Vault of Glass is a returning raid in Destiny 2 you'll need 6 players this raid is free for everybody this complete raid guide moves very fast use screenshots chapters and playback speed to make it work for you to prepare here are three major mechanics in the raid oracles are floating glowing objects that must be destroyed in specific sequences unique to each encounter confluxes are structures where Vex enemies will sacrifice themselves if they succeed the fire team will wipe the shield Relic is a third person object that allows players to Shield against damage fire a bolt of energy and cleanse certain debuffs from players dropping the Relic for 10 seconds will wipe the fire team waking ruins is a simple introduction review the map and break into three teams left right and mid each team stand on your Vex plate until it activates kill adds including Tanki Cyclops and minotaurs once all three plates have been activated enter the Vault of Glass how to fail Vex standing on plates prevents progress towards completion confluxes is the first encounter of three in this space to prepare review the map assign three teams left right and mid jump down to the arena to begin the Templar is watching from the front of the room ignore it for now defend the central conflicts until it disappears after a moment two more will replace it one left one right defend both confluxes until they disappear after a moment all three confluxes will reappear defend them all until the encounter ends how to fail fnatic exploders leave Arc pools that will make players that touch them marked for negation if marked touch the glowing center plate before the Templar completes the ritual of negation or you will be killed oracles is the second encounter here to prepare review the map again there are seven oracles assigned players to cover them all at least one person will have to double up two loadouts for ad clear break the floating box to begin three oracles will appear in a random sequence if your assigned Oracle appears call out which number in this sequence it is if you're first call one if you're third call three the sequence will play again confirm the sequence and repeat your call outs when the Templar calls upon the oracles destroy them in sequence players should call out as soon as they destroy an oracle as well repeat this process four times each round another Oracle is added to the sequence until all seven of them appear at once how to fail if oracles are destroyed in the wrong sequence the fire team will wipe if they are not destroyed quickly enough wipe Templar is the third encounter and the last one in this room to prepare pair maintain Oracle roles and assign one Runner two loadouts for high damage Runner claimed the shield Relic in the center to begin phase one complete a single three Oracle sequence once your Oracle is cleared prepare for damage phase two runner when the team is ready fire The Relic super attack at the Templar to make it vulnerable once vulnerable the Templar will attempt to teleport away to a pillar of light stand in this pillar until it disappears to interrupt the teleportation the Templar will attempt this multiple times in a single damage phase everybody else damage the Templar repeat both phases until the Templar is dead how to fail if the teleport is not interrupted the damage phase will end early the Templar will detain a random player in a bubble other players break it to Freedom the Gorgons Labyrinth is the way to the end of the raid to prepare review the map High mobility and invisibility are recommended go forward swing left up the big rock and follow the back ledge turn around 180 degrees and jump down toward the center walls cave to exit how to fail roaming Gorgons Patrol the area if a gorgon sees you the fire team will wipe all players must reach the exit successfully be patient and practice your Escape Gatekeepers is the fourth encounter to prepare review the map assigned two Gunners and forerunners tune loadouts for ad clear and overload Champions attack the gatekeeper to begin the gatekeeper will drop a shield Relic one Runner must take it Gunners kill adds Champions and Gatekeepers here in the primary space stand on the vexplates on left and right to open nearby portals each portal leads to an alternate version of this room the left portal leads to a red mars-like version the right green and venus-like send one Runner into each portal to defend the conflicts from ads a Minotaur with an immune Shield will spawn inside a random portal call out which side the other side will spawn a wyvern Relic holder enter the called portal and use the Relic to kill the Minotaur hand off The Relic to the nearby Runner and take their place bring the Relic outside and hand it off to another Runner bring the Relic into the other portal to defeat the next Minotaur repeat this four-person handoff cycle back and forth between portals killing minotaurs on both sides a new conflux will eventually appear in the center of the primary space all players defend the conflux using the Relic against minotaurs until it disappears how to fail passing through a portal gives players that teleport destabilize debuff debuff players cannot enter a portal until the timer expires Gatekeepers prevent the portals from opening kill them to reactivate on is the final encounter to prepare review the Oracle callouts on the map adjust loadouts for high DPS break the box to begin phase one clear ads until Atheon opens the time streams three random players will be teleported into one of the portal spaces teleported players call out which portal side you are in Kill the gatekeeper and take the Relic cross the room past the floating platform and turn around use its guard function to cleanse the mark by the void debuff destroy the red Oracles in the sequence called by the outside Players Once three sets of oracles have been destroyed exit through the portal outside players call the Oracle spawn sequence aloud the sequence will repeat twice others clear ads and open the called portal once three sets of oracles have been destroyed prepare for damage Phase 2 meet for damage on the stairs by the active portal all players have the times Vengeance debuff allowing them to damage Atheon do that until the timer expires and the phase ends repeat both phases until Atheon is dead how to fail the mark by the void debuff slowly blinds players in a portal space during the damage phase a random player will receive the imminent detained debuff move away from the other players so
