oh God but salvation has to be in your heart it can't be something that you're doing just because you're scared he's coming back in the next 10 minutes but now this has to be something bound in your heart because I don't care what they want to tell you nowadays I feel like preaching now I don't care what they try to tell you nowadays salvation is not a word thing salvation is alive holding this ain't what you say holiness is how you leave but I feel like I want to preach up in here it's more than just coming to church hold Sundays but gotten Monday through Saturday you've got to live aright you've got to walk right talk right you gotta be right if you wanna make it with Jesus come Psalms chapter number 19 verse number 12 Psalm 90 verse number 12 songs it's in the middle verse number 12 of chapter number 19 when you have it say a man the Bible gives us this intelligence so teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom I want you to look at somebody and help me announce my text just tell them me button and I don't scare them but just say neighbor your days are numbered look at somebody else and tell them neighbor your days are number one thing that I have often said and thought about is how long life seemed at the beginning but now that I look back it seemed like it was overnight ain't planning on going away don't get scared but to think about when we were in school and we were in the third grade and we would see people graduating and and we would say I can't wait until my day God graduated I'll never forget it from the sixth grade we were all sitting that crying like we had really reached the milestone and all of us were coming back to the same school next year but we crying like we were going out into the real world eighth grade came and we're graduated from the eighth grade and my sister was graduating from the 12th that same year and we look and I can't wait until my time come and you know what they told us back then Jesus will come back before y'all graduate and it seemed like it was an eternity before we were able to get out of school but now I can I stand here 28 years old and it's been 10 years since I graduated like yesterday seems like a long time when you're standing at the beginning but once you get into it it seems like it's going overnight I remember when Ashton was born remember when she was a baby and she first learned how to talk she would call me sometimes at 10 and 11 o'clock at night her Kaduna I don't have no popsicle and we would get up out of the bed go to the store and take her popsicles at 10 and 11 o'clock at night but I look at them now and they're so big they know so much they talk so good where did the time go many of us have got to understand that life is not slowing down none of us can sit there and you know nowadays nobody want to look the age and I don't blame you we got all kind of stuff to cover up the truth of the year or look at them getting quiet wrinkle cream cucumbers over your eyes y'all ain't standing here and nowadays they sticking needles and they forehead and blowing them up with Botox trying to get rid of the wrinkles because we want to hide the truth of the years that we've been through but time it's showing up but none of us and to be honest it seems like now we're living in an hour in which time is facing and time is moving on seems like now everybody wants to live uh-huh nobody wants to tell the truth now how long we been here so we we got everything now we don't want reading glasses so we get contacts we don't want to see no gray hair [Applause] he's man we don't want to go without hair on my head and I told him I said listen I refuse to go around with no hair on my head I refuse to so if I come up here with something you see me a kind of law one son then the next time down my pit don't say nothing to me I told him I'm gonna come I'm saying that y'all know this ain't real I know it ain't will not if we don't got that out the way let's have some church the Bible even says but I sure how I should progress your cry does these young folks on my day grind is hurting now you know what your grinders are osho keep kind of on great on great great on who died last year at the age of what was that name you still had a teeth I said Lord I'd have been to the dinners at least three times myself and had them pull it out but time would do that to you time will cause you to have to make a man with your body and time for all of us it's pointing at us saying don't you realize I'm not slowing down for you but I'm moving on night has that uncertainty about it as a matter of fact people used to say you can be here today and gone tomorrow now we know that you can be here today and go on later on today because the only things certain about life is there every day people are being born but every day people are leaving here by we look especially when we come to pay tribute to those of us that have gone on we come the funerals and we sit there ha ha and we look at them have we say oh my lord they just too young this they should've gone so soon but the guarantee if not all your life that you'll make it to where they are the matter of Matt John the Revelator declared that I so both the small and the great and they were standing before God to be judged and now look at out did enquired here aha David I was letting us know David said Lord teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom and we got a lot of foolish young walking around here now and I listen to the Apostle y'all better hear him when he said you better get some insurance you young fool because it used to be the way you expected young folk to live at least about 70 years but my god now young vocal even here at 20 and 25 and 30 years of age and we walk around like we got 40 more years to live you don't even realize you got more time behind you and you have in front of you small and great standing before God to be you know what the Bible says the Bible says it is appointed unto men once to die and after this wouldn't be so bad if all you had to do with that but after this the judgment you don't know where but you know one day you gonna lay down and die we began to look at the news and see all of the things that are happening now and one thing that hurts us is that here lately we've been hearing more and more about people kidnapping now that summer kids wanna stand a young girl sleeping in her room a man comes through the window right down the street and it's not enough that he takes her innocence it's not enough that he rapes her and takes the majority something she can never get back okay trace my childhood and makes her a woman it's not enough that he Mars her and scars huh and France fur Yahweh's sand nothing here but then he turns around and he takes her life so bad enough that you're right but then you go around get a knife and cut her throat what could an eleven-year-old have done to you but now they just getting up and kids they grow nothing 970 year old women being taken from their homes bodies being found on the side of some country road in a shallow grave all of this is pointing fingers and everybody and saying nothing in life is certain you are not guaranteed to live just now people are leaving here everyday and some of them are teenagers some of them are graduating from high school and dying the next week young folk y'all better hear me nah stop talking and listen to me because the thing is it's not guaranteed ha that you gonna get married and have a family nah-ha it's not guaranteed that you gonna get a job and make a million dollars ha it's not guaranteed that you gonna live to see two and three generations ha but one thing that's guaranteed is that it's appointed unto men once to die and after this the judgment so what are you doing with your life ask yourself what am i doing because if you want body I was awake and averages out to about 8 hours for a business day then most of us sleep 8 hours so that's 16 I was going right there there are only 24 hours in a day you gonna sleep a third of your life away you gonna lay down close your eyes and when they open a third of your life it's gonna be gone to sleep then you'll go to what what eight hours a day and some of us what worked why you don't average that's another side of your life dog just like that what are you doing with the other thing you only have 130 people don't want to serve the Lord with that last third don't understand why it's hard to get folks to come to church now you only working with a third why is it hard to get people to pray now you're only working with a third my god look at y'all and got quiet here but I come to tell you that today life is moving on and if we're not careful we look at the clock what time is it what time is it and we look at it and don't even realize that every time the hand it's taking your [Applause] I just want to do what it is we want to do some of us are sick still in getting right some of our mouths die still living fine cry accidents poor guns Anya almost overdosed and you're still ain't saved Wow one day die but you it's gonna be over there are million in one ways you could leave here million and one ways you can leave him hot about a man what was that cleaning woman's own skyscrapers all the way up without clear with a dangerous and fell off the Prairie about thinking that million in one ways you can leave here I want you to lick think back over your life how many times you were almost go how many times that our mouths take you out and God let you hang around here a little longer and what have you done with your life since then overdoses and they have to shoot Milka a vinegar in your veins to try to revive you that you're still that somebody thinks they're not saying still not saved after all of that just still not said Wow because your days are numbered many of us are gonna be just like the men the Gospels who had plenty bestowed up for many years the Bible says that he harvested his crops and he said I got a problem now he didn't say my problem is that I'm still not saved but he said my problem is that I'm too black to think about my soul and that's the way a lot of people are you just think about just saw you got it going home you've got too much money you're too blessed to worry about your soul and the Bible said that that night after he bragged on himself and over all that he's done he said soul eat drink and be merry he said he's God is looking at a lot of poke saying use up because of all things look at him getting quiet and upset how many of you got too nice of a car that's a came even come the church how many of you love your family so much maybe I'm just not comfortable with you going over to the sanctified Church I didn't grow up in the sanctified Church I just don't think it a car left there baby all right if that's the way you feel then I just go on oh no I ain't trying to separate nobody huh but I'm trying to let you know my soul ain't so soul for God as to what you did with my soul to bless to think about just soul and the problem with that is this is disrespectful can I go and preach quash it acquit or should I go on the problem is that is disrespectful that has been known to walk into the neonatal care facility uh-huh babies that have just been born two hours ago death has been known to walk in and dismiss them from the world death has been known to reach through the womb few days few weeks before delivery that has been known to reach on the inside and take a childhood that has been known to get you while you're driving a car look at y'all I ain't saying nothing here I said death is this respectful huh I've come to declare to you death has been known to dismiss people why they were typing on the keyboard Oh y'all ain't saying nothing he and about 10 minutes later somebody walked by and got two pages of Jesus ha ha y'all ain't gonna talk to me but I'm gonna preach anyway yeah why because death is disrespectful death has been known to come in people Wow big job trying to exercise and get healthy huh God but they was so healthy they didn't even worry about their soul huh but death came in right on the side of the road and when they turn around they were still jogging huh and didn't even know that right down the road death was waiting on him to dismiss him from this world huh touch somebody until the name of death is disrespectful huh I've even seen them come right up in church God could I preach up in here I've seen that come up in the house of God and I've seen him get somebody look at always saying that here that was minding their own business and show them the law ha touch somebody until the neighborhood you just don't know we're not and you just don't know where I've seen death come and get folk look at y'all way standing here wow they were up testifying and giving glory to God I've seen their skip the hospital and go to the Coliseum where thousands of folk were gathered up and serving the devil when they were drinking liquor I've heard of death going to the hood and folk they were having a good time trying to shake it loose oh god I feel like preaching here I've heard of this going and getting people huh while they sit on the pork that is disrespectful that there's no respecter of persons you'll get a millionaire just like he'll get a pauper huh but y'all ain't talking to me huh but I'm gonna reach up in the head who was this man I got his own Island living in a bigger house but still scared of germs in his own house with a surgical mask on huh wearing gloves wouldn't eat nothin that somebody else touched lost in my pack doctors all around the bed but when it was his time to die he died just like the bomb on the street huh I've come to tailor day your days are numbered grab somebody by the hand and tell them neighbor you don't know we and you don't know where I come to tell you don't care who you are I don't care who you know don't care how much education you've acquired in your lifetime one of these old days that is gonna creep in the room and what you're gonna do when that come creeping in the room what you're gonna do when it calls your name what you're gonna do when you next in line because I come to tell you every time we have a funeral every time somebody die that means that's one less person you got to realize today it's all the way around us told you once before that they never that far away children got upset I was driving home about a month ago my belly fool got in the car on my way home I read Danielle scream like a woman would scream God always sang at him all of a sudden that's some under the car what in the world was that going on don't play me if you're sick in your body God is a healer but it don't make sense not be sick and not be safe you need to get safe because I come to tell you if you're saved from sickness to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord but one thing is guaranteed you got to lay down and leave him but if I live right I feel like Richard huh if I do right if I treat my neighbor right Kevin belongs to me shake three hands and tell him your days are numbered ah what are you gonna do with the time you got left it's time to serve the Lord don't let him say you are food and this night your soul is required because this man then half three years the lay there and be sick and get it right what I heard God say this knife AHA I don't know they say I wanna be sick for about two weeks so I can get myself together huh but it don't work like that preachin happy I said it don't work like that I've seen people go hot in a car accident well they say that they didn't even know what it was that hit him high I remember seeing a woman die huh and here in the paramedics say see what bad Posey hit the ground my god sometimes it's suddenly hot and that's what I come to tell you you don't know where don't know where some time is suddenly you can be here now and going in the next night but shake somebody's hand and tell them neighbor if you're not safe you don't have to die like that y'all way standing here I made up in my mind a few years ago that I didn't walk I like this but if somebody telling me I didn't water but not like this if you a liar make up in your mind then I don't want to die like this if you're a gambler ha make up in your mind don't wanna die like this ha if you're still closet ha make up in your mind I don't want to die I don't want to die like this there are some people who are good people I want you to hear this some people are good people they just not safe some people a real good people they just not say some people don't cuss they don't drink they don't want a cake but they just not say you know people like that he's so sweet you know she is just big nicest person in the where they could get a shirt I see no one time give somebody the shoe she was I've seen him take money out of his own pocket and give it to people in need good people just not safe and it don't matter how good you are good people go to hell every day save people go to heaven but good folk then go to hell every day let's see the thing is when they preach stuff like that I just feel like they trying to scam me and to get in my heart I don't care why you get right just get right David said when I look up and see the people are leaving here all the time you say uh-uh thou has given us 320 the days of ideas are threescore years and ten and F by reason of strength they be fourscore then is their strength labor but we're soon cut off we flower so cut off and we fly away so teach us we look at all of that looking on the news see people dying every day you know it hurt me and I told you this 200,000 people killed in ten minutes when the tsunami hit 10 minutes 200,000 people gone you gotta told them people that morning you know what and tonight you ain't gonna even see the Sun see people wouldn't believe that what I'm laying up on the beach I'm living the life $1,000 for my earth fare along I'm standing a five-star hotel to me I got a room service coming what do you mean tonight I'm not gonna be here to see the sunset you didn't see all this luxury around me but in ten minutes over 200,000 people gone ten minutes you mean to tell me you're gonna play around with your soul no when they got one nobody got one so you won't play around with the one you got all these messages going for all these people preaching all of this word all of these conventions and these rebels and you still gonna play around with your soul they could take all right always I'd rather get to heaven and God said you know you didn't have to do all of that then for me to get that he said you know what it was a lot you should have done and you just didn't do yeah when they talk about holiness how they talk about his rules and regulations friend of mine called me from Atlanta he said I heard a bishop preach a message he said rather for everything to be wrong then for everything to be okay nowadays everything okay well you that's okay you cousin that's okay Peter cussed you still drinking that's okay now everything is okay but I'd rather for everything to be wrong don't do this don't do that don't do that because at least there's a spider but if everything okay can you imagine everything going to heaven I told him fees up back can you imagine a thief in heaven you better not let your crime down take your shoes out ran at what size is there can you imagine a thief in heaven you better not take your coat off flat iron able to code three times too big for there a thief in heaven leaves ain't going they can't go heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people driving down the street I heard one of the whole songs that we used to hear years ago man gave an analogy y'all heard it death and the beautiful lady there was a woman in town y'all might know you say she look good everybody applauded her beauty she was soul she was bad she's sitting in the mirror looking at herself saying man you pretty you got this thing going on look at your hair what folk would kill for headlight you better watch your back because you ain't careful somebody's gonna come cut it off cuz people won't what you got somebody knocks on the door tall man in black looking at her he said my name is dead I'm not he said don't worry coming for you now I just heard so much about you I wanted to come see what everybody was talking about he said yeah you pretty you got this thing going oh he's heavy now you know one day I'm coming back coming back for you she said for dead when you come just give me a warning let me know years went by those big eyes I used to blink like this all of a sudden they come lines around her eyes my skin was no longer as cohesive as it used to be wrinkles can too proud a face out those big eyes that made love to look into like Solomon they look like pools all of a sudden now she had to cover those eyes with glasses a long beautiful black hair started to turn great from aged time began to weather her hair teeth came out she had to go and get us some more let's try that men used to love to just stand on the opposite side of the street just to watch her walk now she had a cane in one hand her posture which used to be sorry that was bent from the years it had weathered her body those ears that used to pick up the phone and listen to sweet nothing now had a hearing aid on the inside look at y'all ain't standing here and that shape oh I feel like preaching that used to make folk wonder what is she doing don't look like that now she had to go and buy this and buy that and try to mimic the shape of a 20 year old time had done her bad somebody knocks on the door she goes and opens it and here is dead she said death it's been a long time you must have been in the neighborhood again and stopped out to see me he said no woman I'm here for you she said that you told me that you would send me a water you would let me know it said you didn't get the message he said you remember when your teeth fell out that was me letting you know time would know when your hair turned gray that was me letting you know I was coming when your sight left you and gravity got upset with you that was me letting you know that time was long he said woman look at the cane in your hand when you went and got that cane you got it because I was telling you time went along he said I didn't come for nobody else I'm not here to visit I'm here for you ain't gonna look how many of us go to bed in one room and I teeth in another room [Applause] look at the Saints done got quiet I [Applause] heard a man same time he was brushing his teeth and whistling at the same time how you do that [Applause] [Applause] but you know what that is that's time moving on that's time move how many of us can't do the stuff we used to do people tell me when I'm not as young as I thought my ain't either I told you started raining and I had to run in a building I took off and in four steps both of my ankles head pop pop I just stopped and had to walk in the rain we can't do the things we used to do we can't do that stuff we used to do you know why because time for us is moving on you should be some happen you're seeing something getting ready father you jump about the seat and catch it in the minute now hit just hit the ground ain't no jumping up you know why we can't get up like that we can't do the stuff we used to do some of us make noise when we get up there was no problem years ago now we student to the edge of the seat and Rocking [Applause] it takes effort now look at y'all laughing it's funny but you know what it ain't gonna be funny when your time run out there's sand in the hourglass so are the days of our lives and saying just pouring out David said Lord teach me the number of my days so that I can apply my heart unto wisdom you know what wisdom says I'm not gonna be here all the way so get right now how many of you have not applied your heart to wisdom some classes people have died in the class you graduated from it you ain't been out of school in no time but you know people in your class who have died you went to their funerals time didn't care nothing about them death dismiss them and you means you don't even realize that your days are number two you're gonna sleep a third of your life away one third of your life is gone because you laid down in the bed that's what you're gonna at the end of your life you'll be able to look back and say what did I do it a pie-chart one third of the pie chart it's gonna be sleep chances are a third of it is gonna be work what are you doing with the only third of your life that you got left are you too busy to serve the Lord because I got good news for you you're not too busy to die you're not too busy to die so why be too busy to serve the Lord your days are numbered wisdom says I know that and I'm gonna do something about it right now don't you wait that was a young man and I'm through came to this church right here three nine seven two seven last year that's Sunday morning preach then I told him I said listen somebody's here God is saying don't leave don't leave this place it's not feasible for you don't walk out of these doors and not get your life right I said that got it on tape the man sat at his seat and cried the woman next to him asked him if he wanted to go down he said no not this time but he sat there and cried one of my friends told me this because she knew him she worked with him said right back there and cried Tuesday he didn't show up for work nobody knew where he was and he told him the message was for me but not today not today he cried he would rather drive and get right not today not and he sat there and they were looking for him and couldn't find him finally I believe it was two or three days later they found him dead he killed himself killed himself sat right back there had the check his days were numbered and he didn't even know some people have experienced stuff happening to them man I was that I was in the car accident I was in this and all this bad stuff been happening them and they don't even know it's because death is on your trail death is riding you it's just I just come to that conclusion sometimes death be on people they go here and this almost happen they go over here and this almost happened they go here and this out and it still don't click in their mind man maybe God is trying to tell me something death was on him said right back that cried but would not get it right and because he didn't he went out killed himself and his wife came back one of the sisters here worked with her brought her back I believe it was the next Sunday and his wife sat came up here cried ship the hands and told us the story of what happened to your days are numbered you know days are numbered what are you gonna do with your life young folk what you gonna do what are you gonna do with your life you're gonna sell drugs and kill your crazy self what are you gonna do time is moving on and if you're not careful the hourglass will spit out all the sand on this side and after this the judgment I want everybody to stand
