Working Solution for USB Drive Not Showing Up / USB Device not Recognized in Windows 10

hi hello welcome to easy classes in this  video i am going to show you how to fix   issues with usb drive that is not showing in  my computer as guys you can connect the usb   drives but it's not showing in such cases  you are in the right place okay i'm going   to show you three simple steps that you can  easily fix this problem let's begin with   the first step that is powershell go to the  windows search bar and search for powershell   the best match result you will find windows  powershell right click on that and select run as   administrator friends now we are on the windows  powershell then type carefully msdt dot exe   space hyphen id space device diagnostics then  press enter it will try to troubleshoot any   errors on your system now move to the second  step that is device manager go to the windows   search bar and search for device manager the  best match result will find that click on that   so here you can find which is an error that is  usb device has not installed the drive or it is   corrupted with the drive in such cases right click  on the usb mouse device or usb device and select   update driver now go to the browse my  computer if you have a latest driver or   search with the automatically for  drivers if you have connected internet   so in most cases i will prefer go to the browse my  computer for drivers and let me pick from my list   and select the latest driver here and say next  and install now you can see i have installed the   usb mass storage device so now i will close this  window you need to restart your device to apply   these changes after restart i have connected my  usb drive now you can see the usb drive is showing   on my computer so in second step i have fixed  this issue easily so if you unable to see your   drive then move to the third step third step go  to the windows search bar and search for settings   now you need to search for power and sleep open  that now under related settings you will find   additional power settings click on that  you'll find change when the computer sleeps   so that option you have to click then find change  advanced power settings click on that now we are   in the power options scroll down and then you will  find usb settings double click on that to expand   and again double click and here settings is  enabled to suspend settings now select it   and disabled so once you've disabled it apply and  save ok close the all window as a final state you   have to restart your device to apply these changes  and try to connect your usb device now that's it   friends this is how we can easily fix the usb  device not recognized error in three simple steps   hope this video helped you i will meet you in the  next exciting video like this till then bye bye
