What $65,000,000 Can Get You In Palm Beach, Florida! (Full Tour)

hey guys I'm here in the beautiful sunny State of Florida and today I'm going to show you one of the most beautiful homes that I've ever seen [Music] [Music] today I have the unbelievable opportunity to show you this Mansion here in Florida it's over 18 000 square feet it has a 180 feet of beachfront overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and it's valued at over 65 million dollars this place is so impressive I can't wait to show you what's inside so we start off at this front entrance which is so impressive this is a total laid out Cobblestone driveway from the street all the way up it has a four-car garage up on the main level down below there is a three-car garage total of seven car garages that's the guest Suite up above and then there's also a guest Suite down below I'm not able to show you the guest Suites they have friends and family in town so I will be able to show you the big parts of the house but for now let's start inside and let me show you what makes up this 18 000 square foot home so we're going to enter the house through the main entryway it has a very impressive four foot wide eight foot tall door look how thick this thing is it's like a Fort Knox and I always talk about Grand entries when you come in and have to get a sense of arrival and it sets the tone for the entire house here we enter into a rotunda of sorts it's probably close to a 22 foot high ceilings and very impressive floors inlaid tile and it looks all the way out and you can see the ocean as soon as you walk in the front door so let's take things back towards the front door so let's say you're a guest you're arriving and sometimes you want to find and use the restroom so around the corner which is great look at this beautiful impressive looks like an onyx top that's all been backlit so you have your half bath your guests come in here and use the restroom they're around the corner very private and as you come back into the main foyer then you have one of two staircases the main staircase and then there's a back staircase we'll show you later that's in the kitchen but let's start making our way through the house so as I leave this beautiful Grand entry foyer you transition this is the main hallway that connects all the rooms in the house stepping into the formal living here I want to point out some features that I'm picking up on that makes this house over 65 million this is all marble and it's got a crown molding detail in the whole cased opening is made out of marble and I say make our way into the formal living room this impressive fireplace is all marble it is something I've never seen before and it goes all the way up to the ceiling and it's just absolutely huge you can climb inside this thing sheer size you got eighteen thousand square feet you can't have a little fireplace and this one definitely makes a statement so not only do you have this absolutely gorgeous oversized fireplace but this beautiful seating area for your family and friends to sit and enjoy during the day you have this spectacular view out these windows overlooking your pool out into the Atlantic ocean that is something you'll never get tired of so the way I see it if I was in an invited guest you would be hanging out here having some nice conversation eventually you'd have dinner over here here in the formal dining room but beforehand check out the entertainment bar area right off the entryway you've got this unbelievable beautiful pool table again marble columns that transition from the hallway in and then a full bar and they did this thing right because so often the people sitting at the bar are looking back this way here you're at the bar looking out a massive window at the views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean it's spectacular so the bartender is the one that has to look towards the front of the house all your guests enjoy this spectacular view I would not leave this room I love this is one of my favorite rooms in the house so if you're not feeling like partying having a drink at the bar looking out you can make your way across the hall to this very beautiful study it's open so you don't feel like you've left the party but you can have a nice gathering in this room and look again an unbelievable gorgeous fireplace and it goes floor to ceiling and the feature that people you may not pick up on is that if you look up there is over a 20 foot high ceiling with books all the way around so a two-story office study area and the woodwork and the detail and the carpeting is just it's gorgeous the way they've done not attention the detail was missed for example even the baseboards are way oversized throughout the entire house look at these things they're probably 10 inches tall and that's those key features that really set a house apart taking it up a couple notches when you're spending that kind of money those are some things that you expect to see in a home of this quality so this wraps up all the formal living areas on the main floor but while we're on the main floor let me take you just around the corner here where the master suite is you transition through this big cased opening you have your own entry area look like a record rotunda and these double doors open up not to the bedroom but into the owner's private living area they have this set up as just a nice comfortable place to hang out there's bookshelves but the view is right out to the ocean and this is not just a big window it's a sliding glass door that will take you out to a tiled patio and it's a screened-in Cabana that looks right out at the Atlantic Ocean and the pool this is fantastic so here we are in the master bedroom this is pretty spectacular room a lot of attention to detail the moldings there is the window looking out but they've got those clothes that's your view of the ocean and they have a room darkening which is fantastic but everything is oversized even the headboard is a custom headboard as we leave this impressive master bedroom we come down this hallway leading you to his and her separate bathrooms it is insane each one is specifically designed to his and her taste so we're going to start off with his master bathroom you can see as we make our way in how masculine the colors are it's got some dark walls we have the inlaid beautiful marbled floors and what's so impressive is this master vanity sink this is a high gloss wood finish so this is the area where you get ready in the morning brush your teeth shave get started for the day and then you're going to make your way to your master closet look at this everything is behind these beautiful wood cabinet doors nothing is out in the open it keeps the dust down keeps it nice and fresh and clean you have your own dresser drawers a place for your shoes so everything you would need is right here in this closet even behind that door is more storage for your suitcases when you're taking a trip I want to show you it has its own half bath so this restroom not only has a stool in it but it has its own sink again but the tall what you need to see is how beautifully finished these walls are not just drywall they're all made out of some form of nice Fabric or a tile so the best feature is this master bathroom shower for his his bathroom you have this monster all marble shower goes up 10 foot high you have multiple shower heads a seat in here and I don't know if this is spectacular I've never seen a shower this large and that well done that's impressive so I'd have to say this is probably the ultimate his bathroom let's go take a look at her bathroom make it away from his master bathroom we're gonna transition into hers and you can see how the decor changes it's very elegant and the centerpiece is this beautiful oversized solid tub as you know women tend to take baths more than men there was not a tub in his bathroom but every home needs one and typically the women want that in their bathroom if you can have your own private bath as this house does so the marble floors are quite intriguing there we have a marble inlay that has a beautiful accent and one of them leads you right into the White marble tile shower and this shower is close in size to his so they both have very similar size showers a different finish but the Elegance is this mirrored vanity so this vanity is set up for you wash your face brush your teeth but when you want to put your makeup on you make your way over here you have your own sit down makeup desk with angled mirrors sconces well I'm not sure if I'm able to pick up on it but this ceiling is a domed curved ceiling with a chandelier and they put on this plaster I've done it once before in one of my houses that's called The Venetian plaster very expensive but it has a really nice elegant look to it and then back here this leads you to the bathroom where there's a bidet a stool and a sink so it's another half bath across the hall leads you into this impressive you gals are going to love this huge closet it's got glass doors which protect the clothes from getting dust but you can still see what you have in there a lot of room to get ready here for your day your trips what have you but man this is one huge closet I've never seen anything like it in case she wants to start getting more space look at this whoever built this I think the wife did put a door on there so she can start working her way into his closet that's usually I think the sign of what's going to happen he'll end up working out a wooden closet and she'll have all this filled up so for you guys I would put a door on here with a lock [Music] so I want to take you to a really special spot the kitchen the backbone check this out not only is this thing massive with this huge Center Island but the cooktop range oven that thing's like the size of a Buick check this out it has a this custom hood and one feature I've not to put in a house yet I've not to do this is these pot fillers but you have this huge double oven cooktop and the ceilings are all coffered wood and these cabinets go all the way up to the ceilings these are 11 foot high ceilings but a feature that I've never ever seen before you ever seen this you guys cabinets with the window in the back you literally see right outside so they're washing the windows today or was that a rainstorm look at that right on cue so let me show you guys some cool appliances that I was not expecting look at this monster refrigerator he got everything refrigerator on top freezer drawers down below one two three four and a neat feature I think every house should have is this melee coffee maker I've heard that people that have them will never build another house without them that is a cool feature you just gotta save up for it because I think these are like three or four grand the pantry has a full-size refrigerator freezer in the pantry so I guess when you're going to Costco you gotta have a place to put your stuff but this one's very well organized a lot of stuff over here and then it makes it way into like supposed to keep the kitchen nice and clean you have your toaster I'm a big fan of that keeping all the appliances off the kitchen countertop and into this room so this Pantry does walk right out to the dining room and into the backyard area but before we go out there I want to take you upstairs and show you some really cool features this house has on the second level so as you leave the kitchen I want to take you guys upstairs there's three ways to get upstairs we can go down here with the main staircase there's a back staircase but I think the more fun way to go is take the elevator look how nice this is I'll see you upstairs that was a fast ride a lot easier than taking the steps everybody's have an elevator in our house so there's five bedrooms on the second floor we're not going to be able to show you all the bedrooms because some of the kids are sleeping in them they're nice sized bedrooms but what I want to show you is as we make our way down this hallway this feature is unbelievable we're now stepping down into the home theater so as you make your way down you can quickly use the restroom off to one side so I got a half bath and as you make your way over here you've got a refrigeration you can get yourself a drink I would imagine there's like a popcorn machine at some point but now this is a sense of arrival you make your way down this long beautiful hallway it's got fabric on the walls you feel like you're going somewhere and what I think is a neat feature is they've showcased all the audio visual so let's take a step inside and let me show you how awesome this is I don't know if you can pick it up on the mic but it just got sound detonating it is so dense in here this room almost feels soundproof I probably would guess that it is the way they built this home let me take a step up here and show you that it has a projector and that screen I'm guessing that screen has got to be close to 100 inches 120 inches it's massive so this would be a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a movie get away from off the beach get a little bit too much sun this would be a great place to come hang out probably get a nice nap in as well so just off the movie theater you come down the hall make the turn and you come right into your personal gym there's about every piece of equipment that you would want to have a personal trainer come work with you at your own house and you've got a beautiful view right out to the front of the house these hallways are so impressive they are nice and wide but now we're entering back towards the middle of the house and you have these balconies this one overlooks the formal living downstairs and the windows are so huge you still can see out to the ocean you never get tired of looking at that and then on this side is the front entry here's that grand two-story entry with a massive light fixture I have no idea that thing's got to be three foot by five foot it's huge but on this side is the main staircase that brings you upstairs and around this corner here is the second floor Library it has a two-story entry you have the Overlook to the study below and up above is this beautiful library that surrounds not every home has a library especially a two-story volume library but I'm going to take you at the other end of the house and show you the third floor where the kids play [Music] so as we make our way up to the third floor you have the ultimate kids playroom I don't know how many square feet this is but it Go feels like it goes on forever your kids can do anything they want up here you could probably ride a bike up here it is massive I've never seen anything like it before and there is Windows so once again ocean views right out of the playroom so this might seem like a lot of weighted square foot for a playroom but remember we're in a 65 million dollar house a lot of expensive things downstairs so when the kids come up here and play mom and dad can have peace of mind the kids can do whatever they want and I think that makes a lot of sense this wraps up the inside of the house I'm going to take you guys outside and show you my favorite part of the house the backyard [Music] thank you foreign so just coming out of the kitchen this is one unbelievable backyard the rear elevation is just as beautiful as the front of the house manicured Lawns the bushes everything's fantastic and then it opens up to a pool they have small kids ages one and three so they had to put a fence around this to keep it safe which is a very smart thing but it still does not obstruct your view looking out at the ocean and they have their own private beach so I'd imagine what makes this property so high in value is that view right there so aside from that view I want to point out some of the destination Living Spaces that we have on the back of the house there's a second story deck downstairs they have screened-in patios those are double as hurricane shutters that can withstand Winds of well over 100 miles an hour that's the master bedroom Section and then you have this middle area is right off the formal living is where there's an outdoor fireplace you also have a screened-in patio right off the kitchen and what's a nice feature is this separate pool house with a barbecue grill that's kind of the hangout when you're outdoors in the backyard they have really done a fantastic job so coming down to the backyard you have an entrance to your very own private beach [Music] okay guys I'm gonna wrap up the tour right here I hope you enjoyed it there's a lot of house to see it's 18 000 square feet but I feel like I gave you a pretty good Glimpse on what it's like to experience
