good morning hot tops and welcome back to my channel so today is the first like work day morning of ass kick august um you guys will see another what i eat in a day that was before i started this because i was like getting ahead of my video schedule so um thursday's video was or whatever the last video was maybe i'll do it as an extra um was before this so anyways um i have my coffee black and i am walking outside for my morning walk i washed my face this morning i got up about an hour before my first call washed my face had a glass of water room temp fed ollie got my coffee and started walking so today i think i'm going to try to get like a harder workout in that's what i'm gonna do today i probably won't be able to do the workout until lunch but i'm gonna walk and then i'm gonna go home and stretch watch a little youtube video after i get this mile in and then i'll get on my call and start my day cheers to ass kick august now watching youtube about to stretch i lit my candle looks so pretty oliver says good morning everybody good morning time for stretching that i just made [Music] i may have heated up my coffee a little too much that is one downside i would say the nespresso guys is it doesn't really make your coffee like super hot it makes it like a little more than warm but literally within like five minutes i feel like my coffee's not hot enough so i always warm it up a ton and i just warmed it up and look it's like smoking okay we mocked an additional two and a half miles well you guys know and i've seen these before i'm going to make 11 of these for four points they are the mini wontons i get the chicken and vegetable these are the lower point ones if you get the pork they're more points um for the blue and purple because chicken is obviously zero points but they're about this big and i put them in my airfryer my airfryer is a little dirty from yesterday which don't mind that and i just put them at 400 degrees for like five minutes i don't really i just like check on them but i'm doing 11 i'm putting a little bit of the light kikumon soy sauce and then i'm just doing one point of the sweet and sour sauce i get this from the asian food section in my kroger i love it it is so so good and it just helps give that salty sweet flavor so i have two little dipping sauces here also because i'm trying to incorporate more vegetables i'm having some green beans i love the french style green beans you guys so i know this is kind of weird but like this is reality i have no groceries right now you guys are gonna come with me to get some groceries today um i have home chef meals coming tomorrow i have a home chef meal for tonight to cook um but i just need to get like some vegetables some milk some coffee some just some random things so that when i'm not eating a home chef meal i actually have food i definitely need lettuce so anyways i am actually making a little more than 11. this is how they look so i just kind of shake them up they're done i just check on them i made 13 of them on accident so i'm actually going to do this will be a five point or six point lunch but they're so good you guys and they're pretty decent size and they're just nice and they taste like a real full meal you know you feel like you're not eating like i don't know i just really like them and they really work for me and anyone who's tried them so far has really liked them i get them in the asian section of my freezer food in kroger as well so we're just going to eat this and this and that'll be lunch for six points got some coke zero look at these beauties they're so delicious you guys dip and dip a little sweet little sour a little salty i meant [Music] a little coke zero ah yes now so it's 117 just for reference and i think my harder workout today it doesn't have to be like i'm dying or something i just need to go harder than i would on other days i've already walked three and a half miles today what i'm gonna do is after work i'm gonna walk an additional three or four miles um so i decided like i when i said i was gonna do harder workouts what i meant is like challenge myself more you know what i mean so like once i do orange theory that'll definitely challenge me let's get serious but i need to push myself harder than i would you know and i need to do that two or three times a week so usually i'd be like oh i walk three and a half miles a day that can be my workout but today i'm gonna be like nope that's not gonna be it that would be what i did before and now in august and ass kick august we're doing an additional three to four miles baby yeah don't mind my junk drawer i'm eating two pieces of this gum i'm not counting it as anything it's starburst gum it's been helping me this week for my like sweet tooth for after lunches two pieces down the hatch while chewing them hey guys hey guys i'm back so i'm driving right now i'm actually back downtown to pick up some stuff that i bought off facebook marketplace from this girl it's like pompous grass and these two raton vases one's really tall ones shorter super super cute they would be really expensive anywhere else and i'm just really trying to facebook market my way through life right now so i don't spend a ton of extra money especially because the peel and stick removable wallpaper that i really want is like a couple hundred bucks for my bedroom i have not found anything comparable i don't want to paint the wall um because i can't do what it this this wallpaper would would do and i just wouldn't do it justice so i really want to buy that and the only way i can like validate spending that much is if i spend less on all this other stuff you know and get it off facebook market please so what we're doing is going to go meet her and then after we meet her i'm going to go to i think old navy and then i'm going to go to target to look from to look for some side night stand tables if i can find them i want some really shorter simpler ones because my bed is lower to the ground and i want them to kind of accent the room so more of like be something to put on top of a table not necessarily have a bunch of drawers or anything in it so we're gonna do that and yeah i'm excited to see these pompous grass i hope she has venom because i could do paypal but i just then was just so much easier for me um but she's my age so i'm sure she can anyways i also need to do some light grocery shopping so i might go ahead and go into this kroger or i'll go into the target and just grab some things i just need like milk eggs oh she just texted me milk eggs lettuce coffee um ground beef i don't know just some like random stuff that i can kind of cook up if i'm not eating a home chef meal because that's the one plus about home chef is you don't really have to grocery shop you're just eating that for like lunch and dinners or two lunches two days and stuff but at the same time you don't go grocery shopping so you don't grab that stuff that you just need for your everyday life like you know what i mean like i don't have any veggies in my house right now i don't have any i mean anything okay so i have two of these like baskets and these things but the thing is these are real and i didn't know this was real pompous grass that she had in them they're so cute though but i think ollie would get into them so i might have to just keep the containers and throw the actual grass away or like spray it i don't know how to treat this but look how big this one is and it has a huge holder back there so i'll have to figure it out but it's already like getting all over the place dang it but anyways so yeah they're so cute though okay guys i just got back um from target i picked up some groceries which it stinks because there was no side tables i wanted so i just really wish i would have gone to kroger because i just was comparing prices oh my gosh really dude like maybe watch where you're going okay you're a anyways sorry this guy like swerved out like didn't even look behind him just like pulled out and he almost hit my car so anyway so i was looking at prices because i just was like doing a kroger click list before i decided to like be like screw it i'll just go grocery shopping and i'm not going to old navy because i just feel like it's going to be a bad news because i just know it um the prices are so inflated at target like we already knew that but i never like really seriously compared them and today i did and i was like oh my gosh so like for example my 96 lean ground beef i just got it was almost nine dollars at target it is usually five dollars five at kroger so that's why you spend a hundred dollars every time you go to target guys because it's like their food and like their groceries are so overpriced which it's like i always knew that but i never saw it and like knew the comparison but because i just bought ground beef recently i was like target hitting us like a smooth criminal up in here but i'll show you guys everything once i get back home all this pompous stuff is getting all over my car but anyway i'll show you when i get home so here are the two things i got this huge container with these big long pompous grasses and they're real the only thing is they shed so much um and they're kind of coming through the bottom so i don't know but anyways that's what they look like and then this is the other one super cute i don't know what i'm doing with them yet but i just knew that i wanted them so they're just gonna sit here until i figure it out ollie is freaking out from this thing he thinks it's like an animal or something i don't know where i'm gonna put it yet i might put it by here i might keep it over there i might move that one we'll see but i just want to bring him upstairs over also i am going to do an updated like house apartment tour thing but i just want to get some more things in place before i do that so i am going to be doing that obviously and i'll do one in the middle but like there's something like i'm waiting for my dad to bring my dresser from my grandma's here it's gonna probably be in the living room and then i want to get the guest bedroom kind of more situated the downstairs can we i'm definitely doing a desk area and stuff like that but i probably won't wait till that's done to show you guys more i just want to get some things situated that i know are happening soon so let me show you what i got by the way i'm eating three points worth of a snack right now as i show you i got some 96 lean ground beef to my canada folks you guys if ours says it on the front if we have lean and how percent lean what percent lean it is so that's how i know got some goldfish i got some romaine lettuce some peppers some strawberries carrots i wanted to try these there's six points for two of them but they're only 180 calories for two of them um they didn't have kid fresh there but i just thought these would be interesting so i want to try them out got some more bolt house farms classic ranch some almond unsweetened milk vanilla i got this cold brew because they did not have starbucks um so i'm gonna try that out an onion i got some light 100 calorie light multigrain english muffins i've been really really craving english muffins lately to put like jelly and butter on or to make eggs and bacon in you know um i got some they didn't have semi-sweet chocolate chips so i just got the milk chocolate style lilies no sugar added chocolate chips i got some more skinny pop popcorn you guys know i love that um when i had that a caesar salad the other day at a restaurant they had a bunch of these parmesan cheese crisps on top and i was like that sounds delicious so i got some of these crisps to put on top of a salad i had to get some foil more turkey for this guy not that he needs it um some more turkey for him and then i got some light brown sugar because i want to make some brown sugar shaken oat milk espressos drinks at home and you put two teaspoons of light brown sugar so i'm trying to have a black coffee in the morning until i'm done fasting but for like a mid afternoon snack of a coffee i thought that'd be really cool and i have my oat milk and my brown sugar and i think it's just those two things espresso and i think that's it if i'm not mistaken i'll have to look it up oh and a dash of cinnamon which i have cinnamon at home so i'm really excited about that and yeah i need to make dinner though i'm so hungry i think i'm just going to make some mexican food so i'm just going to make this with some taco seasoning which i should have some oh i want some hot and spicy you guys know i've been into it lately so i'm gonna make this cut up some lettuce cut up the peppers cut up the onion i'm going to make tacos i'm going to use some of my cheese sauce and then some taco shells and i need also jalapenos and salsa looking super good i'm gonna turn that off i got onions and peppers in there i cut up a bunch of lettuce and i have my sides i'm gonna do two of these two tablespoons of this which is equal to the tostitos cheese um some salsa some jalapenos and some sour cream it's gonna be delicious looks so nasty so far so this is only one point for two tablespoons this is like two points these are two points this is two points for four ounces so my dinner is only seven points and i'm gonna have a lot of points left so i'm excited about that because it's only six or three i think after i eat and let it settle i'm going to go on my last walk and then i'll definitely want like a big dessert or a big snack so i'll show you them when they're done here it is so this is seven points which is crazy it's just amazing when you cook at home i have some coke zero i could have had some corn on the side um but i just decided not to so i'm gonna eat these and then i'll let that settle and then we're definitely gonna go on a walk after but i just took a bite of just the meat and oh my gosh it's so spicy i forgot how spicy that seasoning is i do it every time i'm eating some chips for some help cause my mouth is like how my self tanner goes to my neck and not my face and then it looks like this nice i'm looking real good today and you know what i've been noticing is how good i always look on her i don't really try very hard to look aesthetically pleasing i'm gonna try harder you guys i'm gonna try harder this is so awkward because this guy like just won't stop staring at me like what do i do what awkward and now i have leftovers for tomorrow and the day after to have some like taco lunches i can use taco salads i could do what i did tonight it's gonna be so nice and i need more space i need to just organize i've just thrown everything in here crazily it's so funny that i'm pretty oc about everything but then my refrigerator is horrible out walking again i'm gonna try to do like three and a half miles maybe four if i can i'm already feeling like pretty tired so we'll see but i'm challenging myself to do three and a half at least so we'll see how it goes okay about to walk up to my house we got another three and a half in go us pretty my brother-in-law hung up my mirror i'm not gonna lie guys i filled up my water bottle and i'm laying in bed i did my skincare routine because my skin i'm on my period so my skin's going wild and i look really crazy but i don't think i'm gonna eat anything more and i know i have a decent amount of points left i probably didn't eat enough in the day yadda yadda but i'm not hungry i'm listening to my body i'm so tired from all the walking when i first start walking again my hips hurt and everything and you just kind of kind of have you just kind of have to push through it um my hips are hurting so i'm just going to do some stretching and then i'm going to drink up my last thing of my water it's 8 45 right now so i think i'm just gonna lay in bed watch some youtube and go to sleep so i know that wasn't enough to eat in the day but sometimes when i work out a lot in the day two and i just have a lot going on i'm also retaining a lot of water i feel very bloated feeling and all of that because of my period i just
