Unboxing the most *Beautiful* Hognose We've ever Seen!

we're unboxing snakes today yeah we have this sweet box which we're starting with like the best thing and moving to not as good a thing that's okay that's okay we're opening the best one first and I can't wait today we are unboxing hognoses so at the Tinley show just recently we bought an Arctic Tonda female hognose from Tom Harbin and he reached out to us since he saw us ogling one of his Sunburst hognoses that was a little out of our price range he reached out to us after the show asking if he could gift us a Sunburst morph hognose snake so we said yeah of course we would love a Sunburst hognose snake and so we're gonna unbox it here together on this video oh my God that's a big box for a little hog now for a baby hognose oh my gosh okay so this morph I'm so excited for this is a morph we don't have yet so we're just gonna Dive Right In and actually we're gonna open a couple more snakes in this video that are coming next week so today for this first part we're just gonna open this hot uh this Sunday we'll just jump through time magically yes we will dance here cheering us on too thanks Cheyenne yeah you had a vet appointment this morning didn't you yeah she's she's over it we're just dating this video yes okay oh Tom Harbin reptiles oh my goodness this baby hatched on June 24th feeding on Frozen thought small fuzzy mice wow it must be a good size if it started eating fuzzies from Tom Urban reptiles awesome hognose breeder we always check out his table at the shows and we always end up buying at least one hognose from him so definitely well I'll just show you this later I want to see I want to see the the Hognose are we ready for this to use a heat pack he did he did oh it's still warm nice okay wow there he is hello oh my goodness you are beautiful oh okay so uh the Sunburst morph is one that we want to produce and we thought the only way we would get one of these is if we made our own he is so red on camera what and he is in person too the Sunburst is a combination of albino and Sable so those morphs together create what we call a Sunburst morph and holy cow are these colors bright oh my gosh Wow Let's see your belly oh cool we have like bright orange spots on our belly too I know I'm sorry no I don't want to be upside down oh my goodness you are so pretty boy oh my gosh yes we are definitely a boy he is a boy and a half there is no doubt about that so the nice thing about having a male that's Sunburst is we can breed him to multiple females that are maybe albino no hit Sable or double hit Sable and albino so he can help produce a lot of Sunburst hognoses oh my gosh you are stunning I can't believe this okay look at his head stamp too oh wow even that's unique wow what a neat little pattern we're gonna have to come up with a good name for you like I did not think we were gonna have one of these in our collection until we made one our own now we have a Sunburst oh my gosh so pretty okay so yeah definitely check out Tom Harvin reptiles thank you so much Tom for this amazing snake and Tom breathes really nice high quality and high-end morphs of Hognose snakes and we've never had a problem getting snakes from him to eat they all seem really healthy they grow well so this I think will be a great addition to our breeding group here and I can't wait to watch him grow too actually since we're gonna be working on more Hogs yeah we are trying to expand our hognose breeding collection and he is going to be he's a good start yeah I would say so okay you oh my gosh all right well the first hognose of today's video has been unboxed and now we're gonna jump forward in time when the next package arrives the next box we are going to be opening in today's video is actually a bunch of snakes that were sent to us by Nori who is our friend down in Florida who we got the Velvet spider from back in the day well she unfortunately is not able to keep all of her reptiles she's able to keep some but due to some life changes she has to re-home a decent amount of them so she sent them up to us for us to keep as far as a couple of them go and to add to our adoption program and find good homes for for the rest so I'm not going to tell you what's in this box we're just gonna find out together I do know what's in here I don't think you know what all is in here I know hey hot yes there is at least one hognose in here that's why it's perfect for this unboxing video and this way Nori can see how they arrived too I figure okay opening oh nice she's got the insulation good job Nori this was her first time shipping snakes nice okay wow lots of eggs yeah lots of bags you did a good job with this and temperature wise we don't feel too cool we seem like a good temperature see a sand boat there is a sand boa in here are you doing oh hi cutie hi sweetie yes you're very cute all right so we have a good looking sand boa here you look like you're in good shape and all and you look very sweet too yeah so I don't think we'll be keeping the sand boa this is one that's going to be added to our adoption program and then oh man you use the good zip ties Nori that's awesome or are these all labeled uh oh they are okay so inside this bag I'm just gonna like go ahead and cut this ah come here about that wow these are tightly on there come on there we go this should be a hognose snake and it is this is in fact a hognose snake oh there's an upside down you are upside down this is hot dog who was Nori's very first snake so she asked if we could keep him in our family wait that's a him apparently dang that's a big hit wow yeah you're a monster you definitely are a male you've got the nice big tail so how dog you're just a big boy and he is hit albino I guess cheeks yeah those cheeks no oh my goodness oh he looks good he does he's massive massive yeah that isn't nice he's not the biggest male I've seen but he's up there yeah you are a good size for a male yeah you were well raised yeah you were buddy so we will be even though we don't necessarily need another male that's had albino that's okay we're gonna hang on to him so we will have him and then if Noreen wants any updates on him we'll be able to give her those okay what is in this bag this is oh I see a black snake eyes oh that's right that's right here is one of the Mexican black king snakes you are in shed too you are the male definitely the tail keeps going that far I don't even need to find where it starts that is a male um yeah definitely in shed he is it's really dark though like no pattern usually you can kind of sometimes see a pattern sometimes I'm speckling or sometimes they're like actually Brown instead of black yeah you look like an actually black Mexican black king snake you have like a little imperfection here don't point out his imperfections it's probably not even gonna be clear right there oh no it's just a white spot hi beautiful MBK all right so we have a male MBK in here this one is a cornstarch corn snake oh hello are you gonna come out and say hi a corn snake you know there were names for all these I should have grabbed the list of names but oh wait there it is popsicle uh well I think he just is a male okay yes it's an email it's not 100 or anything yeah you are an a male corn snake hi popsicle you are beautiful oh friendly too yeah he does look really friendly you're not like skittish at all not tail Buzzy at all I think are you a male um might have to probe you to know for sure you're one of those tricky ones to be able to tell you can't always tell for sure but yeah there's popsicle a beautiful email corn snake and since we don't need a corn snake corn snake selves in our in our personal like Education team since we already have a couple this is one that will be going up for adoption after you know a health inspection quarantine I think he looks just fine but we're gonna quarantine them regardless and then find him a great home next we got oop I think this is the mate to the Mexican black over there let's see is Emily's tying that up I can jump into this one oh yep I see a bunch of black in there oh there's the female wow and she is not in blue she is gorgeous let's see this is Black Knight oh wait this does say male oh huh okay well black this is Black Knight either maybe the bags got switched or they're two boys let's see black knight is I think another male hang another man all right so there's two boys wow oh yeah for sure just kind of visually look on camera and we can basically kinda 95 of the time get it wow jet black oh my gosh okay where did he's like glossy over here in here but he's like Matt yeah yeah look at how glossy his head is you can't even see it on camera where it's like oh my gosh super gloss and just a little bit of glass well regardless okay if they're both males I mean I want to see what the other one looks like after a shed but if they're both this jet black we've got to keep at least one of them for future breeding hopefully they are a pair after we probe them because if that's the case I think we would end up keeping both of these then or you can see updates on them on the channel too wow that is a beautiful MBK even the belt and so handleable you didn't try to eat me and you're still not trying to eat me oh sorry move too fast yep you didn't even care that you were upside down there okay well you are a very well you'd be good for programs might have to keep you for programs and then the last one I don't know what the last one is but I'm just gonna open it because I think I remember all those you telling me about that her name is Pearl I do know that Pearl yep let's see I won't I see the text I'm not gonna read what's on that text make sure the camera can see oh it's another Hog nose oh yeah she instantly want it out too she if I remember correctly is 100 head exam thick oh okay oh and a very Wiggly female too so you make sure she's a female first oh yeah definitely a female let's see what does the bag say just so I know for sure did you see where oh yeah yeah turtle head exam thing okay cool she's like a pinkish color you're very Wiggly it's okay you're okay you're all right wow she has a lot of spots she almost reminds me of a Mexican milk snake with all those spots on her but not enough to make me think she actually is a Mexican milk I think she's a sub species that's true yeah but it's probably I bet you can't see this on camera but she's like a pinkish Hue like down her sides she's definitely if it was somebody like bread for that it would be called something oh I'm sure she's just a normal phenotype but her genotype is that she is head examic so I think she'll be a great addition to our breeding program she needs another year or so of growing but which is fine because our males need like another year or so that's right yeah you are beautiful look at her cute little face oh I'm used to our like big female Hogs having a ginormous yeah she has a very cute little petite one don't you you just do not want me at all she doesn't want anyone no let me go yeah I'm done with this put me back in the bag for the last 24 hours yeah I'll put you back in here for now and we'll get you set up all right well Nori your snakes all made it successfully and yeah we will be adding Pearl and hot dog the Hognose snakes to our collection or to our family here and let's see I'm trying to get to watch Emily struggle yeah it doesn't help that she's trying to climb up the side it's a it's a short bag so I'm gonna go this way on it and success now you know what here we go opening the bags all right well yeah we will be I think regardless keeping at least one of those Mexican black kings probably that Black Knight unless the female just has a big uh yeah well problem if they're a pair Nori it will probably end up keeping them here as part of our family and hot dog I promised I would keep we will definitely keep hot dog he is he is cute and pearl we will definitely keep two so I think that means the corn snake in the sand boa and maybe one of the mbks are the only ones that'll be put up for adoption in adoption Island but they all look super healthy you did a great job with them I thought I said maybe I didn't I don't know and the if I didn't mention it I don't need to pay attention to that's our editor's job yeah that's right sorry Michael Nori great job on shipping snakes for the first time they all made it successfully they all were a great temperature actually and you did an awesome job raising those snakes I'm sorry you weren't able to keep these guys long term but I can promise you we will give them a really good home even the ones that we're going to adopt them we'll be able to find them a good home so thank you Nori and the last thing we're going to open in this video the last snake we're gonna start and end this video with a very fancy morph yeah so this is one of Emily's favorite morphs I like this morph have never worked with it personally we had het yeah but not actually this morph so anyway let's dive in as you can see western hognose yep we have a hog nose in here this is a big box for one hug oh I love your YouTube channel I'll be visiting the zoo next year oh cool cool can't wait to see you foreign [Music] oh cool they heated one side so it wouldn't overheat him yeah because here's the meat pack and here's a crying a cryo pack yeah nice wow a lot of packaging in here well here's our little dude in this in this bag in this huge box okay last snake of the video I'm gonna unwrap you oh we got this one from snakes at Sunset yep we've done a handful of business with them and they've always treated us well yeah and we haven't like said we're snake Discovery or anything we just approached them you know as we do yep and I've had good experience to do with everybody oh yeah look I can see him I can see they see him oh my goodness here he is oh wow he looks like albino on camera just plain old albino plain old elbow oh really yeah he looks oh my gosh it looks so much lighter in person he's like he's got a pink background here let me see this for a second you should look at the camera this is the worst I've ever seen is it like worse than lavender yes oh yeah he just he just likes albino oh my gosh yeah even the background is white it's in person that background is all the white is pink uh come on camera oh well that's kind of a letdown for the end of the video well here let me let me I'll pull this so you can look at that I'm gonna pull my camera out and see if this has better okay color correction okay it sounds good so this is a pink pastel albino so it's a different strain of albinism but it gives them more of a pink look and it's a different morph altogether like it's not compatible with an albino it's its own morph so this really wait what oh is that look it doesn't look any different yeah it still looks I'll buy it now oh yeah it totally does man what a bummer maybe Michael uh Photoshop it it or correct the color to make that look pink yeah can you wait no not that pink oh wait no no you turn it blue no we're looking for pink like Pink Panther okay okay there we go yeah that's what we're gonna get that's as close as we're gonna get and back to regular camera so there we have our last hognose being unboxed in this video sorry it looks just like a normal hillbino but hopefully with that editing you kind of have an idea of what this guy looks like in it's like peachy colored yeah peachy pink I don't know it's like he's blushing all the way down yeah so this morph hopefully we can breed into uh this is actually our only snake that has pink pastel in it so now we need a head female I was looking for a hat fingernail maybe a conda hat pink pastel female I was looking for a lot of different that'd be cool that's okay we'll just take we have him for now and eventually we'll find a compatible female for him so there you go and we're gonna end today's video the first snake that we opened who is doing great by the way this is the Sunburst male that was sent to us by Tom Harbin and thank you again Tom so much for this Sunburst I so bright he is so bright especially after holding that pink pesto like I like the pink pastel morph that we we bought that one I feel like the pink pastel pulls the colors like it fades those colors out this like brings that color up yeah well this is sable and albino so that combination is just oh my gosh deep Reds yes holy cow so yeah definitely go check out Tom Harbin and his reptiles that he has for sale to be what he's supposed to look like and have Michael interject that maybe we could after quarantine put him next to other morphs of ours and then we can compare them all and then you'll be able to
