[Vinesauce] Vinny - Spelunky (part 1)

and now I'm not so good at spelunky why don't we do a little spelunky right now I'll do 20 minutes with spelunky well we'll just see how far I can get three lives four lives if I die on the first level some justjust quick let's let's just for shits and giggles let's see how good I am after a year of not playing it a year or so whatever it is I think this will be fun okay give me a second guys let me get this set up spelunky there it is okay just quick quick because after that I'm thinking about doing I'm not feeling Final Fantasy 7 tonight guys because um maybe I could - where am I in Final Fantasy 7 can Gaga alright maybe maybe I'll think about it cuz I was gonna do Isaac but maybe we'll maybe I'll acquiesce and do some Final Fantasy 7 I know a few people requesting it but okay I don't think this is the vine sauce skin for spelunky which I meant to do again but I forgot to so I think this is just vanilla yeah here we go okay so it's been a while and I'm not expecting positive results just do adventure I had the xbox 360 version in which I had some pretty good scores there's still 13 on I I unlocked a lot on the Xbox version not not so on the PC version do we want to do classic spelunky man now let's do the the ninja guy took he's green he's got a yin-yang on his head it's perfect 13 padlock oh it's my favorite character you kidding me okay guys all right we're gonna see I didn't really do much on the PC version at all poplar things behind it all the walls are [ __ ] oh my god oh god this game is so good I forgot how good this game was let me go ahead and recommend this game to anyone who likes a challenging yet really really fun experience that will keep you addicted just want to go ahead and say that just in case I haven't said that in a long time and I know I haven't so I used to do pretty well with my score - I was able to ghost run a bit I wasn't as good it's like whoa voice what are you doing that wasn't as good as like aura puffs or anything or KY at times he was beast in this game but I think I got pretty good at it for a little while there and there you go not bad no I'm not 30 yet the dude everyone hates that'll be Tuesday with all these bombs I gotta do it I just spent my money but it's worth it let's just more bombs the better what am i doing for my birthday not much pizza and some beer I don't know why I did that without even looking down I just jumped straight into that [ __ ] pit really really dumb not good idea but muscle memory returns spelunky is definitely ingrained in my consciousness and I'm feeling like every element is being recognized and all of the the button inputs and everything those are coming back to me and it's it really is amazing it's the beauty of this belongs well Oh some boxes up here parachute is one thing let's hope there's some extra bombs that will be useful machete I often get a machete and spelunky in fact I usually prefer not to have one because it's just it's like an extra object you have to hold on to which is something I always hang on I've always had a slight problem with the fact that the machete tooken gameranger let me close it I've always had a slight problem with the fact that the machete doesn't just replace the whip I get it I'm cool with it I understand it but I feel like it would be kind of it would be kind of better if you could just choose between the whip and the machete with a button press or something and not have to carry it like an object so that's just my opinion there's an altar over there I'm gonna gonna be a gamblin man real quick and my gamble did not pay off and I lost health I thought that the rock would go down through this right down there it didn't okay so that was a mistake [ __ ] more more damage making some dumb dumb mistakes here do we want any of these climbing gloves are always good okay see now I have to speed up a fitting for those that have not played spelunky and I know there's probably a lot of you here this might be your first time seeing spelunky it's on Steam it's it's good but take a look at it first make sure it's something you might be interested in because it's [ __ ] hard if you can't handle difficult games this is not your game okay there we go I have to juggle all these different items right now okay there we go the key open the thing got the thing there go get that activate the spike trap get this where's the dense damsel damsels in a spot that I can't get to not without some bombs and even so the angle is too awkward so let's not do that all right I've got three health I you'll hear for yourself how amazing this thing is going I have to really thank the guy that's producing our album guide Joe Red Room studios he's amazing he's got a band called the seconds and he produced that album as well as played on it and he's just a musical he is the most like-minded musician just about that I've ever found on Staten Island and he's he's absolutely like he may as well be a professional he could probably do this for like big big rock bands and make a living because he's that good so what do I want to do here I'm gonna rescue rescue first I'm gonna bring this over here see climbing gloves another [ __ ] parachute I guess that's fine snake combo my way up right get this thing stay over here it's interesting things have happened down there seems some extra gold I'm gonna get a little greedy for a second get all those extra gems that are now available and open get the [ __ ] out of here now and that was pretty good my Mac Oh Tucker you like no cigar and you want to hear more this stuff is better than no cigar so you're gonna like it it's it's reminiscent of but yet different and by the time we're done with all the songs there's gonna be a lot of different of up to KY right now but it's also kind of me being busy so I'm couldn't give you a direct answer but I would say this weekend it'll probably be out okay other stuff up here I don't know what's going on with the treasure chests spider oh I like spider that's good we collect spider okay some gems only to health which is not great all right we don't have a band name yet not right now tunnel man the first minute of a run love this music it's one of my favorite tracks in the game I think that bass is nasty Oh [ __ ] goddamn [ __ ] spider [ __ ] forgetting about the spiders did I hear tame Impala's eventually song you bet I have I've only heard it twice I got called a terrorist because of a rock from nowhere took out his shop click are you kidding me come on all the items got destroyed and everything the idol got destroyed by the boulder all right one more I that was [ __ ] last one you have my word wherever it ends I don't care let's just just do one final run stupid I hate when that happens so much when a [ __ ] Boulder alerts the shopkeeper not only that but destroys all the items but doesn't kill the shopkeeper so I can't even get his shotgun Oh guys look at this okay we're still going so this is a game I wouldn't mind some DLC for like some new areas to explore some new items I would buy it everything of the way I could do this that uses the least amount of bombs and rope which is that right there okay okay anyway yeah this is my final run of the night for spelunky I figured that last one was too much [ __ ] we'll do this one and then I'll think about what I'm doing next if it's a little bit of ff7 or if it's going to be what Isaac now yeah that's what I wanted to do Isaac well I still want to do Isaac maybe maybe not not sure I'm not sure right now baby i doing this it's a trap idol next to alter no thanks I'm not falling for it all the key is on this level oh man a jetpack guys there's a jetpack and a automatic and all I need them okay this is gonna get shitty what'd I tell you about shitty
