Wrecked Dodge Viper TA Gets Final Touches!!!

what is up guys welcome back to the channel so today we're to continue working on our 2014 Dodge Viper ta and what you see behind me is a bunch of little bits and pieces and parts that we need to throw back on the car we want to reassemble this thing as much as possible because we want to get it back on the road and after we're done with that we are gonna also lift this car up pop the wheels off send him off for powder coating and then get to work on those calipers and try to get them painted in a nice orange color so let's go ahead not waste any time and get to work [Music] alright guys so we went ahead and installed the two fenders and also all the air vents and everything up front and plastic pieces basically just reassembling the whole entire front end so now we're gonna go ahead and actually pop this front grille on the front bumper and then we're gonna slap that front bumper on and that's basically gonna be it for the front end this is the first time we're actually gonna throw the grill on the front bumper we never seen it kind of lieutenant rail incomplete for a little bit there yeah dead looking complete we bought a brand new grill all the windows cracked you didn't want to waste time to fix it but man it's gonna look freaking good those look great and there is little guides that go into there on the back end of the bumper as well which we got those snap in we should look at it down know what this is it oh yeah nevermind you're right there's like spins in there [Music] [Applause] [Music] alright so we just installed this front bumper with the grill man it looks absolutely amazing also if you haven't noticed we did get the white side marker lights what do you think of those them look way better than the orange ones but everything is looking super good up front the little group inserts the side marker lights now what we're trying to do is actually fix this little bracket on the headlight there's a bracket right behind here if you guys didn't notice and are probably the first few videos we did talk about this whenever we remove the headlight we could not find this bracket you actually got to buy a whole entire headlight just to get that bracket which sucks so right now what we're gonna do is remove this bracket and see if we can fix it what this bracket actually does is pull this headlight and hood together just like that you may notice how it sags a little bit and that is because its bracket so hopefully we can figure this out somehow fix it then after that we're gonna install all the rubber seals and we should be good for the front end [Music] [Applause] [Music] alright guys so we just fully threw on the front bumper fastened to everything all the girls even underneath the plastic trays and also we went ahead and threw all the seals all the way around so the front end is basically 100% complete for now now what we're gonna do is move on to the rear end and fasten that rear bumper so on the rear end here we're gonna have to remove the rear bumper a whole entire rear end assembly basically is gonna have to come off because as you can see one of the taillights is just not sitting flush with this carbon fiber piece and what I think it is is there's actually some few tabs actually broke off whenever we bought this car and we did fix them it looks like one broke back off so we're gonna probably just go ahead and take this off we try to refix it try to fix that a lot better than we did and then slap this bumper back on there going to do the inner fenders and then after all that I'm gonna install our rear carbon fiber spoiler you got it on the Ferrari over there it's looking good may have to get one for the Ferrari but anyways let's go ahead and remove this whole entire rear end assembly [Music] [Music] all righty guys so we finally got the holder and put back together got the inner fenders in when I go down with it take it outside and probably give it a wash yes sir looking good looking sharp basically pretty much treat worthy oh yeah except for the ABS light that's on which we're gonna figure out here real soon we need to actually get that scan but for now we're gonna pull this sucker outside give it a wash right yeah here to wash it so that way we could go ahead and throw on that spoiler right there and it's gonna be a nice and clean surface no grease none of that because we've been like played our hands and like we've been touching it got adjusting and all that good just got fingerprints and grease all over the car so let's pull it outside before it gets dark and give this thing a nice wash [Music] I wanted to tell like you're not working really yeah oh man I forgot to plug it in what do we do it's a lot of work involved in math scroll all the way up in there yeah we'll figure that out later let's go ahead and get was now super clean all the body lines and everything is basically on the car sucks though we forgot to plug in that taillight when we pulled it out to fix a little tab but hopefully we can get in there with my hand and plug that sucker right up because if we can't have to remove the whole entire rear-end assembly again but other than that dude that's looking freaking good looking freaking delicious yep oh the ween dude almost forgot the wing it transforms the rear-end look I was thinking ACR wing but I think that'd be a little too much I really do dig the way this carbon fiber wing that looks super such a steep angle and looks really good I think I like it a lot better than the ACR way you know just that's way too much if you're getting that you can better get an ACR straight up track car but other than that this thing I don't know whenever we took it off it let's glue it on like with windshield glue you see that yeah so I don't know if we should do the same thing or not cuz I don't know if 3m will work because you see how it's like in there with the groove you may have to use a single windshield glue maybe put a bead all the way around and put this thing down perfectly but I don't know if we got any we got a check right there it's called window well yeah so that stuff will hold this now tight so let's go ahead and try to fix this to light then probably take it down the road tonight hi so we did manage to plug that taillight back up but it's just too late to give a test drive in tonight so we're gonna have to catch you guys in the morning alrighty guys so it is the next thing before we go for a little test drive there is still a few little things that we need to do a few little pieces that we need to still install that little door sill right there with a backer on it also probably do the windshield wiper area thing whatever you call it yeah we can throw all that plastic trim windshield wiper cow yeah the cow on there just to clean it up a little bit because it just really it doesn't look right with all that electronics and all of them components just sticking out so might as well throw that on and then uh we need to clean this in tears yeah for a dirty man we neglected it a bunch of dust is inside of it so the car is looking amazing from the out saw the body gaps are just perfect but there is one more thing is that lid do you want to adjust it a little bit yeah this trunk lid needs to go down a little bit so I'll adjust that well we're just pretty much trying to get this thing perfect and it's been taking the longest to do that man it's been the hardest thing man yeah this is probably the worst car to a live body lines because everything even when you lift these cars the body lines will move so so crazy dude you gotta make sure you adjust the body lines while the cars on the ground because when we were doing frame work it was all it was jacked up and we noticed that the body lines were Mugen were like these were just carpet so it's a lot harder than any normal car but let's get this thing ready clean it up throw everything else on here and then hit [Music] man there ain't no better way to finish off cleaning your car dude it smells so good I wish we had smell-o-vision every time we put one of these on did I wish we could just let you guys smell it I'll rub this on the bottom of my nose right here guys check out goon squad com there's a very limited supply of those but smells absolutely amazing delicious look at the car looks absolutely amazing as well oh yeah and now it's time to probably go for a little ripping oh yeah let's go down the road dude I'm super excited I still can't figure out why our ABS light is on we're just gonna have to get that scanned with a more technical computer we do have some scanners but for now let's get this thing warmed up hit the road never it smooth sailing so far with a nice clean interior everything in line hi guys so it kind of sucks talking in this live car cuz exhausted right there but we're actually gonna head to the store right now and grab some freon and fill this a/c in this car because it's so hot and we just we want to go cruising for a little bit but we need some a/c in here so we're gonna go pick up some of that first and then go to be tunes to get him to feel the a/c drive like this man do his thing is over freakin fees hi guys so we are back quick change of plans we're gonna go get some freon to fill up an AC man we got a Lube that up right there keep cranking but a little bit later but that's I was saying we were gonna get some freon but we just now figured out that it hasn't yeah it has AC I just figured out how to work all that stuff and the reason why it has AC because we never took it apart so we while we were driving we're thinking about say we never took that thing apart so we cranked it up all the way and it just took some time and they just start shooting some cold air at us and it felt like the Antarctic so we're good on a-z so the main reason that we came back to the shop is because we got a call from our delivery driver that some parts of the Viper may be in and it looks like hanging in here oh yeah the brake brakes so let's go ahead and see what actually came in and hopefully maybe some big parts like pump up or something like that there is he's pulling up it's getting exciting yes sir and then after we get these parts we're we're just gonna check him out and then we'll head back to get these lights cleared yep definitely but this is this is some serious right here when they have to pull in with a semi-truck so let's go check it out XPO legit all right so we got this sucker off the truck hopefully it's undamaged I see that broken box out there but I think it'll be all right about to find out here I wanna see what's in this little box first of all ya ordered a few ducks up front here and the reason why we got this front bumper I think we already said it before is because we have a little hairline crack over here and we may you see that right there we try to repair it a while back and that's just that weird composite there you have our front ducks nice put this brand-new bumper of course we're gonna use these I just went ahead and ordered both sides and we did order some extra these we really didn't need these but we're probably gonna just go ahead and put them on once will you change the front ball they weren't that expensive what's in here windshield repair kit for when we get our windshield in that's like the last hole right there is this the seal and stuff in here I think so that's so weird yeah it's gotta be a seal I hope it's not a psychic repair kit that's what it looks like is it really no that's actual Oh actual what is this weird Mopar stuff is there a seal in here the Bettis a clear glass primer safe flight installs our windshield we're not gonna be using that kit right there but I thought I ordered a seal kit is what I ordered what's in here hopefully it's two little pluses thanks I know you said it adjusters yeah that's weird I never knew Mopar sold stuff like this yeah a few more glass black glass primer and then you got some clear glass Bob safelight uses that stuff right before they install their glass that way adheres properly then you got body primer I wonder what that is but we're not too worried about that right now let's go ahead and crack open this box and make sure that bumper is now damaged yes sir nice and secure you got a new crazy hopefully I mean this is like a 700 dollar piece right here oh yeah better be smuggler see some broken boxes but I blame that on keeping guys connected hopefully it ain't name is oh dang oh this nicely packaged dude I love that I love the look at that look some damage why are the corners look most important thing dude freakin behind I love the primer already I'm gonna make it so much easier to repaint install it do that's ready to go basically just head to your town and paint it through that is perfect condition no crash no nothin yeah this right here little crack right here is what caused us to just go ahead and order a new one because we want this Viper to be pristine and they had to make this bumper as soon as we ordered it dude I bet that c-section yeah I think that's what they have to do because this took forever and this primer looks fresh really like what the smell like smell fresh not to clean but that's awesome now let's go ahead and set this stuff aside right here I guess and let's try to get that light cleared all right again so he actually just made it to vtune shop here and he's gonna try to clear these codes for us oh dude this whole Vipers gonna shed some tears Oh you watch our media see I'm your fan buddy thing again as I appreciate it man so yes may have to go ahead they went back yeah amantha reap umph all for CalPERS because remember we took off to California mystery all right sounds good Oh we'll figure it out I got so we're actually cruises they're downtown and man you won't believe how many people are just eyeballing necks are breaking it's just crazy loud man I feel like this thing should be kind of legal it probably is I'm straight vibe we haven't got pulled over yet so waiting on that now we're not we don't want to get pulled over I think we'll be all right it looks like a bone stock car from the outside so he's gonna have to do some digging me like stock this thing up yeah it's great pop it's a TA its stock but we're gonna actually head to a spot and a cool little chill spot and we're gonna
