of this amazing oven here we have the oven this is a of course a custom main table and then i put all the details into it so you can get the idea no problem this is uh uh basically the table where you're going to make the pizzas let's go ahead and let's turn it on this way i'll show you the flame now that you see that the oven is on this oven comes with two flame low flame for the body style pizza or for the steak or for your chicken and then hot what i just noticed that the oven was uh probably is going to be uh it gets really hot really really hot so by my experience i turn it on one hour before this way the stone gets really hot and then we're gonna go ahead and try to make one pizza and then the second one because of course this is going to be the first pizza ever cooking in this summer so i don't know this oven so what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna go ahead and try to make the first pizza just a quick margherita small just to see the bottom of the oven if the stone is nice out this oven is not that expensive not that cheap but today we are going to see together if it's worth it the price let's see how much cost i'm at the website of uni and then the price of this oven is about 499 dollars let's get into this video right away and let's make this pizza don't pay attention of the dough we have to pay attention how this oven cooks the pizza let's test the oven with the first pizza perfect let's get into this uh pizza testing this is the first one let's put a little bit of flour right here let's go ahead and let's stretch perfect to learn how to stretch please guys it off because i'm getting burnt this oven is really hot what i notice on this oven is it's very small it gets too hot the flame is a little too hot but that makes also the texture of the pizza better so but then you can modify the flame how you want it so you want the pizza more crispy you can make it this one was a pizza neopoitan style the bottom of the pizza is a little bit uh well done because i over maybe i over uh leave the oven for too much too long with the flame on and then it went too hot uh but that's not bad it's actually better and then you know this is just to test the oven and then just to let you know that if you when you get up a new oven and then you will burn two three pizzas on the beginning that doesn't mean that you don't know how to make the pizza it's just to let
