check out this full day of eating on the ketogenic diet it's what I eat in a day keto hey guys daily good so if you don't know why I give you a brief background I am a mom of four who lost 120 pounds over a little more than a year's time through the ketogenic diet and working out mostly strength training hid that type of thing so I decided to become a youtuber as well as the weight loss coach and I also host ketogenic challenges to basically educate folks on the benefits Aikido on how to do keto and providing them with a good structure and accountability to get healthy because I was not healthy when I was 330 pounds trying to raise four children with my husband but anyways so that's my background and today this video is what I eat today when I'm doing the cubes didn't diet and one thing I want to know is that my eating changes depending on my workouts so I do is that I work out which is usually four to five days a week I know one will have three meals in that day if I don't work out I usually end up eating two meals that said I allow my body and my hunger and my needs to really dictate what I eat how I eat and when I eat I don't allow some obscure kind of timing of I have to eat at 8 a.m. for breakfast I eat lunch at noon and I eat dinner at 5:30 that's not who I am I eat based on how my body feels I let my body dictate that so and that's something you learned on so today I'll be making a cheeto bulletproof milkshake this is one of my favorites I'll call it looks like there's no actual dealing in this you know was like a pretty head this guy yep you are so sure I'm using coconut nope some vegan protein I'm also using collagen because I really like coffee but I'll tell you guys more about as I use it and then Cory Ella as well as anyway no but we're also gonna make it a boat proof shake is the MCT oil it's gonna be quite a bit of fatness and also quite a bit of protein I use both the collagen and the protein powder because I work out a lot as you've seen in my videos and so I me actually my macros required a lot more protein than most so alright so let's get started yeah alright we're gonna start with the coconut milks you know so I actually use Rapunzel cocoa powder because it's actually lowest in carbs of all cocoa powders I found was listen many of the local grocery stores but I don't find it in every grocery store so we actually have just one around here that I found it in but I also it's also on Amazon and I've got a link below to like my Amazon a list of things that I love and you can always click on that and just see some of these items our chlorella this provides a lot of nutrients I'd like for all of my foodies to have some greens in them vegetables just to give you those extra nutrients for a chlorella has so many benefits then you should really check those out you don't have to use a lot I literally use a TC all right and then there's the Bertie Lena again again lots of benefits of this and one teaspoon is all using girls putting in the celery stick I really like putting yeah again I mentioned I like adding some greens to my so my smoothie so and then I'm adding in about a tablespoon of oil if you're not used to adding in a lot of fat one tablespoon may be enough for you sometimes I'll put in two tablespoons depending on how I'm feeling and then I use about a quarter of an avocado that's going to give some thickness to it and also give me some flavor and some extra fat yummy nice and thick I'm getting my greens in here I'm getting my protein in here I'm getting my fat in here everything that I need in a smoothie right after my workout so Cheers mmm YUM so then I saved the rest for tomorrow make it once use it twice all set now I don't have to make one tomorrow [Music] you [Music] [Music] [Music] more key to it is right so it's salmon and asparagus I love this dish it's so easy it takes about 20 minutes total to make and it is delicious i preheat the oven on 350 degrees and then take some parchment paper and set them out got teepees to salmon sitting right here so I'm lay the parchment paper on my cookie sheet and get started [Music] [Music] [Music] so now we'll take our salmon throw it in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes and it'll come out great [Music] all right finish product get a little olive on there salmon mmm literally one of my staples 12 minutes in the oven suddenly five minutes to put it together done and my asparagus yummy so you sometimes I'm know a little bit of butter very asparagus if I haven't had enough fats for the day but um today I'm good so I didn't melt any butter over there did I definitely put a little too salt on there after and before I um put in oven it's delicious so hmm sorry so let me know what you guys think let me know you're gonna try this salmon it is so easy and so good maybe you're not a salmon eater maybe you're not an asparagus person sometimes I'll use broccoli instead and just throw the broccoli over the salmon but joining
