what's up y'all back here for episode three of the cbr build right now i'm headed to go get the frame and wheels and stuff that i got powder coated a few weeks ago uh they sent me photos last night and it looks really really good i'm super excited to get it and put it on the bike let's go do it looking good [Music] so i got the wheel bearings from all balls racing these have been sitting in the freezer for a day flip it over and i'm going to put ding ding [Music] [Music] so [Applause] [Music] there she is ah [Applause] so [Music] okay so you [Music] so okay man that was a lot of work this is really hard to do solo man i am sweating my balls off but i got these two bolts in so i just got to find the spacers for these and then i can finish mounting the motor up about to put the coil packs back in so i got this coolant line ran out right there i got this vent line coming up to the air box so so now start doing the wiring harness this is going to sit up in here this is all going to be back here on the swing arm so this is going to sit like right here on the air box so i got the padding for this side i got the rectifier i have the stator wire uh the output for this rectifier and then both these wires right here so i'm gonna put the ignition in got a good ignition again okay so i got the wiring up here done this wiring hooks onto the bottom of this i don't know coolant regulator whatever comes up around here i'm just going to get it over that sensor right there and then i'm going to get these puppies put them in there make sure the rubber gasket's in there four injector ecu so now that's what the wiring looks like typically these would go straight into the injectors right there the orange ones but i am going to be doing the two brothers like basically a power commander this wire came out so i'm going to try to okay so i'm going to try to put that wire back in and resolder it in actually don't even think that i need any solder so i'm just gonna push it back through there we go now the waterproof grommet's still in there and it's back as good as new that's first injector so there's some scratches on that that was the only marks when i bought this [Music] used so hold up looks a whole lot better [Music] [Music] hmm [Music] i'm gonna actually measure how far i need to go back in a second but i'm just gonna cut it off with the cat so we're actually going to measure three and a half inches from the edge of this weld [Music] three and a half now we're going to trim up this edges and then we'll put on the bite [Music] so i got a zip tie on it put the new copper gaskets in there [Applause] [Music] foreign so this is the one that came on the bike that had some damage right here well i got this off my donor bike [Music] i might have to drill a hole actually for this kind of get a general area probably wanted like bar controls around there so i'm going to drill and tap right there so i cleaned off the frame i cleaned off the tab i'm just going to weld it on there [Applause] so [Music] oh all right it's done it's all smoothed up it looks pretty good it'll work got a brand new battery tray i'm gonna put the two brothers up here [Applause] i've got a servo buddy because i already deleted the servo i'm gonna plug it in here's the other part of the lock set that i bought for 80 bucks i'm gonna put the rear one on put the mid-pipe on so so they actually sent me the wrong exhaust this mount is for an oh ford oh six this is an o7 and o8 so i actually have to make my own custom bracket so i am cutting something that's gonna that's gonna attach here and kind of come out and for that to bolt onto and so it can actually be where it should be so i got the piece made it sits on there flush when i sit that piece down so now it's basically flush so i went to lowe's and picked up some adhesive uh shielding heat shield and i put it in there to shield the exhaust from melting this plastic so this wiring got damaged and so i'm replacing it [Applause] [Music] now they're completely fixed i'm just going to wrap them up in electrical tape that oil is like straight clear it's nice all right so [Music] so got a new case got the new odometer case on there so there's a lot of crap on the fork and so i'm going to clean up the fork and pull the dust seal off then i'm going to use my homemade seal saver stick it up in the fork i'm gonna go around a couple times dry them and you're gonna compress them a little bit see we're good now it's not leaking anymore all right the second time i crank it up [Music] don't drop it [Music] [Laughter] man the front brakes are good now so that's it for part three of the cbr build i got it all together i got it ridable um other than a few issues it's road worthy for the most part um next video is going to be basically all cosmetics so y'all stick around for the next video
