[Music] [Music] um [Music] all right we're starting off this what i eat in a week super simple with a bagel and cream cheese if you've never tried putting cucumber on your bagel with cream cheese you need to try it it adds that like little bit of crunchy freshness to your bagel i don't know how to explain it but i love it you can also put like sprinkle some chili flakes or something else on top but i was boring and didn't do that this morning and then i went ahead and made my morning coffee i have an espresso machine so i make different ones every day um i just put them in and i always add frothed oat milk to my coffee and it's just amazing and that's kind of like my little coffee routine in the morning five stars because of an espresso machine highly recommend one because they are for today's video i am filming a what i eat in a week as you saw from the title i just want to come on here and say hi we've already started the video you all have seen my breakfast today i just made my snack my pre-launch snack which is an apple in some organic smooth peanut butter yum so i'm gonna eat that while i do some work pre-lunch but i just want to come on here and just tell y'all a bit about my diet before i start because i know i'm gonna like have some questions or comments down below but like what i'm eating so my diet is very non-restrictive currently because i have done previous diets that were more restrictive like cutting out dairy or cutting out gluten or cutting out this or that or trying to eat paleo or whatever and i like doing those for certain recipes like i'll have a paleo recipe sometimes or i'll have a vegan recipe or i'll eat a vegetarian meal but overall i like my diet to just be non-restrictive because it eases stress on my body i feel like my body reacts better i feel healthier and i just feel my best when i'm just eating what makes me happy and not really obsessing over food that's just a personal choice in what i've chosen to do with myself and yeah further ado let's just keep getting into this video and showing you all my meals because we have a whole week's worth of food to get through and that's a lot of food to be eaten or to be eight to be eight come on chelsea grammar [Music] it's my lunch today so i'm just having a salad with tuna cucumber tomatoes there's spinach and regular lettuce in there and then i just sprinkled some hemp hearts and some lemon garlic dressing and i'm gonna eat this as my lunch [Music] all right guys i'm making my matcha like i usually do i'm gonna improvise normally i would add like sugar or honey but i really love maple matcha but i ran out of it so i want to try putting a tiny bit of maple syrup into my matcha and see if it gives me that maple matcha flavor which it should but i'm assuming the other one was artificial so we'll see the difference i don't have too much because maple syrup is super sweet i can't really smell it we'll see if i need to add more i will i'm just whisking it with a little whisk and that gets rid of all the matcha clumps and then i just added some raw milk and you got yourself a matcha latte i just got back from walking the dogs it's 4 30 i'm gonna have another snack so i'm gonna have one of these build bars these are my current favorite freaking protein bars they are so good i've never tried this raspberry flavor so i'm excited to be like raspberry shop these because they're so freaking good yeah hello for dinner this night we just have one of my all-time favorite take out which is thai food i absolutely love thai food so we just had a big mismatch of that it was delicious spicy goodness and we had a lot of leftovers too which was amazing all right so this is my favorite pancake recipes it's super easy so it's just one cup of gluten-free oats a banana one egg some vanilla and i just added like two dashes of oat milk cashew milk whatever milk you have and then i add in a teaspoon of baking soda and they're so easy they come out perfect i added blueberries these ones and i just drizzle them with maple syrup and have strawberries or any fresh fruit on top and it's literally my favorite breakfast right now [Music] hello everybody i'm just off to go to the grocery store because i wanted to get a couple things i want to make a like creamy tuna pasta salad so i just need to get a few things for that recipe that we didn't have at home and i'm also just going to get some more like snacks and stuff like that just to have around the house and then i'll show you guys what i'm making for lunch but let's go grocery shopping quickly [Music] all right guys so i'm gonna meal prep some pasta salad for lunch pasta is on my favorite things to have for lunch i'm just obsessed with it so for this one i found a different recipe on pinterest the dressing is based with greek yogurt it's like greek dill mustard lemon garlic situation so we're going to see how it turns out for the vegetables it's celery and peas and then a red onion i still have to get that and i'm just going to cook up some bow tie pasta and yeah i just want to give a little synopsis before we begin with the cooking montage [Music] i'm going to link the exact recipe for this in the description box if you want to check it out but it was pretty easy to make the dressing it was just greek yogurt avocado fresh garlic you add in half a lemon squeeze so basically just the juice from the lemon and then i just added in some fresh dill to it as well some dijon mustard you add in some red chili flakes salt and pepper you basically just blend it up in a food processor or a blender if you have it and that makes the dressing for the pasta salad super easy we keep moving like the [Music] and then for the next step you're just going to combine everything into a big bowl together so i added in two cans of tuna some frozen peas they thaw obviously as you make the meal and then i added in some celery and yeah and some red onion i just tossed it all together and you had a delicious pasta salad the last few days it's amazing all right guys i'm just having a little snack so i'm having two clementines and then three pieces of dark mint chocolate as my little snack and i'm about to watch an episode of the hills because i realized oops i realized that it's on here language um crepe and i was like why not watch it i'm gonna watch the hills [Music] so after dinner i decided to bake the pillsbury sugar cookies because they are the best things ever if you've ever had these before you know how good they are so i decided to bake these and i ended up eating about five cookies maybe six i didn't even really keep track i just they're so good i can't help myself you know like will power zero breakfast this morning i decided to make some scrambled eggs i'm like all over the place with eggs sometimes i crave them and i want to have them for breakfast other times they make me feel nauseous so i don't know it changes week by week but this morning i felt like having scrambled eggs and i always add vegetables from scrambled eggs so today i added spinach and some red bell pepper and i just fried that up and i had it with some toast and some fruit and i had my coffee like i always have and it was just a really good hearty yummy breakfast [Music] hello everybody happy thursday i'm about to do a little zoom event with benefit but it's actually like a workout event too we're doing a workout class with sweat and tonic which is like a boutique fitness place in toronto so yeah we're gonna do a little workout i'm doing this at like 11 so i'm just gonna have a snack afterwards i'm just gonna have another one of my build bars post workout but for right now we're gonna do the event and then we're gonna work out and then we'll absolute favorite it's so good i'm gonna heat some of this up on the stove and then i'm also gonna have some of the pasta salad that i showed you guys that i made yesterday why i love meal prepping so much is that you already have food prepared for like the next couple days you don't have to worry about making more food you already got it ready ready to go ready to add it on the side have a big bowl of whatever you want so yeah i'm gonna have some of this and some of the soup [Music] the most random dinner of my life like basically just throw together whatever you have and eat it so yeah i had a salad some noodles and two chicken wings random and then i had some potato chips later because i was watching 90 day fiance and i'm a big [Music] [Applause] [Music] i snacker do that again [Music] hello everybody it's friday today's the last day that i'm filming my meals for this one i eat in a week and i am just about to make a green smoothie i already showed y'all my breakfast this morning i've had a green smoothie in a hot minute and i was like craving it so i was like why not so we're gonna have some spinach some mixed passion fruits i find like pineapple mango that kind of stuff goes the best with green so i'm having that i'm gonna add in some of the topeka superfood greens in vitamin d and then for the liquid base i love doing orange juice because it just adds that like tropical flare and just makes it that much more flavorful this one's a no sugar added orange juice as well so i'm just going to combine all this stuff into the blender blend it up and have a green smoothie [Music] i'm also having just some more of my pasta salad for lunch i literally have so much of this it's insane so we're eating it again pasta salad and then i have my green tropical smoothie concoction so we're just gonna eat this for my lunch today all right guys i forgot to show you my snacks so i worked out and after i worked out i ate another dough bar because i'm addicted to them now they're so freaking good this one was the cherry one and it was delicious it was kind of like cherry what's that gonna taste like it was really good so i had that and now i'm eating an apple it's quite small though so probably still gonna be hungry after i eat this but it's almost dinner time now so i'm gonna eat this and then like an hour i'm gonna eat dinner because i'm still hungry [Music] for dinner i just made this frozen pizza it's my favorite the restaurant cavolo i think pizza oh my god so good and yeah i ate the entire thing it's pretty like not too big pizza so yeah all for me baby all for me so i ate this and watched some netflix with my mom and then after i was done my pizza i just made myself a cup of decaffeinated tea which i do quite often before bed hello everybody it is saturday but i wanted to come on here and just end off this what i eat in a week i hope that you guys enjoyed it i really want to make more of these more what i eat in a week and when i eat in a day and i think it'd be fun to try out like different diets for it like maybe i could do uh what i eat in a week vegan what i eat in a week vegetarian what i eat in a week paleo and try and eat for the entire week with that specific diet just to like test it out i think it'd be fun just because i obviously personally don't follow a diet so i think it'd be interesting to do that so let me
