[Music] what's up guys welcome back to my channel keto with sami for today's video we have a highly requested video that y'all been wanting to see today we are doing a full day of keto eating and i'm also going to take you along just what i do throughout my day i hope you all enjoy these videos and if y'all would love to see more i would love to do them for y'all at least once a week so let me know down in the comments below but let's jump straight into our day good morning everybody it is currently 6 46 a.m and i woke up at 6 a.m i usually wake up every morning between six and seven depending how tired i am but i got up at six um i just woke up check my notifications as i always do um just right now just really quickly on my phone um i did just get up and clean my kitchen because i was super tired last night and i kind of just skimmed through it so usually in the morning i just get up and i just immediately start getting ready so i can start the day and right now i am going to check some youtube notifications and then i'm just going to get ready to start my day and i'm going to take y'all throughout my day to show y'all what i'm going to be eating today so let's go check our notifications and get ready for the day so i'm just checking my comments um to see if i have any comments on youtube i do this every morning i love to interact with y'all guys and i try to get back to every comment that i possibly can um if y'all ever have any questions feel free to comment on my videos i always reply to y'all y'all know y'all can ask me anything onyo's keto journey that y'all have questions of to help maybe get you all started um to understand something that you quite don't understand so i just do this every morning and i always drink a full bottle of water in the morning make sure y'all drink yours water guys it really does make a difference in your weight loss i promise so i'm just gonna check these comments and then of course like i said earlier i'm gonna go get ready for the day i have to say good morning to my girl all right guys so i'm done getting ready it is currently eight o'clock on the dot so now um my kids are asleep they don't usually wake up to like 9 10 depending um what they did last night how late they stayed up you know playing um but right now i just get up and i have to let my dogs out to use the restroom and feed them of course so that's what i'm currently going to do and then depending on how hungry i am for the day sometimes i make breakfast and sometimes i have my prone tea coffee just how depends how i'm feeling in the morning so i think today we're going to have my protein coffee and i'm going to show you how i make that but right now we're going to let the dogs out to go potty let's go outside girl go ahead stretch it stretch and there they go all right guys so the dogs are inside and now we're going to start making my protein coffee that's that's what i chose to have today um i'm not too hungry so i just wanted this quick um protein coffee we had a late dinner last night usually i fast for 16 hours but i was so tired yesterday i really didn't keep track so i'm just gonna go ahead and have my coffee i'm hungry anyways and this will keep me full to like lunch time usually i have like a snack or so um i know my waist looks kind of funny just if y'all notice i do waist train um i know a lot of y'all ask if i do i do i do it eight hours a night um and i put it on kind of late last night so i have like a couple you know like 30 minutes left in it so sorry if my waist looks kind of funny but yes um i have like 30 minutes left so i just leave it on for now um so now we're just going to make our protein coffee shake i'm going to make one for my husband and one for me as y'all know he does do keto so he basically eats what i eat um so we're gonna have this today so the protein coffee that i use is a premier protein this is in the bananas and cream this one is three net carbs depending what flavor you get they have tons of flavors they range in net carbs so today i'll be using this one they're so good i highly recommend the bananas and cream and the cookies and cream that's one of our favorites as well but first i'm going to put my coffee this is a cold coffee i use if you want to brew your own cold coffee and keep it in the fridge like that that works as well but i love this coffee it's convenient i love the taste of it i don't like my coffee strong so this does um great this is the blonde roast in the starbucks dish mixer make sure it is unsweetened you don't want to get the sweetened kind and i use a cup so it's one net carb and i just fill it up to the line oh and i do have ice in my cup you do want to make sure you put ice in your iced coffee so yes i love this i get this i mostly shop at kroger and hub and i get it next to like all the code juices and all the other code coffees if y'all want to check that out and then i get the whole protein shake which is three net carbs so i d i do keep track of my net carbs i always stay under 20. um no more than that so for my whole coffee today it's going to be four net carbs um just depending on what flavor you're having like i said the neck herbs range so i put the whole shake in there just like this and most of the time i'll drink it like this i'll mix it up but with the banana one i love to add just a little bit of this jordan skinny caramel flavor to me when you add it it just tastes like banana nut the whole coffee and i love it if you want to check these out they do have their website and all my coffees especially my hot coffees like during the winter most of the time i have iced coffee when it's hot and then during the winter i love to flavor a lot of my coffees with all their flavorings of these they're really really good i highly recommend them oh i just dropped my top and um the net carbs is zero sugar zero carbs so it doesn't really add anything but i just add a splash i love love love love this banana coffee i just mixed it up and this is going to be my meal for breakfast like i said it's four net carbs um and 30 grams of protein because this is a protein shake so it's basically a meal replacement and then three grams of fat so i'm going to need to up my fat later but for now we're going to have this and enjoy our coffee i'm just going to sit down and relax with my husband and just enjoy this currently drinking my coffee and my baby woke up say hi vash say good morning all right guys so i currently have to go to the store i just need a few things um i usually go grocery shopping every saturday and i plan out my meals for the week but when i went last week they didn't have um a lot of cauliflower and i need a head of cauliflower and just some little things around the house like i mentioned earlier i shop at kroger so i'm going to be going to kroger i don't really do much on wednesdays i mostly do my videos i wake up and do my recipe videos for y'all and um yesterday was a busy day for me so today it's kind of just like being at home doing mom things doing what i have to do at home and filming this video for y'all so i hope you are gonna enjoy this video but yeah i'm just gonna run to the store real quick that's mostly what i do during the week i have to go to stores do what i need to do do my videos and then my weekends are very busy so weekends are always the busiest for me i tend to stay busy i try to keep myself busy and um you know just cook keto meals for us and keep busy with my kids but right now we're just gonna head to kroger and i'll see on a little bit alright guys so i got home earlier from kroger and i'm just gonna drink another water remember guys stay hydrated drink your water but i made my kids some food they're eating their breakfast and stuff and i'm just going to do some mom things i'm going to put up some clothes and by the time i'm done i'm going to be eating lunch and i'll show you what i'm going to be having for lunch today all right guys so it's currently 104 and i'm going to have some lunch today usually i change it up if i have my coffee shake in the morning i'll either have like a snack or a small lunch or if i have breakfast i'll just if i'm hungry throughout the day i'll have a snack and then i'll just have dinner so i always change it up depending on how i feel but for today's lunch i'm actually having leftovers if you follow me on facebook i actually did a live video yesterday of my keto chicken strips and i had some left over i don't like to waste food so i'm gonna eat this for today my husband's gonna eat some as well so i have two chicken strips here and some cauliflower maca cheese just half a serving um these this i believe was four net carbs and then since i am dipping it in this sugar-free barbecue sauce this is two net carbs as well so this will be a total of six net carbs for my lunch today and this is what i'm going to be having if y'all want to know these recipes i do have videos on them and y'all can check those out and i'm just going to enjoy it with a nice bottle of water and i do love to use these meal drops just to give my water some flavor the flavor this is the sweet tea one so this is going to be my lunch for today babe enjoying his lunch how is it babe sorry you know it's good it was fresher you know no that's pretty good for being left though yeah just got a package from a company for keto products i've been getting a lot of love lately and i always appreciate trying new products so when i find a little bit of time throughout the day i love to play games right now i'm currently into call of duty and honestly i don't have a lot of time so i'm really losing sleep over these shout outs to amanda she's one of my gamer friends that i love playing with on here three kills guys i swear to god we get packages delivered so much every day this month we have gotten amazon packages delivered except for the second i swear we are addicted to amazon somebody please take our cards away all right guys so it's 5 15. it's time to start making dinner i just finished making my kids dinner um they don't eat keto so i don't really want to show their food i don't want anybody to think it's keto but they did eat some spaghetti and corn on the cob um and then it's time for me my husband's dinner today we're going to be making some creamy steak bites and some mashed cauliflower and i like to start cooking um like around five usually eat by by six because i run with a friend um by 7 30 so i like for my food to settle we run about five days a week we do almost four about four miles so i want my food to settle down before we start working out so let's get straight to cooking dinner all right guys so for our creamy steak bites for our steak we're going to be using some sirloin my husband doesn't like fatty meat so i don't really get ribeye so we're going to be using this today and then we just have some mushrooms um some butter this is my favorite butter love this butter has great flavor and then some minced garlic some heavy whipping cream very easy ingredients and then just for our seasonings we have some salt and pepper and i love the uncle chris's steak seasoning this is my favorite seasoning so right now i'm just going to cut up my steak and then we're going to start cooking that all right guys we got our steak cooking in our butter and i'm just gonna season it up get it nice and brown while our steak bites are browning i'm gonna start going ahead and chopping up this cauliflower and tossing it in my instant pot to get nice and soft and for our mashed cauliflower the steak is looking delicious and it smells amazing you cook it how you want it we like our steak well well my husband likes to steak well done all right guys so i got my steak nice and cooked now to make my cream sauce i'm going to be adding some heavy whipping cream i love to make some alfredo sauce and some cream add some parsley all right guys so i'm done making dinner i finished my creamy steak bites they came out awesome and then right here i finished my mashed cauliflower um i just put the cauliflower in the instant pot seasoned it up mashed it down added some cheese some heavy cream and they came out amazing so now i'm just gonna serve us some dinner plate it served my husband and we're gonna enjoy this all right guys so i served us our dinner we're just gonna enjoy our dinner we like to have our dinners with this diet green tea lipton in the berry you just want to make sure it is diet because they sell regular and they're so good they're less than one carb with the zero sugars of course they do have some hidden ingredients but we always just have one for dinner but we're just going to enjoy our steak and our mashed cauliflower this was a very easy delicious keto dinner and then after that i'm gonna go work out and that's my pretty much my day so good all right guys so i just finished eating dinner it's gonna about to be like 7 20 7 30. i'm gonna wait for my friend ivan to get here and we're gonna go running so i'm just gonna change really quick and head outside all right guys i'm all ready now let's go get our run on all right guys so we're gonna go on a run we're gonna hit hopefully four miles we do three or four miles and we just run around our neighborhood this is my friend yvonne so we're just gonna go for our run we did it we ran 4.21 miles yay all right guys so i just showered i'm about to end the night um i am gonna have something sweet tonight today i'm going to have my rebel cherry chip ice cream i absolutely love this ice cream i'm not eating the whole thing i'm just gonna eat about half a serving or so so it's only about two net carbs once um you eat about two thirds cup so i'm gonna have this for the night i hope y'all enjoyed this what i eat in a day video i'm just gonna play some games with my husband yes i'm addicted i probably will stay up a couple hours playing call of duty and probably won't get much sleep but it's okay i just love to play games and enjoy it with my husband so i hope you all enjoy this video and if y'all do please
