good morning hot dogs and welcome back to my channel so i just woke up i did my skincare my skin is looking so much better now that i'm being more consistent i can tell just in right here this is where i have like all my dark spots or broken blood vessels so so happy about that and now we're getting some coffee or maybe an energy drink i'll have to see how i'm feeling but ollie is ready for his breakfast so let's give the princess food so i feel like having an energy drink today i got like three different ones i got this two well this one um sugar free red bull and then the white one of this um i like the cosmic stardust and the white one i forget what it's called but sometimes i want something sweet and that's what i want this morning i have been drinking just plain black coffee but um you know sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do yum so i think next by the way i was thinking about doing another taste test because that was fun maybe i'll do like built bar everyone talks about build bar and then there's a whole like debacle a year a couple years ago about it so i thought those would be fun to try okay so now we need to walk and stretch bend and snap got the old watch sitting there overnight oliver enjoyed his turkey um by the way i'll give you guys an updated apartment tour here soon but let's go walk oh it is hot you guys today is a hot day but in the morning i kind of like leisurely walk sometimes it turns into like a longer walk than just a mile if i have the time that morning or if i have calls that i can just like listen to but usually it's just about a mile and i just like really surely walk but jiminy christmas it's like scorcher i put sunscreen on i always do in the morning on my face so luckily i already did because today but i love the morning walk it's so quiet it's just wonderful ah refreshing all right just finished our walk time to stretch what else she might have been helping with on july 18th she said in this infamous bikini shop that he had getting on his phone so i'm excited because my dad and his friend are bringing over um the dresser that my grandma gave me it's mid-century modern super cute it's not gonna fit in my bedroom unfortunately so i'm going to probably just put it down here either right here against the wall or like right here i have to figure it out there is a vent right here so i might if i do put it in this space have like one of those vent things that help to get the air out still um but i'm gonna try it over on this side first maybe put like some plants or something on it and then if i don't really like the way it looks over there i'll then put it over here maybe put some plants or something on it i will say if i put it right here ollie can like look out the window really easily but i might have to rearrange some things around but it's just not something that i feel like i can put up in my room my room has barely any space on the sides of my bed and there's like the closet on the other side so there's no space for like this big long dresser in my other bedroom um i could eventually put it up there i guess like once i make it a youtube space but as of right now there's just no wall or anything to put it on so it'd just be sitting there in the middle of the room so i'm just gonna have them bring it up one flight of stairs and then you know if i have to bring it up another flight i can like grab jd or grab you know one of my friends and help me bring it upstairs so just waiting for them to show up and then i have a call from two to three for work and then that should be it for the day so it looks so good i like it right there so this looks really cute you can still have my little nook i'm gonna put like some plants or something on top i love it well i know i haven't mentioned it but it is treat day for me and i am counting my points i'm going to go get um i've been fasting all day which i like to do that on treat days so i can get like i don't know more food sorry it wasn't even in my face but like i feel like i can eat even more food if that makes sense like i know throughout the day i'm not but when i'm at work and super busy i like i can just kind of fast even longer so on my quote unquote treat meal days i like to fast as long as possible and then go get like a big dinner so that way i can have like a good dessert too and i might not even use all of my treat meal points so we're going to skyline chili and we're going to get to that first and then decide what we're having for desserts hi can i get a habanero cheese fry no chili on there right uh no you just want to make sure anything else and then a regular four-way with onion with extra hot sauce and extra crackers um a large diet dr pepper dr pepper and that's all right hi good how are you doing pretty good thank you i just like extra case well they have pineapple upside down cheesecake right now is there desserts not for me i have some desserts at home i've been really craving grater's ice cream though like if i have extra points this week for grater's ice cream i need to get it i need to go to pickerington and get it my mouth is literally watering so i only put one cheese on here um but this is usually like 25 points for a regular four-way onion because i only used one cheese i might take it down to like 20 points or 19 points or something because i know the cheese is a lot of the points too and then i have a habanero cheese fry i could only find chili cheese fries on my app um and those were like 25 points and so i'm gonna take like five or six points off that and call this like 17 or 18 points or something like that um so i'll see how much i eat of everything and then count the points accordingly but i am thought that i need a little salt on these bad boys put a little ketchup oh my gosh and then of course i'm gonna have an oyster cracker ollie is doing um some aerobics and um yeah this is what we're eating and i'm so excited so i usually get for like my treat meals or whatever it's either i'm going out to eat with like my girlfriends and stuff and having like drinks and a you know a meal um or i get like a big to-go meal like this like skyline chili or something and sometimes it doesn't even take up all of my points but after i eat this i'm going to want something sweet and i have like these mini brownies some ice cream so i'll silly that and i put all the points as the max into my tracker because i fasted today way longer than i thought it's like 4 30 right now but my last call went long and then yada yada whatever i ended up not eating lunch so it's not gonna use as many extra points as i had initially thought so i'll still have like 20 extra points if i eat all of this um and so i can have a dessert and then maybe just like a bigger meal tomorrow um obviously not super big but something additional tomorrow as well so i kind of like to do that um if i do go out with girlfriends and eat a big dinner and have some drinks i just count that as all of my weeklies and my that day point if i did fast that day but usually i don't fast this much i mean i'm starving so anyway me and my skyline are gonna hang out now i'll talk to you later by the way i'm watching this weird movie about this girl who falls in love with her teacher of course and it's not even good acting but i can't help but watch it the remnants i'm so full i'm so full oliver my mouth's on fire so i'm having six of these little nerd rope things for just a couple points just to get a little sour candy feel watching the dumb movie it's really bad and um then i'm gonna wait and probably have dessert a lot later but these are so good i'll put on the screen how many points they are obviously i do also want to say you guys i don't always fast the whole time all day so that i can have a big dinner obviously you don't have to do that i usually do on my treat meal days though like to save as many points as i can for my treatment so i'll have like a really light lunch or a really low point lunch like a lot of times like mexican like my tacos that i eat is super low points like five five to seven points is usually what i try to eat for lunch um i don't know what is this i don't know um so i always try to keep my lunches low point if i do eat lunch usually i do eat lunch today was crazy i thought i would fast till about like two and then maybe have like a really small lunch and then be able to like make it to five to have dinner and then work just got crazy and then the call went over by half an hour and then i was like oh my gosh then i was so hungry i couldn't figure out what i wanted you know and then i had to drive 20 minutes to go get it 20 minutes to come back so that's why it ended up being almost five o'clock when i ate my dinner and that was the only thing i ate so far today but i will say the one cool thing is it's like you're just so full and by the time you want something more to eat you want your dessert it's like seven or eight or nine o'clock at night you know and you're like cool then i go to bed you know and you don't eat as many extra points so you feel like you have even more extra points for the next day then you're like yeah you know i don't know so i just want to explain that like that's not always how it is sometimes i eat breakfast lunch and dinner when i have my treat meals sometimes i eat just usually like lunch and my dinner um and sometimes i do things like this where i eat something today and then i'll probably go a little over tomorrow you know so it's all like what works for you and you know you can eat your whole 30-point day and then eat your weeklies you know and have those and extra treats and food and stuff so but this movie is luckily almost over and then we're gonna move on from this movie because this movie sucks it's called my teacher my obsession on netflix don't watch it okay everyone it's dessert time so i'm gonna eat one of these these are from target they're called favorite day bake brownie bites they're five points a piece they're not super big but they are so gooey like these are legit and that's why they're five points they're 120 calories per bite then i'm gonna do half a cup of this halo top um which is three points so i'll show you when it's done but i kind of want to heat this up and put this on top all right here's the dessert so good the mint chocolate chip ice cream from halo top is my favorite because it actually tastes true to what mint chocolate chip ice cream tastes like oliver wants to wait for his own but i'm gonna eat this and this will be the end of my meal so thanks you guys for sticking around this treat meal day with me um like i said it's different every time you never know what you're gonna get the dogs next door are going wild luckily ollie's used to it now i mean sometimes i just go mad and it's like i can hear their um owners are in there i don't know what's going on but anyways thank you guys so so much for
