[Music] hello good morning today i'm going to bring you along and show you what i eat in a [Music] day and a big thank you to fabletics for sponsoring this video good morning nuggets i'm going to walk [Music] i take my dog on a pretty long walk in the mornings i like to eat a little something before i go [Music] ah [Music] do you want a peanut butter banana smoothie pops [Music] i smell like oat milk oh my god it's on my lens [Music] it is a little bit later i waited maybe like 45 minutes to make breakfast so i'm going to make that now i love breakfast i'll throw it back on our breakfast platter i just love breakfast foods i think they're so yummy i've been really into making eggs lately we just have some wheat bread i'm gonna scramble some eggs i like to keep my breakfast pretty healthy and nutrition-y and a life hack from a fellow vegetable hater i'm really trying to change but i just like to say that i was born this way and it's a daily struggle to eat vegetables and enjoy them other than caesar salad caesar salad is so good i like to sneak in some greens you could do it in your smoothies but i just add a little bit of spinach to my eggs and it's actually really good here's my breakfast it kind of looks like a face i feel like it's a good balance breakfast [Music] for size reference uh it's the size of my hand it's a very tiny piece from last night's dinner koda's munchin on his peanut butter stick no peanut butter stick leftover pizza from the night before is the v snack his stance right now we're going to talk about fabletics you guys know i've been working with them for so long and i love them so much i've been working out and moving my body pretty much daily so it's a daily thing with fabletics and i must say their may styles so adorable and i know you guys will love it too i am obsessed with a good comfy short and these are those this style is so nice it's got pockets in the front a single pocket in the back this type of elastic shorts are just so nice to throw on in the house wear it with a crop top wear it out they're not super short but they're still very flattering these shorts are actually insane they're made out of terry fabric which is one of my favorite trends that is going on right now definitely is gonna be a staple in the summer these terry shorts which one are so comfy and two i must say they look great they look great on terry fabric is really nice especially if you're gonna be wet and stuff love these going along with the cream theme it's not quite summer yet so sometimes it still gets a little bit chilly this jacket i just love the different textures that it has it's ribbed it's got that unfinished hem kind of look i think this would be really cute to wear with either of the shorts that i just showed you and of course we've got to talk about some color clearly i love some good pops of color you cannot tell me this is not adorable this little bra is actually so great if you're just hanging around the house you could even wear this with high-waisted shorts this is perfect for low-impact stuff like going on a little walk doing yoga this matching sweater i just think these colors are so nice especially for so i think we're gonna have lunch out which is great because i feel like lunch is such a weird meal time like breakfast i know exactly what i want to make i only know how to make like one thing and that's eggs and toast and for dinner i feel like there's clear food options but lunch just gets kind of ambiguous for me so usually if i'm going to eat a meal out it's going to be lunch and i love lunch there's just so many options i don't really know what we're going to have yet i'm kind of craving and acai bowl ooh that might be it folks can i do a large muna bowl with no coconut or honey thank you secured the bowl we've got a mandible which is basically just the acai sorbet with some granola some banana on top some strawberries i don't get the coconut or honey i don't know i just have always gotten it like this [Music] we are making a quick stop at the fruit stand which is kind of out of the way it's all the way in kokufu but it is so good i have a really aggressive craving for coconut [Music] fermenting shout out to my fellow filipinos is fire how many come in that bag we secured the coconut i for some reason can't stand shaved coconut like on a side or just like coconut flavored things but when it comes to actual coconut it's just so delicious and pure hmm yummy i love coconut [Music] we do the nachos with chicken please take the meal we are getting quesadillas and nachos i think connor got the quesadillas but i kind of just want some nachos might have some quesadillas as much as i love acai i feel like it's not really filling so to me it doesn't count as a meal i don't know i never really get too full off of it so this is kind of our late lunch it's important to eat until you're satisfied and i'm feeling hungry so we're going to listen to the cravings i'm so excited oh my gosh are you kidding dude this is insane dang come on special green sauce oh connor's quesadillas i honestly i think i'm gonna have one of them wow so good what a solid day of food so far dang wow thank god this exists literally like five minutes later i am done wow demolished smashed i had my quesadilla i've had like five of these loaded nacho chips and if i eat another one i'm going to bust open i've returned from the beach i'm gonna drink some water rehydrate i've definitely had a lot of water today i don't even know how many of these i've drank but i just know that i've peed like a lot which is very convenient especially when you're on the road but you gotta do what you gotta do i wanted to have a little food slash health chat i kind of like to do this am i what i eat in a days because i feel like sometimes online with the whole what i eat in a day culture i guess is that people film their best days of eating and sometimes it can feel like you're an unhealthy piece of crap when you see someone's what i eat in a day and it's literally all veggies like veggies and healthy stuff you know what i mean i think it's really important to know that healthy looks different for everyone and what everyone needs is different from each other every body is different and everybody is different we all have different cravings we're all going to need different things at different times based on our environment how we're feeling all of our bodies are so different and i think it's important to look at food as fuel because it is and i think it's super important to fill your body with what makes you feel good and that's going to be different for everybody so i think it's important to listen to your body because you know your body best and what it needs and what feels good also indulging once in a while because life is not life without dessert let's get that straight or snacks you and someone with your dream body could literally work out do the same workout every single day and eat the exact same food drink the same things for a whole year straight you do everything identical and you're still gonna look different just because bodies are different i don't know i just think it could be harmful to think that what someone publishes as a what i eat in a day is what they actually every single day because yesterday oh so don't compare your eating habits with someone else's because you are amazing the way you are listen to yourself give yourself food it is fuel i'm gonna hug you now i feel like this conversation should end with a hug okay i don't i don't know i'm gonna let myself get hungry because tonight's dinner oh my god the italian inside of me is shaking from excitement thus i bring you [Music] we are gonna be making alio olyo which is an italian dish that is my favorite it's very easy to make it's basically garlic and butter and olive oil and cheese [Music] funny fact about this meal is that it was considered back in the day like the struggle meal if you were struggling and right didn't have a lot of money i guess the present meal yes the meal for the pesky well i call me a peasant i love this meal i would have this every single day if i could oh it's not a peasant meal any longer it's not a peasant meal any longer [Music]
