what's up guys it's been jamming outdoors today I have woken 1,500 the dude actually hit a deer and wrecked it I'm actually plan on doing a bobber build out of it replacing the headlight chopping off everything on the rear not really sure if I'm going to replace shocks or make it hard tail or not but I'm putting a bobber seat on it I might try to repair the tank or just buy another one the brake levers all jacked up foot lever foot rest is all jacked up I'm gonna do a fender delete and probably chop this fender so do new bars take off this windshield be pretty cool so y'all stay tuned [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I'm putting dielectric grease in the plugs of the computer place his fuse [Laughter] [Music] [Music] [Music] so I got a glass full of gasoline and hooked up to the fuel pump and I'm about to test see if this sucks this is what goes into the carburetor there's just a quick test looks like the fuel pump works to me [Music] put that pump going straight into the last cup it's still not [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] look that's a 93 fuel I got some antifreeze do coolant flush and cooling replacement I got full synthetic to nubby forty high mileage oil actually got some more fuel line just to get it the gas tank better cuz I think this has some damage on it is leaking a little bit and then I got some spark plugs and I'm gonna do a complete maintenance on it because I want to make it shake make sure this thing's in tip-top shape [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so I'm gonna attempt to tech weld something on and pull that din out I'll see if I can do that [Music] [Applause] [Music] somebody the spark plugs preferably you need spark plugs some anti-seize or a little bit of oil to put on the threads so there's no seas and then some compressed air and then your shock [Music] so I drilled a hole in the wall filter that don't have an oil stick a screwdriver leverage [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] that's all good so I'm just gonna send that down [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] actually shaved off one that's as far as the bolt goes in I might have to turn the bolt up a little bit but other than that I can drill a hole right there and mount that on and sand the whole thing down and paint it and then that'll be my dream operator sets [Music] [Applause] [Music] so I got some sheet metal right here it's pretty thin just to form the belly here basically just gonna come take it and have lay all the way up in here so it takes up the space covers the battery which is on top it's just gonna be a smooth flat surface it'll look pretty good when I'm done with hopefully cuz nobody wants to see the battery and you also don't want rain and stuff to get on the battery so [Music] [Music] [Music] so bent it [Music] that's me my mounting bracket for my seat and the mounting bracket for my tail light that's it right here some shinto cut and will that in [Music] [Music] [Music] Springs [Music] [Applause] [Music] so I just shave that down again that's myself shut the bolt down and so I'm actually gonna modify this side now [Music] so the placements pretty good pretty happy with it so if the it comes up it hits the case with the rubber so it doesn't damage the case or scratch it and I'm actually a little off this piece off because there's two adjustment places you can either have it further out of closer and I'm gonna just chop it off at the closer one because there's gonna point in having that it kind of gets in the way of when you got your foot on there [Music] [Music] so I tried to buy a tool from Harbor Freight at the store they didn't have it so I had to order online then they proceeded to tell me it was on back order six days after I got it purchase it online so ended up I cancelled that ended up going to the auto parts store and getting a puller a body camera this is the only attachment they had that was similar to what I needed so I'm actually gonna weld this piece [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] you're gonna bondo the rest of it [Music] [Music] so the battery terminals were actually hitting the top of this hitting the back of this so actually the Rays useful entire middle section it's not gonna affect anything it's gonna look maybe a little weird but not too big a deal everything's to the lines of how to reshape and getting a bit but is that what would be good going on the roads all sudden sparking everywhere fire [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] somebody cut the brake at an angle right here and so and I'm gonna cut it off straight right here and so this is gonna be able to turn hopefully turn well this where this is flat against the metal and I can just weld it kind of welding on a site so this is actually where your foot laying on it [Music] [Applause] [Music] let's cut some dents in the chrome so I'm gonna hit that real quick with bondo hit the grinder then put some bondo on it and sand it down and repaint it okay with a grinder but I put some bondo on it [Music] [Music] [Music] so here's your tank paint job you can almost kind of see where the you can kind of see where the bondo is not a huge huge fan of my father job I guess but it's okay I guess you can see those two but having done many bonded jobs of course that's terrible [Music] [Music] the handlebar mounts they were both bent and all jacked up so to drill them out bolt store a bunch of bolts for a lot of things [Music] [Applause] [Music] got freshmen out so I was pumping this and holding it and then opening up opening up one let it get squirted out and closing it again [Music] I actually moved left side near so these are off the stock break light I'm actually wiring them in yet the market I'm just gonna plug them right back in [Music] so the green was ground and I wired the halo into low beam preferably I wanted to wire it in where it's on all the time but this is just I guess temporarily temporary swoop on the high beams basically the LED blocks up the red anyway which give me the blocks up the blue anyway so the steering stops gone so I'm actually gonna weld up this solid 3/4 inch [Music] [Music] loaded up ready don't sail I'm gonna miss this bad girl
