Writing With Melted Chocolate

[Music] every once in a while you have to inscribe a last minute cake or cupcake but you don't have a tube of decorator icing on hand this is what you can do take a Ziploc bag and half a cup or so of semi sweet or milk chocolate chips seal it up and dunk it in a bowl of very hot water as you can see after a few minutes already melted give the bag a very quick dry now it's [Music] dry use your scissors to cut the tiniest corner and now you're ready to [Music] decorate [Music]
