rotten and for every room you clear with the rotten heart you get flies i think something like that it's something like that and also if you take r if you take rotten heart damage it doesn't reduce your it acts like a soul heart and that you don't like lose devil chance from doing it the birthright gives tainted kane double of pickups oh [ __ ] that's pretty good this pickleball loss what a [ __
