What to do when you can't render your animation in Krita?

look at that i hope some of you have a little build up trouble uh and i'm not judging okay but there's a way to fix stuff and i'm going to show you how if your builder for creator doesn't work you might want to watch this video till the end and to figure out how to export your animations into video so yeah let's uh let's get into this [Music] so i have this solo animation here from 100 years ago and i will play this video of course oh there he is so this is my animation okay let's say your animation is done and you want to export that right let's go from there so animation is down now and then what you do you want to explore this into a video now you don't go to export when you go to an animation because i have that little bit this is how we render animation now um by default you will see that it will open the video section here and ideally you have your build up here and your builder will be working now not always that works sadly so let's just say that your builder doesn't work that's why you're here right so my builder works for now but sometimes it's cranky and i don't want to get into it so what you do is you can go to image sequence now i know look you have a problem and you don't know how to solve that problem but have you ever tried to you know open the box and think outside the box this is one of the ways you can do that instead of rendering your animation into a video file you can try to render your animation into image sequence what this will do what this option here what this whole color here can help you with it will export all these phrases that you see here for your animation into a separate images once you have those images you can put them into another program yes we need to use another program there's no other way but if you do animations if you are interested in animations you will probably have some knowledge in video editing i assume but assuming it's bad so so i you should have at least one editing program on your computer in order to make this work all right so i will be using the feature result if you don't know it's free and i like using directions of you may like using let's say cellulars or vf pro or was there a heck film or this wasn't the mac one lipstick final cut you can use final cut pro it doesn't matter which program for your editing use it will do because first we need to uh export our whole animation into image sequence this is the panel we can do that this is the first frame of your automation this is the last one so in total we're gonna have 90 frames technically like one but since increasing we start counting the first frame as zero right uh the file format now since i will be exporting this whole picture that you see here i don't want to have this as png and i can just go here and change this to jpeg instead this is my image location it's a good uh thank you for you if you're gonna export into image sequence just make a separate folder for that image sequence i already have done this and you can give a name for uh your image i call this bone and the numbering that will be stopped uh the numbers after that name will be from 0 up until well in this case will be 90 and all you need to do is click ok now don't check this only unique frames box because if you click this it will only export the the phrase in blue now your first maybe another color but these are the the unique frames that curtain means when it's asking you do you want all the unique players so your timing will go away and you need to fix that in the video as a program it's it's kind of annoying to do that so it's better just to explore everything and just grab everything and then put it in the editing program so i'm gonna click okay i already done that so let's see where's my animation well technically it's not animation yet it's not a video so here are all the images here's my whole animation now i need to put everything that you see here into a video editing program and as i said we're going to use the make sure it's all for that here's the mixture so yep let me see so animation result you bring back your folder where is it over here and go to the editing uh tab the editing working space so here we go import our um images now i did make a short video before this one it's already up if you have any trouble importing an image sequence into the video itself then watch my video it's only on the video result because then again i use the machine and yeah so how we gonna import these bad boys over here well you go to your first frame your first image and then you go to the last one hold shift on your keyboard and then click the last um image then you can click and drag and then drop and it will create this little file for you now you can drag the file into your timeline so you can i have set this to be repeated so i'm gonna play this and here's your animation now it's not yet into uh video so we're gonna turn this into a video my camera is dying so you will not see me oh my or maybe you will see me give me give me a second so once you have this everything once you have set up your project into the virtual reserve and this is all the images that you have here they're set into image sequence and they're playing fine this is my animation as you said now we need to um export this into a video because still it's just the image support image circuit itself but so you also deliver right once you're happy with your animation right uh you can also by the way if you go back you can make your animation longer you can um select your file ctrl and c ctrl and paste it over here a couple of times so you will make your animation to be a little bit longer and now you can go to deliver and from here on the delivery tab uh you have a bunch of options usually do not touch them but if you're making a lot of videos let's say if i have to um finish this tutorial i'll put a slightly different um stuff here so i won't have like a huge ass file in the end and i need to deal with i will probably lower the quality from here uh right now i said to best because then again this is animation this is a very short animation so it's fine by me to leave the quality to be at best and this is the format this is the codec and someone asked me about codex you can update your codes on your computer it's a good practice to do that very simply if you want to um i need to create the former as i said there's a book support you can do this in mp or if you if you if you don't have the codex for that and you have a bunch of other codes over here but you don't have to worry about it this is your file name this is your location you can always change those and once you're happy with that you can go to add to render queue and it will pop up over here this file and all you need to do is to press this little button around the o and it will happen very fast because then again this is like what 11 seconds and you can see the percentage show right there i'm only and yeah i'm gonna find where they i save it over here and now i have a video file with my animation which is great i'm gonna double click on that okay so i can show you the animation and um yeah it's over here and it's doing what it's doing so this is one of the ways you can try to go around and find a way to you know explore this even without the buildup because i know the buildup doesn't always work pain yes it's uh sometimes it doesn't work for me sometimes i have to redirect redirect the build up a couple of times and and and uh yeah i mean yeah but oh my god it is what it is uh just you know don't don't close yourself like there's always some sort of solution and this is my solution to this but if you have a better solution i will i will know that i want to see it in the comments down below and you
