Unboxing 2 Pallets - They tipped over! What is broken? Paid $4,000.00 - Bought from Closeouts

hey everybody heather from hooked on picking we are possibly going to do one maybe two palettes depending on how much is on this palette you probably uh saw us talk about the fact that this palette was supposed to be one tall stack and it fell over in the truck so this is the part that was on the bottom i believe this was the part that was on the top so i have no idea what the condition of this is this is from a closeout company we spent roughly about four thousand dollars on all of this product between this palette and this palette and we're going to find out what's the condition now that it's tipped over and fall it over on the truck and will we make our money back please i really hope so because four thousand dollars tied up in product is a lot of money so let's get on boxing [Music] all right well we're just going to start with these boxes here this one i think we showed you on the last video but someone got hungry and ate it yeah i think when the palette tipped it probably ripped into all this yeah the puzzles look good but we've had these puzzles similar puzzles to this before it's a mixture so you never know what you're gonna get exactly okay so let's see what kind of puzzles we got really honestly i think the palette was too big to begin with probably saved us some money on shipping but it's got to get to us yep so that's an emoji one they're a thousand piece puzzles this one is that's cool grandma's attic yeah we've got curiosity shop these are neat this one well the box got a little warped but not too bad yeah not too bad not too bad at all really then this one i feel like is named for us pickers hall pickers hall look at that that would be some neat stuff in there all right and i think we're gonna sign two different kinds there's beach vacation and the family campsite nice so um my guess is anytime we find a box of six puzzles that's gonna be basically some sort of mixture of similar puzzles like that so these are the amy stewart ones so i'm just gonna set this here i'll bring a whole box over to the table later but this was the one i was really worried about so i'm going to be very careful when opening this box because this says candles on it and i'm pretty confident i heard broken glass inside this one and so yeah you can see where it came down on it yeah this is probably where it tipped over and came down because this is very heavy this one's supposed to be autumn turkey that's what it's called then reeboks looks like maybe yeah i don't think this is this is oh yeah this is a different kind oh cool so these are just be careful of glass yeah hershey's kisses scented candle oh my word does milk it does smell it smells like mint chocolate chip that is fantastic mint truffle so that's this one uh let's see what else is in here reach down here and grab this one i think the glass is over on that side this one is oh it smells just like it can you smell it it's good isn't it it smells good doesn't it guys how many sniff the camera then here looks like each layer is a different scent this one is sugar cookie sugar cookie these are great yeah i didn't even know it was like this i didn't get to see a picture of this it just simply said i think it said hostess but these are kisses these are hershey's kisses oh maybe their own is hostess and hershey's owned by the same company this one is apple fruit pies look at that vibrant green how fun is that an apple fruit pie smells amazing okay someone have to be broken right yeah oh there we go that one looks a little funky just be careful oh this one's still okay maybe the one next to it okay this one's still okay maybe we're just hearing the glasses clink together maybe because i no there's there's a chunk of glass right down there see it oh i do see it so is it one of the ones that you just pulled out no those all have their whole rim let me just look i'm trying to be very careful yeah just don't cut yourself yeah this one yep there it is well hey if it's only one that broke that's that's a miracle in and of itself i think that's it that's the only piece of glass i see see very cool all right i'm to set this one off to the side so the hostesses are a bunch of apple fruit pies yes so apple fruit pies and then we have a bunch of hershey kisses yes hershey's kisses and we have those three flavors i think they're all apple fruit fries with the hostess they're all the same scent as the apple that's cool yeah so that's really neat i think those could go on the fire still actually pretty good yes because these will be easy to wrap yep because they're smaller and what we're going to attempt to do is we'll have multiples on the fire sale so that more people have a chance to to to win one or to get one and then we will also put them in the store and then if i have time i'm going to try to put some of this online also on hookedonpickin.com so for those that can't make the fire sales our fire sales are getting really humongous with a lot of quantities and so what we're trying to do is just make some available for those that can't make it to the fire sales and make our fire sales a little bit more manageable just for our it takes us a long time to get everything packaged and invoiced and all that we were talking about our new system the way we did our pick tickets it was huge that saved us probably two hours yeah worth of work yep so that's been really cool all right let's see what's in here so these tickets we've gotten from this close-out company there's three probably separate items in this one sometimes i can understand their chicken scratch and sometimes i can't ain't too bad actually my handwriting is a lot worse let's just do this there we go well packaged yeah it is what do we have tomorrow's tomorrow this is oh a scale smart body scale look at that there's an app for that this will just instantly make you skinnier it's that smart and smart huh skinny and smart i'll take either i'll take either you know yeah me too what's this one sunbeam go heat oh this is like one of those stem pads for your back yeah and i uh it's got a couple of reusable gel patches this could be really good and then what is this one this is a different size well everybody needs a s'mores maker in the same box as the scales that is funny after you've eaten this use the scale or no use the scale scale first then eat that yeah this is neat sharper image stuff yeah that is cool yep she called last minute saying we have sharpened yeah they got a sharper image load in so cool now sharper image i think it might be bed bath and beyond because they're closing a bunch of those stores i think i'm not 100 certain but uh that'll be great all right what else we got okay this looks a little yeah less than desirable so we're gonna go ahead and put this down here just do not drop it has been dropped i was with the truck driver when he opened the back and he was just like oh my i don't it's just a weird placement of the palette oh here's some more of the sharper image so this is electronic key finder i feel like i need to attach this to my phone yeah because i always lose money as soon as i as soon as i saw this i'm like definitely that's a oh yeah fun little gadget that people would so you just leave this in your house on a charger and then you boop hit this one or this one so you can have your husband and wife's keys the only problem is what if you lose a little booper well that's why you leave it in the same spot oh i see i'd have to glue it we need to get that for our son he's always losing his keys always find your keys always find you know you could put those little tags on anything really it doesn't have to be your keys your kid fine yeah where's my kid boom it's awesome spouse kid all right dog cat awesome this is a recovery roller it's pretty heavy actually yeah rechargeable relaxing vibration multiple rolling options so you'll roll it neat and it has like massage stuff see it shows some stuff on the side oh yeah like that ooh on the leg i didn't think about the leg i always think of the back yeah that's cool that is cool all right what's this of course they are inflatable push bumpers push bumpers basically you can joust in your home yeah you knock the snot out of each other i feel like we should give this to the youth group of course because you stand on these unbalanced thingies for home builders yes our young couples get together our young couples or middle-aged couples because we're we're not young couples anymore i guess listen you won't tell i think we're getting to be the oldest couple there aren't we yeah we are okay and then more of the more of the pugle stick thing nice what was this again oh yeah good deal neat i like this stuff this is cool stuff yeah i always black yeah and the pictures are maybe a little different color yeah so this one's wood grain this one's black okay let me just check the other ones got a black one one more in here another black one okay so we'll just have to be aware of that i wonder if they even knew they were different they might not have but they might not have give people a couple different choices at least okay perfect oh because it only has one of those green tags or yellow tags or whatever color that is neon tags oh cleaning wipes brillo cleaning wipes multi-surface citrus cleaner yeah 40 wipes this would be perfect for like your car your kitchen wherever they're not huge yeah so that looks like this whole container is basically full yep well right now you can get really good deals and close out companies from those kind of wipes but they do have an expiration on them i always have to be a little careful we'll look for it but most of that's even getting sorted out there was just so much of the stuff made during the height of covet they actually you could get ppe money uh companies could which was hey it was needed thing at the time for sure and now they probably made just so too much of it was all said and done but so you can find good deals oh these remind me of kohl's kohl's has boxes just like these so this is an led message board write your messages in a funny way get your message out there when you use this house shape writing board it says it's led so does it light up probably with bright led bulbs to illuminate your words this light box is both functional and funky requires three double a batteries not included you know the not included is actually a really good thing for closeout yes because when batteries are included it usually ruins the item with the corrosion a lot of times so about we have noticed about 25 percent of batteries included devices end up not working for us correct so battery's not included is a good thing and a really good movie sorry that's a fun movie you were like what movie is that well i bet every a bunch of people watching will know that movie it's so cute all right wind tower little fan there you go we have one just like this in lexi's room we do it's like oscillating she just needs just a little bit of air moving her room is kind of the corner of the house doesn't get a lot of air movement from the event so very cool all right so we got that are there only supposed to be two things in this box i think yeah that's it so we got neat these these will ship good too because of the size yeah these are a lot smaller than i i mean height wise i like them better oh look i just noticed that you can turn it the top will turn one way and the bottom will turn another yeah so it's not just a single like i thought you had to use it general at one time probably probably was dollar generals two years ago distributed by who old east main company sometimes it'll save but that looks like a dollar general tag could be cvs so they'll be under five bucks and they're matching but i think they'll still go they won't break in shipping looks like they'll be dude i think that probably could have gone for five dollars pretty there's something easy here awesome oh cool some say welcome some say thankful yeah i think that's all the only two though welcome and thankful that's cool yeah i like them that is neat and they'll ship well nifty the way that was a nifty slide looks like we got different colors too that's really cool i didn't even know they came in different colors you got pink pink it's like pink and orange this is a stainless steel too yeah how many ounces 30 fluid ounces it's a good size 30 hours cold 10 hours hot it was 14.99 and you're gonna get a good deal on those bad boys thousand dollars a piece all right five more boxes mm-hmm you might be able to open a few boxes on top of the other one yeah just to give me some a few more options of stuff to sell on the fire sale and the list what do we got there patches for stem yep things i think i uh we'll probably try to sell them in a pack the with the the heater along with some extra refill kits that's cool that way they're all right you're good to go for a while that's what's in here i do like how they tell you how many items in the box that's actually kind of nice for us two different items yes we have to dig all the way to the bottom and unbox that's a good idea way to go ordering both of them together you smart what is this same thing yeah okay what is this hot cold gel slip-ons for your feet for your sore feet so you could do warm or cool that's cool yeah i don't know i've never never seen them before but i thought your socks actually i think this is the size it is the sock you're right yeah so do you just put it's got two large gel packs and two small gel packs so you just put it in the microwave or something yeah heats and microwave or cools in the freezer yeah and you can put it on your feet i love this sharper image stuff i do too i'm liking it me too this particular close-up company what they did is they sent me pictures uh just taking off somebody's phone and they was like hey what do you think about this stuff i'm like yeah yeah and it was it had just come in yeah so we kind of got first dibs on it because we already had an order in progress and she's like hey how about if i throw these on the top of your pallet well maybe we shouldn't throw it on the top next time but okay this is supposed to have one thing in it oh is this more scales more scales we have we have lots of scales that's awesome you can never have too many of them this is true you always sell scales all right last one says repack and what if i don't want a regular we probably could hop into that other palette over there for just a little bit yeah i think so i love these things yeah that could be good that's gonna be awesome cool all right you wanna go over here yeah we have to be real careful with this see how it's leaning really bad there so i think i'll probably start on the lean side just to kind of lighten the load here yeah and i don't want to cut too far down on this plastic because it is legitimately holding it we sell them in a four pack of four different kinds mm-hmm and we sell them for dirt cheap i think it's like five bucks for a four-pack yeah these are really fun stocking stuffers or just activities with your kids all summer yeah people have been buying them yep been great and we blow out of them yeah so awesome awesome awesome so those are cool i'm gonna put those over here cool then we'll try animal and the uh the tags had pumpkin decor on it oh well there you go metallic pumpkins those are really cute maybe we should do a lot more of this because where do you want to do all the fall stuff fall stuff would be great this it's like 90 degrees here uh so it's hard to think of fall but it is hard to think to fall i uh i set up a new clock in our back room here and it has an outside temperature gauge and i think the outside temperature gauge is sitting against something metal because it says it's 131 degrees we're really hoping it's not 131 to 132 degrees outside because i'm pretty sure the outdoor sensors if it is something horribly has gone wrong i had just put it inside of like a windowsill because i didn't want to bolt it to the wall because i'm lazy um you were not lazy well far from it in that moment i was oh good more of these yes indeed okay so these are what are these called i'm wondering yeah it's the same as that box it's good though to get those off the pallet so less tragedy will strike on the lean it is pretty precarious i think it is different kind of box what do we have poke balls we got some pokemon gotta catch them all you got blue what are we like the bead thing box so that might actually be really good because those things aren't going to break on you that's exactly good well that worked out well at least it wasn't like the candles or something else you know i'm still shocked that the only thing that's broken is one candle thus far all right all right this one is upside down so let's flip it over okay and then i'm going to start that corner there you're doing great heather it shows we've seen these these are a little different these are bigger a little bit of a different color yeah they're rose gold is what they're called yeah what was the tag on the bottom sometimes we can tell 799 and then it says distributed by walgreens walgreens okay yep these are cute that's cool so they probably were uh walgreens two years ago or last year and that's how we're finally getting them which works out perfect for us now same amount i think we should sell them as a small and a big set you know like yeah we could we'll see yeah well they're a little bit different color because here's the difference if you want to stand over here so they're a little bit different size a little bit different colors this one's a little bit more goldish i feel like silverish this one's more rose gold but they're i mean even if you don't put them i love your pumpkins babe she's holding pumpkins yep what am i gonna do all right i think i know what this is based on the name we had them before yes so these are save the bees yes i remember these we sold so many of these and what we did is we did groups of i think four of a kind i think so or something but we'll see how many we have and we'll make sets because they were 299 at cvs so this one is zinnia zinnia daisies they were like there was like three yeah three or four different kinds another one oh my word this one is fruit pie cherry fruit by cherry so we've got cherry we've got apple we've got twinkie i love these candles man these are awesome we can definitely put some of these in the store too twinkies people how much people love these yeah and they're small enough they're going to ship really nicely oh yeah they love the bright colors in them too yeah they're really fun all right some more candles that might have been something that it was probably a promotional thing that for whatever reason didn't sell as well but i think it would sell yeah they smell amazing okay put in the comment below if you would buy a twinkie candle okay i think these might be puzzles it could be buffalo sometimes then buffalo mix then we just figure out what puzzle okay so these are the really pretty scenes this one's called stephanie's canoe rental this one is oh look at that i i remember we had these before and people loved them but i just don't we just don't usually get a whole lot of them morning surprise and this one is best friends really are beautiful aren't they yeah so i think we'll probably have more i know we'll have more than one box of these i would imagine probably but we might only have four of one particular puzzle yeah like the amber was a great one four of them okay so we've got puzzles cool looks like we got another one here this is the same thing cool and that one over there there there and there great so we'll have we'll have at least four of each probably okay that's cool not bad at all i see some of the more save the bees stuff here too we yes it is look at that includes tablet holder lap desk and notepad plus 50 sheets so that's really cool and it has baby yoda on it so we're definitely selling so you can actually put like a chromebook or a tablet in here in that little slot yeah i like it i love those i like it a lot yeah i think they're about the right size to still ship yeah i think we are okay there all right now we'll try to get that leaning big box i think i might just leave it right there and open it something looks like that sharper image stuff but this is a box shape we haven't seen yet yeah aromatherapy diffuser and sound sue there so it has like white noise it's got essential oils large capacity seven hours of aroma or on continuous or 14 hours if you do it intermittent wireless remote built-in audio plays four soothing sounds tranquil ocean peace and rainforest i wonder what the peace sound is you know just somebody yelling peace peace peace calm down peace it says set miss to a continuous mode or timer of one three or six hours nice that's awesome can you imagine six hours a piece that would be amazing would be crazy i think that's going to happen after our children what that's when we take hooked on scale you guys need to calm down if you're measuring your banana goodness all right i'd be measuring snicker bars yes how many snicker bars can i eat today i shouldn't need any snicker bars i got on the scale this morning i just want to cry i'm like how did this happen i looked around for who to blame i wasn't there well there was a mirror there i looked deeply into myself and went it's your i feel so important that it says hooked on there do you yes you feel important oh these things digital coin jars i wanted one of these so bad when i was a kid i love these things look at this i think rest over there is the puzzles yeah it's good to see we've got more than that this one says brillo wipes which we've already seen and then underneath it is more puzzles awesome it's got the six pack of puzzles and the four pack of puzzles so you got these two boxes on the corner here yep that's really the only thing that's a new item neat okay and we'll be able to get this pallet moved out of the way for the arrival of more ball pallets and we have another one from b g sales coming yep which was it should be one to two pallets potentially three oh paw patrol is it a coloring book can i remember pre-k work oh it's a workbook yeah we got this one then we got this one is healthy heroes so and then this one is alphabet another thing in here oh these are cool remember those yes so these are basically electronic tweezers yep we sold all those so fast and we only had a few i think when we originally done so we bought a bunch more i think just two yep just two things in that all right one more box all right okay can you see good i can see great three different things in this one so this originally was in the middle of the palette but it ended up on the bottom of the top that fell off oh good unbreakable stuff so here's a weighted comfort eye mask oh that's got some weight to it that's nice well this would be something kind of neat to have you can make it hot or cold also oh that's awesome touch the thermometer those weren't like hotcakes yeah whenever we get these we usually do quite well with them oh and then there's more smart kitchen scales in there too okay great so
