XREAL AIR 2 & PRO: The CRAZIEST 120Hz Wearable Gaming Display with Shockingly Good Sound!

hey friend Brandon here right now I'm wearing the x-r air2 pro which is launching in the US market alongside the air2 and I'm super excited to show these off because I've Loved using them and have to show you all the cool Tech built into it and how awesome it is to use and thanks to xreal for partnering with me for this showcase they've recently rebranded to xreal from inreal and claimed to be the bestselling AR glass's brand now one of the most incredible things about the xra Air 2 Pros is how they don't look like peculiar massive augmented reality glasses that you see everywhere instead they have that classic sunglasses look to them that makes them look well normal and classy they're also surprisingly comfortable to wear for a long time without feeling heavy in fact I'm getting over being sick and the week before filming this video I was laying in bed all day trying to get better and I wore these for all the content that I was watching whether I was laying on my back or on my side it was comfortable when you put these on you can have a screen size experience compar to 130 in in air casting mode all the way up to a massive 330 in in other modes and the image looks excellent and bright because it uses the latest Sony micro OLED display at 1080p the X re's optic engine ensures the best resolution and color profile this is like having an IMAX like experience in your home or on the go but keep in mind this is not a fully immersive headset you have a 46° fi of view which mimics having a display in front of you what's really unique about the pro model is the immersion control function this is a cool feature that you can access and adjust with a little squeeze of the button on one of the arms just one touch allows you to instantly switch between 0% 35% and 100% which can block 99.9% of the light from your surroundings and those various electrochromic dimming levels will increase the glass's tint to block out the light around you and help you see the built-in display better with more contrast it also allows you to walk around with awareness of your surroundings while watching content whether indoors or Outdoors if you need a full on Blackout experience they do have these Shades that you can put on them I've tested out several sunglasses with speakers built into them and the ones in the XR Air 2 Pro are surprisingly immersive sounding and give you a vast Sound Stage that means you'll hear things moving around you when you're watching a movie or footsteps when you're playing games these things sound really wide but they won't have seat rumbling base but you'll still feel very much within the content you're watching truly the sound is the most immersive and wide sounding of all the in glasses speakers that I've heard just know that if you have these cranked at max volume and someone sits right next to you they can hear a little bit of what you're watching so use them [Music] wisely also this is way more comfortable than having earbuds in your ears and one of the reasons it's more comfortable to lay on my side with them on the X beam there's an option to toggle between different display modes the body anchor pins the display in one spot so you can move your head around but the image remains in one spot smooth follow allows it to track where your head moves and has a more organic smooth movement rather than hard lock to your head I prefer this one the most and then finally the side view gives you a space for multitasking which is great for watching multiple sports games or something like that gaming is one of my favorite use cases for the xro air2 pro and air2 this supports a refresh rate up to 120 HZ so it's perfect for that I can easily connect my steam deck and the experience is smooth you can also connect it to an Xbox or Playstation with an HDMI to USBC cable and the X beam works great there unfortunately I didn't get a chance to film this video while on a plane but I'm confident that this is amazing for those long plane rides where you want to play games or watch content without other people watching what you're watching embarrassing story but I was on a plane and there was this comedy movie that I was watching and uh a certain kind of scene came up right when a flight attendant approached my seat to ask me what drinks and snacks I wanted I felt uh pretty embarrassed as I said it has been great around the house and even when when you're sick and don't want to be there holding a phone up having your body propped up to see a TV or laptop and with earbuds in you can just lay down on your back or side and you're good to go seriously this was awesome when I was getting better now one bummer it doesn't support DRM content wirly but they're working on getting approval and capability for that soon so I can't wait for that the default colors for the glasses are black but the Air 2 also has a red model you can customize your xre with your cido stickers to personalize the look to your taste which is tons of fun and pricing for the xrail is way more affordable than some of the other options coming out soon which cost thousands of dollars the x-rail air is $339 the air2 is $399 and the air2 pro is $449 the xra is an excellent option for consuming content or having a more robust workspace in a tiny light package xre has been a leader in the space adding more product features and
