Metal Detecting World's Largest Coin Spill!! $50K Penny Spill In Henry Creek!!!!

okay here's the story in 1974 a truck carrying $70,000 worth of pennies turned over on this corner and I just got permission from the landowner to come out here metal detect with the understanding that if I find some pennies then I bring them back show because they said they've never found any pennies down here mica down here just duck so I'm about to find out if there are any pennies in penny Creek this place is not a hang on one second I came back to see that truck it's not a secret around here it's a well-known fact that it happened and I did look it up on the internet and it seems seems to be true that a truck turned over on the other side of the road with $70,000 worth of pennies so I bumped bromo water boots and I'm gonna find out but he said he's never known anybody to come metal detecting down here so this could be the largest coin spill of all time so anyway I appreciate y'all watching so far and I just sunk with my water boots on but making my stuff out and I'm gonna get out here and start looking around well I thought ahead I got a sixty to eighty signal right here so I'm gonna see I've already dug a pull-tab so check it out all right I'm getting deeper but I still haven't got to listen all right it's about that deep still as deep as the corner is so let me get back on that was a lot of digging a deep hole for that it's a can all right I'm gonna go the other side maybe I can find I think this truck actually come around the curve up there and flipped over on the other side but I just thought I'd start here since this is where I parked okay hole number two a pipe it runs a little farther than I thought I'm on the other side of the creek now where the trucks supposedly turned over so I'll move over to that side odd hole number three helicopter I'm nothing say that or not [Music] I think it's carrying fertilizer so that could be wrong it was flying over a bunch of trees out there dumping stuff all right back to hole number three turned out to be a piece of iron actually it could be aluminum but it's not a penny so I gotta get up in here okay stick with me here I think I have just found a penny do you see it right here that is a penny these pennies were supposed to be freshly minted pennies that have never made it to market like the little piggies they were supposed to be pennies that fresh from the mint oh my goodness I can't read the date can you see that so if that's the case and this is a freshly minted penny if this pinion never made it to the market straight after the mint that makes this an uncirculated penny right but bill Ladd passing over profit I got to get a date off this hang time I know it's supposed to be good for pennies but I want to see this helicopter again this joker is brave maybe he'll come whizzing around again in a minute [Music] I hear him [Music] we see him my head [Music] anyway back to Penny's I got a 50 signal up on his bank but when I it's really deep so when I get deep down in the hole maybe they get up a little higher into the penny range so we'll see give you an idea where I am from the bridge I went under it on the other side where I thought the truck might have turned over but I didn't find anything so anyway I'm back over here dig this hole all right the signal disappeared 100% disappeared I'm gonna look around some more all right another to deep hole and what I found was this that's a nail so I'll cover my hole see if you can find the penny how does this diggin and I got down to the hard mud or soft mud and I slung it out where with my detect again a nurse is thinking about it I didn't vomit 1972 the paper said the spill was in 74 but I'm wondering now there it is y'all another uncirculated pennies straight from the mint that only made it to this Creek I know how do you get excited about a penny you're gonna tell you mom about that all right put my pocket find another here it is another eighties and nineties more than 10 inches deep I'm gonna get into the pinion all right I'm gonna dig it all right here's my hole it feels in pretty quick so it's out of the hole somewhere I know about this is goofy to get so excited about pennies I may not be there today 72 there it is folks oops you can't see that but you see that 1972 uncirculated penny absolute Mint uncirculated condition one owner me actually the guy that let me come down here he comes you got it let me come down here tell me if I find any cuz he's I don't know if he's elderly or just old but he's he's been out here 100 years whatever that makes you he said he has never found a penny out here so he said he never met like today either actually his grandson tell me about it went and got permission I think he was asleep or laying in bed or something so I promised I would take the pain here back up there and show him okay cool almost chocolate all right man I'm excited spilling in my hole right here like that take there with your left just got another signal [Applause] 90 is 50 I guess huh oh well come on I'm the king I like another 62 eighties nineties but it's Scratchy I think it's bigger wet there so all right I'm gonna dig it okay nothing is this that is a well I don't know there it is keep dating for pennies I don't have any I don't have any signature let us say you might process this is the process pretty intense when it I'm actually kind of hot out there I'm gonna keep looking my shovel is resting right there I just started on another hole and I've had a 40 s the 50 signal I got it out of the hole I don't think it's a pity but who knows okay had to stop recording for a second I had a little head phone call alright so back to this where did it go hang on a second the machine [Applause] there it is a most impressive piece of aluminum can alright I gotta find another pin you think I'll give us fell a couple pennies just about I've just about dropped my phone in this Creek that was out in the middle and I've tried to get that in my pocket and turn it on and how about dropped it I got an eighty signal a deep 80 signal so come on dig attack what you sing to 20s now but my suit is Ella Tendo [Applause] actually I think I was just talking and didn't put it on record dug and dug and dug and got it now if you just heard that twice and that's what I did once I got a 40s to 60s here low tone not too deep let's see what that is I can get it with maybe you know sometimes you get one of those sometimes you don't alright next hole alright 60s to 80s gotta be a corn doesn't it you gotta be and it's not appear to be too deep but that could be nothing good there's not deep and it close away maybe it's deeper than I thought there it is so lid up from mount olive jar little glass or honey have been in her too long well the edges are kind of smooth awkward it's not a coin gotta be another one in here found a signal upon the bank ain't 80s or 90s still 10 inches deep so I got a little bit of ways to go so let me up falls in dig it's a yeah beer can I heard it crunching and I'm done three pennies that's a 72 other ones are 72 that other one is I don't know let me sit him down here checking them one hour ergonomically correct so you don't get sore looking at him here they are uncirculated pennies straight from the mint truck in 1972 to this Creek thank y'all for watching
