We Played 100 Days Of 7 Days To Die... Here's What Happened

fly me oh heart attack heart attack I'm dead what a good time it's time to reflect what you're about to see is how me and my friend went from being the worst Seven Days to Die players to the best in the world and we did just that in a hundred days and this is the story me and I'm the James attempt to take on 100 days of the game seven days to die the huge fat around all this was the fact that me and him have never touched this game before or even heard of it so we started out as noobs and we worked our way to the top this game has five different biomes each with increasing difficulty and every seventh day in the game horde comes after you if you haven't already gathered this is the super cut of the entire series that took us two months to record but other than that I don't want to say relax enjoy our journey and I'll see you guys on the other side day one me and my friend of corresponding but it can never be that easy so I had to run 1.5 kilometers before I could even greet him oh dude there's a day counter at the top that makes editing so much easier this is an old Western Village maybe I can find some guns I in fact did not find any guns but on my way to meeting my friends I picked up everything I came across because I didn't know what I would need later on in the game you're punching a tree is it working yeah but it's gonna take forever oh yeah no I'm not doing it all I have to do is punch the plants and it gives me stuff okay oh there's a chicken there's a chicken bro I killed the chicken dude I do not like the way these things run man there's skills there's a skill tree is there yeah what okay no no no no no no no oh dude I don't want to play this I feel that oh no way finally yes now we're naked wait did you get to create your character no why what do I look like yo you're burnt like toast oh yeah cause uh I caught on fire when I first arrived James wanted to break into the church because he thought there would be guns in here oh help me oh sorry don't die don't die [Laughter] I'm gonna go check for an alternate entrance I all right I'll be here oh God did you I can't do this man I'll help you punch exactly there might be a zombie gun what in club I can craft a club this is such a waste of my time you look like a caveman I feel like I'm playing art dude oh my God [Music] oh my God it's always the right time let's go somewhere else it's almost night time with night approaching me and James needed to find shelter quick and this was the first house that we could get into out of everything in this neighborhood so we took shelter here for the night all right let's uh oh hell no dude get out get out that scared the hell out of me bro they just busted through like the Kool-Aid Man [Laughter] he's on fire yo they're running okay all right get out get out get out get up I'm on fire I close the door don't worry how do you drink water okay I did it suffer from an abrasion after we got beat up I crafted some plant fiber armor so I could be better protected and then we learned that we had to be in the same tribe to build a base together so we got that squared away cool I should be able to place this bed real now okay day one was more for learning rather than progression but we called it a day after making some Stone axes I also have a mild infection okay and then I have a concussion oh my gosh dude is it easier to just die day two we wanted to go on a journey but there was a wolf below us stopping us from going anywhere you want me to take care of him there's no way you're actually down there fighting him right okay cloth fragment and glue how do you make glue oh the wolf's in here the wuss in here and where in the house in the house how did it get okay I'm dead no way yep I died I got an achievement how did he get in the house dude oh my God I'm so screwed bro this was going absolutely terrible and then the wolf started spawn trapping us oh you can no longer get in the house man the AC he broke the AC no we'll have to build a wooden block all right I'm dead he is literally spawn camping us [Laughter] we just gotta keep spotting and beating him off you killed me already oh you could have got a concussion or something oh he's dead he's dead and there's a zombie now why wouldn't there be bro after taking care of the wolf we found out that we had a basement but it was swarming with zombies so after taking care of those we started looting the place up okay so that's locked so they can't get in there I'm just making sure we clear out the house there's no way her character's supposed to be a shadow Maybe maybe they did it's like character really chat yeah bro it's like your game never loaded properly when we finish securing our house we decided that we should go loot some of these buildings to see if we could find some weapons or armor that's about nice kind of good bro why oh there's a basement can go down here oh there's like a basement basement dude I see water down here uh this is you got it bro oh you look so funny hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up what okay well we're doing this okay wait hold on can I fill up this water jar oh dude look down here oh oh no there's a snake that is a snake there's a snake in there to the right oh dude I have such a phobia of snakes I'm out I'm not doing this it was hard for us to progress because we were too scared to fight anything so we weren't really getting anywhere more cleaning supplies what am I gonna do with ten dollars huh I just found money oh oh I think you can buy stuff after finding the money we learned all about the skill trees and what we needed to do to unlock points oh yeah and we were pretty stupid to ignore these starter quests at the top right of our screen because later on they would unlock a pretty necessary thing what is this yo yo yo yo yo there's guns in there yeah bro look in the well there's a bag of guns after my find we sat here for about 10 minutes trying to break through this metal great dude oh you could just search it from there did I have anything good don't worry about it I have the power of everything to kill you yeah no ammo splint okay we'll hold on to the splint until we break a leg yeah break a leg out there kiddo when we got back to base we finally laid down some storage chest so we could make more efficient loot runs but as soon as night rolled around zombies were trying to break into our kitchen so I had to take care of that we kicked off day three by farming some of the furniture in the house and then breaking down unnecessary walls and don't worry we would later find out that building your own base is actually way safer and honestly the better way to go can we take a moment to explain to the people that survival games are terrible at letting you know what to do because I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to use this campfire oh it shows it on the left okay after my big brain moment I crafted a stone Sledgehammer because it sounded like it did way more damage than anything else I had at the moment ooh Ranger's guide to archery spear Hunter later on when we were out exploring we found out quickly how overpowered the magazines are because they would either give you special abilities or help you learn blueprints okay I just found 762 ammo dude oh there's an ammo pile up here yeah that's what I found for the shotgun 762 vitamins damn this dude had 11 shotgun bullets on him I just found an iron fire ax I am looking so fly right now what yeah I look good you look homeless as hell dude did you make your character this short on purpose no dude I didn't even make my character you look like a homeless kid that's following me because you have no other choice oh [ __ ] it is getting dark so quick we were high on life at the moment with all of our new loot we were excited to use it but as Knight approached we decided to head home and see which one it reloads oh it does work okay well we have 19 bullets James said he trusted me more than himself so he was kind enough to drop me the machine gun with all of the ammo uh we should probably just chill until dude there is a horde outside it's gonna take a lot of blocks I'm gonna be honest with you here bro James's plan was to build the staircase up to the roof and then have us defend day seven on the roof which wasn't an amazing plan but I didn't have anything better at the moment okay whenever whenever one of us gets another skill point we need to unlock Advanced engineering okay because that'll allow us to craft a workbench so we can make ammo day four we went to go explore again but at this point we still didn't know what we were doing no way I can get struck by lightning right we were getting discouraged because we felt like our only chance of survival was searching for guns and ammo which as you can see has been scarce so far I hear a plane me too airdrops I'm looking but I don't see anything I saw it it was behind us all right let's go to that instead I have some more armor oh for you I see it do you see it I do all right let's go oh I see it I see it oh knowing that there was supply drops every three days was like a little Ray of Hope for us because maybe we could get some really good guns and ammo as we sat we wouldn't be able to survive a chicken Army much less the seventh day a first aid kit antibiotics and melee mods bundle and this one double as a light source and set enemies on fire say last dude look at my ax after going to the supply Crate we headed home to drop off all of our new goodies and then our next plan of attack was to hit the barn right next door there's a lot of zombies in there there's some stuff in here I found another machine gun did you shotgun shells I need a shotgun after seeing how terrible the barn was we decided to hit the church next and don't worry we won't be noobs forever we eventually find out that there's so much more to this game and we were doing everything wrong oh my god dude there's so many you know it's funny come over here wow Here We Go Again The Secret bookshelf you're about to see behind this door was definitely awesome but going undergrounds was something that we weren't ready for and if we knew what we were getting ourselves into we probably wouldn't have taken this on oh my god dude I'm gonna need help [Music] what's in here okay oh dude there's a bunch of loot in here where what okay all right oh no I'm coming dude where are we there's another one getting this far into these tunnels gave me a feeling that we wouldn't make it out it's kind of thick what is this door bro activate switch I'm not going in there bro there's no way I'm going in there why must you do this well I need your help come out come out come out there's a lot there's a lot get out get out hurry hurry hurry hurry oh I can't deactivate it We Stand our ground here I'm not dying oh I died no way all right man I'm coming please do I'm stuck on the stairs with a bunch of zombies I'm punching I'm glitched in the floor are you surviving yes they can't hit me but I can hit them bro they can't hit me I got him you can come down well I can't I'm stuck in the floorboards we're stuck in the floorboards yeah nobody said this game was perfect and James in fact did get stuck in the wall oh dude we're gonna be here for a long time my beautiful ax is about to break yep there it goes the reason this took so long is because I thought the hammer had a heavy attack uh so apparently right clicking with a hammer repairs something after James was stuck in the wall for about 10 minutes our Spirits were definitely down so we decided to go get his stuff and explore a little bit more because at this point we didn't care if we lived or died what's there to lose okay are you free that's great all right go get your stuff this better have been worth it man we came down here for wait wait wait there's a secret passage back here others is there definitely a door oh my God there's a lot of stuff in here yo can you use your lock pick on this box yes dude it takes three lock picks to open this wow all three lock picks didn't get me you don't know how happy I am to see the sun I need a workbench to be able to make a lock pick bro the next morning we immediately went out and started scrambling because day seven was right around the corner and we had nothing we already kind of knew in the back of our minds that day seven was gonna be terrible for us and we probably wouldn't survive but if somehow a miracle happens maybe we could get through it I just found a forge schematic that's something we needed to learn there's no way I understand that I thought maybe I would have been able to search something here hey there's ammo up here nice I wonder how many of you guys are screaming at your computer screen telling us to go to Joel's shop after completing the quest at the top right so we can buy a bunch of ammo and uh possibly survive I wish we knew murky water can we drink that no no you have to boil it first okay well I got three of them so okay oh oh did you do that that's closed nope that was close though well it just notified every zombie in the whole world dude oh dude there's a dog there's a dog I'm coming oh the one that killed us at the beginning it's like it's not no that was a wolf oh wait no I I got this dog glitched should we go into this house why not oh I don't have much health oh there's a big big boy do I have any other weapons on me anything what killed me you died yeah dude all my weapons are broken I can't fight this um go on my body Max I'm coming oh dude The Eagles I can hear them they're on me pick up my gun oh I killed it I killed it oh oh my God man I wish I knew about the traitor sooner because the amount of times I've passed that brass doorknobs trophies radiators car parts mechanical parts because I didn't think I'd need them anyways after almost a full day of looting we decided to go back home because day seven was approaching and we still needed to prepare at home so the first thing I did was crafted a forge because of that schematic I found earlier and then I got an amazing kit put together that consisted of Spears and bandages we came to the mutual decision that we should just barricade ourselves in on the roof and hope that the zombies are too stupid to jump up here that way we can survive another seven days after this I have a pistol with 27 rounds a shuffle of bone knife and a stone ax all right it's day seven why is nothing happening okay well we're off to a good start maybe like the daylight comes it happens or maybe night I don't know this is very anticlimactic ah it's not until 22. Adventure there's a big boy sprinting at you bro let's mess him up oh he hit me he hit me I have no stamina I'm trying to get his attention Oh my legs are sprained and I'm infected hello [ __ ] is that a dog that's a wolf that's a wolf oh my God bro this was a bad idea we need to go help me I missed oh did I get him I did we are so gonna get caught with our pants down they're cheap they're fast okay I'm running up the stairs hey there any seven six two there's seven six two in there there you go five bullets what the heck oh boy oh it's a bird here oh I shot him there's wolves there's wolves all around us no no [Music] foreign please tell me that's you what yo there's a snake careful it's right behind you oh aloe's actually really good hello heals five Health that just kept me alive dude why that scared the crap out of me I don't want to show too much more about this loot run because just like all the other days it was terrible let's show the viewers what they want and that's day seven right The Horde thing okay I got you one second love how it's getting red outside oh yeah I can't even see anything dude this is terrifying oh man why do I not feel safe on this room more seconds this is the safest place we can be oh you see them they're all starting to run now bro nothing I just hear them destroying our house fault oh they're coming up they're coming up nice nice okay the bone the bow plus that okay we're not watching behind us but maybe they won't come up behind us I'm more scared of the Red Sky than the zombie maybe this is just the game like pitying us they're like they're not ready there's no way these guys are ready this might be the easiest stuff I know we might have broken the game I think the hardest part of this game so far was the church the underground church that oh you got yeah yeah stock in the wood yeah yeah that was awful that made me not wanna as you guys know we've never played this game before so we didn't know that this would actually work and we won't use this later on as a cheese but it was nice getting a little bit of a break until we could actually figure out how to play the game spoiler alert we figure out everything on day nine anyways we found a clothing store and decided to hit this up they're everywhere this is a bad place does that say guns yeah we definitely saw the gun rack so we started killing everything in sight hoping that we could make our way through and find something amazing there was nothing amazing but I did find a scrap helmet so I guess that's something afterwards we found a medical store which was a little sigh of relief because we stocked up on all the meds we would need for the next couple of days I'm dead bro there's a whole rack of Guns is there yeah right where I died and the rest of day eight was me waiting for James to come get his stuff and then we made our way back home dude why did we choose to go so far we had to explore oh sh oh my God that [ __ ] scared me I'm dead I died oh my God I just almost pissed my pants how do I take everything uh at the top of the inventory though before you do this knock on these twirling stuff really get me out of this house I have a broken leg a heart attack ripped up hands I'm just dead yeah I died anyways after all of that nonsense we made our way back home and we started dropping off all of the loot that we had found you're ready for my Epiphany here it goes oh I can search the storages again dude this is so stupid I just figured out how to upgrade frame shapes and it would we never would have figured this out you hold an ax in your hand like a hatchet and you right click on it and this this is where we got the good news after doing the campfire step oh yeah locate Trader oh good job Survivor you have proved to be capable with much potential we have marked your map with the nearest White River Outpost location where you will find a Trader where you can buy and sell goods and trade stories with one of our friendly citizens we need to bring all of our expensive Goods that we're not going to use to this guy so we can sell it on our way to the trader I noticed that I had four skill points which I used to unlock thick-headed on the intellect tree and then I was able to unlock Advanced engineering workbench I can craft a workbench now and the time you've all been waiting for we finally made it to Trader Joel's and unlocked the ability to buy and sell Goods which was going to be huge for our progress hunting rifle 7 440 dollars I have 70. you know what I can buy I can buy paint and a can of tuna how do I sell my stuff what up unlucky for us I guess after getting kicked out of Trader Joel's for the night we decided that we would just wait it out and we built ourselves a little one by one for protection the next morning we headed straight back to Trader Joe's and I started selling all of my goods which got me quite a bit of money selling is the way to go okay after selling some Goods we wisened up and started building our own base because number one building exists in this game for a reason and number two it's probably better for us in the long run I'm just getting ready for all of the comments to swarm in saying that we have a cube base like in Minecraft we wanted to fully move all of our stuff from our old base to the new so we headed back and grabbed everything after selling most of the stuff I didn't need to Joel we just needed to make one more trip to our old base and then we were done dude when are we gonna like have a breakthrough and find some good loot whoa whoa where am I oh oh no no dude I'm in a cave a literal like art cave oh dude I'm gonna blow out your eardrums and my microphone we kept on having this weird issue where James wouldn't be able to interact with anything or use his weapons so he wanted me to kill him but uh well well grab a torch in there and come out here and set me on fire kill me excuse me how did I set you on fire at the beginning of the game oh because we weren't in the same party anyways on day 12 we started chopping down trees and upgrading our base because day 14 was right around the corner and as you know we got super lucky on the first one but I don't see that happening again God I'm having such a blast cutting down trees while James continued on the base I made a forge so we could start getting forged iron that way we could make a workbench and uh and iron oh my gosh that's expensive yeah so if you guys know a better way to get forged iron quick please let me know in the comments that would be super helpful oh dude there's a whole horde of zombies coming towards us not a way thank you what the hell oh she on fire headshot so obviously we didn't know it at the time but there's a hidden heat mechanic in the game where any activity you do literally any activity you do will build up heat once you get to 100 it triggers an activity and will send a horde of zombies at you or a screamer which calls a horde of zombies and we would later figure this out oh I didn't find a bunch of ammo and some good food I'll think about if we went to actually good spots this was so worth it wait what what did I just pick up I just picked up keys from a key box but I don't know if anyone knows what the hell that key did please let me know for the rest of day 12 I searched this motel for guns and possible ammo because at this point all we were trying to do was get to day 14 and survive that with the knowledge that we've been acquiring I have faith that after day 14 will be a lot better set up and be able to survive a lot easier in the future bored steel spraying mechanical parts oh okay oh my God no please dude he's so fast he's so fast please get away get away all right how do we make board steal Ford steel you have to it's very expensive you have to make it in the Forge this guy just jacked me up man there's nothing wait did you fortify the entire outer wall already yeah I did everything damn oh my God what a grind this has been yeah feels like we're actually doing something for a purpose now though I dumped all my skill points into agility wait are you peeing right now dude what is that no no no no oh hell is that a bear oh that is a bear that's good eating bro let's shoot it hold on dude I don't have uh okay I do have a good amount of ammo but is it should we waste it we're wasting it oh my God oh my God dude that was so much I'm out of stamina oh here let me chop this bad boy up we were gonna get some important stuff done on day 13 but then we saw the Traders store and his inventory he had some really good weapons so instead we went out looting for expensive items and we wouldn't figure out until day 14 that you can break down cars with a wrench and it's way more worth it to just sell that stuff to buy ammo than it is to maybe get lucky and find some while you're looting hey if it hits the fan I got these [Music] you picked up grenades yeah I got two of the bad boys like we're all like if we're in a lose-lose situation bro I'm pulling the pit bro look look at my character you look like a freaking mad scientist you guys remember that church that me and James went to really early on and he got absolutely obliterated by a zombie well we decided to go back there because we remembered that there was a lock box that we couldn't open and we were just hoping that there was some ammo inside blue bag nice I was in fact right about the lock box we ended up getting extremely lucky and finding 70 pistol bullets there are 70 bullets oh dude what the hell I have 29.6 poop there's an uh uh like a disease thing on my left side of my screen that shows butt cheeks and poop coming out there's not much to say about what you're about to see other than I don't know how I survived no way zombies can climb stairs bro oh my gosh she just glitched me out bro no way no way I can open it the lockfish weren't enough dude the zombie keeps glitching me out of the stairs it's not worth it just dip I just ran I'm back out by the street I just okay I don't know let's go how this happened to me after I got about every debuff known to man we decided we should head back because zombies are a lot more psychotic at night time are you ready are you ready for our breakthrough because day 14 is the day that we found out all of the cool stuff you can do with the wrench bring a wrench with you everywhere bro wrenches are like one of the most overpowered tools yeah I have a wrench oh okay yeah oh oh what yeah bro whoa oh we've been doing it all wrong that's mind-blowing bro we definitely need to pay attention to our heat a lot more because uh this is the second day in a row that I almost died gosh ah you just took so many hits oh oh bro he's bobbing and weaving man why is there so many I can't I have no stamina this is where I die yep oh what a genius dude I'm dead all right I'm gonna die here hold on man I'm trying no no no come on come on I'm at nine health I got you baby all right oh bro you all right I was at nine Health yeah I'm screwed up dude I have every single imaginable freaking ailment in this game oh there we go my broken leg is healed I can run again we started scrambling because it in fact was day 14 and horde night was coming soon so we headed to the nearest town to try and find that last little bit of ammo that might bring us to Victory that's 2200 approached we headed back home and I stopped at the trader on the way and then after finishing up with him I was finally able to craft that sweet sweet shotgun I had been wanting for so long so don't ask me what my source is but I could have sworn that zombies during horde night or any time would attack the weakest point in your base being our front door so we hoped they would run through all these spikes and now for the moment you've all been waiting for day 14. here we go baby all right here you watch the front I'll watch the back for now oh they're already coming at the back oh they're running around nope they're attacking the side damn dude okay they're all attacking the back I can't even see him from here dude [Music] oh dude there's a lot at the back there's a lot of them put them down baby all right they're all coming to the front of the base okay 70s oh my god dude nice nice okay oh no did you fall yeah I'm coming back I'm coming back all right oh God all the right side of our house they're inside of our house they're coming up oh my God oh my God bro we might have to run around all that wait just keep wrecking the floors if we can I wish I could reload faster than this I'm so terrified man I'll have much ammo left my God how long does this last bro a while no you're breaking our storage well my shots James start building up with the frame shapes I can't hold on defend me Brothers oh my God I don't know what to do for you man oh no way [Laughter] no way that worked bro I'm so big brain oh I'm out of bullets bro yeah the fact that that worked I know I know surprised to survived man I'm dead no the music's stopping there's no more zombies ow wow well they really destroyed this place huh we made it oh you made it I died at the very end because I ran for the backpack day 15 started off quite boring because for about half of the day as you can see our base was destroyed so we had to repair a bunch of blocks after repairing me and James finally started taking on quests from the trader and I wish we would have done it sooner because if you finish seven of them the trader gives you a bicycle we also quickly learned that when we turned to end these quests there was a chance for us to get some phenomenal loot most of them were pretty straightforward with either being clear the zombies find a satchel or like the current one I'm on was just digging a hole until I found some decent food and the supplies I was looking for the fact that this game added in quests is super refreshing and nice because going around looting and doing open World stuff non-stop kind of gets repetitive and tedious so this gave us that extra little bit of motivation knowing that there was guaranteed loot anyways the rest of our day looked the same completing Quests for the traitor in hopes of getting that bicycle all right I got the supplies another 109 millimeter ammo when going through the Trader's inventory I noticed that he had a tier 3 AK I alone almost have enough for the AK oh really I have a 4 400 coins here come here James was fortunately kind enough to give me the Duke coins that he had so I could buy this AK and now have the motherload of Firepower boom uh 762 I got 60 of them so I can give those yeah I'll give you all the 9 mil we were originally gonna wait out the night in our base but we got antsy so before Trader Joel's closed we picked up one more Quest and started knocking that out after finishing the quest I returned home and started crafting some writable storage boxes so I could be more organized yeah this is gonna be so much nicer it looks so clean oh my God hey the bear he can't fit through when day 16 finally rolled around I turned in my quest and noticed that I only needed to complete two more before getting the bicycle one more after this there's no way man this dude has given me a total of 309 millimeter ammo that's crazy before going on my next Quest I crafted the long-awaited workbench that me and James have been working towards this entire time just to find out that the ammo that you can craft in it is super expensive so it wasn't worth it at the moment my last Quest I needed to get the bicycle was at this market so after Gathering the supplies I headed back to the trader and got my sweet ass ride on the morning of day 17 James came up with the bright idea of digging a trench around our base and then putting spikes in it that way zombies would get trapped on horde day what's that sound oh my God yo what the hell hey that's a screamer that's the first time we've heard of screamers dude it's dead all right here we go baby that's insane man we've been building up our heat way too much by digging this trench yeah let's go that was so much fun yeah man it was that was like the most fun I've had so far while I was waiting on James to complete his final mission I noticed there was a special Quest available to me and when I clicked accept it said locate the next Trader meaning that we were gonna get a whole new quest line it's like the dot is like underneath the ground it says like 14 meters we both thought James's Quest was glitched out because it was showing the last zombie underground and there was no way for us to get under there but that's when I had the bright idea of digging dude there is something down here yeah look yo what oh dude come over here there's a bunch of stuff after we returned home and James got his bicycle we started kidding up that way we would be able to handle whatever was thrown at us on our way to the trader oh I guess this is where we say goodbye to our current house for a long time after doing some scary nighttime traveling we finally made it to the next Outpost which by the way looked exactly like the first one and while waiting on Trader Joe's to open we just had some fun and shot down some zombies day 21 is gonna be a breeze bro when Joel finally opened shop I decided to talk to him first and then take all of the loot around the base because well it was free we then started our first Quest from the next Trader which had me at this cemetery and I honestly kind of loved this so far this game's exploration seemed endless and it was a lot of fun but this Mission brought me to this underground's morgue type thing and to be quite Frank I was scared shitless okay there's the supplies now get me the hell out of here oh awesome thanks for wasting my time dude so worth it I love it while James was out adventuring he found a pistol for me so he dropped it and this happened I dropped it uh sure about that I don't see anything man did you not get it no it's not here oh look right here it's like right where I'm standing look straight down right on top of my feet there's nothing there hold on oh no I think it's gone dude no no it was literally right here the end of day 18 me and James started doing quests again for the next Joel We both believe that if you finish seven Quests for one Trader it'll lead you to the next WoW nope I have to empty the container we noticed as we were completing quests and leveling up that our loot was getting a lot better so I don't know if that's a little mechanic in the game but it was pretty nice I want to try this stun baton out there I don't know if you have this armor yet I know dude it's two shots James was eager to show me his new stun baton and it was cool don't get me wrong but what he failed to tell me is that he found a nail gun schematic and those are one of the best tools in the game but as always we wouldn't find this out until a little bit later anyways we headed back to Joel to turn in our quests we wanted to complete a few more before day 21 came around so that way we had time to head back to our base and prepare for another horde night no no chance what'd you just do I didn't do anything bro I blew up are you for real yes like I don't know if it was like a mine or something but I just blew up well if we weren't super cautious before we were now because there in fact as landmines in this game I I got taken out just like that dude by a landmine in a zombie game yo I'm not gonna lie this is my favorite part of the entire series that's good oh wow I just fell into a closet from the ceiling and I'm standing behind a zombie and he doesn't know I'm here dude this is so weird if you aren't looting cars on your way back from quests or on the way to traveling anywhere you're doing it wrong I think don't let me tell you how to play the game I've never touched this before after completing this Final Quest he gave me an iron crossbow but we didn't have any more time so we decided to pack up and head back home and prepare for horde day I'm super happy that I checked this man's inventory before heading out because I noticed he had a double barrel shotgun that was tier four so that was going to be my new best friend well I ran this whole thing with nothing I just fell into a hole with my bike bro there's just a [ __ ] random hole in the ground after returning to base I started making some forged iron so I could upgrade the doors and then me and James started working on the trench yet again we wanted it to get to the point where if a zombie came from any direction we would be protected for at least a little bit I gotta say that I regret building next to this road because uh carving this out for the trench was gonna take forever and that it did I finally finished my portion of it by day 20 and I was definitely over this after finishing the trench we just had to lay down spikes all around and then we would be done and hopefully ready for day 21 but for the rest of day 20 we ended up farming and then upgrading our base that way we would have a better chance of surviving I upgraded wood to Cobblestone and then I also remembered that I had some concrete that I found along the way so I used that to upgrade a few of the Cobblestone blocks after working with concrete for a little bit I realized that it was probably cheaper to just buy a cement mixer and do it that way but we didn't have that right now so I just bought as much as I could um next time you get skill points put them all into sexual tyrannosaurus why it uh it makes it to where um yeah I have money in the crib how much is the concrete uh it's a little bit expensive I used 5 000 coin to get 700 and 700 is enough to do 70 blocks so what do we can we just upgrade it by like right clicking on it yeah you just hold the right click on the Block you want to upgrade upgrading to concrete made us feel like superheroes but no matter how much we upgrade our base it's not gonna matter if we don't have ammo and we would soon find this out anyways I decided to fortify both of our doors going to our wall and our main house and before I get a thousand comments saying why are you guys using your main base for horde night or noobs okay we don't know what we're doing but also we'll address this somewhat soon okay don't worry I promise if you want as soon as I'm done fixing up our Upper Floor we can just go farm as many cars as possible sell them and buy ammo yeah we can probably do that now a viewer touched on a really good point which didn't make sense at a time and it does now but upgrading these doors was actually really stupid because the doors are way stronger than any other part of our base meaning the zombies won't funnel towards the doors because they go to the weakest point so instead they swarm us from every direction and that's why we've been getting screwed up oh wow I can jump oh my God I jumped onto the roof what you can jump that high now it wasn't that it wasn't like crazy right like I was on a deck but like I jumped onto the roof after upgrading our base we in fact took the rest of day 21 to farm cars that way we could sell those materials and then buy bullets I wish at this point that we knew about the Red Mesa and all of the other point of Interest like in the Wasteland and you know the crazy buildings that offer you a butt load of weapons and ammo after you complete them because we're still doing things on hard mode maybe one day we'll figure it out also to top everything off when I got back to the trader I noticed that he wasn't selling any ammo for any of the weapons we had so we kind of wasted a lot of our time anyways it's time for horde nights which James was AFK for a lot of because he had to take care of his kid like who does that right uh here we go oh there's zombie dogs now man are there yep looks like the trench is doing its job so far they're starting to jump over the wall they're climbing on top of each other oh they broke they broke a hole back here okay hey left side they're breaking through okay oh it looks like my little hole did did a good job there oh there's so many loot bags this time man it's so nice I think the traps are just making them weaker you know a lot of them when they break into our actual wall they're giving up on Breaking the concrete so they're going to our outer wall I hope these loot bags don't do spawn I only have five bullets left man [Music] oh there's a lot coming in huh I can drop you some Shock on them if you have your shotgun oh they're spitters bro they're spitting on oh no I don't know if you see this shotgun what it's doing but it's breaking the floor in front of our house this is a mad house bro and I am almost out of ammo oh man we're screwed bro we might have to uh Minecraft and drop down and try to get some loot I don't know I don't know what to do I have no ammo wait wait it's over it's over it's over yes sir we made it gosh we made it we made it we quickly realized how important it was to prioritize ammo because even with the strongest bass in the world we don't have any ammunition we're not getting anywhere and most likely dying uh this is gonna take some rebuilding man but we got plenty of time yeah that concrete was clutch it was dude they did like no damage to any of it me and James ended up spending the rest of day 22 upgrading the rest of our main base with concrete and then fixing our outer wall where the zombies destroyed it afterwards me and James just chilled that base and talked about a game plan for the rest of this playthrough because as it sits we're doing pretty bad on horde day though we're surviving the zombies aren't funneling we're running out of ammo and [ __ ] day's just gonna keep getting harder and harder and that's when we came to the conclusion that we needed to build a second base specifically for horde Knights okay um so we just need to break down cars and we need to get lead batteries and then um wait do you have any uh many by candle bars yeah I think so because I have the chassis or the chassis so if we uh if we have the handlebars and we just need batteries and we should be able to craft them oh you also have the handlebars in here as you guys have probably gathered we wanted to build mini bikes that would help us get around so much easier it would use less stamina and we could go a lot further the last thing we needed was two wheels which I happen to get so lucky and find right here oh I found two I just found two wheels got back at the same time yeah we did all right say goodbye to these bikes forever okay yeah so you know what do I need oh I can craft them all right I have too many bikes crafting right now [Music] remember when I talked about James finding that nail gun schematic and didn't even know it well here we go I have it unlocked what the nail gun schematic yeah okay so what does it cost to craft 24 steel 20 mechanical Parts two duct tape scrap polymer and spring okay no guns crafting it'll take four minutes and now for the fun part me and James spent the entirety of day 24. actually hold on I spent the entirety of day 24 building us a horde base while I wish I could consult with you guys first and get your opinions and your tips and advice on how we should build this base I just can't do that right now and I also didn't want to look up too many tutorials so this was my best attempt at it enjoy my little building Montage that I've put together for you and don't be too harsh because I have no clue what I'm doing foreign found out how cracked the nail gun was because it took one click to upgrade a block whereas the hatchet we were using before took three hits this thing was going to help us pump out some crazy buildings a lot faster [Music] [Music] our team worker is really starting to show here I was upgrading everything to Wood and James was upgrading everything to Cobblestone that way we would be ready for [ __ ] day on day 28 and for our somewhat finished product was a staircase leading to a long linear platform that led straight to us and on the inside we had an escape hatch out the back that way if anything went South we could Escape alright yes sir our hard base is done for now okay so I guess the next step is what to go do quests yeah as much as we were dreading it we had to go finish the quest line for the second Joel because getting to another biome was on our priority list because you know harder biomes equals better Loot and possible point of interests yeah we had a lot to do is this a big potato I don't look like a baked potato to me that looks like a rock day 25 we started heading towards actually I have no idea where we were headed we were playing on a randomly generated world so there was no real way of knowing where we were going I just wanted to go somewhere extremely far so we could maybe hit a different biome oh the shooting range that sounds nice oh the oh this is the jackpot I hope I don't know much about loot stage but 44 seems low I came in here expecting ammo and weapons but there was really bad ammo and no weapons for a shooting range at least so if you guys know anything about loot stage or could give us some pointers please let me know in the comments this place was becoming a waste of our time and after noticing that I decided that we should be on Interest house so once we get all the way through the house there's gonna be a massive amount of loot at the end there's a shotgun ammo is just abundant there is a oh you better downstairs apparently headed home we came across a shooting range in the desert so we figured we would stop here and try to find more ammo oh what these are the best chests search ammo pile large got it that's disgusting bro what James what's going on I'm about to die where are you I'm in a police station there's so many of them of course there's a cop no thank you oh the key grab that okay let's oh it unlocked this ah what's this armor our three-day Adventure really just turned into US finding a lot of ammo which is nothing to complain about seeing as last horde day we in fact ran out what's in here ah dude that's here five I've been using a two that's nice on the morning of day 28 we headed to Joel's to grab a quest so we could be productive before horde Knight came to us we were both certain we only needed to finish a few more quests to be able to meet the next Trader and that was another thing on our priority list as time went on we were getting a better understanding of this game and everything that was involved with it I just want to take a moment to thank the viewers and the commenters for giving us tips and advice because if it wasn't for you guys we probably wouldn't have gotten as far as we have so thank you all for your help anyways after we finished up our Quest we got our rewards and then we headed home to prepare for hopefully an easy horde night all right so how's ammo looking look like this we finished getting everything situated after horde night and then started heading to the second Trader Joel so we could finish his quest line and when day 30 rolled around we completed the last three quests we needed to be able to find the next Trader it was the last one AK-47 bundle after claiming the bundle I noticed that he had the opening trade routes Quest available meaning that that would lead us to the next Trader and to finish off the episode James found this and handed it over to me I took the mod bundle take that what no way oh my gosh I have a scope day okay bro I have a I have a red dot on this one I got a red dot on my AK damn oh look and my shotgun has a laser yeah oh oh did you see that you just fell over no dude I flew through the sky into Trader Joe's okay dude kicking things off we headed to the next Trader after completing the seven Quests for Trader Joel number two but unfortunately this dude was one hell of a douchebag so I had to cut out a lot of what he said take a reward and get the hell out of here I don't like this guy man yes oh I got the dart trap schematic did you yeah oh finally we started running Quests for Wreck-It Ralph or whatever his name is because at the time we didn't know that if you kept running Quests for the same Trader that you would eventually unlock higher to your quest giving you better loot I like I like gaming hard what what the [ __ ] we ran Quests for a wrecked for about three days and ended up getting dookie for it because well his quest here were low yeah it's like a sledge thing like a a manual Sledgehammer that that I hold with both hands and then I press the button and it's like hydraulic I don't know it's weak that's kind of cool though yeah maybe there's something about it that I don't know oh I just got the SMG turret schematic did you yeah and blade trap schematic blade trap after running quests non-stop it does get tedious but the fact that we were finding all of these good schematics made it somewhat worth it oh my gosh so much easier with guns oh yeah I remember we got obliterated in here however made it to the lou takasha I love getting lock picks first try so nice oh hello baby no way I just found it bro I need help oh oh so you're good uh no I don't know what is going oh yeah I'm good okay all right all right back to my uh climactic thing bro sorry did I I found that I found a turret oh really yeah it's only tier one so I mean but it's better than nothing yeah that is better than nothing I found a turret and then I found a schematic for bases or basics of electricity so it says learn to craft electrical generator Banks ceiling lights relays so we'll have power at our base bicycle melee mods cloth armor Duke's Casino oh my God bro I'm taking the casino tokens 2500. oh my gosh dude that's so weird wait why is it bringing us back to the one we've already been to oh he's selling a motorcycle no way how much 30 grand 30. yeah but there's only one well I mean one of us has to buy a motorcycle you know what I mean unless is this where we get it we immediately started running Quests for this guy because like James said we might get the motorcycle here but I wasn't too sure and if we were gonna Venture off super far like into the snow biome or go to the edges of the map we were gonna need a vehicle that could get us there faster on the bright side since this Joel's tier was three for our quests we were starting to get better Loot and it finally felt rewarding foreign military boots I guess I'll just take those huh to do four of these because I did three and I have four left and all the rest of mine are one point some kilometers away you're probably gonna have to do this too okay okay okay um tier four pistol yeah there's there's so many complies there's so many there's just red dots all over my compass I have never seen a zombie's guts Fallout in this game and it just happened 40 from Magnum I will take that I'll Attack all of this thank you yep iron knuckles done with this zero six fire ax that's what I've been using the tier six fire ax that thing's nice tier six hammer everything on this Mission so far has faster after we played around with our motorcycles for a little bit we decided that we should probably repair our horde base because it took a little bit of damage and after seeing this it made us nervous because these were only day 35 zombies what about the future what about when we're on day 80 90. it's gonna be a lot worse later on that day after we completed a bunch of chores I ended up placing down some Dart traps but I didn't know they needed electricity so we wouldn't be able to use them until a later date after completing everything we needed to do around the house we started heading towards the next Trader when this happened oh you all right yeah you sent me flying again oh wow that's really steep oh no oh wow that is really steep oh my Lord dude I just got here all right her name is Jen that would be crazy that would be crazy if I didn't hit record right did you not record no it's fine all right hit record so while I wasn't recording I figured out how to uh use a generator just go show the viewers what I have done made a generator I put three engines on it I don't know what that does it increase the max output I guess I filled it with gas there's a switch that I don't know what I'm gonna do with and then two dark traps so day 38 through 40 was kind of odd because James wasn't here with me he went off to the desert to the next Trader to start completing those quests but I stayed at home because as this game goes on we have to keep upgrading our base and if we don't the zombies will leave us in the dust then they will overrun us at some point that being said as you can see on the screen I had to learn all things electricity because well adding electricity to your base is going to give you a better chance of survivability and that's what I did oh oh my God I didn't know your s could shock you dude did you die no but that just like stunned the hell out of me the other thing I had to do was fill in all the empty spaces below our base because it was chilling on pillars and if zombies destroy those we're going down with it so this probably isn't the best way to set up your fence post traps but like I said we didn't want to look up tutorials so if you guys have any tips for us go right ahead and shoot away I also don't know how many darts and these traps are needed to be effective but we had a little over a hundred so I figured we'd put them to use I'm glad you've been doing stuff on the base because I feel like I'm accomplishing nothing like I'm literally standing here with an ax trying to get into a heart and chest this board was getting too close I had to uh shoot off his head I love how when you shoot off animals heads it just connects like a turd that just came out of a butt you know it doesn't even like cut off the head yeah dude all the stuff that I've done on this house has leveled me up nine times oh guess what I just got what a level six robotic turret no way all right yeah our best gonna be set up dude you won't believe the amount of bull crap I am having to go through right now so I found out that we couldn't Place anything inside of our base because under us was Hollow right like there was only pillars and so anywhere where the pillars were we could play something down but if you play something on top of a hollow area it would break the whole Foundation that level six baseball bat oh dude that's perfect I've been leveling that up you should uh you want it now if you want to keep it though I have a barbed wire mod oh nah I'm good you can have it dude it was definitely nice having two people play the game instead of one because while I was upgrading our base James was out getting us good gear so it was working out perfectly okay the trader Joel by our house has two or four requests I might just do some of these while I'm waiting on you to come back while the hierarchy request did give a lot better loot they took a long time some of them took us a day some of them took us half a day but still it did suck oh the loot foreign day right now come on come on after taking pretty much the full day of 39 I returned to Trader Joel's after completing that quest in hopes of getting something really good bro I just turned in my quest for a tier VI pump shotgun hey if you want anything you would give to me from now on you could just throw it in our horde base in those chests because I'm gonna start filling those up with ammo like backup ammo it's crazy to me how we're even talking about backup ammo and building our bases up like this when we first started playing this game all of this stuff seemed impossible and that's the best part about doing 100 day videos it's it's almost magical like the amount that you can learn about a new game within a hundred days I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm excited to see what our progression looks like on the 100th day a post to day one when we had clubs and we were punching a door to try to break into a church this might take me all day what this clear the zombies Mission dude this I'm in a skyscraper oh and then I mention this pump shotgun is cracked it's cracked all right we're going places all right baby that's a lot of ammo oh this thing was being a booger oh wow oh where did all these come from yes we're done and as you can see like I said these quests were taking forever it took me all of day 40 to complete that one but we finally got there I also learned about these Sledge turrets that I thought were bad when I first found them but yeah oh yo just bust out kneecaps okay and what are the chances that when I turn in this quest to the trader I get something like this two times in a row oh yo I got something for you oh a tier five pump shotgun while I may have not laid these fence posts in the correct position I think I was on to something here oh and James finally gave me the baseball bat it's a level six sweet yeah this baseball bat looks crazy bro I just modded it to Helen Back bro that thing looks crazy anyways I wanted to use a little bit of forged steel we had to upgrade the entrance to our horde base and when I say that it's gonna take us years to get enough Forge steel to do this entire thing I mean it over the course of the past few episodes a bunch of you guys were telling me to use melee weapons to preserve ammo and I'm so glad I listened because this baseball bat was insane it one to two shot most zombies and the fact that it used very little stamina I was loving this thing oh okay well I say that oh Yep this is where I know that's where I die oh there's a big green bloater another concussion I'm stuck I can't move this is insane bro this is insane oh survived yeah I'm jacked up ah I'm jacked up on Mountain Dew oh that was pretty good the quest was tough but man was it worth it because I got a tier V military helmet which is the best armor in the game but on four turned home I went straight to our horde base and started stocking up the chests because it in fact was horde day you see I put two hatch frames now for Extra Protection yeah I saw a comment saying that that's smart I feel more protected now with the two big brick walls on both sides yeah go ahead man start her up I just walk into it you should try it just for fun just so you know what it does it doesn't hurt that bad tell me it's working I'm not getting shocked by it [Music] oh yeah yep yep here we go [Music] bro this is insane I don't even have to do anything it's killing all of them yeah well I mean I'm shooting too but nah brother the shock trapping and the turret oh yeah look at that that's amazing up oh look at that bro that's insane dude oh how'd she make it through okay that's fine if one or two make it through here and there whatever Gene Gene this is amazing horror night just got a lot easier baby and then oh I think they uh they did break the electric trap it's all us now oh no they didn't oh the turrets out of ammo yeah and so is the dart trap that's why they were taking so much damage at first we should get a lot more XP now that it's shared oh yeah all right so the shock trap lasts quite a while but I need to find a way to make it last longer look who's the noobs now baby us because the electric traps are no longer working yo a big boy oh yeah it is that's a juggernaut son what yo I don't like what he's doing bro there we go oh I see why they're falling off the yeah 100 that made it way easier we gotta be careful with those big boys that explode though yeah dude he almost took out that whole wall by himself I hate to say it but I think we need to survive a seven day when we're in a completely different bio [Music] I hate James for saying it but we decided that on day 49 we are gonna survive horde day in the snow biome with no horde base no no backup no nothing just us I think the next thing we do now is go discover the snow bile I also want to take a quick break to say that we added two Quality of Life mods one of them adding more slots to our inventory and the other one just being a basic food and water mod so we can see the levels and then uh when you're not an air inventory look at the bottom left of your screen where your health normally is since we were heading out on a long journey we decided to bring a lot of materials with us that way we could potentially build a small and efficient horde base in the snow biome so we gathered our things and hopped on our bikes and then went on a journey to try and find the snow biome because like I said in earlier episodes this is a randomly generated worlds ah look wow we found that so quick dude damn all right first things first actually you know what we could do instead of building our own oh goodness okay what instead of building our own hard base for the snow biome we could just try to find like a one of those big maze houses and try to get all the way to the end get the loot cash and just defend it there man Pop-Tarts are so good the Pop-Tarts I like the small ones that's what I'm eating right now when we got to the snow biome and James split up and started exploring separately because we figured we could cover more ground breaking into buildings killing top of the highest peaked mountain in this game um okay so right Nexus is the desert oh wait oh wait I think I found the military base all right hold on I'm coming to you give me one sec okay well it's really far so I'm gonna keep driving towards it but just keep coming towards me everything was going great until the fog picked up and then I could no longer see where I was going I lost my sense of direction and so did James hey man I'm kind of lost yeah me too man I'm uh I'm at the edge of the map there's a literal ocean but I can't see anything I'm uh in inside the crevice of a mountain I don't know where to go what the hell is this place I saw man it was right in my line of sight and then when it got foggy I lost it dude a what in the hell bro where yeah where did it go are you kidding me this is oh what have I found yeah I just found something really cool man yeah I don't even know how to get to you bro I'm so lost right now yo are you able to get to the top of the mountain if you just keep pushing upwards I don't know what the top of the mountain is bro I'm on some sort of mountain this man just literally left me stranded in the snow yeah taught us sometimes you know either cold or freezing and it was hard to tell where we were going at any time full full sound baby oh you're really okay I'm good all right now how do I get over this wall that's easy after finally finding our way out of the violent snow biome we made our way into the desert in hopes of finding a traitor oh did you see that thing left I don't know if that's the instruction site or what yeah we can check that out are you going with that Tower okay okay I have just Fallen I have fallen all right I thought Lynn and I can't get up help I've fallen and I can't get my honestly this wouldn't be a bad place to hold out yeah okay so um straight across West is a whole town you're going in this big ass building no I'm going into the town I don't think we've explored that at least I haven't you should come to this place with me see what we got here I found it I found a Trader oh it's a new Trader too yeah you can talk to them really yeah oh hold on what just happened to me damn he has a gun safe behind him and I'm trying to figure out if I can get in there I'm picking it okay that's perfect I have a lot of stuff I want to sell yeah me too there's a bunch of stuff in here there's a lot to like explore okay James did in fact find a new Trader in the building that he was in looked super cool it was almost like a four the first thing I did when I arrived at Trader Hughes was sell all of my schematics that I had already read because well it's free money after finishing up with him I started exploring the city for extra ammo and materials that we would need for day 49. hired me oh dude what all the whole place is coming down the whole place is coming down bro what just happened how did that what on Earth I wanted the loot up there man that was like some Indiana Jones crap right there dude whoa whoa whoa come on now oh there was like a hidden cash back here that's cool [Music] whoa whoa come on man there is an underground here all right let's hit it up how please oh man this is about to be wild bro there's a vault door here damn she's quick oh dude oh nice this place is like a jackpot baby let's go I hear a lot of zombies somewhere man [Music] after finishing up with the garage I decided to call it a night I grabbed the rest of the loot here and then headed back to Trader Hue that next morning and into day 48 was all about looting because being able to survive day 49 with no base is going to be pretty difficult on its own but we're gonna need a lot of ammo and we were going to need more weapons because when our weapons break We're not gonna have time during a horde fight to be able to repair them but we didn't want to waste too much time on the small unimportant buildings and instead we wanted to find one of the bigger pois in the game see what we got over here anything on the road again oh oh okay that's the ocean exploring is fun but when you have to Traverse and then Traverse some more and not find anything for a while okay don't shoot the floor the last time I was in a building like this I shut the floor the whole thing came down did good it's just ammo okay tier five crossbow okay after some long exploring we ended up finding the original town that we started the game in just the snowy version so I decided to run the church for some good loot [Music] laughs those flashlight s [Music] tier five military vest well that's nice bro well South is Desert this desert and then if we keep going South it's Wasteland okay or no South southwest desert okay follow this road okay it is massive dude it's like overwhelmingly massive and we're probably gonna have to hold Camp there because it is Day 49. James went AFK for a little bit because he had to take care of some personal matters so I went off exploring on my own and in the desert there was a huge City probably the biggest city that we've seen so far and it excited me so I was bringing James over to that direction the unfortunate part is it took us half a day to get there and horde Knight was approaching very quick oh wow that thing looks crazy yeah this is huge bro and it stretches all the way to the edge of the map there's literally a skyscraper is it yeah the the cathedral I think this is where you uh the best place for books all right let's take a gander let's hit it up boy this place in fact was not what I thought it was going to be it only offered us about three books and a huge waste of our time so we decided to move on that skyscraper is freaking ridiculous oh the dot yep the skyscraper is the point of Interest oh dude this place is so massive it's lagging oh crack a book there's a bunch of books in here oh crack a barricaded door oh my gosh I don't want to do this again no way I just found this no way I just found this bro no way oh my Lord this was worth it what'd you find dude I found you know those uh digital chests with the keypads yeah there's one twice the size oh God oh God okay come on baby damn what a chest I'm gonna split all of this with you bro I just fell all the way down [Music] well uh assault rifles while we were super happy about all of the crazy loot we had just found we were high on life but the issue was getting down we were lost we had no idea where the Elevator Shaft was and our only hope was making this leap of faith my goodness dude that was crazy it was um I think we have enough Ammo To Survive like the next three or days after me and James talks for a little bit I figured that I wanted to spend the next few days working on our horde base because it was outdated and we really needed to get it down right so we came to the ultimate decision that James would go off on his own for the next few days and loot hunts and do whatever else he wanted to do while I worked on the base and basically talk to you guys through everything I'm doing with the bass I want to let you guys know my thought processes and everything else that's going to be going on when I'm building and I didn't want to look up any tutorials so this should be fun but first things first I had to spend half a day getting home because we were over six kilometers away oh boys we made it home sweet home it's been forever since we've been here one it's been over six seven days I need to rebuild this fence trap put the blade traps down I kind of want to redo this whole walkway when I first got back home I deposited most of the ammo that we found along our journey and uh our deposits were looking pretty good what do we have going on in this Forge right now a bunch of Steel in here and after some inventory cleanup I decided to get started on the base design so sit back and relax and enjoy me being stupid [Music] rotate that okay and then like so so now the zombies can run up easily no keep doing that okay perfect so now the zombies can come up here with ease okay so when they run up I want them to all fall into this hole right no I want it to be closer to me so that was pretty stupid I shouldn't have done that those are quite expensive okay so that's fine we're just gonna do these but let's see what other shapes we can work with here I don't know what to use for this oh Cube centered I don't know what I'm supposed to use okay if I do that okay yeah this is the one I want to use so I'll do these on both sides that way the zombies funnel perfectly okay there we go now the zombies are gonna get caught on that so I kind of want I guess pick those up now let's find the correct shape for this I don't even know where to begin on how to find this shape that I want maybe it's a wedge maybe let's just try a ramp and see where this gets us that'll work right that should work because that'll funnel them in and if they run back whatever they get stuck but that at least funnels them in so that should work so now what I want to do is I think I want to drop out the floor right here and they'll never be able to jump in here because we're we're boxed in so let's go ahead and make a hole on both sides right here okay now I don't know I think I should do this three or four long probably three maybe we'll start with three and see how that looks I think I should probably make this four long and I'm just now thinking about this but I don't think three long is going to be enough because we have we have cranked up The Horde night zombies to 32 instead of six I don't know why it was on six to begin with but if that's the case this is not going to uh it's not going to be enough nowhere near enough space for that many zombies so boom boom boom so what is this so what do I have to do here to get this how I want it I have to dig out the floor like that okay I see okay and now I should be able to place frame shapes in here like this yep I'm correct okay cool now I just have to break through the rest of these walls okay we have finished carving out what we need to carve out the zombies can fall through run back around I hope this design is good enough now I just have to repair this stuff I want to make the edges of this and like maybe the inside forged steel I want to make this forged steel because I don't know how much your own explosives damage your base I guess we'll find out on horde night okay so I need to make these walls higher and then I need to put a roof on this so the jumpers can't jump all the way over here and also if these walls are here the zombies can run to us as well so I don't I don't actually see a reason for this I might have to break these out and do another situation like that no I don't want to break more what I can also do it might be able to help a little bit is if I put some blade traps down there or I could put some blade traps along this section so as they're falling they get like sliced up that might work okay I think I should actually do these four High okay now let's do normal shapes for the ceiling that looks like it should be good that's plenty of space all right now let's do the last three ramps on either side actually we need to do one two three four and we need to do shapes wedges ramps all right so if they run on top of each other whatever they run this this guides them in nicely I think even if this doesn't hold all of the zombies back it'll at least hold a big bulk of them so it should be like enough to Keep Us Alive for a while now I hope this design works because I'm going to upgrade all of this [Music] see how that looks from the outside that looks pretty cool man I am not gonna lie that looks sick I just hope it works so while the cobblestone's crafting I guess I should probably just do this stuff to Ford Steel like that would be here here here okay let's fix this the best part about being rich in this game like I have over 60 Grand the best part about being rich and that's probably not even rich but it's the fact that you can just buy all your resources instead of having to farm because I'm just letting you know right now farming is not my favorite thing I don't like playing farming simulators I like to actually play the game us doing a lot of grinding early on and getting a bunch of money was actually super helpful in the late game like way more than we ever knew it would be all right I'll eventually tune that up so I can so I'm just doing this for now so I can walk on it but if I put electric traps here and then on the other side the wire only passes through the wall so that all you see in here is the wire and then I believe the way that I can keep the electric trap repaired the whole time and keep it going as if the last chain or the last electric trap in the chain is in the base that way I can keep repairing it so if I have it like that then the zombies can't even damage the electric traps or do it like hit them or anything we can't accidentally shoot them and they just run through the wires right here I think that is a solid plan and then I could do blade traps at the bottom there how am I gonna wire this what the hell how am I gonna do this I think this is going to snap before I even get there what have I done bro I'm so confused this is what I did last time I actually ended up not being able to figure out the electric trap situation so I decided I would save it for a later date and just use the blade traps for now I'll just worry about it in the future I think for now I'm fine with just shooting them down here all right blade traps at the bottom let's just do blade traps you know as far as wiring goes those are 20 watts a 4x4 truck it should be easily climbing up those obviously not this is so stupid four by four truck no this is exact rear-wheel drive bro hold on this is the dumbest thing I've ever experienced in my entire life did we make it yeah it only took three hours in game we're off should we try to find another point of Interest that's what I'm doing right now I'm trying to see if there's any like big standout places I think I see something up there we can check it out I guess I forgot zombies are on freaking crack we forgot to mention last episode that we cranked up the zombie stats by increasing not the entire episode but unfortunately we did have to drive a lot spending most of day 61 heading home from the desert when we got back to base I took y'all's advice and started breaking down both pathways on either side of the corridor that way the zombies had no other way of getting to us other than what I was about to build after breaking that down I had to repair all of the damages from last horde day which as you can see were pretty significant and then finally after repairing the damages I took y'all's advice once again and built a pull structure going over this hole in our Corridor and if you haven't seen episode 6 our issue with last horde day was that the zombies had no way of getting over this hole and coming to us so they just started destroying everything around them I also crafted Vault Hatch Doors because I wanted to replace our regular hatches since these had 20 000 health and would protect us a lot better this is the only thing that needed be changed about the last build because now they have a direct path to us and they can run across so they'll oh okay the bulk of them will fall into the blade traps down here oh dude they broke in the bottom of our base like crazy I didn't even check any of this out I have five blade traps in this box over here oh I started placing down the blade traps that the zombies broke last time and then it was just time for me to figure out the wiring situation uh again I need to place relays time to go Trader Joe's oh there's a horn that's cool from this light switch it needs to go to the relay from the relay truck and all these blade traps should be on a relay and on the switch turn on the switch that's so sick man I'm getting better with electricity yeah the base is taking some time oh dude these Vault need to go on a huge Farm I know a lot of people get their coal from the burnt Woods biome but I heard there was rocks that could offer coal along with a vein underneath is that just a normal no that it will if it doesn't we're kind of screwed because they're gonna start breaking in from everywhere I'm gonna have to run and auger that I gotta pull the pin first no they all kind of just sit there this main gate and that means they're somewhere else and that's really really stressing me out I forgot to turn on my blade traps that would help I think at this stage in the game I'm not too worried about vultures because they haven't broken through yet which means by day 105 they're not going to break their two layers I'm not worried about them we're just running through these zombies look at all those bags waiting out there for me I see a few Reds oh man it's getting foggy I can't even see them anymore I can't even see them anymore we made it through horde day boys and girls we made it through by ourselves we just have to do a cleanup crew real quick just have to clean the rest of these guys up and then we will be done we'll go get all of this glorious salute oh man what is this Hazmat jackets while I'm sitting here grabbing this ammo I wanted to say that while we wish we could have made a sustainable farm with crops and all of that good stuff we just don't have enough time like there's plenty of other things that we could do and that we wanted to do but day 100 is approaching really quick after grabbing all of those loot bags I started heading out on another Quest because I remembered that I was getting close to my seventh in the quest line and that means I'm gonna get really good rewards shortly that was a little wild I was not expecting all that I already went through there if I do that one more time I'm gonna lose my freaking top there's so many zombies here dude there we are oh thank you thank you for replenishing let's go oh show me where the last took way too long a lot longer than it should have I kind of like this on the way home I stopped and put points into cardio because it gave me stamina regeneration while I was sprinting which is it was 84 so it goes from 84 to 91 91 is our next horror day so we only have three more horde days ahead of us having a bunch of forges was really nice because every time I returned home there was a lot of Ford steel waiting for me meaning I could upgrade even more of our base and get closer to our goal at this point most nights were spent making ammo crafting forged steel upgrading the base and doing home chores we're gonna get this done we're gonna get this done I'm gonna ride the motorcycle into the lake I'm gonna grab the salute if I can but I guess we'll find out here we go oh no it sell for a lot there was those when I go back in the morning I wonder if this is any good so compared to my pump shotgun my pump shotgun does more damage but lower magazine size lower rounds per minute obviously lower Max durability I might test this out and just use this on quests since we're coming up on the last 10 days we need to find ammo efficiently meaning not using ammo to get ammo because then it evens out yo this shotgun is crazy like I was saying it's a lot of fun for me and James to run quests because we get to shoot guns and kill zombies but we're wasting a lot of ammo doing them and it's not going to really benefit us at the end so doing these treasure maps and crafting ammo at home is our best bet but then that gets boring so it's like trying to find a fine line right down the middle to have fun but also be smart with our ammo what do we have in here oh baby damn all right Mr Joel what do you have for me please make it worth my time of doing seven tier five quests What's it gonna be ammo crafting bundle solar Bank bundle gyrocopter Parts bundle and this we have plenty of Dukes already come on oh the Ford Steel let's go all right we still got quite a bit crafting too those back in what does this give me another TR6 SMG so now we have three tier 6 SMGs in our inventory my hot bar alone shows how much work we've put into this playthrough and after running the final two treasure maps I had in my inventory it was time for us to run one more Quest before the final 10 days oh well I am not doing your stupid Akashi Tower again I actually like running this one this one's fun and it's quick Black Ops baby Black Ops [Music] oh I made a stupid mistake I made a stupid mistake come on come on oh that was ridiculous security camera bundle again all right there's my supplies oh we're done perfect after finishing up that mission I started heading home to meet back up with James so we could come up with a game plan for the final 10 days I think we just have to run Quest until the end really yeah but if I were you what I've been doing is I've only been using shotguns on missions or as much as I can because nine mils gonna be what we use at the end right all we could really do at this point was run missions and stock up as much ammo as we could I'm gonna die here I'm lagging okay that was not supposed to happen so we'll clear the first floor and then I'll show you it may have taken us 90 days to figure it out but I was letting James know about the fact that we don't have to bust our way through doors there's a set path through each POI to get you to the end easily pile a bunch of zombies got him it used to take us 30 minutes to run these missions but just like that after taking some simple advice from a viewer and following the direct path that the game gives you we cut our time down to like 10 minutes I hate this game ah dude what is it doing my tail is hitting the floor I don't know why that keeps happening oh my gosh are you [ __ ] serious all right I'm good basically what you just witnessed is the fact that the vehicles in this game are harder to control than it is to actually survive go talk to Joel and see what he's got for us there's six chainsaw I guess we'll just take that then after a few last minute preparations [ __ ] day on day 91 was already here what is this easy mode come on that seems like easy bit left when we got back home from doing our Quest James started upgrading our Upper Floor with the Ford steel that he had but we weren't happy with our base so we made a risky move we decided that when we came back from completing our next Quest we were gonna take on a huge project with very little time to complete it is there anything else there's something down here that I keep seeing every time we pass it just come to me it's like a huge house oh hold on there's a mine right here okay so we're not meant to go through the front door apparently this might be like a tier four POI you know like not as big as one of the main name ones okay relax this place has a whole underground area oh wait there you are oh bro you find it oh man plus it's crazy man oh there's the little boom whoa whoa look at this dude I know I'm gonna start picking this gun safe tier 6 sniper and a bunch of shotgun ammo anything worth no just ammo here we go I only go through there's a bunch there's a bunch don't from a movie figuring away downtown walking fast and [ __ ] gas in a minute oh my gosh make sure they're all dead you make me sick can you find him Yep they're on me I got it okay oh there's a bunch yep I can't even get back up to you you got it baby oh the little cash was up on me so I'm just gonna split it you just get it after grabbing our Loot and finishing up the quest we headed home to start our five day project we had to wait out the night but the next morning I returned to Joel to grab my quest rewards and here it is our five-day project we wanted to add an extra room on the back of our base for vulture fighting and then an underground bunker just in case anything went South on these last couple of days and since James knows nothing about cinematics I had to be the one to shoot this entire scene so enjoy James's terrible building skills oh he was taking too long for me and I didn't want to keep recording him just put up blocks so I decided to start digging out the bottom of the box that he just built for our underground bunker after finishing that I started digging a Minecraft type shaft downwards where the room would be once I got it all carved out I started placing shapes where the walls and Floors would be and once I finished up with that I of course started upgrading all of the blocks I returned to the surface after about a full day to see that James had done something crazy but I won't show it until it's a complete product so in the meantime I just upgraded everything that he built so far to concrete so it would have a better chance at standing by the end of the last horde day and for the final product it was a stadium type room with bars everywhere that way we could shoot through them and kill the vultures finally I know you guys have been telling us this entire game but we did it right eventually we kind of just chilled the rest of the day but day 98 was [ __ ] day so we filled our inventories with only ammo repair kits and necessities and we were getting ready to go but wait wait one more thing had to be done because damn this was getting too easy the enemy is 64. get ready to crash all right man 12 seconds all right let's do this math why where are all the zombies honestly these are not that bad no something's happening dude there's no way there's not that many why doesn't something feels wrong right now dude yeah I think they're trying to break in through the bottom nah I don't see anything okay I'm outside mowing them down bro this M60 dude yeah that's pretty crazy oh no it doesn't feel really any different from the 32 it doesn't there we go there's some explosions that's what I like to see as you can see horde Knight was pretty much a breeze so after cleaning up the rest of the zombies that were lurking and grabbing all the ammo from all these loot bags we decided to come up with a plan we filled our entire inventories yet again with only ammo Necessities food drinks heels and weapons we came to the conclusion that we wanted to spend day 105 on foot but before leaving our base we wanted to say goodbye and do a little fireworks show fireworks baby to the Rain to the Rain goodbye Joel Trader Joe's is now close goodbye to our our wall our trench that we spent four days on fireworks show it's all about a hit day 100 finally oh man it's Day 100. friends we've completed our challenge we made it to day 100 but we didn't want to finish on the note of things being too easy right so we headed to somewhere that wasn't home and we wanted to do our final [ __ ] day in an unknown territory so we dropped off our vehicles and swam across this huge body of water to an island for our final battle all right friends it's time we're so screwed we're so screwed drink that recog on your left bro oh my Lord there's so many a lot of green guys you know that's like all green guys oh my goodness I'm in the crowd I'm in the crowd yo James there's no there's like a hundred on you there's so far they're starting to pile up they are I don't know how I'm gonna have time to go in my inventory and repair my guns that's the scary part oh what what dude he blew up the tree throwing grenades [Music] it's
