glasgow buzzing to welcome you here and as we enter into worship look we're gonna start straight away with worship i want you to jump to your feet and we're gonna read a scripture together as we begin this morning fixing our eyes on jesus and i've had this passage of scripture inside me all week i mean i've just not been able to shake it i've been trying to think of other scriptures to read but this passage has got so deep inside of me and i think we've got to set our attention on this truth so i wonder if we could get revelation 21 verses 1 to 7 on the screen and we're gonna read this twice because i want you to get the magnitude of where we are going so let's start together and read this out loud then i saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away and there was no longer any sea i saw the holy city the new jerusalem coming down out of heaven from god prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband and i heard a loud voice from the throne saying look god's dwelling place is now among the people and he will dwell with them they will be his people and god himself will be with them and be their god come on let's read that again let's read that i let's go back to verse one i think you can do better than that i could barely hear you so let's start that then i saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away and there was no longer any sea i saw the holy city the new jerusalem coming down out of heaven from god prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband and i heard a loud voice from the throne saying look god's dwelling place is now among the people and he will dwell with them they will be his people and god himself will be where and be there god come on so good this is what we've got to fix our eyes on so why don't you just stretch your arms out find a posture of worship and i hope that you've come this morning hungry you see god begins the story with the presence of god he ends the story with his presence and right now here where we are he continues the story with the weight of who he is in the room and the lord is saying to us this morning two words eyes up eyes up eyes up set your gaze beyond into eternity set your gaze beyond into what is ahead set your gaze up off your chaos off your surrounding circumstances that are pressing you on every side eyes up some of you're gonna have to say that to yourself right now eyes up come on eyes up sam eyes up tell yourself and start to raise your gaze start to set your affection and i wonder just in this place if you would start to sing just of the worthiness of jesus start to pour yourselves out come on he's worthy's worthy eyes up church eyes up church eyes up family [Music] he's worthy he's worthy he's worthy he's worthy he's worth it [Music] come on you're gonna have to stir yourselves up i know you might be tired or anxious but he's worthy he's worthy he's worthy come on eyes up eyes just feel a couple of moments ago the weight of the kingship of jesus just set foot in the room oh the king is here the king is here the king is here for he is enthroned on the praises of his people and the lord is saying i'm building a throne here on your praise this morning i'm building my throne on your praise this morning stand in it [Music] lock eyes with his kingship lock eyes with him as ruler can you see him can you see him come on he needs you to see him this morning he's opening your spiritual eyes in this moment to see him on his throne can you see him can you see him can you see him on his throne high and lifted up raining above the circle of the air can you see him king jesus [Music] some of you maybe see i choose to see you as king i choose [Music] jesus can you see him can you see him can you see him can you see him can you see him come on we can see him we can see him this truly is an isaiah sex woman come on this is an isaiah sex moment see the lord see him seated on his throne with the train of his robe filling this temple can you see them jesus just start to sing as you see him in his worship bubbles let's just linger a woman in this sovereign place of glory we don't want to rush on by from what god is doing just start to sing he's worthy he's worthy [Music] you're seated on the throne above all things for you are the first and the last you're the beginning in the end the desire of nations [Music] you need to get low feel his sovereignty feel his kingship get low get low get low get low get low get low get low get low get low bow down come on bow down cast your crowney's feet because he's worthy he's worthy and sometimes the only posture is on your knees and on your face when there are no words when there are no words sometimes you just have to get low sometimes you have to just get low there's a reason why when john saw jesus he fell down as though dead he didn't have the words to explain the magnificence of the one that he just saw oh we get low we get low we get low we get low worthy king worthy king jesus can you feel him can you feel his blinding beauty and holiness as we were praying before we came to worship we started to see the light of christ flood the room like bombs the blinding light of christ is his holiness in the year that king uzziah died i saw the lord seated on his throne and the train of his robe filled the temple and isaiah's only response when he saw the punity of his king was to say woe to me i won of unclean lips purify me purify me purify me jesus jesus jesus and i saw the lord as a surgeon with a sharp scalpel for operating on the deep places of you you see this is not just that i take a posture of worship or i come just in a posture of awe but he responds by cutting in me that that which should not be there is cut out and the spirit of the lord says i will take the knife of purification and i will cut you right down the middle says the lord from the top of your head right down the middle of your face don't write down your chest the lord says i will cut you into that i may perform a work of purification on the inside of you and the lord says i am reaching in deep and i will cut out that which has hindered you right now let it go the lord says right now give me access but the spirit of the lord says this know that i am not just cutting out your sins and your besetting cyclic issues but the spirit of the lord says know this you have become a people that are not at my pace and the spirit of the lord says their enemy has put within you a sluggishness and a weariness and a battle fatigue and that has grown like a tumor in the midst of you and the spirit of the lord says i come to take out that which is weary i come to take i that which is broken as much as i come to purify and the spirit of the lord says this i am healing the metabolism of my people now some of you are gonna get a natural miracle of actual physical metabolism but the lord says my church is out of pace and so the sign in the natural is an assault against metabolisms and the lord says as i heal the speed at which your body works you will also find an ability to keep pace with me in the spirit for the lord said you have forgotten that the spirit and the natural are interlinked and so the spirit of the lord says there are thyroid issues in this house that i will heal and there are metabolism metabolism issues in this house that i will heal says the lord as i cut out the assignment of slowness there are boil issues the lord says that will heal in this place pace it's pace is holy ghost pace it's the rhythms of heaven in your spirit in your emotions and in your physical form and the spirit of the lord says watch as my knife cuts and watches my hand then stitches you back together says the lord for i will stitch you back together with a wholeness a wholeness a wholeness and an ability to take steps you will move says the lord and you will move at my pace and your body will work with it says the lord and he's healing hearts right now physical hearts from irregular heartbeats and fluttering heartbeats and even a heart that beats almost out of control and the lord says your heart shall beat in time with mine says the lord your heart shall beat in time with mine [Music] jesus i don't want anything in me that's not in you jesus i don't want a thought i don't want an action i don't want a wounding i don't want an offense i don't want an anger i don't want an unforgiveness jesus i want to have christ formed within me and so i'm low father god this morning i'm low because i see in me things that are not in heaven and father god we stand in need of your mercy and we stand in need of your patience and your forgiveness but god my cry is that you would not leave any stone unturned in my heart father god that you would fix what i cannot fix that you would expose what needs exposed and oh jesus oh jesus that i would start to look like you oh come on just pray that out loud i don't want anything in me that's not in you that's the prayer of the morning i don't want anything in me there's not in you jesus i don't want anything in me that's not in you thank you jesus deep deep deep deep deep deep deep it's a deep work it's a deep work [Music] so when you are ready i want you to rise to your feet just find someone next to you lay a hand on them and i want you to just make a buckets for the offering um there's a couple of announcements that uh i just want you to know of on saturday this coming saturday we have baptisms at loch lomonds some of our our people are being baptized which is super fun and that's on saturday um oh what's the step there samuel hope that's on film no we have baptisms on saturday morning uh in malaria bay i think it is um on the 18th and also super exciting we have an offering we have an offering briefcase okay samuel you can go around and take the offering in a briefcase um we're smooth we're slick here at power church we're excellent oh we have it we have them here samuel we have them here and you should have gifted envelopes on your seat and if you're a uk taxpayer if you want to give that out and fill that out we can claim gifted back in that on friday coming friday the 17th we have a super exciting new event that we're launching for covenant family and for our volunteers we are launching again friday fire now who remembers friday fire from way back who was at a friday fire also a lot of you haven't been before and but way back that's actually probably how i got first introduced to glasgow prophetic center at that point and we will be meeting here for hours of worship and encounter and prophecy no preaching no teaching worship and just going deep is that seven o'clock we meet seven till till ten three hours we're gonna worship we're gonna press in and god is gonna turn up so that's this friday the 17th it's a great move love the offering briefcase friday the 17th for our first friday fire seven until 10 here for worship and encounter and then we have baptisms uh on the day the day falling on the 18th right i think we're ready for kids to go with natalie join a wave what ages the kids that go with you again three to primary seven and then any kids younger there's a crash at the back just there as well so you can be released to go just while that's happened we extend a super warm welcome to this morning is with it what's that when two tribes go to war is that actually it that's a great song oh great i'm sure you were blessed by that i know you'll be expecting me to lead worship next week but you're not ready for that yet hi everybody how are you doing today good to see your happy smiling faces you're all looking very gorgeous you can turn to your neighbor and say you look particularly beautiful today particularly beautiful today you are particularly beautiful okay oh i can't see my notes the thing's at a funny angle i can't see my notes jesus we want to be transformed father we yearn to go from glory to glory jesus please don't leave us as you find us but come father god and transform our thinking transform our words transform our actions father we stand in transition seasons and in shaking days and father we don't want to be those married to panic or stress or anxiety but father we want to be those transformed those with the mind of christ those secure in your thoughts those blessed by the actions they take father we want to be the church i want to be the church we want to be the church father we don't want to play a game where you roll your eyes in heaven and tap your fingers on your throne because we're like kindergarten children in nominal faith father we want to be those who are all in in word and deed and action well we titled this two kingdoms and uh is that on its lowest setting otherwise i'll blow away uh titled this two kingdoms i i feel like it's time to have a conversation afresh about the fact that there are two kingdoms the kingdom of god and the kingdoms of this world or the kingdoms of darkness same thing and i think we know about satan versus god as some kind of individual warring superhero versus the anti-hero each with individual special pars i think we know about darkness versus light in some kind of ethereal way the cosmic battle out there i think we know about righteousness versus unrighteousness in our own lives but we are living in a clash of the kingdoms entire cultures entire domains that are led and run completely differently each kingdom has a leader and a structure of government and both in ephesians and colossians you see that structure of government named principalities rulers thrones elders council chambers functioning within a hierarchy that runs a mass movement of a kingdom each kingdom is planned and organized with defined jobs and they are at continual and unrelenting war they have headquarters and they have foot soldiers and they have hero generals the each kingdom over the millennium has had winds and each kingdom has had some losses the angels are grouped into legions each legion with 6 000 members the demons understand mass cooperation making sure they gather together the strongest to indwell empty humans each is marching to capture as many souls as they can before the end of time is called they are obviously not equal parts but most who are part of the kingdom of god spend much of their time in league with the kingdoms of this world not actually realizing where the battle lines are these kingdoms strategize they keep watch over each other they move in the spirit realm trying not to be seen by each other and so we read in scripture that their behavior is either like thieves in the night or like the suddenlies of god trying to keep one step ahead of each other each kingdom has vast spirit armies and determined customs and values they have shared songs in each kingdom holy holy holy being one that we read in scripture they have shared language that's why you can speak in tongues each has sacred texts each has collective understandings of a way of life that has spanned millennium there are things that they prize and there are things that they reject on mass these kingdoms are both busy and both of these kingdoms are spoken of in scripture as having fully functioning cities the city of sheol or hades the city of the dead and the city of god in other words they are not haphazard and satan trials watching what's happening on the earth as god's eyes also go to and fro one rules by domination and violence and self-centeredness above all things the other rules by liberation and love and the glory of god above all things and these kingdoms are maneuvering all around you all of the time and we are very dull to that it is not an odd angel here and there or an odd demon here and there it is strategic scaffolding and structuring to bring about their par in the most preeminent way they can you did not come into a private faith when you met jesus you joined a kingdom and a culture now this culture just happens to be counter culture to the kingdoms of this world there are head quarters clearly and leaders who are in the spirit realm but each kingdom outworks ownership in the natural realm they are looking as their highest prize of actions on earth they wore not only around us but through us in actions what you do is their prize satan's prize in god's prize is measured within the heart that over spills in your mouth and your actions so we have a role and a partnership with actions that display the culture of an entire kingdom and when you act according to the culture of that kingdom that is a warfare statement on planet earth and perhaps the greatest victory of the kingdom of darkness has been where it blurred the lines about where their kingdom begins and ends could you easily define for me what is the kingdom of this world if you don't know what the kingdom of this world is your unlike you're unlikely to not partner with it or you're likely to partner with it let's put it that way right and satan offers jesus at his temptation what the kingdoms of the he doesn't offer him the kingdoms of darkness that's slightly different he offers him the kingdoms of this world why because they're his to give and jesus rejects this offer yet you and i want to gain the kingdoms of this world we want to be loved by them we want to be accepted by them and in some way we want to be promoted within them and adored by them we share the kingdoms of this world value for ego and the need for applause and jesus during the temptation is standing somewhere in the judean hills and satan is showing him it says they went to a high mountain you read that in the scriptures and he's showing them the kingdoms of this world and so in the physical on the mountains in judea although there is some debate about which exact mountain it was he is likely with his physical eyes jesus to be able to see the three kingdoms or three regions ruled by herod and his sons and what do we know about herod we're warned about the leaven of herod's kingdom which is what the political spirit and so herod's kingdoms are political entities they're economic superpowers they are perverse in their entertainment culture and so jesus was not being offered some kind of spiritual realm he was being offered the very substance of the structures of the material realms of politics of economics and of entertainment that's what he was being offered he said i don't want what's yours satan and what has happened is that the church now leans on these kingdoms to come to its aid the church gets upset if the kingdom of the world for example doesn't rush to help it quash heresy in its laws the church wants the kingdoms of the world to give them space to bless them and to tolerate them and yet we are supposed to be at war with the kingdom we are saying would you bless us satan bless us through your kingdoms that's how we live most of our lives and we don't like the fact that the kingdoms of this world belong to satan we don't like oh you say you could have the kingdoms of darkness i mean yes i mean that city of sheol and hades and death i mean you can have that but we don't like that satan owns the kingdoms of this world because we love our own lives and we love to be spoilt in the ways the kingdoms of the world spoil us we love the affirmation of the world and we break dine if we don't get the affirmation of the world and so we have no idea when jesus says well done good and faithful servant because our value is in a demonic measurement of how good you are and what has become increasingly plausible to us and increasingly hard to stand against is our slide towards loving materialism and the evils of the prosperity gospel which are about your wealth rather than your responsibility we love the concepts of domination and the need to win or to be the best that's empire spirit we love the individualism from the world that we have dressed up as evangelicalism because evangelicalism is all about the individual [Music] and we call that enlightened church thinking and we teach a gospel of rights and have lost the gospel of responsibility so what happens to babylon kingdoms of this world psalm 2 daniel 2 and actually most of revelation but particularly revelation tell us what happens to the kingdoms of this world they don't talk about them suddenly becoming righteous that really matters they only talk about the crushing of the kingdoms of this world in the most extreme type of way they talk about them being brought to an end with only one kingdom enduring forever in fact sam too talks about jesus dashing the kingdoms of the world to pieces like pottery and you'll know the phrase fall and fallen is babylon the great they get utterly annihilated and revelation parallels at some length the rise of the new jerusalem the kingdom of god and the demise of babylon the kingdoms of this world now i really feel like the lord is saying to us this morning become kingdom aware you've got to get re-sensitized to what is god and what is not god what is his culture and what is not his culture what he values what he doesn't value because you are moving into the days of a massive clash of the kingdom and the lord is saying i will bless you to open your eyes to see and understand the demarcation of the kingdom and this is war in the camp of the enemy who has hoodwinked the church for too long about where the boundaries of the kingdoms are now for absolute carty be the wheat amongst the tares be the yeast be the salt be the light but understand the mindset you need if you have a paid job or you go to school well most of us are in the world but not of it understand the mindset that you have to have that you are on fundamentally a rescue mission and that you are in a kingdom building rescue mission not a self-promotion mission and whilst your presence is absolutely necessary and you must be a faithful presence in the kingdoms of this world you must know that when you retire or when you die the kingdoms of this world will revert back to the culture of their master which is satan and ultimately scripture says christ will destroy all of them it's why we understand politics will not save us that's what that's why and every other kingdom you are not looking to christianize a system that will ultimately be destroyed you are looking to rescue souls and shift them into a kingdom that will never end and in essence this is a mindset shift where we guard our hearts from partnership with how the world continually thinks and i feel like the lord is asking us to say i'm not of this world i'm not of this world i'm not of this coming turn to your neighbor and say i'm not of this world come on i am not of this we'll own it i'm not of this world turn to your other neighbor i'm not of this world you actually can you feel that when you say that it does something your decrees are powerful i am not of this world and it starts to shift something i am not of this world i am a subversive holy spirit-filled force within an economic and political military demonic superpower and we have compromised because of our lack of ability to live by the thought that we are not of this world you are supposed to live in this world feeling displaced you're in exile you are passing through i am not of this world is a warfare statement against how satan has groomed the mind of the church who are desperate to fit in and be accepted now i preached this sheep and goats nation bit where was i oh in my most controversial preach ever on christian nationalism it was a private thing i don't i would literally get stoned if i preached it publicly but i'm going to preach a snipper of it but it's just about about sheep and goats the new testament never teaches you to think about the salvation of territory or land it teaches you to think about the salvation of individuals who come into the kingdom yes you don't see a sinner's prayer for a nation or a political party there is no biblical place that talks about sheep and goat nations that is not a biblical concept that is heresy it's dangerous heresy night let me read you the scripture in case you're wondering matthew 25 23 all the nations will be gathered before him and he will separate what quote the verse he will separate the the people not the nations he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separate sheep and goats the people get separated not the nations the judging process of god is not looking at the righteousness of the land the righteousness of the politics the righteousness of the laws the righteousness of the territory that's a muslim thought god doesn't judge like that he always judges the heart of the individual it doesn't matter how christian your laws are your christian laws won't save anybody now we'd like a christian law you you hear what i'm saying here so a political party doesn't accept jesus on mass a land is not made righteous because of the quality of the law jesus does not marry a nation jesus marries a bride jesus does not marry a system of government he marries the church and the heresy of sheep nations and goat nations has driven us into a form of christian nationalism where we work for the power of politics rather than the power of the people of god it's massive so most of the ways of the nation are counter culture to jesus christ and the culture of most nations needs to be viewed with holy suspicion and the gospel is inherently counter culture because god is counter culture and we must have a holy knee-jerk reaction against the spirit of the age my whole being needs to be instinctively intuitively counter-culture so when i pray thy kingdom come which you are part of that kingdom thy will be done it is an incredibly inflammatory statement to the kingdoms of this world i don't think we realize high inflammatory thy kingdom come is because it is a direct attack on the and a challenge to the cultural norms where jesus christ is not docile or domesticated now you are not counter culture just to be different or unique because you fancy being a bit different or unique that's individualism you are counter culture because the gospel demands it and christian distinctiveness now is absolutely vital christian distinctiveness on mass all of us is now absolutely vital and the radical thing about the early church is not that they worship jesus in just my savior but the radical thing is that they worship jesus christ as emperor as ruler as king of a domain and jesus christ is lord should be the most subversive thing you ever say because when you cry jesus christ is lord it means you are loyal to a king of a different realm and you are shunning the master of this world jesus christ is lord and what should get you into a lot of trouble is proclaiming allegiance to the sovereignty of christ because that should look unpatriotic it should look unpatriotic and peter and paul are executed by the roman emperors not because they have a nice theology about the afterlife but because they believe the kingdom of god was higher than their national government so let's talk about the mark of the beast you see john the revelator spends most of his time in revelation empty the system of the world it's just anti-babylon and his concern at one point in one stanza is that you would get the mark of what the world and the number 666 uh the mark of the beast is actually more about a lifestyle mark of living in agreement with the world's kingdom than a single moment of a vaccine or a bar code it is a heart alignment with the kingdom of this world and the mark is spoken about being placed on the head or the hands now whether that's literal or not ask david time will tell or my dad but what john is warning about is thinking head and hand marks or acting in allegiance with the world and in that regard every single one of us already has the mark of the beast every single one of us already has it well that's good news isn't it why because you love the kingdoms of this world and you became devoted to them particularly in your desire to be dominant or strong or wealthy or famous or powerful that's a mark of the beast so i wrote a letter to great britain which i will read you really inspired by brian zand who wrote a letter to the states but here's the british version great britain i love you you're the land of my birth the land that shaped my personality and sense of humor great britain i was raised on your shores and from you comes what i think is stylish and what i think good food tastes like potato bread and stilton cheese fish and chips and irish stew trini london makeup and underwear from m s and definitely kirk geiger shows great britain you have always been where i live but lately i'm increasingly aware that i'm an exile passing through you feeling displaced within your borders and deeply concerned at your choices great britain i love you even when i felt rejected and misunderstood by you even in wounding this is my home i have been all over the world but i always come home to you great britain you are the place of my greatest wrestles and struggles but also the place i find my children and husband who speak with the accents shaped by generations of britons before us there's so much i admire about you your energy your creativity the way you tell stories you gave us shakespeare and dickens and c.s lewis and tolkien i love your inventiveness you birthed jenner and his vaccines alexander graham bell and the telephone john mcadam and road construction that's the scottish one joan logee baird and the tv tim berners-lee and the world wide web and football and golf came from your lands great britain you raised pioneers and reformers like john knox and william wilberforce mary curie and florence nightingale emily pankhurst and captain james cook your missionary movement was unparalleled david livingston and hudson taylor mary slessor and gladys aylward i love your leadership spirit your passion for education the way you talk about the weather and your love of an taught me that i'm all i need with a good driven work ethic and an exhausting british mantra of try harder the last best hope for this world is jesus not you britain and your culture okay britain let me tell it to you with loving boldness sometimes britain you embarrass yourself when you get drunk on pride and stubborn arrogance your arrogance even looks like blasphemy you have an independent spirit that looks more like satan than christ you want people to think for themselves and have anything that they want and that goes against my faith in jesus christ and yielded to his mind not mine your capital is queen victoria sitting on a golden throne in the mall celebrating naval conquests your money is littered with pictures to britannia and her ruling trident and freemasonry obelisks are aplenty you cheer for a queen and wave her coming but your historic churches nigh museums point more to the skill of the builders of man rather than to the remembrance that they were once for the surely yours is a land of independent thinkers each wanting to be unique you do not know that freedom comes from yieldedness and liberty comes from submission and victory comes from cement surrender and overcoming comes from humbling yourself before god jesus christ is no longer giving you permission to be your own god britain you pillaged other nations and other lands to make yourself great you forced your empire agenda around the world yes i love you but not without boundaries i'm betrothed to christ alone and christ can have no rivals and even though you tell me i can be whatever i want and say whatever i like because you raised me in a culture that doesn't care for others and likes to dominate i know that jesus told his followers that whoever comes to me and does not hate his father a mother cannot be my disciple obviously jesus doesn't want his disciples to actually hate their parents but he's making a point about the requirement of unrivaled allegiance so great britain i can't allow your shaping of me to take over anymore great britain i can't allow your culture to muddy my allegiance to christ you see i have vowed to seek the kingdom of god and you'll just have to understand that now that we're this far into our difficult conversation i feel i have to say some other things it's true that i love your culture your creativity your invention i love your amazing contributions to science and art and i do love you because you're my home but there are some things i don't love about you your empire taught us about power in the wrong ways you taught us that power was about controlling and winning or being first and best you taught us to hunger for fame and our rights and our reputation above all you saturated our children with fake news that worldly fame and absolute selfishness was desirable you trained us that ownership was for personal gain and it was acceptable to have no societal responsibility you taught us that we were the source of our own satisfaction you stripped spirituality out of your thinking and built a kingdom on logic and science without god yet he created it you were triumphal in secular humanism and took joy in worshiping the idols of freedom of choice and expression you gave the world eminent secularist thinkers darwin hitchens dawkins and hume british isles please learn to be dependent again please learn how to be humble and to raise your gaze to king jesus not the flesh-colored god of self you don't have to try to be king of everything great britain jesus already is great britain i'm one of your citizens and i love you and i will seek your common good i will gladly contribute and pay taxes i do love you but not like i love jesus i cannot pledge unconditional allegiance to your ways i can promise to be a good citizen by attempting to love my neighbor as myself and that will have to be enough i will not marry your land or fly your flags or dance to your chin i will pray for you but from this moment i will be visibly different from you and i will do my best to lead the people in my care to be visibly different from you also i will show you a better way that of christ crucified may god bless you great unsettledness in your own spirit as you are torn on the inside as the enemy is separated from you i'm ripping you says the lord where you've had partnerships with the culture of the kingdoms of this world you see when i started to prophesy to you about the birth of a purified bride a birth of a remnant yep you heard me say those things the birth of a purified bride the starting days of the rising of the remnant you heard me prophesy a few months ago about this is the age of the church split one of the most painful words i've ever had to bring the age of the church split where the nominal church now is removed so that the remnant can arise you see did you read your bible and think that the purified church was just going to instantly come without some kind of process of tearing and separating and it starts in the house of god and while we're on it i thought about our devotions you see you come to christ doing your devotions with a worldly mindset with a kingdom of this world mindset you see you come to your devotions to do a good work rather than to be a good friend and so you you think subtly about your quiet times as as work and effort i have to be the best in my quiet times i have to do a better job that's empire worldly thinking and god says i am not your work coming to me is not work devotions are not work spending time with me is not to be done with the mindset of a work ethic it's not measured did i fail or did i succeed today because winning and losing is a satan thought and you're in a journey of an ongoing relationship do you ever think about your friendship i lost today i won today no and jesus is saying pull even the kingdom of this world out of your thinking about how you measure your quiet times your times with christ you come to a friend you don't come to get a job done let's stand father wake us up to the two tribes to the two kingdoms give us an alertness of that jesus come and pray that in your own hearts god i want to see where your kingdom begins and ends and where the kingdoms of this world begin and then come on wake up a super sensitization lay hands on yourself on your own tummy and or even on your head whatever is comfortable and start to say come alive to the reality of the two kingdoms just pray that over yourself jesus i want to come alive to the reality of the two kingdoms sorry that i've been so jesus you're my personal savior and not understood the cultures train me jesus mold me purify me we recognize jesus that we have got things so wrong and so back to front and upside down and have forgotten the absolute radical overhaul that takes place when we say yes to you and step into your kingdom we are sorry god where i have empire thinking i tear it off and cast it away where i have kingdom of darkness and kingdoms of this world thinking i tear off and cast them away jesus you're gonna have to teach me you're gonna have to teach me you're gonna have to take me back to school jesus and teach me how to live as one with both feet and your kingdom not one foot in and one foot out teach me god teach me how to live fully devoted to you and to your ways so i bless you this week in your pursuit
