[Applause] [Music] good afternoon folks here it is this is an offset ditch bank flail mower it's the betsco farmer helper machinery company agl 145 which translates to me as a 57 inch cut it's a beast there was some assembly required i had to put the swing arms and this together everything else pretty much came together on it um right now it's set the way i'm looking at the holes it's set for about three or four inches of cut height i did give it a quick test run we have a hay field right along the edge of our backyard and i usually maintain the first couple feet of that anyways because he won't get right over on the yard and when he's mowing hay i wish he would i've told him he can so i have to cut that anyhow this one's got three drive belts it's got i don't know if they're all this way or not it's got two three point spots for the top link one can float one is fixed i got it in the float for now we'll see i'm starting out on this field because this is pretty much wide open mullen before i get to tackling this bank here i kind of want to get my feet wet with this thing a little bit um there's going to be some rocks there's going to be some whatever but stay tuned and i'll give you the best footage i can [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] so [Applause] so so so so so okay first first use thoughts um one this this uh farmer's helper one is a beast this is 750 pounds something like that you know you know it's back there um for its intended use like over here across the crick bank and over there i don't remember if i got that on film or not but i was able to get right over the drainage ditch that runs down there um that bank right there that is either all the reach i have or all the gonads that i have probably a combination of the both but i'll be able to come back up with the brush high and just back up drop it back up and drop it i could do that with this too but again like i said intended use uh this is no way shape or form did i buy this with the intention of replacing my brush hog i think each one has its place this stuff here for instance today this was uh this was this was tough mullin but it was thick it was tall it was heavy and it was wet uh the closer down to the ground i got it was wet in here today and i didn't dare to go much farther back there um history tells me that that is still wet standing water likely not too far back from where i quit mowing but uh man what a what a job this thing does um it is it is a nice piece of equipment um this one before somebody asks yes this one is chinese but judging from the welds and whatnot i can guarantee that this did not come out of the same factory that makes titan attachments uh stuff this looks to be a very very rugged unit very sound i love the fact that it's got an overrun clutch and they're you know built right into the gearbox so that's it there's going to be a lot more of this to come uh this is a it's a really nice really nice piece of equipment but as i said it is a beast you you know it's back there especially when you got that thing swung out on a bank like that where you're already kind of leaning with the tractor and now you got this thing stuck out hanging down over you know it's there got to be careful but there's top link there's i'm going to lower the roller i think this is just this is too close for us i don't need this to look like a lawn uh so there's some adjustments i'm going to make and then we'll go from there so thanks for watching i hope you enjoy this and there will be more of these videos to come
