When Scammers Face REAL Computer Viruses

network scammer is pretending to be from the amazon customer service team have been leaving voicemails and sending emails claiming that someone is using your account often to purchase really bad or embarrassing things they offer to connect your computer so they can remove the hackers who were using your amazon account but in reality they have no idea how to use a computer when i was talking to one of these scammers recently i put them to the test what would happen if a real virus was on my computer i mean they want me to pay 500 for some super fancy software does it work i think this really exposes just what's going on with these scams you don't need to you don't need to insert any floppy disks sir i have a fake netstat command in case you've used it it is scanning on your network and checking all the computers connected with your wifi floppy disks i could put it in my computer if needed 3d printed save icon the other day and i bopped them on the head with it so you can see here active connections i don't know what that i don't know what any of this means to be honest this means with your computer they are intruders computer connected not physically but over the network and as they are connected they are making changes they are placing orders they are spreading virus using your computer that's why your computer runs slow okay and they have installed a trojan on your network sir and that trojan is recording your information what is it a robot i'm not a bot yes you know they're gonna take over the universe right someday not soon but someday for sure your next generation my next generation they're gonna have some trouble with them sir i'm not having any more kids we are at the okay we are at the very beginning of the new internet uh eraser and that internet era it can either make us immortal or they can destroy us these computers are here to make us immortal so even if we die our memories the kind of person we are the kind of people we met like our friends it's all saved under your computer sir in a form of hard disk a floppy disk and you're saying you're saying all my entire consciousness is gonna fit on a three and a half inch floppy that's scary that sounds like an insult it's possible no no it's not in cell sir there used to be a time when the computers are it's a similar size i guess the thing is on your computer like just take an example this is your computer running on your norton security and all but the information that you send it goes through your wi-fi your ip address so intruders installed a trojan here and that trojan record everything and then send it to the non-legitimate people and they are the one placing this order so our job is to remove the access of the people from your device why did they install something on a wall it's a brick and i don't have any brick in my house except my fireplace it's a break just to yeah it's a big just to make you understand it's incredible just to make you understand like how this works sir your computer your wife's computer your cell phone your tablet okay all devices together create a home network this home network it should be separated and secure from the internet do you mean trying your best you're an expert at this it's literally a fake program that i made and it just sits on top of every other window i was curious what would happen if i if i had like your average tech support scammer who claims to be like a network genius or like an i.t professional if they would know what to do in this situation now i'm rebooting it sir and let's see what happened after it uh you're better off connected with you right you better hope i still have some some files left why are you doing that it takes like a minute to restart my computer oh god now it's up okay so screen the timer restarted though so it's good to know i can just keep restarting my computer over and over and over no no sir i need to assign a technician and before that we need to use the license be able to fix it sir we cannot i i don't understand why are you helping me i thought why don't you just lie to me some more i'm not it's a part of life so lying is a part of life if it's your job to lie to me so i pay you money like a scam or whatever then why don't you keep lying why are you trying to help me now because it didn't work oh that's sort of that's why you're mad about two hours huh because you you didn't get the money you feel like you wasted your time is that it you're just mad that you didn't get the sale huh you're you're mad that you could have probably been scamming someone else got a bit sick that's specif you're upset because you're caught it's pathetic you're like a little kid who got his hands stuck in the cookie jar because you reached in and now you can't get your hand out and mommy caught you you said okay take my 500 then fix it i said no i cannot it's not about money sir it's about we cannot fix it as simple as that take this computer to somebody who can fix not somebody who can only try i don't know about you but i think this is a great example of how these scams work and exactly what their lie is their software doesn't exist they can't fix anything and
