by the brakes [Applause] all right look at that Wizard slicker ops put you up for that barbed wire right there hung up on your pants all right so I think the plan is we're going to walk up on this little Knoll here see if we could find a house site and if there's not one we're gonna walk that way because there's a few appeals and our old map there was to house site smart side by side so we're bound to find one of them foundation stones there signals everywhere in the ground old handmade brick right here find exactly where it was I'm gonna walk down towards that give me a coin or a jar lid I don't know sounds like something non-ferrous though to probably dress good to be true you're in the big old piece of pot or something Oh mangled up you never know you got to dig those signals let's go find some more all right we're going to check out this big tree up here I feel like we're not on to the house site yet there's more to be found about this one watch your step [Applause] dude a palm tree - that one's been there about 50 years this is what you call bush wagon this does everywhere on the way [Applause] that's a big tree - the closer we get the bigger gets hope they'll have been there long give it away that amazing I just head on to something pretty cool down here it was peeping in like a shotgun shell if there it is leave we have us a little pocket knife look at that it still has part of the handle on there maybe the blade was open at one time it's like it could've been pretty cool not sure how old it is but at least 50 years or older we'll take it let's go find some more so I just found something pretty interesting over here we're showing up in the mid-60s I thought it was a piece of junk it's not this right here is an old doorknob it's been all mangled up and stuff but that's exactly what it was it's very very old - I'd say eighteen hundred's you see it screwed on right there could have went off of a drawer either way it's an old note one there's something right here big old metal thing we believe there's a well under but we're not sure maybe not but it's kind of weird for that to be right here it's gonna be very here they don't know if I'll be able to get it won't try to get out it's there for a reason the underground tunnel down right here I guarantee you it is a well it's locked down to the ground so it's covering something up probably a well no it will cut that one out when I lift it up just to see what's under it real quick I mean we're out here in the middle of the woods like another break you gotta pull it up what stuck on that side okay we got one more over here a [Music] lot easier watch out here's the moment of truth we're gonna just point be careful how you do it just lay it this way look at that wow it's got water in there holy moly that's unbelievable so this was covering it up and that's good though somebody or animal to fall in there that one's hard to see why Oh take a look at that where's the magnet when you need it could be something in that one Wow pretty cool all right let's flip this over real quick let it fall so it was a good ways we would have dug about a foot and a half till we reached it I want to get my detector right over here that's amazing that right there it's not very deep maybe thirty feet we don't know how deep the water goes let's say at least a few Wow to make sure this will stays covered very dangerous all right let's let it drop must be good right there we'll be sure to cover it in and stick it back down here in a minute and we'll get back to digging the well is about 20 feet that direction and right here I believe this is where the old house site was at you can see this is a foundation stone it's perfectly rectangle shaped like that those are pretty cool rocks right there so it looks like there's one right there and maybe another one here so the house probably set right up on that Knoll there which would make sense the well is right beside it so all this area here would be prime detecting area I just found an ox knob right here this is a pretty cool piece you don't see any of these around here it's brass that right there is old cool piece of history by the whole lot around that house site but I just I bought something down here looks like a crystal right there haven't even picked it up yet you can see it has an edge to it broken from a bigger one but that's definitely a crystal it's beautiful too white quartz Wow I bet if we took a sifter and just went through all these rocks here we'd find some good stuff a lot of quartz in the area look at that I'll just just coarse rocks everywhere that's a good indicator there's probably gold in this Creek so maybe we're coming back with a pan and just doing some tests it went fine I'll take that one any day what'd you get really let's take a look at it mixed into follows quartz rocks it's very cool that is a beautiful one you can see where it's been worked on the edges there so that's how we know it's not just a normal rock Wow awesome fine first one mm-hmm good job put somewhere safe so you don't lose it mm-hmm here's a few of the crystallized rocks I pulled out of here just in this little area we've been searching it for about 15 minutes now pretty cool that's like a cluster of crystals did you get something oh nice two more so you're definitely out here I'll have to come back with a sifter and tear this place up just a little tiny Creek you would never think you'd find all these out here cool deal well we're all geared up and ready to head on out of here now it's getting dark so gotta make it back to the truck see if we cross the creek right here be careful going up this one because it's kind of slick
