[Music] hi guys welcome back to my channel my name is bree this is balancing life with free i'm so glad that you're here and today is a what i eat in a day wednesday video so basically i'm just going to walk you through what i'm eating today i do follow the i track bites better balance plan slash ww blue plan um i'm debating on going to like calorie deficit mode but we'll see within time but right now i got home from the gym i'm getting ready to go to work right now i wake up at like 4 30 to go to the gym so i'm awake which is great but i'm also like tired right now so i have my bcaas that i already made ready to go and i have my protein coffee to get myself going this morning so last night i made the pf changs lettuce wraps i actually filmed that for you guys i'm going to try to do a video where i have a couple of dinners and the ingredients i'm going to do that a crunchwrap and then i'm debating on the third dinner that i'm going to record for you guys but tonight i am having those crunchwraps as well so i'm not going to show you exactly how to make them tonight but i'll give you the points and everything when i make it but i'm getting ready to go to work thankfully i don't have to like pack an entire lunchbox now because i'm literally living five minutes from my or i'm working five minutes from my house so i get to come home hang out with the dogs and eat lunch here but i'll go ahead and show you what it looks like because i am bringing a portion for my co-worker so basically i love these cute little bags i just have like the lettuce wraps in here and then i have the mixture in here so that's what i'm going to be taking i am debating on taking something to eat but my stomach's kind of like iffy i did like go out this weekend and my stomach still kind of like from that because i haven't gone out for a while because of everything that was going on so yeah but i'm going to finish getting ready i will check in with you guys later i do still have my mom's car so i'm gonna be whipping that into work this morning looking like a little baddie but yeah i'll check in with you later hey guys at midday update i'm back in my own car they called me and so what had happened is apparently it was my battery that was dead which was making it look like my battery my battery and my alternator were both dead it was just my battery thank goodness and not both because the price for just the battery i was like i'm in the wrong field that's honestly how i feel but i got my car back my mom dropped me off and we like well i got her she dropped me off at the place to do my car whatever okay anyway so i'm on my way back to work i didn't get a chance to eat my lunch yet but i do have my pf chang lettuce wraps i just went ahead and brought them with me and then i also grabbed a greek yogurt and a granola so the wraps that i'm eating are one point a piece on the blue plant and i'm gonna have three so it's three wraps for three points and then i have my greek yogurt which will be two and my granola which is three so that is so far i really haven't eaten too much i don't know what it is about when i go to the gym i'm not as hungry as i like think that i'll be because i'm like burning a lot of calories but i don't know i'm just not as hungry but i am leaving work a little early today because i am going to get tested for adhd which i have been trying to do for years and here's another thing i am very open about mental health and all that kind of stuff just because i think it's good that we talk about it and i think that if i have like a semi air quote semi-influential like platform i want people to know like it's okay and not everybody has great mental health and it's okay if you have depression or anxiety and it's normal and you're normal and you're validated anyway i'm going to get tested for adhd i've been trying to get tested forever and the last appointment i had with a psychiatrist she was like blaming all of my issues on greg and i separating and i was like i made this appointment before this even went down so that's not what it is and she like was so adamant about it and it just drove me nuts so my actual therapist that i go see therapy like weekly hashtag hot girls do therapy anyway um she was like oh i have somebody else that's so unprofessional like let me recommend you to someone else so i'm going to go to this other guy today to do like the actual test i'm nervous i don't know if i have it but i have he like symptoms of it so we shall see i don't like want to have it because that's just like something else that i'll have to take care of and like whatever but then at the same time it would also help explain a lot of things and how i'm having a difficulty like focusing especially at work and like staying on task for things and it's been even harder since i've been by myself so i don't know we'll see just to keep you updated i don't like i said i don't really mind talking about mental health and stuff like that because i think it's important but anyway that is what i'm having for lunch when i get back to work and then i will have dinner tonight i'm so excited because i love making the crunchwraps they're so stinking good and i know that there's like plenty of different ways that you can do it like there's a billion different ways like that i've even seen on tech talk but the way i do it's pretty basic and simple but it's just the way i like it and i like things to be easy for me so i'm gonna make that later i might have a snack when i get home from the doctor but i'm not a hundo person sure but yeah i just wanted to update you my dad got my car back you know things are moving along it is what it is i'm living my best life and i will talk to you later okay guys so i got home from work probably about an hour or so ago i did have my testing for adhd which went well i guess i don't know i have to fill out this like paper and then give another paper to someone that i'm close to so they can mark the boxes and then i have to go back and take like a test on a computer in two weeks so yay but i'm really really hungry and i want a snack so this is seven points just putting that out there if i eat the whole bag probably won't but your girl is hungry so who knows so i have this microwave popcorn it's just the kirkland brand just costco microwave butter popcorn and it is so freaking good i know there's the 100 calorie packs and all that kind of stuff out there this is 190 calories that's really not that bad seven points i'm like okay that's a little stingy but i had three wraps for lunch so that's 10 points i had two points for my coffee that's 12 points i have 26 points so using seven on some popcorn i'm really i didn't even eat my yogurt at work because i was nervous for my appointment so i have a good a little bit amount of points and then i'm making my crunchwrap supreme tonight for dinner like i said i probably won't eat all this i'll probably eat half but i'm going to make this as my little snacky snack because it's six right now i should be technically starting dinner but since kroger the whole click list debacle that i told you guys about about how they gave me like all my meat that was supposed to go bad today i put it on the freezer well i took one pack out and put it in the fridge to like default but then i forgot to take it out on my lunch because i switched out my car and i did all that kind of stuff so i'm a little behind so i mean it's like kind of there but like it's still like kind of hard i don't really feel like cooking that yet so i'm probably going to give it another like 30 minutes 40 minutes maybe even an hour so in the meantime i'm gonna make some popcorn and i'll check in with you guys when i start making my crunchwrap so pretty okay so i just finished filming how to make the crunchwrap set sorry making sure that's not hot i just finished filming the crunchwraps and how to make it and all that fun jazz so i'm so excited to eat it i'm going to show you what it looks like in just a minute but i wanted to show you guys what i've been doing because as you know your girl is living solo right i'm by myself not used to cooking for one he's cooking for two but here we go we're learning we're thriving and we're winning always always so what i'm doing is i just have a little container here this is all the leftover meat that i had and i'm just going to put it in the fridge and then i'm going to make my crunch up tomorrow and then anything left for here is going to go in the freezer and then i'm going to eat that this weekend so that's kind of the way i've been telling myself i'm going to do my meals so on the weekends i'm just going to have leftovers that were just frozen throughout the week because i can't eat the same thing like six days in a row or like four days in a row it's just boo to me but i can cut it up and like split it up and i think it tastes a lot better so i have that here i forgot to put my beans in so i'm going to do that really quick so i also made a can of fat-free refried beans to have on the side so here's the leftover that i'm not going to be eating with my dinner and i'm just going to toss that right in the side of these these meal prep containers are seriously amazing especially for doing leftovers thank you kimberly the lady i talk about all the time that i work with she actually gave me these meal prep containers because she had a bunch extra so that was very very kind of her and it's been so beneficial to me so sorry just making sure that's all in there so i made a little oopsy and some of that's in there but there we go and now this is going to go in the fridge and like i said when i get home tomorrow for work for lunch i'm going to whip up one of these really really quick and that's going to be my lunch and then anything that i have left over is going to be my dinner or lunch or snack or whatever the heck i want to do this weekend so i'm going to go ahead and put this in the fridge and this is my dinner check it out super super easy it's 809 it's a little bit later i have been like putting stuff away i got a new bar cart which you can see like kind of like right there i'll show you in a second but i got a new bar cart and i was like getting that all set together putting everything together giving the dogs dinner and then i finally made this but this only took me like 20 minutes to make it super super easy so i'm gonna eat that and i'll check back in okay i fibbed i'm not gonna eat dinner yet because i want to make these while i'm eating so i have some eggs here and i'm gonna make some hard-boiled eggs so i just have this dash mini egg maker and i love it so basically all i do is take the egg and then the um the top of it oops you just puncture a hole and then set it directly and i'll show you guys what it looks like but i think i'm going to make four oops that's not the top you just poke a little hole and then once you put this is a big egg oh my goodness once you poke all the holes in the top there's a little thing here so you can make hard-boiled eggs it says hard medium and soft i want hard-boiled eggs i do not like soft boiled and i do not like the medium boiled so i fill it up i have it filled up to the hard line and then let me bring you guys down okay so i know this is a weird angle and i apologize but all you do is take the water and you pour it in the base of the egg maker put the lid on and then screw it this way and then you just press that button and the machine knows like how long to cook it so it'll make like a little like doo doo doo doo when it's done but there's my egg maker i know you can boil eggs in your pots but this is just way easier and way more convenient for me good morning guys it's the next day i am so tired i got into bed last night and josie was like running around having the zoomies which is fine i think it's cute but then all of a sudden she was like begging to go outside so i had to go all the way back upstairs and let her outside and then she wouldn't come inside and i already took off her like collar for the night and i was just like but i'm up i'm going to the gym see sorry i'm making sure they don't need to come inside and my pre-workout this is the one that i've been using it's the beyond raw lit jolly rancher watermelon so i have that ready to go my water ready to go and now i have to get ready to go i'll check in later it's full body day for a live whitney 2.0 so wish me luck hey guys so i didn't really get a chance to close out this video because i have been so extremely busy literally oh i go get my hair touched up on thursday i'm really excited just thought i'd tell you guys because this is like not the color i want it to be so it's my little skunk tail that's what somebody at work called it i was like okay thank you but anyway so i did not close out this video because i have been filming two other videos for you guys actually i have a trader joe's mini haul for you guys which i'm really excited about and then i've been filming the three nights of ww dinners and how to make them and all the points and all that
