oh boy oh boy so tonight we're playing a pretty what he called it not good game is there another word for to describe a bad game no definitely not but okay so so I would I would put this game into the bad game but good game category it's bad but it's fun so it's like it's trash with sprinkles you know it's great but uh so it's called land of the dead wrote road to fillers green and apparently this game is beloved by a lot of people as well [ __ ] game but it has its quirks and well I'm gonna go check it out it's gonna be the first time I played it was recommended to me several people emailed me about this and I took them up on the offer and we're gonna see exactly what it is I mean it's gonna be good this isn't it alright anyway yeah I have a lot of funny story but chicken tonight I I made myself the most awesome plate of chicken ever and halfway through eating and I'm like it's so good that I'm gonna die I'm gonna die cuz I made too much chicken but I challenged myself and I said no I hate leftover chicken it tastes terrible in the refrigerator so I kept eating and eating and eating and I fell asleep with a piece of chicken was embarrassing things ever like I was on disc or a bunch of people and I told him yeah guys if I if I if I die just call me on my actual phone and nobody did nobody did and I I woke up and I'm like blah and I'm like [ __ ] was supposed to stream and I'm like knocking over cans and I go and I'm up on the PC and Here I am so yeah you could have choked and died now I didn't have like a chicken wing in my throat I had like a piece of chicken in my mouth like did ice give you the the did iodized did you are you subscribing to the idea that I have a whole chicken in my mouth as I'm like I'm not Garfield okay [Music] alright anyway enough enough that Green this is a game that uh is based on the movie land of the dead that I never saw but I know it takes place in like a giant mansion or something and yeah I don't know it was any good enough but you know Romero passed away not so long ago so yes like this is sort of a half-assed tribute with no effort to the man and you know if anything dead rising is the the the Romero game but yeah anyway let's let's start this up and see what it's all about you must select a profile ok let's make a profile my name will be Joel we're creative tonight I know alright let's see what we got here new game the for gravy and biscuits this game is wildly inaccurate no no all right scientists believe the undead can smell living human what what I killed the strangers it was a septic tank and festered for a few days no he's I've never killed no one before so I sure was real spooked real safe hanging around here all by myself ah sure I sure I sure I sure hesitated to slaughter them all huh ah stop lying stop lying man all right anyway oh we got it we got our stanky sky box here I go real spooked I don't know why but oh we got our cat zombie look at that neck cold they just they just remove the head and made a really small the same thing didn't do with Vice City then they don't actually have a hole for the head so they kinda just shrink it down I don't know why but this this off of dialogue kinda reminds me slightly of the Wickerman I told the story before I think I was playing mischief makers but I'll tell you guys again it's just one of my favorite things ever if you don't know I mean The Wicker Man is is the reason eg right well I don't know if you know this but there's a TV version of the same movie you know one of those censored TV aired versions and they break its legs in the movie right but they couldn't show that in the TV version so what they do is they kind of like just have a freeze-frame and they show off-camera nothing and they just have to they have to Nicolas Cage has to tell the audience they broke his legs and it does if I repeatedly say they broke my legs my legs my legs it is one of the funniest quotes ever and I can't believe that the b-line is the one to get it was like famous because he's repeatedly looking like the audience mark my legs so there's that definitely a piece of cinematic history that uh you know a lot not a lot of people know about but I urge you to check it out yourself it's it's fantastic oh she's supposed to say hello hello all right so we are in the boneyard Mase you know I'll try out the hammer let's see how affected the hammer is my legs they forced it to redub that last I did it as bad as possible I am actually willing to believe that they probably just called up Nick in the morning at like 5:00 a.m. and said yeah Nick can't be can we get you in the office and get you to a to the ocean lines just like okay that's the way I came from but I have some more ammo here so that's that's good that's great here well I would say that even though a lot of people rag on this game I do like the animations and I do like the graphics I mean it's not too terrible in fact I would go so far as to say that the the the reload animation the revolver is very satisfying I mean you compare this to a game like stalker shadow of Chernobyl and those animations make you like hate using guns are you a live-work you know what hammer time I'm helping he's fine now this is half-life it exploded like cat food but no this is 2005 well that's not too terrible then I would say my legs ah yes maces that that's that's that's what I like in in my video games barnyard maces I'm sure I'm the closer the exit or whatever but like mad I don't like it can I jump over this or is it a no at all you can okay I thought I was just like a chest have the perfect fry in the oven so I got started doing that thing where I buy a bag of chips - like compensate such more of a you know they pride variety of a chip like a potato chip rather than a fried the TV said stayed on the farm as long as that contains the shortwave radio said that the military had some sympathizer set up in the city I was running low on supplies it's been crazy all by funny story about that I I back in like 2006 I I had Gears of War but I scratch the disc and I I bought this like a really weird piece of like disc repair thing and these were like really commonly available back in the day I know if they're still around but it's like you put up much like smudge on the disc and then you let this thing like rotate in the spinner thing and it would like to repair itself total scam but I remember this thing ran on batteries wiped and after a while I like it spun too much I put it on for an whole day and like stuff started like puttering out of it I'm like what is this and I put it on my finger I'm like oh no and that the batteries were like dis solving like it was it really bad and I'm like am I gonna die now but I didn't thank God I I wash my hands like a good boy and yeah okay couldn't really stop it you know I have the other gun I have the other one I use that a bit of a waste actually because I I could have taken that guy out with one more twenty oh play any of those old Dakar games I'm sorry I'm it's only until now that I've mastered uno I am I am a master kuno and you guys know that because I talk about Funko recently speaking of uncle I'll give you a some update on it if you don't know what uncle is so I started playing una with a bunch of the mods and I subscribe to the idea that all card games are confusing and hard to understand like I I'm really bad with card games and I for me uncle is just a generalization of I don't never understand how the [ __ ] this works so what I what I do I made up my own rules in uncle or uno basically everything is confusing and weird and uncle it's an idea where you have to incorporate Digimon and pokemon cards into you know for example let's say you have three of the same color and number you can then summon a Pokemon from the the The Devil's pit that's just not like a trash pile of cards and then you can attack the other player and steal his cards there's also Jenga involved so at the end of the game when there's two players that are that have both said uno they can they can ship they can roll dice and then it can go up the Jenga thing and on top of the Jenga thing it's a it's a D&D figurine like a beholder or something right and then you have to like use yugioh cards against them and if you win the Jenga tower comes down in ten turns and you have to like roll the dice to come down and whoever is still on it while it falls down dies and when when he dies you go uncle it's a little bit of everything really a fire axe nice I'll take that can bunk could be playing tabletop sim so but the thing is we still need more rules for this i I've gone on some really good feedback so far on more bad more bad rules for oh wait a minute ah yes is a seal of quality right here no no no no no no no no it's all right I'll take it so I'm going to suggest that that I my wife said it was something to do with like I have to also incorporate chests into it that gets played on a chess board bought it but you can also probably buy it too and if you're really in the mood for shooting some zombies then I'll just just play left 4 dead instead or something or Dead Rising but if you really want it if you love Land of the Dead the movie you might love this too but for now I'm gonna move on and play siren so we'll be right back set title more games coming right up
