Wanda Frazier Parker - I Hear The Sound of a Prayer Answering God

Acts chapter number 12 Acts chapter number 12 I heard in the spirit coming over to church tonight and I wrote it down on my little sticky note when I got in I heard in the spirit coming to church tonight that every viral and violent attack that the enemy has waged on God's people God now has become viral and violent against every enemy there's been against you I need to say that again I need to say that again I was in the car and sister Glenda was praying and speaking in tongues and I was just silently praying and trying to eat my little snacky snack so I had some energy and I heard the Holy Ghost say to me that every viral and violent attack that the enemy has waged on God's people God now is waging viola and violent attack against yo enemies that ought to make at least 50 people holla in this house [Music] thank you Jesus father let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart let it be acceptable in thy sight O Lord my strength and my Redeemer you had Acts chapter number 12 let's just read a few verses verse number one I will start there now about that time Herod the King stretched out his hand to harass some from the church pay attention to that now about that time Herod the King stretched out his hand to harass some from the church so when he had a rested well let me back up to two then he killed James the brother of John with the sword and because he saw that it pleased the Jews he proceeded further to seize Peter also now it was during the days of the unleavened bread so when he had arrested him he put him in prison and delivered him to four squadrons or squads of soldiers to keep him intending to bring him before the people after the Passover somebody said after the Passover Peter was therefore kept in prison but constant prayer I paused cuz I wanted you all to see that was offered to the Lord from him for him by the church must skip over to verse number nine is too many verses so he went out followed him and did not know that what was done by the angel was real I thought he was seeing a vision when they passed the first and the second guard posts they came to the iron gate that leads to the city which opened on its own accord my mind here it is verse 13 and 14 and it's Peter knocked at the door of the gate a girl named Rhoda came to answer when she recognized Peters voice because of her gladness she did not open the gate instead she ran and announced that Peter stands at the gate but they said to her you are beside yourself girl you crazy you don't lost your mind yet and still she kept insisting that it was so so they said it's an angel now Peter continues to knock when they opened the door and saw him they were astonished Peter kept knocking till they opened the door and when they opened the door they were astonished I want to talk tonight from this subject I hear the sound of a prayer answering God I want you to reach over and shake your neighbor by the hand and said neighbor this is healing and deliverance conference I hear a sound of a prayer answering God I need you to find somebody else on the other side of you and behind yours a neighbor neighbor neighbor I don't think you heard the preacher lady but I believe what you've been praying for what should been fasting for what you've been crying about God has already answered your prayers [Music] sit down for just a moment let me hurry up and try to do this cuz I'm glad that bishop asked me I was coming to the conference anyway before knowing I was preaching but there's one mightier than I whose shoes I'm not worthy to unlatch and that's coming on after me I hear the sound of a prayer answering God one of the things that if anybody knows me intimately they would know that the first thing they would tell you is that she is very passionate about praying I am very passionate about praying I I i received my father's prayer mantle as a little girl growing up in my father's house and now that i'm older my brothers and sisters tease me at family times when we get together and somebody has to pray or we just talking and then the anointing falls in the house and they just go to looking like okay we know she gonna start praying any minute now what I love about my family is that any holiday somebody gets saved healed or delivered when we get together it's nine of us and all nine of us are still living and the other holiday that we just recently had not the 4th of July but there was another one sitting out on the back porch and all it takes is for my mother is to say you know does anybody feel God like I feel him and you could be eating a hot dog you can be chewing you know trying to chow down on some homemade sweet potato pie and mama just looking she said I kind of feel him right here I don't know what's going and everybody grandchildren great-grandchildren neighbors down the street neighbors across the street everybody just stopped and they need to go to look who gonna start this fire because you know mama done said she feel God must need to happen somebody is in trouble over here on this here porch and needs some Jesus so they'll go to looking around and my brother go you got this I said no you got it I'll pick it up isn't it good that you can be in an environment that when the family reunions and stuff come anybody drinking and hollering and you know you know trying to get some well prays alone ain't nobody talking about the past ain't nobody trying to you know be mad about something that you should have gotten over 15-20 years ago we're not talking about craziness when shooting up nobody you know if because family reunions can really be a trip any time your family get together it can just be a trip okay everybody got one somebody that's crazy and your family now you minutes we're going and tell the truth everybody got somebody it could be all the way down the end of the line on daddy side but everybody got somebody that's crazy in their family I promise you you tell the truth but my point is this our family was a praying family and I never forget I never forget the day as a little girl when my next-door neighbor her name was Maddie caught her I was a little girl and her daughter was named Betty Ann Carter she was supposed to be my best friend but she was trying to teach me how to smoke and stuff and cuss and all of that on the playground down the street from where we lived and I just refused the cuss and I did try to smoke and got choked but you know just gonna tell the truth you know I wanna do this right here is this I already know this is gonna kill me so anything give me something else to do she said what can you cuz I said no I'm cuz I go to church she said well say it like this hmm do that right there so that didn't work either so she said well you don't do nothing you just the holy role that's okay I'm just gonna be a Holy Roller sanctified Holy Roller and so that day we were coming up the street and I went on in the house and her mama was howling at her saying go what well I can't tell you my nickname but go with her and-and-and tell them to pray so she said my mama said I pray so she said what did what you wanted to pray about so she said your father is sick so then she comes and she bangs on the door she said she the one thing I know about this here family y'all can get God in the room she said I call her Emma laughs but they take it too long and my husband look like he's about to die he had seizures and he was going into a fit and he went and they almost could not get him to come back to himself and she says the one thing I know about Rhonda and this here family y'all can get guard in the room anybody in here know how to get God in the room when you need him it is important that as we look at four texts tonight it is important that as we look at the text because there are still some people that are saved and filled with the Holy Ghost but they can't get God in their room they can't get God in their car they can get God on their job or they can come to church and shout and dance but-but-but-but it's important for the times that we're living in that we are able to have the presence of God on our lives to the extent that when somebody just walked past us in our shadow that something happens to them now there are people in church today who don't believe that that kind of anointing exists now I still believe that that kind of anointing exists because I was standing in South Africa and a woman walked who had never seen me before but when she heard and saw the flyer in the grocery store she said that's the woman that God showed me in a dream somebody take me to her I still believe that people can walk past us and was on us should come off of us on to them you because because you you you you you can't be continuing to Dibble and dabble in sin and expect to have the power of God on your life when you have not lived consecrated before him and expect miracles to take place and yet it still nothing is happening now I got a roomful of pastors and leaders and theologians and so don't worry if I don't execute the text I know how is too many scriptures too many verses and worried about if I'm not homolytically sound this is a prophetic house so if I'd a v8 is because I've heard something from God so here we are now we have the presupposition or the thesis of this treaty that Herod for King I need you to pay attention to that that Herod the king is out after Peter now Peter is the target in the text even though James the brother of John gets killed because they trying to get to Peter by any means necessary God will do whatever he has to do to protect you from the Herod that wants to destroy your influence that wants to kill your character that wants to destroy your ministry that is out to kill anything that's attached to you God by any means necessary will do whatever he has to do to protect the anointing and the word that he has put on your life for such a time as this you are the touch your neighbor and say God loves you enough to protect you from any Herod now Herod who is who is Herod what is Herod Herod is unmanipulated and controlling spirit Herod is one who does not like the anointing Herod is the one who don't have the power of God just bodily exercise Herod is the one that perpetrates up and down in our political systems and in our educational systems Herod is the one that wants to keep you in bondage Herod is the one he is symbolized in the text that is out to kill you before you get to your kingdom assignment Herod is the one that will get to you if he can't get to you before you get to the upper room he'll try to get to you once you leave the upper room because just after you have had an encounter with God the devil is just around the corner to try to make you and deceive you or trick you pull you away from what God has pulled you into so therefore you have to be careful of the Herot that's trying to get you out of your kingdom assignment and for some of us there are some people that have prayed for us and we don't even know that they've been praying for us that is keeping us above ground you want to slap your neighbor in the shoulder it's a neighbor neighbor neighbor neighbor somebody has freed you out of something that you couldn't get your self out of and so the Bible the Bible declares doing this time just before the time I pass over according to the custom of the day you cannot kill anybody right at the time of Passover because it would cause an infraction in the custom of the Jewish tradition so when they killed James James was killed prior to trying to come up to pass over by the time they got to Passover Peter had escaped but when he escaped he moved to a place where Terrace men were and so they had to put him in prison every now and then God will put you on lockdown hmm lord have mercy yeah he's gonna make sense in a minute every now and then God will put you in a place where he has to shut you up so he can minister to you in the kick the enemy from getting to you getting to your mind getting to your spirit getting to your soul and sometimes we start to blame the devil and it's not the devil that has you on lockdown it is God that has you on lockdown and you have to be able to discern that this has to be God doing something allowing something permitting something to happen so that I don't kill my own themself you want to touch your neighbor one more time cut the Mannings at this neighbourhood preaching the night this is neighborhood preaching the night you yeah you touch a name is a name a name a neighbor sometimes God will put you on lockdown just so that he can get your attention and so what do you do what do you do what do you do I feel the Holy Ghost what do you do when God allows you to be placed on lockdown he won't allow the enemy to kill you but he will allow some circumstance to come in your life because you know too much about God the ways of God the will of God the Word of God that God will not allow the enemy to kill you but he will allow some things to come into your life so that when you come through it you have to stand up as a shirt oh he's the one that's bringing me out of this I'm so so so so here we have now it's serious because they only have a lord I feel like preaching this mm-hmm they only have seven days somebody says seven days the church now I'm talking about the church here the Church of Acts they have seven days to pray and to get an answer lord help me here the first point I want to make I need somebody in my life when I got a crises that is best that is bigger than me but your name is a neighbor neighbor I need to know will you be there for me yeah when crisis hit my life you don't need nobody hypothecated about your situation no you don't need nobody making conjectures about what's going on in your life asking questions what happened girl who did it how long do you have what the doctors say that knows how to pull heaven in my situation because if the truth be known there are some of us there are some of us that have been in crises with our back up against the wall and we could not pray because the crises seeming to overwhelm us David said it like this when my heart is Oh lead me to the rock that is higher than I can can I preach can I preach sometimes we can be so overwhelmed that we can't even think God maybe you haven't been there but I said I wouldn't leave God but by George I will lead a church Bob I see you don't want to because I'm tired of church mmm how to church stuff and so God will allow situations to hit our lives and when situations hit our lives sometimes even the faith that we it ain't working we will tell the truth up in here and you felt like your faith wasn't even working and a time that you needed your faith to work you knew God could do it you saw God work things out for somebody else you read somebody else's testimony and you've been saying God if you can do it for them why can't you do it for me every now and then I start to ask got the hard question why is it that I got to take the way that I take I see everybody helps doing what they want to do why can't I do what I want to do he said because I've chosen you to be different and when there's a different anointing on your life you can't go everywhere be with everybody talk to folk that ain't talking the right language because he's going to use you to do something in their life I need about 50 people up in here to start clapping your hands and shout I hear a sound I hear a sound yeah lord have mercy I got to hurry up my time is running out the clock oh yeah huh my time is running out so the first point is when there is conflict in my life it's serious and I need somebody that knows how to pray I need somebody Lord wonder don't brush that knows what to touch nah to the extent that heaven recognizes your voice shake three people by my hand and I asked them can heaven recognize your voice as a shake me people by the hand and ask him has heaven recognized your voice because this is serious now because of Peter no who's that heretic Peter knows if something doesn't happen he won't live very long but also Peter knows the God that Jesus taught him about y'all get that get that get that he had walk with Jesus to the extent that he understood the power that Jesus had and that same power that Jesus had Peter had it also but when you can't figure your mind starts to dictate what you should do your soul starts to dictate how you should act your body goes into convulsions or stress and ever knowing me now anybody in here ever been stressed to the extent you couldn't figure out what day at wall so you didn't hardly know what time of the day it was a stress to the max I hear the Holy Ghost talking right here stress until your appetite was gone stressed until you had sleepless nights Who am I talking to right here stressed until your body started aching from your bed your baby toe to your baby finger huh stressed to the point you couldn't get your words out your mouth huh I'm talking to somebody up in here right here cuz this is not in my notes you've been so stressed until you're breaking out all over your body yeah you're so stressed that you're snapping at the children now you're so stressed that you can't fulfill the work of the ministry yeah but God sent me to tell somebody tonight that the sound of prayer has been heard and God is how about already the answer to your prayers all I need right here and right now well this was somebody that's been stressed I'm talking about something you can take a pill for me all right but I'm talking about you been so stressed that you don't think that God is gonna bring you out of your situation no I just want you to jump to your feet and shout this thing is over tonight the thing that's been ruling me the thing that's been overwhelming me the thing that has caused me sleepless nights huh the thing that has made me upset with my own self tonight tonight tonight tonight tonight is over I need you to hop in here if that's you tonight tonight tonight sit down sit down and so it is so it is God God scatters the church now well and the church isn't prayer just tell somebody I feel like praying Bishop I was getting on the airplane and I was trying to keep my cool getting on the airplane this is when you know that Heaven's recognize your voice I was getting on a airplane running down walking down the jetway and all of a sudden I felt something he hit me and wrapped me on the back of my neck and I'm immediately turn cuz you know I don't know Taekwondo but I can fake like I do cuz whoever was driving me up in my neck they were gonna get a heal yeah you know I got no one and so when I'm reached around and realized I was the first one getting on the plane and nobody was behind me yeah I said what you doing gone yeah y'all see you here oh sure Maya and just before I stepped to the door of the airplane the Holy Ghost said there's going to be a slaying in the spirit at the Kaylee's sea conference and he says nobody will have to lay hands on anybody I'm gonna be the one to do the slaying and shutting so Cole I said God what you say yeah but that time the agent said ma'am is everything all right as I'm just having a conversation it's all right and by the time I felt my tongue getting loose taking my seat and the Holy Ghost say that the anointing is gonna hit this conference like it has never hit it before and when I walked in tonight and so folks laid in the spirit Gossett don't wait to the last night he said get it the first touch your name is your neighbor neighbor but you hear the preacher lady huh she said don't wait for the last night don't wait for your favorite preacher huh this ain't about personality ain't about you well but it's about the anointing that's going to slay the saints of God and the slaying now get this the slaying is not because of sin the sling is because of an encounter that will bring you back into your reality yeah but gives you strength to walk it out tell somebody I'm about to walk it out [Applause] [Music] it is impossible he wasn't is the same number with me for you to shake somebody baba waiting on my good goddamn money huh y'all gonna make me preach me I feel like it knows that the church went in praying huh actual neighbors are named I gotta ask you something no do you know how to pray yeah because there's some folk they really don't know how to pray you need to pray with power huh you need to pray with fervency huh and you need to pray in faith even when you don't believe it you gotta pray until you get there well could con my soul I say even when you don't believe it because the disciples said to Jesus believe Lord no but help that I wish I had some Bible told us in here there's some things that do believe but this crisis is greater than me to believe and to are the cold look at your neighbor's a neighbor is walking I know your boy [Music] [Music] the blame of the Bible says we shouldn't be all set to go hire somebody at the house that's why you've got to keep prayer going on in your house cuz it may come a day that you can't have Church at the house or Church at the church house my behalf of church in the house the Bible said they're praying now well and there was somebody yeah have mercy huh that was praying so when Rhoda and the other sisters god help me to preach it here huh Peter is in jail huh this is where I got but with the text dr. Bernard yeah how they Peter know that somebody was praying for him there's nothing in the text that signifies somebody sent a message to the jailhouse they say we're praying for you Peter huh let me explain it right here huh when you know what you know what about the saints of God and those who got you back you can feel [Laughter] [Music] why did they assign up Quadron of soldiers to him they knew something about penis gone because when they enemy knows everything about you [Music] [Music] [Music] it's not 25 the Bible says they are praying yeah he's in the jailhouse anybody ever been incarcerated Chuck okay thank you very much I'm glad don't raise your hand go Jesus huh because what they taught me in the prison system is that once you are incarcerated it depends on the crime that was doing now that you can be put in the worst part of the system and be ignored while being there you'll get your three meals and you might make a freeze but that even in prison no not the physical prison but some of us can't get out because our minds are incarcerated for nothing the reason why you're here is because [Music] [Music] [Music] I said I came that's why when you get the church back to the hotel [Music] all right all right all right don't worry your patience I gotta go so they're playing they're playing they're playing somebody say they're praying they plan they pray in their praying somebody say they praying yeah I said somebody say they praying I hear the Holy Ghost right here somebody shot me praying I said somebody shot me playing no I can't hit your shopping frightened no I came to tell you that the enemy what try to shut show prayers don't know just when you're getting all ready to step over into what God said was yours but I want you to know what just like Daniel prayed and he didn't think God will go show up with the deliverance huh but something touched him I want his shoulder what is that I heard you the first time that you pray slap your neighbor father's her neighbor God heard you the first time get you paid [Music] [Music] Hey missing yatta messed around and I got a second win now well here comes Rolla huh because she hears somebody knocking at the door but I need y'all to get this in the realm of the Spirit she thought it was a body form but God said spirit first just to alarm them because what you paid for the answer is
