What Happens When You Reach 100% Completion in LEGO Star Wars 2 The Original Trilogy?

what happens when you get 100% in Lego Star Wars 2 in this video you will find out as we go on my journey to 100% completion before we begin I've started with Lego Star Wars 2 because I already 100% completed Lego Star Wars the video game a few years back and I didn't bother to record footage of my journey although it's worth noting the first Lego Star Wars has no progress percentage and there was no reward for completing everything in the game meanwhile I didn't know for certain whether there was a reward for achieving 100% in eer Star Wars 2 so I was naturally curious and I plann for this video to be the first in a series where where I achieve 100% completion in every Lego Star Wars game with that out the way let's begin I made a lot of progress in the past few years to the point where when I finally came back to the game to record for this video it was at 97.2% as far as I knew all I had left to do were by the three remaining extras I hadn't bought yet score time 6times 8 and time 10 I needed one more gold brick in the episode 5 bonus room specifically the character bonus on best spin and I needed two more gold bricks in the episode six bonus room super story and the minikit bonus on Endor therefore I began by going in order and so I started with the character bonus on best bin in the episode 5 bonus room even though the best character bonus didn't take ages to complete as it only took less than 20 minutes earning a stood total of a million in 5 minutes was not an easy task understandably all the score multipliers are disabled in this level however you can still use all the other extras to help you what I ended up doing was continually moving around and Blasting the Lego objects and enemies that can be destroyed you just need to make sure you keep destroying objects and enemies and collecting those studs they leave behind and you need to do it fast the stud total really adds up when you keep collecting blue and purple studs overall the best spin character bonus took three attempts with the second attempt being excruciatingly close while the third and final attempt was completed with just over 4 seconds to spare once you successfully complete this character bonus you earn a gold brick taking me up to 97 out of 99 gold bricks and every gold brick you earn add 100,000 to your stood total now on to the end all mini kit bonus in Return of the Jedi which I decided to do first as that would be a much shorter task than super story instead of running around with a Lego character of your choice you pilot one of the vehicles instead with the same objective as the character bonuses earning a stood total of 1 million in 5 minutes this time it took four attempts and just over 20 minutes instead with every attempt I got closer and closer before finally nailing it at the end constantly moving between the three areas of the level shooting the Lego Greenery and destroying the proton torpedo toets was the key to success the proton torpedo targets are especially important as they provide you with numerous blue and purple studs when destroyed which increases your stud total significantly faster completing the minikit bonus provides you with the same rewards as the character bonus at this point there was only one more gold brick to earn Return of the Jedi super story when I was completing this at the time I thought I needed to either finish all of episode 6's levels in under an hour or achieve a stud total of 100,000 in under an hour however after doing some research while writing the script for this video I discovered I didn't need to do either of those things to earn the goal brick I was focused on getting more studs in the first few levels so I could get the 100,000 stud total goal out of the way as a result the time it took me to finish all six levels was way over an hour actually it took me just under an hour and a half I wonder what you get when you complete the super story H that's right just another gold brick and notably taking me up to a full 99 out of 99 it would be perfectly reasonable to assume earning all the gold bricks would mean my progress meter is now 100% well I'm afraid I must disappoint you by saying leg Stars 2 does not give you that honor despite building the stud Fountain thanks to having all 99 gold bricks that does not unlock anything like in the Complete Saga as the game requires you to have completed and bought everything therefore there was a bit more work to be done and so this would be yet another situation where a goal I set out to complete would take longer than I thought it would as I didn't consider certain factors and forgot about others so what was left to do at this point something I forgot about was Lego city which I've never completed in Lego Star Wars 2 I'd already completed it in the Complete Saga so it was a matter of doing it again all that is required is a stud total of 1 million there is no time limit however the challenge lies in finding all the studs in the level after just over half an hour the stud total of 1 million was in my grasp out of everything in typical fashion the hardest part for me was figuring out how to get the G right when creating the word Lego thanks to this Almighty foe it took me just shy of 45 minutes to complete Lego City interestingly Lego City doesn't count as a gold brick in LEGO Star Wars 2i while it does in the Complete Saga notably it does count towards your progress though but you don't earn anything else from completing it with the progress percentage at 99.2% it was time for the last push buying the last three extras I'd not been able to afford I finally had enough studs to buy score time 6 which cost 12 million studs so that was already a third of the job done bringing me up to 99.5% the last 2/3 would not be a swift Affair however as I now had 1.3 million studs while score times out cost 20 million and score time 10 cost 30 million although thanks to buying score time 6 I was able to increase my multiplier from time 8 * 48 so now it was simply a matter of completing a few levels and collecting as many studs as possible after completing through J wastes and mle space port I had enough studs to purchase score times 8 which would allow me to further increase my total score multiplier up to a whopping 394 this was it the home stretch all that was left in my path was score time 10 and thanks to my gigantic multiplier it would only take one more level before achieving 100% in leg of Star Wars 2 the final leg of my journey would see me complete rescue the princess and I managed to earn a stud total of nearly 37 million which would be more than enough to afford the Final Extra score times 10 with rescue the princess complete I bought my final purchase in the form of score times 10 I was kind of hoping and expecting that something would happen when my progress hit 100% the reason for this was because I thought I remember watching a YouTube video from years ago where someone had 100% completed Lego Star Wars 2 and was playing as General Grievous with disco lights in the canteen Hub what was a bit disappointing was that I must have remembered the video wrong if it ever existed as there were no disco lights in the Cantina unfortunately there is no reward for achieving 100% completion in Lego Star Wars 2 I had to look around the Hub world to make sure but nothing had changed then I had a look at the extras and noticed that there were three different options for the disguise extra something I may have forgotten about for a moment I thought the extra options for disguise may have been rewards for 100% completion but this was not the case either way I had to look at the three disguise options the first one is the same as in Lego stores the video game the second one is simply a red nose and the third consists of glasses eyebrow brow and a white beard ho ho ho Merry Christmas thanks to some more research I did while writing this video script the third disguise option is unlocked through entering a cheat code which I presumably did years ago in the end now I've achieved 100% completion in Lego Star Wars 2 the original trilogy what have I discovered well you at least can build a stud Fountain when you've collected all 99 gold bricks so I ear to reward along the way to 100% even if you don't receive one when you reach 100% and it helps increase your St total faster depending on the score multipliers you have stood F in aside there is no reward for 100% completion in LEGO Stars 2 I'm afraid even so it was a fun journey and Lego Star Wars 2 the original trilogy can at last be ticked off the list of Lego Star Wars games in which I've achieved 100% thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed the video be sure to give it a like if you
