woman today we're playing the Xbox 360 version of Sonic the Hedgehog Sonic the Hedgehog we selected it yesterday and if you watch the video you knew that and you would have seen us breakdance we do there he is oh my god is he bowing God the juxtaposition why have they got this guy in this weird final fantasy world cuz even he looks cartoony doesn't he even man he looks like a cartoon character terrorist attack you can't smile whoa not him look how grim and like post apocalyptic and realistic the world is and then you've just got this blue boy then we're running around smiling and quitting this is just 2006 isn't it yeah he would have some kind of really horrific Oh God what how are they having a normal conversation it might be a wind rushing through your ears just look how barren this places are we put it down for one minute yeah an Eggman robot picked her up with the most gentle tentacles I've ever seen deploy the marshmallow balls what Sonic take this it's its own massive wasn't that around her neck yeah well he's so small I guess wait so Robotnik grabbed her he wanted the Chaos Emerald and she just threw it and he's going that work it's too late now yeah I'm already walking away here I go for I see you at the end of the next level yeah video game run Sonic wow he didn't I like how he took a few steps like he was about to run but he didn't do him very fast he did them like worryingly human like how long are you gonna stare at that [ __ ] ship I'm not in the game it's not in charge still going he's just standing there oh oh it's like is that open world is that the streets I bet yeah this was meant to be the 15th anniversary this was gonna celebrate the 15th anniversary of Sonic and it follows three Hedgehog Sonic Shadow and silver who battles Solaris an ancient evil pursued by doctor Eggland's dr. Edmund dr. Edmund sander just look how barren is those people here what is this universe that Sonic is it hello right oh my god well I'm I walked past you Wow you're doing a good sir it doesn't even block you with the police when you can walk past the policeman and they go hey and then the steps got tails didn't look oh my sliding okay right okay right I've noticed that you can't roll into a ball as far as I'm aware it simply just run like this is the only way you can run you can't you can't do it the classic - Sonic left basically right the team then splits to work on the Wii game Sonic and the secret rings and these problems you know from having the teams split resulted in the game being rushed to market in time for the holiday season and versions for the Wii and Microsoft Windows were canceled right so basically they [ __ ] them selfish everything in been cancelled I wish the world had been canceled when this game would it be nice wouldn't it right was it safe while jumping person holds the a button to fight be careful you will die after flying for too long well how we meant to know how long is praise during pre-release [ __ ] with GameSpot saying it showed a considerable amount of promise the game despite praising its graphics and environment and in 2008 GamesRadar had said that it had looked amazing before its release this has looked to me this was not the case Oh Lord just run please just jump and fly over everything Oh Oh God the only fly for so long though I don't want it I Peter you may not be surprised to know that despite receiving praise in pre-release showing yeah sorry the Hedgehog was released a notably negative [ __ ] ception criticism was directed at a perceived lack of polish with reviewer citing long and frequent loading times a poor camera system gameplay glitches a complicated plot and imprecise control oh [ __ ] you know it has been considered among the worst games not only in the Sonic series but in the video game medium Wow it currently sits at a 46 for Xbox 360 on Metacritic it was so bad that someone to use the word medium there what whoa you just spawned back we do have some review scores Oh which I want to see you finish this level oh and dark Annie's died is this game over well let's see what game over means in this game we're not saved ever it might just restart the entire level or it might just go darn we're not out of interest let's see how far we get progress is 0% no shut up and by the way games way you on the initial menu when you're making a profile and choose continue without saving that doesn't mean I don't ever want to save and it's an tight thing it means I just I don't not asked about saving a 0% profile right now that's where that means it just is strange because it did give me the option if you had created a so far to save at any point but a game like this would not let you resume frame perfect no no you'd restart something cool okay well know what the best review for this game was the best review you guess the number I love a hunt from a professional outlet semi semi serious outlet it's it is a pretty sick magazine okay a real Prince German if it was written by a journey who was really into his sonic yeah it might have got like 32% 85 from plain magazine Oh 85 you simply can't ask for more what action game mission accomplished Sonic is born in new December 2006 apparently the score was revised in the January issue due to long load time which to be fair it did say in the meta and the Wikipedia article that a number of outlets especially magazines that couldn't quickly change their review scores gave the game quite a good review score because they were told that the issues they had in the get in the review code wasn't gonna be in the full release and then it was so this game was reviewed on its I assume brilliant story instead and 18 the world I don't know what they bumped the review score down to but 85 is [ __ ] ridiculous hang in mind they did play this same version right it was reviewed on oh you've compelling art style and faultless voice acting game design world design camera angles gameplay all flawless we've got a zero which we probably not to give too much credence to so I've given I've also got the second lower right yeah because zero giving a game zero epilepsy warning yeah don't look away kids giving you a game zero is quite frankly ridiculous yeah you can't give a zero that just it has a [ __ ] menu yeah it completely destroys the whole point of I wish is not even Val [ __ ] destroys the whole point nope reviewing games if you give something a zero because it undermines everything else you then say about anything [ __ ] if someone gave you a blank piece of paper that's a zero yeah okay so gaming age you know that website we've all heard of yeah gave it a zero okay and says Sega's decision to rush one of its most beloved franchises to the next gen market has ended in a broken product that does not even deserve a rental which doesn't sound like a zero yeah that's not the most scathing review you've ever heard and we've had this is the 9/11 of video games yeah but and that was probably for like that was for 20% yeah the 9/11 of video games I think so we go to our real lowest review score which is 30 this is a very edge magazine so some magazines did see through the bollocks I still think 30 is pretty generous to be honest I thought that was gonna be like a sonic fan would would give it that made generous maybe the RS on air maybe edge magazine said the consistently poor controls of Sonic's 3d outings make it seem like the sake make it seem like team has convinced itself that this is how the aspect of Horan chosen you missed did you just hit an old lady I hit this guy and he rolled is it a lady or a mound lady watch watch the roll again can I try and do it you missed the most of me it wasn't rag doll it was like a stock animation but they look like a rag doll well we can just replay it now I'm looking oh wow yeah that's something sorry that's okay they're consistently poor controls of Sonic's 3d outings make it seem like Sonic team has convinced itself that this is how this aspect of the franchise should rightly be and everyone else should just learn to deal yeah and that's page 82 from Christmas 2006 they have since learned from their mistakes here I thought the sonic tails sonic team which they didn't develop it really it was someone else it was just like it was just a big fan of guy who yeah who assembled his dream team what was that one called Sonic I want to say name on screen yeah I want to say Sonic mania so yes right look at that look at tails tails just just and you can just run like an
