Unexpected Metal Detecting Find in the Abandoned Desert! 1000 yrs old!

what is going on my friends welcome back to another episode dirt fish in America I am Brandon ray nice and today we're just gonna be goofing off we're gonna test out a new metal detector that I've got we're gonna be looking for some Indian artifacts and just getting out of this house let's go hey are you ready to rock yep why do I sound like Batman okay this is where the pavement ends and I just realized that I need to let some air out of that tires there's a lot of washboards and stuff I just it's smooth out the ride quite a bit so let's let some air out I guess I should have brought one of those tools huh we're gonna be here a little while rice just about to walk away I saw an old emotional thirty-aught-six yeah sweet man nice fine thanks I like the Hat [Music] [Music] [Music] never ceases to amaze me how beautiful this desert country okay guys we are here we have made it to the site I found Native American artifacts in the form of like arrowheads right behind me here and also on the top of this little hill there used to be a building there's square nails around here and glass and I found like harmonica reeds never found a coin I'm hoping to change that today by using my brand-new metal detector check it out the optimum detect neo provided by the good folks over at detect or power it's got some knobs some buttons it's a detector it detects metal let's go find some metal okay guys I seem to have gotten Target right here I'm not sure I think that's a good target I don't know it sounds different than all the other beeps there's some obsidian right there oh man that one was worked whoo yeah I just saw that too I see you was it yeah this one was for sure you can tell this one's been worked because you can see all of the little flint knapping that was happening on the little chips and edges on it there's a broken point right there see the dang a lot of broken stuff huh I'm gonna investigate dude this ground [Music] [Laughter] [Music] there it is all right well that's good non-ferrous I'll take it all right sounds like we got something decent here it's reading like a 30 to 45 somewhere in there kind of interesting how this display works I don't know if you can see that but you can see the graphics kind of come in from left to right wherever the target lines up that sounds good we're gonna dig that yeah I got a signal right here sounds pretty good I like it up on top of the hill better the ground is much softer ground down there it was harder in the back of your head target out boy it didn't didn't clean up very good did it okay let's see the sound was high-pitched at first that might be due to size depth orientation mineralization targets in close proximity all sorts of stuff yeah get in there with that specialized tool you guys by the way this is a really specialized plastic tool it was made by a friend of mine right here in my home state of Idaho and he's gonna be selling these pretty soon I'm gonna be putting a link in the description for this it's all plastic this is a very special type of plastic - yeah this has got like a rubber handle on it and it's great it's angled so if you're a bottled digger or if you're tripping out about scratching your coins or anything like that this is gonna be really useful for you so like I'm not worried about jabbing around in there maybe scratching something or break in a bottle the boy was doing some model digging so he wanted to use that huh all right where's this target oh my god I got a signal here thank you of that oh that's a nice piece of obsidian isn't it thanks for that I never know what you're gonna find here do you something right here huh it's a coin Bubba it's a coin we found a coin I think does incan what's that doing out here first day of the coin first coin of the day yeah I knew it you you know what even though that's just a modern zinc 1 cent coin I am really impressed that it was able to find it amongst all of this garbage and it gives me hope that there might be some other coins out here hopefully there hopefully they're a little older but even still that's a good confidence booster with the new machine to find a coin out here amongst all that garbage I'm a little bit impressed right now I've got another decent signal right here [Music] holy bones Wow looks like a cow huh yeah dang where's the beef targets out oh I see something I see something oh it's an old shell no way man is fine yeah you can have it this doesn't have any writing hmm that's cool okay guys I actually didn't film this because it was a pretty crummy signal but it's another old shell check that out and the reason why I sounded so crummy I just lost it where'd it go there was a square nail in the hole with it actually that's not a square now that's a different me on there who has a square nail in here as well anyway um that's cool all right okay guys here's another signal that sounds pretty decent sounds like something good next to a lot of bad you're out breaks over to the the low tone on either side of it but right in the middle of there there's a sweet spot and that sweet spot didn't change still there [Music] aha very interesting dr. tones that's why the old Lead Belly so here's why it sounded good and here's why it sounded bad remember I said there's a sweet spot right in the middle of it that sweet spot is right there and that is a piece of lead soldering on the bottom of that old old can so you have garbage nonferrous that's why it sounded so good [Music] oh dude nice fine buddy Abel whoa whoa whoa dude it's a little little chipped up on the end there look at that it's not even one of the Obsidian kind that's like one of the Flint kind dude nice point man that's a real beauty Clark all right bring it back once it's clean we'll take another look is that the first one you found all by yourself I think it is Wow so proud of you that is awesome you know if a guy actually just came out here and started punching holes and digging nails that you'd find more arrowheads should do that this is a good spot to look where I found arrowheads before and this time we brought this little sifter here that's what she said okay so we're gonna use this part we're gonna scoop up dirt and we're gonna sift it okay wait until I fill it up good okay bust up some of those clots in there there you go okay now look at it real good any nope hmm all right guys end of the day totals come right on over here let's see what we got first of all we'll start off with all the obsidian pieces this is just a whole bunch of stuff that's been worked before if you look closely you can tell people have been napping on it all sorts of different colors just tons of this if we stop to pick all of this up we would be out here all day and our backs will really hurt I found this one this one's pretty cool it's a partial it's a partial point I found this one where I buy it yep you found that one right by it but it's a beautiful piece of obsidian either way you cut it and then this one is the broken point off of one and probably would have been a pretty big one dang it the metal we found several mason jar lids and bean can I found two old shelves I'm not sure what type they are if you know what kind they are go ahead and comment down below I think they're military military possibly some square nails the bent one sounded pretty good you'll find sometimes when they're bent like that they sound good some wire pieces random pieces of metal this was laying right on top and also Abel found this this is a really cool thing looks like it says family maybe in the middle there or something I don't know if you guys can read that comment down below also found a Spritle all in all is pretty good day but the best find my man ace so
