Hello friends welcome back this is Amit from magnet and today we are going to create this environment scene inside Unreal Engine 5 and I am using 5.1 version so first take a look what we are going to create today foreign [Music] [Music] so before we start if you are new to this channel I recommend you to check my videos and if you find those videos useful please do subscribe this Channel and turn the notification on and I like to shout out for those people who has already joined me as a member so if you really want to support me you can also join me as a member so let's get started okay so first we create a new level so go to the file create a new level and we choose this empty level here and then we create so first we create our lighting system so which is very easy first you go to this window and go to this environment light mixer and then we have those buttons here so firstly click on this create Skylight and then create atmospheric light and then the create Sky atmosphere and the create volumetric cloud and then we create this height form and then we scroll down here and at the bottom you will find this volumetric fog just enable this and just hit OK and now we going to create a landscape here so for this we go to the select mode button here and then we select this landscape so here is the landscape we don't need to change anything here just to click on this create button here and it will create a simple landscape here for us and now we're going to make some sculpting here so select this cup tool here and then also we change the strength according to our need and also increase the brush size or decrease the brush size according to our need and also the follow okay so now we click on here and maybe we create a random landscape here so it's all depends on you that how you want to design so just to make a random Peaks here okay and sometimes you also see that some Peaks are very large so we have to smoothen up so after you're satisfied go to the smooth button here and just click on this smooth so it will make a little bit of uneven surface here okay and also we select this curve tool here and then we maybe make some down uh landscape here so we press shift and hold the shift key and just click to make some down landscape here and again we go to the smooth button here and we smooth them up little bit so just like this so it's enough for this tutorial and maybe you can also change according to your need so now we go back to our main mode here so here is our simple landscape okay so now we're going to make some material for this landscape so for this we're going to use a custom landscape material here which is the blend material so first we see that which material assets we need to make the blend material so for this I am going to use a free content from the APK Marketplace and then we go to the free and just select this Mega scans and if you go down here you will see this forest floor volume one pack just click and then add it to your project and after you add the asset to your project you go to this content and you will find this Ms forest floor just double click and you will get all the assets here but before you dive into here let's make a blend material so for this I am going to make a folder here so we create a folder and name this as blend material okay I name this blend material too because I already have my actual folder here so now double click and then we right click here and we create a material here so we name this as blend material okay so here it is the first we double click to open this material here so here our blend material here and now we going to add some texture map and different texture map to make a single blend material here so for this we go to this content drawer here and then we go to this forest floor volume 1 folder then we go to the surfaces and you will find all the texture files here so if you double click here you can also get the texture files as well as the material but you only need the texture file because we create our blend material so here is all the folders so maybe first we use this one so this will be our base material so first we click and also we click this normal map and the roughness map but we don't want this this displacement map so we just need all these three so just drag and drop here okay and then we go back to our content drawer and then go back here and maybe find our mid ground uh texture so maybe this one will be fine so you can see this is the forest plot two into two aim I mean there are something so just select this one or maybe you can choose anything you want from here so for the sake of this tutorial I'm choosing this one and also select all this texture file and then put it here okay so maybe we can put this at the bottom because this is our base layer and this is our mid ground layer so we put it here and again we need a grass field material so let's see which one will fits here so maybe this one so maybe this one or let's see [Music] okay this one will be nice so we just select the Albedo and the normal and the roughness map and just bring it here okay so we have three kinds of materials here so we just make this one as a top layer this one as a mid ground and this one is a bottom layer okay so now we going to arrange this texture nicely so we can make this thing look nice foreign called the landscape coordinate in order to make the map size higher or lower so just right click and type landscape and you will see this landscape layer coordinates just click okay so this one and also we need a scalar parameter to change the landscape values so we press s and just click here and you will see this scalar parameter we name this as material one value so now we paste it here and in order to connect these both values into a single node we need a multiply node so we press aim and just click here and you will get this multiply node and now we connect this landscape coordinate to the multiply node number one or a and then also connect this one that is the value and then we select this value button here and we change the default value to 1. okay and you can see we can change this value to 1 and now we going to connect all the UVS to this multiply node so you just click and just connect to here and also do the same to here and also do the same here okay just like this and now we also do the same process for the rest of the two materials here so you just select all the three nodes here and just pressed Ctrl C and here and just press Ctrl V here okay just like this and also do the same here okay but uh because it is connected to this mid ground so we going to change the name of this so select this one and also we change the name from here so just name this as 2. and also do the same here go to here and change the name as three okay just like this and now also do the same jet we just connect okay just like this so we get all the materials here but we have to make a material attributes by using those textures so how we do this so for this again we go to right click here and we search make material attributes so let's type make material attributes okay so you can see that it have all the slots for the base color and the metallic and the specular all that so we just select our base layer that is the Albedo we just click this RGB and we connect to this base color here and also we do the same for this normal bump we go to this normal map to the normal Channel as well as this roughness map to the roughness map okay and do the same for rest of the two here so just select this one and just copy and paste it here okay so now we have all three materials here but we're going to make a blend material so we have to mix all the three material into a single material so for this we're going to need a landscape layer blend node so for this go to the right click and then we type landscape layer blend just click here okay so here it is so this note can be helped to mix all the materials but you can see that there is no input button so you have to make this so select this layer blend node and then go to this attributes details panel here and you will find these layers so there is zero array elements so just click on this plus button here because we have three materials so we click on three times here so here it is and then you can see that index 0 1 and 2 so unfold this index 0 and there is the name slot so we have to make a name here so maybe this one is the top layer and then we go to this index one and name this as mid layer and again go back to this index 2 and name this as bottom layer or base layer okay so we have name all these three materials and now we're going to connect all this and when you make those layers or index you can find this input slots here so first we go to this top layer and just connect here and then we go to this mid layer and connect here and also go to the bottom layer and collect here okay so now we have this single node but in order to complete this process we have to break all these attributes to connect with the base color as the roughness and the normal map but we have only single channel here so it is not done if we just connect this one here and the same thing goes here and the same thing goes here so we have to break this so you have to break this we're going to make or break these metal attributes break material attributes here and now we can have all these slots here so the base color goes to the base color and the roughness go to the roughness and the normal goes to the normal okay so in that way in this all the process is done so this is very simple and if you do the same thing step by step you can successfully make your fast blend material and after you doing this just click on this apply button here okay and now we close this from here and now if we go to our folder that is the blend material 2 folder here that we just create now first we go to this material and just right click here and we create a material instance okay and this will be our actual material so now we're going to put this material or apply this material to our landscape so we select our material select this landscape go to this details panel and just go down and you will find this landscape material slot just click on this Arrow just like this and you will see that all thing goes black but don't worry we have to fix this so in order to fix this we go to this landscape then we go to this landscape and now we go to this paint mode here go down and you will find all these three materials here so we just only have to do one thing that just click on this button and click on this weight blend material normal just click and then you have to just save it here or you can select our blend material to folder and just save it here okay and then we do the same for this Race 2 also so just do here go to this blend material two and just save it here and also do the same here that is the base layer just go here click and select this folder and save it here okay but you can see that the tiling is so much so because we have the landscape coordinate node so you have to decrease the UV mapping values so in order to do this first you go to this material instance just double click here maybe we can make a small window here and now you can see the values when we change this you can also change see the changes here so we have all the trees landscape coordinates values and all the value is same that is the one so we maybe change this to 0.2 by 0.2 by 0.2 okay and now we save this one and then we go to this mid gown layer and now if you click you will see that you can easily paint it here okay and you can see that it also blend nicely at the corner so this is very nice to have this settings to make your custom materials and you can also paint it very nicely so let's paint and you can also change the brush size from here that is the brush size you can increase or decrease your brush size okay and then also we go down and we select our base layer here and then we can also click here or maybe we decrease our brush size from here and now you can see that wow you can nicely make a nice custom texture for your landscape here okay so this all depends on you that how you can paint so make some random design here okay so now we go back towards main mode here so now we're going to put a wooden house here so for this I am using a free model from the sketch Fab so go to this browser here and you will find I also give the link in the description so you will get this link from here and when you go to this link you can also easily download this model from here in order to download this we go down and here is the creator so many thanks to her and you just click on this download 3D model and you can also get this fbx format so just download here and when you download this you can also have to import it to your content drawer so you first you go to this content so in order to import the file we go to make a folder here so firstly right click here and make a folder and we name this as wooden house and I name this two because I already have one here so here it is just double click to open this one and in order to import the fbx file we right click here and go to this import button here so here is the file that is the one fbx just select this fbx model and open and we do not have to change anything here just we click on this import all and we close this one and here is the model here but you can see that there is no texture here so we have to texture this manually so here is the material file so you just double click here and it will open here and now we have to import the texture file as well so inside the folder there is the texture file so just double click here and we import all the texture file to our main content drawer so we just make this material window to here and inside this wooden house 2 folder or in your case the wooden householder just click and select all this material and just drag it here okay and then we minimize this one and also we select all these materials and drag it to our this material slot and now we're going to arrange our materials here so we place it the base color here and the normal map and the roughness map and this is the base material but we don't need this one so we just ignore this one here and just arrange those textures here and now we connect this to base color and these two roughness and this one to the normal okay so we create this material here and we just click on this apply button and minimize this one and here is the material so and you can see that the metal is automatically applied to this house here so just click and drag and drop to here okay just like this and you can see that the house size is very less so we going to increase the size as well but first we going to make this house little bigger here and then we rotate this one into this angle and also we change our light position to here okay and you can see that our Skylight is not interact with our directional light which is the sun we go to the Skylight here and we also turn on this the real Time Capture okay okay so here it is so now we change our house position here and put it down maybe okay just like this and now we can also change some landscape here so we go to this select mode and go to this landscape mode here and now we go to this scalp mode go to the sculpting and we we now we can make some changes to our landscape but we have to decrease the brush size here just like this and it also depends on you that how you can design so maybe we also smooth this then skip and also you go to splatened Swiss and we flatten this up okay just like this and again we go to the smooth and smooth things up okay and then we go back to our main mode select our house and put it little top here okay just like this so this is our house and if you want to make some another level of house design you can select This House Press alt and hold the ALT key then just duplicate this house here and then we're going to rotate this one just like this and we place it here so maybe we can put a little top and also rotate it and if you see that the snapping is bothering you you can also disable this snapping from here so now you can rotate your house smoothly and back on this snapping because it's also useful and also rotate it [Music] okay so make a nice design okay now we're going to put some trees over here so for this we go again to the epic game Marketplace and I am using also a free content from here so go to the marketplace here and then we go to the free and the mega scans and we're going to use this one so add it to your project and then we close this one and now after you add this assets to your project go to the content and you will get this folder just double click and then we make a filter here that is the static mesh and you will get all these trees here and if you right click here you can go to the nanite and you can see that all the trees are net enabled so you can put as much tree as you want in your scene so in order to put the trees first you go to this mode a button here and then you go to this foliage and now if we go down here you can see there is the police drop section so let's see which uh trees we going to use here so maybe this one and then press and hold the ship button and just select this one or maybe deselect this one by pressing Ctrl and click and then we maybe select these trees here and just click and drag and drop to here okay and now we go to this brush size section here so let's see this is our brush size and we can also decrease the density here so now we're going to paint these trees over the background first we right click and press e to put my camera a little top here and now we're going to put some trees to the background so we can see that our brush size is less so increase our brush size here and now we paint the trees like this and you can see that our scene is getting laggy because there are so many trees and you can see here the count you can see that there are so many trees over here so but because those trees are not enable so we can still use it so now if we go back or we can increase our camera speed from here and now if you go here and now you can see that so many twists to the background and if you feel that your scene is laggy you can do one thing that go to the settings button and decrease the engine scalability to high and now you can move your mouse nicely okay so now if we go to our main mode here you can see that we can easily move our camera and it's not that much laggy so now we're going to put less trees to the foreground we go to our foliage mode here and now we're going to decrease the density very less amount and maybe we can put our another zero here that is the point zero zero one and now also we decrease our brush size and now if we put but you can see that uh if you paint trees like this you can see that it also align with the curve here so but we don't want this so we delete this one so by the way in order to delete this press and hold the shift key and if you paint you can delete the foliage so now we go down here and select all those foliage here so go down here and you will find this option that is the Align to normal uncheck this one and now if you paint here you can see that all the trees are perpendicular to the ground so now we can put other trees over here and maybe our density is very less so we're going to increase the density so maybe 0.01 will be right okay and then again go top and paint some trees over here and there okay so remember that more density to the background and the mid ground we have less dense trees here and at the very close to the camera we will put less stress okay so just like this and now you can see that it creates a nice touch towards him okay just like this so now if we make a list camera speed here and go here you can see that this look nice but I think our house uh scale is very less so don't worry we're going to increase it okay just like this just fill the uh empty places by using those trees okay so maybe this one is not record so we're going to delete this okay so now you can see that our scene is nicely populated with those uh trees and now we're going to go back to our main mode and now we're going to increase our house scale so we select both of the house and press R to bring the scale value scale Gizmo here and then we increase the skill so maybe this much okay okay so this look really amazing and now if we change our light position here you can see this look amazing okay so now we going to put some grasses here so for this I am using some Mega scan content so in order to import the mega scan content you just go to first we select this content folder and then go over here and right click and just click on this add pixel contents and if you have a bridge account just use the to sign in here and then in the search bar we type grass and then we looking for this one that is this this one that is the wild grasses and you just click and when you see this one just click on this download button and it will download and after you complete this download you can click on this add button to add this content into your content drawer okay so just minimize this one and when you complete all the process you will find this Mega scan folder and inside this Mega scan folder you will go to this 3D plants folder and you will find this folder which content all the assets so I am converting all this asset into nanite so in order to change this to Nanette so just right click and you will find this nanite option and just click to this nanite button here okay and make sure that we add or make all these to nanite so let's see which one we're going to use then this one so just right click and just make this to nanite and again maybe we're going to use this one as well so click and nanite and this one maybe so just make this to connect okay so this four we're going to use so in order to put this into foliage section first we go to this foliage mode here and then we're going to use this one but first maybe we're going to use these two only so we select these two and put it so after you drop those two grass model here let's see that what options when you select this one just go little down just like this and you will get this option under this painting that is the density so we're going to increase this one to maybe 500 okay and also we change the scale let the minimum to 1 and change the maximum to 1.5 okay and then we going to here and we first we decrease the brush size little bit down and now we're going to start painting So before we paint we put our camera a little top and now we're going to paint here okay okay so now we going to make some little bit more dense foliage here so we go down and increase this number to maybe 800 and let's put some grasses here and also we change the value so after selecting these two we change this maximum value to 2 maybe so let's print over here and there okay just like this okay so now you can see that it really makes a nice attach to our scene okay so now go back to this uh European key model pack which we downloaded from the mega scan and now we going to select a filter here that is the static mesh and under the static mesh you can also get some small vegetation so we also put them here so select this foli edges and then we go over here and just put it over here so those are also default nanites so we don't need to change this to Nanette so you can see that if we click here you can see that the nanite is enabled and now we going to deselect this grasses and we're going to use this small foliage but before we do this let's check our settings here so everything look nice so maybe we're going to decrease the density here a little bit and now we're going to put it so just like this and maybe these are two large so we delete this one and we going to make those little small so we change this scale to maybe point 2 to the minimum and maximum maybe 0.5 and now we're going to paint so now you can see that it look nice so you also get some small vegetations here and here as well wow you can see that it really makes another level of details okay so this look amazing and again we go here and select these two grass model and also deselected those small plants here okay and then we in decrease the scale to maybe 50 then we make a small line of grass here so make a small line just like this and I'm also surprised that how fast it works because I am also screen recording but you can see that I can still run that amount of foliage entries and I'm still getting this 60 FPS 16 I mean 16 FPS frame rate in DTX 1060. so I am very happy that my graphics card still works here and still run this kind of foliage so maybe we delete this and make a streamline here and also we go to this landscape mode here and then we go to the paint mode and select this base layer and paint this base layer here okay just like this [Music] okay so it's kind of that it is the food pathway so you can understand that when the food pathway here the sand also show up so just like this so and also again we select this one and make some paint here just like this okay so now you can see that it really creates a nice result and maybe we change our light position also we delete some trees so make some light comes between the trees so we again go to the foliage mode and then we select all of this and deselect this and then we only select some trees here so maybe from this one to this one and then we're going to delete some trees so maybe we delete some trees from here or maybe we increase the brush size and maybe we delete some clicks from here and also we delete some trees or maybe not that much so we decrease the skill size I mean the brush size and delete some random trees from here okay so now you can see that some or maybe we put some trees over here and there okay just like this or maybe not that much so it's all custom so you can put the trees anywhere you want just make your scene good okay so this look amazing and now again go back to our main mode here and maybe this is the time that we can make our camera so in order to put a camera go to this box go to the cinematics and create a cine camera actor okay and before change the camera position make sure that you go to the select this camera right click and click on the snap object to view okay and then go to the perspective and select the camera okay so here is our camera so select the camera and then go to this film back in the details panel and change this to maybe something like 16 is to 9 DSLR and also go to this lens settings and maybe we choose this 12 millimeter so we can get a nice wide angle shot just like this okay and now if we change our camera position here I'm in the light position here you can get a nice light okay so in order to create a nice volumetric God race we can go to this directional light and then maybe we decrease our light intensity little bit down and you can see that this volumetric scattering intensity so we increase this one and you will get a nice volumetric light Trace here so if we change this light position you can get a nice volumetric light Trace here and also we go to this exponential height fog and in the density fog density if we increase this one you can also get a nice volumetric form and because we run our rendering settings to high settings you can also go to this settings and change the engine scalability to AP and you will get a more nice result here but you can see that when you change this to a peak our scene got laggy but so in order to make things fast we change this to high for now okay so now we're going to put some ground assets like some sticks or rocks so for this we're going to use an another free content from the epic game Marketplace so let's see how we get those so inside the marketplace go to the free and go to the mega scans and then if we go down and go to the page number two and you will find this one that is the Mega scan Forest path just click and add it to your project and then when we go to this content drawer you will find this folder named this Ms for institute so I don't know why they changed the name here that is the for institute and if you go here you will see that this called the forest path but anyways uh there is the folder and if you click on this static mesh option here and you will find so many assets that we're going to use it here and you can see that it really creates a nice result so in order to use this first we go to the foliage section again and then we just put it little down and first we're going to put those sticks so select all those sticks here and let's see okay we have those much sticks here just click and drag and drop to here okay and then we going to paint those sticks over here so first we go to here and increase the brush or decrease the brush size to maybe 100 okay and also increase the density little bit and then we start painting here and now you can see that there are so many falling sticks over here and there so it really creates a another details to our scene okay and just like this so make sure that you leave this pathway because where people works they always clean the path so maybe we delete some of the sticks which is in front of the path here so we decrease the brush size from here and then we delete this so in order to delete just press and hold the shift key and just delete okay and then we're going to paint those sticks over here as well as at the middle of the road and also at the this side okay just like this and then we going to put our camera detail down and now you can see that those sticks are really makes another level of details here okay and then we're going to put those rocks as well so we select those rocks here and then we drag and drop to here and then we make a room here first we're going to select all of this and deselect this and then we select only the Rocks so make sure that we select all the Rocks here and make them tick and also tick those rocks as well just like this okay and then we're going to paint the Rocks here and there as well maybe we can increase the density and also we go down here and decrease the scales to maybe 0.22.5 here and then we start painting here okay so put those rocks here and there and also here just like this okay so this look really really amazing and also there are some falling leaves so maybe we make a room here and you can see there are some Falling Leaves as well so we're going to use them as well so we select all these Falling Leaves just leave this grass and also this one and then we put it over here or maybe put it here and then again do the same thing that first we select all of this by pressing Ctrl a and then we uncheck this so it will uncheck all the ticks from here and then we just select only these following leaves assets here just like this and then we paint okay so now you will get the idea that what I am going to do here okay just like this and really really it's really creates a nice touch to our scene okay and then we go back to our main mode here and now you can see that wow it really makes a nice touch to our scene okay and here also we will get some of this stump model here so you can use it so maybe we put it here and maybe we can check that it is nanite enabled or not okay so you have to make it enabled as well as we can also change all this model to nanite so maybe we select all of these models here and then we right click and go to enable nanite for selected so it will take little time to compile all the shaders but now it is ready so maybe we put this stump over here like this or maybe we decrease the scale of the stump so press r and decrease the scale just like this okay and also we duplicate it here and maybe we rotate this and also we have another stump here so we're going to use it also maybe put it here so now you can see that those models are really insane amount of quality so really creates a nice touch doors scene okay just like this so now maybe we put some over here as well so maybe here put it little down and also put some over here and there okay so this is for this ground detail assets and also we can duplicate It Here and Now we going to put some other assets so I downloaded some of the assets from the mega scan and I'm also give all the assets ID into the description so you will get all those assets from the mega scan very easily so if I go to this content drawer and expand this and go to the mega scan if I go to this 3D assets you will see if I select the static mesh filter here you can see there are so many assets so if I click here and if I go here you can see all the assets here so maybe it will take little time to appear in the viewport here so first we maybe select this one to here and you can see it's a small wooden stick here or wooden branch and if I put it here and you can see that it also gives some other level of details so I put it here and maybe we place it over here and here we have a stone model so it also downloaded from the mega scan and you can also get the assets ID in the description so you can download this model from the mega scan directly so just put it here and there and it also uh gives a nice touch to our scene so you can see that in the bottom of the trees you can see that there are some seams that we can see so in order to hide those we can easily use this Stone here a rock here just like this and we can hide those uh edges here so just make this Stone here or Rock here and make it little bigger so and then we put it down and you can easily hide those seams okay or maybe we put it here just like this okay so now we can duplicate these rocks here and there as well so just like this and maybe we make this rocks little bigger here and then we put it over here and also we rotate this just like this and also do the same to this side as well so you can use multiple Rock model uh but for the sake of this total I am use the same Rock over and over again but you can get the idea that how you can do all these things okay so this look really good here okay so now one thing that I also do in my original video that I put a fencing here so I'm also download all the assets from the mega scan so let's see which one we have here so you can see that we can see in the viewport directly but don't worry when you put any assets to here you can get the model identity and I'm also use those sax model from the mega scan to give a nice touch to our house here because it's a house and this is normal that they Stacks some sex over here to put something inside this sex and also put it here and maybe we put some over here and there and also we duplicate and we rotate this okay so this is only the props and it helps to make another level of details okay just like this and also we put some over here maybe this side okay just like this and you can see that this view really gives a nice touch to our scene okay so let's see this one so this is some barrels and you can use this one as well so and this one also another Barrel so so we rotate this and also maybe we decrease the scale just like this okay and maybe let's see okay so we have another stamp model here so we can use it just like this okay and also we can put some stamps at the middle of the road which is not that uh meaningful but yes we can do this okay and also let's see which one or maybe this one beam okay so we can use this beam uh to make another label to our house so maybe we can put this beam to make a ground contact so maybe we put this beam here and then we rotate it just like this and also we put it over here so now you can see that it gives another level of details here okay just like this okay so let's see what we have here okay some of other uh three branch so we can put it here and there maybe here and also we can duplicate it and then we rotate this just like this okay and let's see what another things we have okay some of the okay these also some of the wooden parts and what is this okay this is a stone novel and we can also put some oil or put this well here because if there is a house it is uh very common that they have their own water system here so this well gives the water to this house okay and also let's see what we have okay it's the same model so just delete this for now okay so now we have some of this where and by using this wire we going to make some fencing here so in order to make the fence we also need some wooden blocks so here is the wooden block that we use here so we can use this wooden block here as well so now first we going to rotate this block into this angle and then we put it over here okay just like this and also we put some other uh rodent block so here maybe and then also we duplicate it here okay so I'm not going to make the whole uh scene here by using those fencing but just to give you the idea that how you can do this so select this wire and put it here maybe just like this and then also we duplicate or rotate this into this angle and then we also duplicate it here [Music] okay just like this and then we put this uh block to here okay and we duplicate it by pressing alt and hold the ALT key and just duplicate and again we select this one and just duplicate it here okay so now you can see that you can make a fence like structure here so not that precise but you can work on it and make a nice design here okay so this is how you can create this fencing here and also if we have well we probably have some bucket here so we have some buckets as well so use to put this bucket here okay and also we get some small stones so we just put it here and there or maybe we increase the scale just like this and put it over here okay so I think I pretty much cover everything that I am used to build the scene so now it's all depends on you that how you can design because in mega scan it's a gold mine for a new engine and you can get so many millions of uh object there to choose and also we have some ladder here so maybe we put this ladder here and put it here or maybe we rotate this so just like this and maybe we rotate here and we put this ladder over here just like this so it just give you another level of details okay so this is it and you can see that it really makes a nice touch to our scene okay so now if I go to change my sun positions so press Ctrl and L and change the sun position here you can see that you really gets a nice result because it makes a nice God rest and if I change the scalability to Epic and you can see that it really makes a nice result or scene and also you can see that some of these edges so make sure that you hide those edges by using some of the models available here or you can download other models from the marketplace or from the mega scan so just make hide the edges if you find uh before you complete and it's ready to render okay so this is how you can make this scene and now if you want to create a small video by using this scene maybe first to go to the engine scalability to high and then uh firstly you have to make a sequencer by using this scene so we go to this option here and click on this add to level sequence okay and we name this as and we save this okay here it is first we have to bring our camera over here so here is our camera just drag and drop to here okay just like this and now we go to our camera that is the transform first we make a keyframe here and then go at the very end and maybe we change the camera position just like this maybe just like this okay and make sure that you have this keyframe and right click and make sure that you have this linear keyframe so now if we play this wow you can get a nice scene here and if you want to make some macro shots by using this scene you can just go to here that is the current focal length and you can change this but you can see that it not work because when you go select this camera and go to this camera details panel and you will see that the lens settings you have to change this to Universal Zoom okay and now if you go here and you can easily change it manually so you can make any scene by using this or you can also make some macro shot by using uh to zoom your camera like this maybe we delete this keyframe here and then we go here and we Zoom our camera little bit more and then we going to decrease this manual focus distance to make a nice Focus to this stump and you can see that the depth of field is not looking good is because we have this high scalability and if you go to this Epic and you can get a nice depth of field here as well and maybe we make sure that we have these things to in focus okay so this is all about this scene and I hope you really get the idea and this is how you can make this kind of scenes and you will get all the ideas that how you can put the Assets in a meaningful way so it can really mix the sense and how you can put so many trees into your scene when you enable the nanite and I am using only a GTX 1060 and you can see that it is very heavy to put all those trees those high quality trees into the same scene but you can still see that it runs nicely even it is in the engine scalability to Epic settings so I hope you really get the idea and if you really want to make a small video by using this scene you can see my actual video and you can get some cinematic ideas from there as well and if you want to make a high quality render here so I am also showing you that how you can render in high quality so in order to render this scene into high quality first you go to the windows and go to the cinematics and you will find this movie render queue but if you not enable this plugin so you have to enable this plugin from this go to this edit and go to this plugins and just type movie and you will get this movie render group plugin just turn this on and you are prompt to restart your engine so just start your engine and open this level again and then go to the windows go to the cinematics and go to this movie render queue and then we go to this render button here and select your sequence and in this case this is the tutorial level and then we go to the settings option here that is the answer first we delete this jpeg and then we go to the settings and first you select this ntlac and you can put the higher number to make a nice result but I am using the 32 I find this is very manageable because it also render fast and also keep retain the good quality of your scene and when you put your manual number here you have to override this entire listing settings and then also you can change this anti-aliasing method and I'm using this multi multi-sample and aliasing and also you have to turn this on this is very important that the warm up so you have to turn on these warm-up frames and the render warmer frames and then again go to the settings go to the camera and change this to frame close and then again go to the settings and also turn on this high resolution and also make sure that you turn on this overwrite subscattering subsurface scattering and the value is 64 nice okay and then go to settings again and then I'm using this exr format to render because it is 16 bit okay and then lastly you go to this output and you have to choose your output pathway from here and then if you want to make a 24 FPS film like video you can make this as it is but I want to make this to 23.976 because I like it I don't know why so I just change this to 23.976 okay and everything look nice and just click on this accept button and then you just click on this render local and your film is ready but you will get this Ender into axr format so make sure that you have after effect or Premiere Pro or other compositing softwares to arrange those extra format and render a video so this is it and I really took time to make this tutorial because I want to give you all the ideas that I use to make this scene and it's a very big project so I am happy that I finally make this tutorial and I think I gave you all the ideas so if you like this video I recommend you to check my other videos and if you like those videos please do subscribe this Channel
