[Music] holy wow drama drama drama i just can't imagine coming home to this every day [Music] hey guys i'm ray parisi with cnbc we are down in south florida today here to check out one of the most expensive homes for sale in delray beach this place is 18 000 square feet it's got 8 bedrooms 15 baths and 45 rooms total i've been told one of the rooms is off limits because a python sleeps in it that is a first for me price tag on this place 19 million 200 000 and the snake is not included so first impressions are everything in real estate and this place is bringing it big time just beyond these mansion gates is a giant driveway completely paved in marble and the owner of this place has a lamborghini so they had to be really subtle with the grades to accommodate the low profile of his lambo at the center of the driveway is a three-tiered fountain over to the right is a deep blue super cool full tennis court and half basketball court if we move over into this direction through this pathway here there's a motor court and three garages to accommodate indoor parking for 12 cars some of it is air conditioned because your car needs air conditioning right and then you come up to this grand entrance this is crazy the columns are 28 feet tall imagine this is your house [Music] holy wow drama drama drama welcome ray and more drama on the steps there that is super broker sonata ajim she is the listing agent on this extraordinary palatial home and she's gonna show us around a little bit thank you for taking us on a tour thank you so much for coming i just can't imagine coming home to this every day or greeting people who visited you from there it's like a movie this is where i would greet my guests from you know if i owned this home the double staircase again you get a sense of how big this space is when she's all the way across the room over there um and i wanna show you i don't know that you can tell how big this chandelier is how how tall would you say this is i would say this is about seven feet in height um and it's a crystal chandelier it really adds a lot of glamour to the space is this paint sonata no that's actually a wall treatment so it's wallpaper to give it texture but still have that neutral palette you know the wallpaper is really good when you don't see a single seam across the whole thing it looks like paint it looks like layers and layers of paint exactly that was the whole purpose i guess we'll come up here a little later do you want to go down those steps and show us around a little bit absolutely so uh asking price asking price 19.2 million dollars that is a lot of money but i'm already seeing you get a lot of house for that you get a lot of house you get a lot of land and you get to live in one of the most prestigious communities in florida so that's very special and you get to wake up in like a dream palace every morning yes it's very very spacious it's very very grand i don't know if you can see the inlaid marble that's a really cool feature at the center of the room and then the curves on these stairs are like a sexy staircase very it's also so bright in here because you got a wall of glass here that's like 30 feet high and behind the camera here there's another crazy wall of glass this view is amazing i love having such a big great room that leads you out onto the covered patio and then you see the infinity edge cool the architect wanted to ensure to give as much natural light to these main areas where you really would entertain so with 30 foot ceilings and so much glass which of course in florida we have to have hurricane impact glass doors and windows this is all gold jerusalem stone it's hand carved and goes obviously up to the ceiling it's crazy that they're hand carving because they also hand carve the columns in the front of the house and the back of the house why hand carve when there are definitely machines that can just like burn through this this particular owner who happens to be from the middle east has a lot of appreciations for artisans from where he comes from so he wanted something very authentic he didn't want a pattern or a feel that may have been done before wow yes and that is not cheap not cheap at all and look at the crown here it's like oh this is absolutely beautiful so you know they like some classical elements to interior design and this chandelier is absolutely beautiful it goes with the entrance foyer until here but it has its own uh feel and pattern i mean like if you have a palace you need a palatial chandelier we got 000 square feet to go and i don't know that we're gonna get to 45 rooms but we'll show you a good amount of them absolutely that way where are we going we're going to the dining room and wait this is uh this is an elevator so if you don't want to go up and down your glamorous staircase you have a glamorous elevator exactly and when you want to host your 16 best friends this is where you do it i like that they got a chandelier dripping with crystals in here and sconces on the wall also dripping with crystals that crown molding is amazing it's beautiful and double crown yes exactly and this house looks amazing at night because you have so many details in the ceiling and special light so i'm excited to show you the kitchen and the family room i can't even keep up with you it's she's in heels i'm in heels and i get to show you all of this how amazing is this i love this i love the double island i know i know it's great for entertaining this stone is gorgeous it really is and there are single slabs on each countertop and then i mean don't go so fast she just said this is a single slab there is no scene here this is one giant piece that they just cut a single sink into and they're really uh they're beautiful don't you love the colors they're really beautiful gorgeous this is a great kitchen and i've never seen this this is the refrigerator yeah yes refrigerator in the freezer ray i know you like to open people's refrigerators but please don't open this one it's a big family wow that's big that's very big and they did a little smoked mirror effect that's cool i've never seen that i love that design this is a combination of wood and stainless yes which is really nice and that is a serious wolf stove top and it's for people who like to cook right yeah that is a breakfast nook second dining room she calls it a breakfast nook yes because when the house is 19.2 million this is your breakfast nook you can't eat your pajamas under a chandelier like that this is a more casual space this is where the family spends a lot of time uh it's very spacious you have different seating areas it's like a blue fire you gotta get a closer look at this it's steam and um and lighting can you see this i'm assuming this can change colors too how cool is that initially i thought it was a video i know you like to touch things and i'm glad that you haven't burnt your hand or broken anything yeah so where this is where the children spend a lot of their time but i think it's great for the adults as well pool table air hockey and i'm betting that you could either watch a football game here or play some video games even exactly it's a great room it's a great room and it's very spacious usually this architect ends up putting a bar in a club room like this but this family doesn't drink wow so no bar in the house no bar in the house how does that play out as far as prospective buyers obviously a lot of the clients right now they like to have their wine room and they have that but a lot of them are really into health and wellness so the drinking has gone down in importance when we go looking for a house for me i'm gonna need a bar just let you know okay but i appreciate it i appreciate the fact that they don't drink and lots of people don't drink yes they do entertain their family so you can actually [Music] come outside i know you love your outdoor entertainment spaces oh my god this is phenomenal isn't it i love this that's real this is a real reaction i love this space outdoor kitchen right off the pool yes look at this isn't this amazing so this is granite but it's leathered which uh gives it that right surface for outdoor use and it's beautiful this is grill holy mackerel oh at least and they use it they use it i love it there's a catering kitchen here so the idea is if you have caterers or personal there's another kitchen that way there's another kitchen so we have one kitchen there another kitchen here and the third kitchen here yes look at this wow and the pink lights match sonata today so this is just for um chef's kitchen so that your guests don't have to see the chefs going crazy and and making all food another giant refrigerator it's crazy a little hidden kitchen off a kitchen off the kitchen this is such a chill space it almost feels quasi indoor i don't know if you guys can see on camera but if blake points to this screen and sonata does the quick opening [Laughter] this is the reason why this room is a little more chill because it's diffusing some of the sunlight that comes in exactly it just keeps going wow there are a lot of places just chill out poolside another big screen tv it's so funny because originally on camera i don't think people could see the theater screens they're so subtle they're built in and then they just completely disappear into the archways yes and it's as you know very pricey not cheap to have this beautiful jerusalem stone and ensure that the screens just disappear um we're gonna save more of the backyard for later okay there's so much more house to see let's go back inside okay back to where we started center of the house we're headed where now owner's wing which includes an office a royal theater and of course the owner's suite a royal theater yes i want to see this are those diamonds swarovski wow the royal cinema i get it [Music] these look like they should be in a race car i know they're actually really cool very rich how many people can get in here 14. this is a first class first class theater experience i can't see the screen and kick it up wow it's a great space it's very rich in here you feel like okay i'm somewhere else i'm not in florida so there are eight bedrooms in this home and of course this is the grandest of them all this is the owner's suite this is a very big bright space it does have blackout shades of course you would need them you would need them in the morning what's the space behind you i love this space this is a reading room or a lounge area of the master the views out of there are amazing they're fabulous i love the fact that you see the pool you see the lake and i like that there's a step up because then you can sort of look a little bit more down on the pool yes it separates it this just keeps going down this way so we're gonna get to see his and hers box um they're of course his and her closet but her closet is off limit straight oh bummer this is crazy this is amazing she has her own separate box which is great she can take bubble baths next to her fireplace it's almost like the bathtub is on stage and then your back left by a fire it's not out of the shower that is a really interesting book match that you have there on the stone i assume that sometimes is a conversation piece maybe it is indeed let's go see his let's go see his that's definitely hers i'm going to kill you and this is his bath it's huge and this is the first his tub is bigger than hers there you go i've been doing this for like over 10 years and i've never seen that in a single house well i'm glad that you saw this for the first time this way i see is his closet his closet this is not off limits no this is great it's very spacious isn't it i mean it's interesting because i'm seeing more and more closets that are fully glass so you have to like really keep your stuff very neat exactly you want to be able to see where everything is but it's nicely organized i love that you're always faster than me even in the heels of course i can run in these heels wow the view from these steps doesn't rise up in this room is incredible isn't it crazy and you can also get a sense of just how big these chandeliers are compared to us exactly are you out of breath a little bit okay well i'm gonna show you the gym next great i got that was a warm warm-up going up the steps what else is on this floor seven bedrooms [Music] [Applause] uh one of which is off-limits ah that's where the pet is [Applause] [Music] so this is the room that's off linus no go there's a pet in here and he's sleeping but maybe at some point in this video he comes out and says hi so in the post-pandemic world i think it's pretty awesome to have your own this is a great gym i love it how spacious it is there's a steam shower there's a sauna and that's your new friend we're going from a palatial home to a majestic backyard i mean this is one of the most over-the-top ornate backyard patios i've ever seen love these columns they're so impressive these are 28 feet tall which you can get a really better sense of now that leads to this which is phenomenal infinity pool lake when you when you crouch down like this it looks like the pool and the lake have connected it's actually a really big pool i don't know if you can see that on camera it's 50 feet in length so you can do great laps here and it does light up at night so you can change colors and of course for fabulous evenings you have the jacuzzi big update soon after this tour so not a sold place i'll million 550 000 and an interesting fact about this sale the new homeowners bought the place fully furnished minus the snakes but get this they're planning a big renovation and already ordered all new
