Trying a Wigan Kebab with Alfie Odd Job

oh it is I go cleaning windows doing on his boat we're both quiet waiting for an Aussie Parker it's an interesting job you're putting napkins you've got a top full of bakeries to me this is just a job people could look at me and think I'm daft but end of the day overall I must make a living whatever you need doing and the man for you go to cleaning rubbish removals drain them blocking repairs maintenance work I can fit more on that push bike when you're getting around and you think I'm like I've worked for quite a few people now in my time I'm just getting fired so I thought right if I sort of by myself I can't stop myself so you can stop me I think it's a brilliant idea and I think eventually you're going to be a big boss and you can have more people working I'm gonna but I want you to put me down for first job you walked on that's the one fella are you right there yeah I've got diagnosed with ADHD but I don't think diagnosing someone is a very nice thing to do kind of putting a label on someone saying you're this but actually you're not oh Alfie well you came and you did told me your jobs you cleaned out me James a million Sills you're painted and white Alfie your job what a guy what a guy so I can't wait to just sit down with this fella and have a chat and talk about what he's doing because what he's done in his local communities absolutely amazing when our Sports swim the other week we were just bouncing off each other such a funny lad we're gonna get there it's gonna take me a fossil maturi I don't know where I'm going it could be out for all I know it could be taking me for an ice cream I could be having a Mr whippy sat on a bar bench you never know but anyway I'm on my way to see ya we're gonna do another job with an hour let's go do you know what I know what I'm like when I speak to people that have got a broader accent than me or as broad I can sometimes go a bit more abroad so it is gonna have an absolute nightmare trying to edit this one to himself yes we had all this out barbecue up chilling so there he goes there's a job for you there odd job I'm driving our job sure all right guys sure guys what what it's all about this with Alpha so you know there's alfield I don't know I think I think a lot of people know at home like you get you get a bit bored of doing the same thing and sometimes things don't work out the plan so yeah exactly or or you get sacked from a mechanic shop you're putting a random black and black girl all right I mean this or just in any day in life uh task but I fight fast up on me off and I put me on by I can get up when I want can I be dinner when I'm on yeah I mean bit more free in my lifestyle and my my personality very just do what I need to do with me on time um but I've tried it and it worked for me yeah yeah three or four years but he's got to take it take each day as it comes so in the English Community yeah obviously you've become well known and I know that you did a little bit of TV and not thinking about what you were doing a few years ago yeah that's just my mouth and then when I was like listening again yeah whichever way whichever way it goes It goes sure it obviously wouldn't being up and down with it not being a regular job and I've got whatever I want to do yeah the main thing is if you've got to be a funk shop yeah and then come on yeah these look good I know rape magic where come along we did a few videos with me rating a few bits of forward like this and it's just gone from there and now it's my full time and people love it yeah love it and it's just ordinary people I think I could be your best man I think I could be awesome thank you very much so what have we got here now so we've got this is this is uh I'd like to say world famous but it's more of um it's more of something that I like from clitheroe it's called well it's called the numbers things I call it a pie butty but there's arguments that it's called a wig and wigging Kebab yeah um there's another one called uh what's another one called It's Gold is it a wet bee there's Summit anyway I'm not the only one I call it a fire body and that's what I understand yeah so I've never done one of these well never added I've never done it never had a fireball to make gravy and you've done all these reviews yeah yeah you can get fish and chip shops I think even Chinese you might do it yeah I think well then they're gonna get Chinese chip shops don't you so maybe that's why right but I'll have sweetest swim sour chicken out there all right big love I love sweet and sour chicken problems right sure yeah you'll even faster as well I do yeah you know like you've got like a wetherspoons a restaurant yeah I like mixing my mustard and mayo together I've never done that that's the Mayo mix it together and it's great you get like a different Turtle because it's quite strong and that kind of melts out a bit but I quite like the flavors of a mustard and the mayor together maybe maybe you guys might think differently but well when I go to a fish shop I like to put gravy on my fish which is like a parsley sauce they don't have gravy that's weird yeah so you go down there and you say I could have chips and gravy and they look at you like like you're an alien yeah really that yeah and then and then you're thinking to yourself why are they not having gravy because you can't beat it on a Sunday dinner but they won't have it like in a fish and chip shop you'll go in on you and they call it liquor the sauce or whatever so all right before we jump into this I want to let's try I'm out for this stick Canadian first we're going to leave this creme de La Creme yep I like putting a bit of mustard on my stick Canadian right sure I don't want to be touching the odd obviously no I don't you want me right Paul hey look at me there you go Matt you'll grab it for 15 quid for this lot which 30. I don't think 13 yeah oh look at that onions mushrooms seasoned up and thin at Steak Canadian how it should be do you like egg mutties do you like egg just like egg egg butties or not you know what because I'm addicted to him just egg boxes no I don't like egg Mayo that's not my thing no uh I could eat an egg butter but I prefer a bit of bacon or a bit of sausage with it as well oh yeah [Music] so they're seasoned up with a bit of pepper as well yeah you can taste like don't you know audience or mushrooms are cooked well that Bread's lovely nice and soft in it okay some some places do the bread don't they are all night fresh like they get this bit that morning so maybe that's why it's a fresh a lot of these cafes will know about they'll have it delivered um but with these stick Connecticut what I find with these is if they cook right which this one is beautiful and soft because it's so thin you get the taste of the steak you get the taste the onion in the mushroom as well if it's a big bit of steak sometimes it can overpower it oh the bread of here but yeah I like that um I'm in front of that oh we're both quiet right the mouth burning so beautiful little chips what's up before we're getting took the Bible to watch it lands what field to them um just as well for now just to keep going and just keep doing it I saw you last week when you were on yeah yeah I don't know but obviously I'm new videos like yourself and people are enjoying them so the future were to be carry on that Championship let me try and do it well I've got a new film coming out what I've just done right so that'll be out next few months um and but I like doing something like this like intending people yeah it never puts a smiley latched egg yeah he isn't easy it never puts a smile on his face camera man I smile when you have a bit of this bottle after you've done that camera they don't get on no I do uh it does have a bit look see we're gonna go up with him guys right let's let's have a right oh yeah do you know what are you look at him you put napkin you've got a top full of batteries I'm just worrying about a bit of gravy I love it just protected jaina from wiping hands on top and then it puts it on just because I grab it got me then right it is a sloppy one in it yeah no always look at that come off that now um well I've only recently started putting gravy on though you know yeah only recently I never stop gravy with you but I thought one day I'm gonna try and put gravy on it because maybe at your gravy with your pie when you have pie and gravy with chips I thought why not try it with the with the Kebab in I mean with the with the fire and the bomb yeah it's a nice chef mother a beautiful picture but it's a big look guys full of stuff in there meeting today nice big thick pie nice bit of pastry crust and again beautiful bread cake now it makes a difference that the bread makes everything about it yeah most meals yeah when you have a sandwich sometimes but most of the time it is all about the bread and how the bread is buttered sometimes I think butchers are amazing yeah in the food but a lot of people just go off with it now with this a lot you know if you're a businessman with this autumn this probably won't be ideal for you or a first date yeah well you never know it depends I know yeah [Laughter] but what it is is I love messy food and I used to always say right there you know the best the best friend you ever had when you were a kid with your fish fingers chips and beans because you throw it up well yeah it's all down your place and then we get told all right Paul how are you doing what you were talking well for that it's a bit weird this people keep up north in him I play football with you don't we oh there you go I've got to say done it for me well I mean I have it a lot but for me this is like when I'm in the element so this is your favorite this is better than a roast dinner for me better than a roast dinner for me it's just because it's like a dinner and it's okay well one of my favorite meals is a roast dinner I love local girls but I'm not getting it it probably is coming up close because of the gravey element that is the meat the pastry in that bread in that breadboard absolutely spots on so we're gonna have to rate it now so if you watch an attic I'm gonna have a bit of gravy on this sandwich yeah have you got those buns love any buns after school yeah thank you very tired kid these School kicks anywhere for me unbelievable now when I was unbelievable when I went to school I will still love just bums cakes the jam sponge treacle sponge and then they also change the color of the custard so you'd have a chocolate custard and hit normalcy custard and that was it for me that oh man so like this kind of sponge cake covered in custard yeah but I've had these before we've got little cafe start making these little back to school buns and they're just nice aren't they yeah I'm not really a cake mum but now in there I mean sometimes yeah but sometimes places like this they're overlooked because they're on an industrial estate yeah they're away not a lot of people will come now thank you very much thank you thank you my dear all right thank you not a lot of people have come down because they think it's just you know like quickly just for Whitman yeah yeah yeah and it's not you can get some really tasty things like I said that that sandwich that's it that's that Canadian full of flavor thirsty for me a nice messy dinner all right so we'll try this and then we'll give it a raise sure see it see in my job I have to try it all right yeah just crack on so what you do is just swap it on that's what you're doing see people like me you aren't that right yeah it's just you want it to get it cleared off you covered in gravy now why yeah right there we are oh that's a nice moist sponge in it it feels amazing all right I like to break it up on me and see what it's like when it comes comes apart it's nice and moist in there no hot shot oh yeah a beautiful soft sponge cake we're just about there right now yeah because sometimes can be too thick it's cake to nice and a bit like that a bit like wet wedding cakes like they've got loads of icing I'm not really a bit massive fam yeah when it's more of like the sponge what's the main flavor then that's the sweets that like the sweet spot on top yep perfect I like I like ice fingers me virtual times when you go and they've got it that thick on top it's too much because it sticks to your teeth if it sticks to the top of your mouth but that's just right nice bit of flavor yeah I'm enjoying it right go on the main bit so before we do you have said that you've got your own channel and you said that you're looking at doing stuff in filters or people where they find you is it on YouTube um what are they putting in is it Outfield and all that yep that off your job right or even sing you a song I like singing George yeah I have to too you should see them villains too you'd be surprised the things you do when I'm cleaning windows love it we've got a bit of George foreign push bike you see me coming from down the street a three-piece sofa earner ensuite it's a wooden a lot of junk mail I've just found out I like my new whale choose to get me dinner I bought pie filled with a pig's ear with me Wheels eight turning I'm not just yeah I get a bit giddy when it comes to food so when I'm on my way I like think of where I'm going and try and make a bit of a song open up but I always obviously normal songs and I just mix their words up so it worked well you came and you did told me your jobs you cleaned out my dreams a million Sills yeah painted and white yeah well good wouldn't it because they come they come to me these songs and I don't I don't even make them up sometimes so I went to a one that sticks in my mind I did a burger place in Leeds called slap and pickle yeah I guess I can feel this I'm going up yeah so I'm driving my van and I'm going slap me pickle up slap my pickle up slap me pick you up and it just sort of took off and and they're like it I think they're going to use it as a theme tune to be honest I can't see foot of it but you do what you got to do right right sure wait can I first review me bro you'll reveal your bill very nice flavorful mouth-watering no I mean I want uh bruising a bit more time but I'll give him that about probably 7.5 give it as a whole there's a whole thing for the whole whole enough milk just enough milk with your pie in your chips or anything we're a bit cold but maybe it's a bit Breezy now yeah maybe the temperature's gone down a bit but all in all all on the food yeah the food so do it as a whole pie butter for me it's gonna be a 9.5 every time right nine point nine point five nine point seven somewhere in that range stay Canadian I think that was a reasonable the bread was beautiful the state was World Cup season right for me 8.5 out of 10. sponge Cake's one of them it's about it's the perfect moisture yeah nice and dry well you can't say nothing about it I reckon eight nine oh it's Ash in it nine nine seven nine yeah you're just gonna say how you feel yeah but you know what it is but other than they've done it you know you you know more you try more food than me like I just I'm not really like you've got my experience and I mean yeah so when I do all of you I how I do it is I take into consideration the staff yeah what they like when I'm ordering out there obviously the food the cost of the food how much is it costs and we've got two Bible teas we've got steak sandwich and chips got two cakes a little and a bottle of water so I think you know price wise price point I think that's bang on especially for somewhere around here yeah you know people can come out and get some from the job uh but yeah I I agree with you know the chips they just they're just standard chips you know from someone you'd expect like this the the state Canadian like I said that lots of seasoning there beautiful a bit of steak in there onions and mushrooms cooked perfect the pie butter that's an experience for me all right nice bit of gravy on there the although the bread come apart you've got allow a bit of time for the sat here chatting as well and it's soaking it and it's in the gravy yeah that's another thing what you've got to take into places the cake nice bit of cake so for me I I will be saying on price point and for the food I've had I've enjoyed it I'd be giving that as a whole for the whole thing I'll be giving it a nice solid nine if you'll keep coming back down here well this is well and it's it's been known for a good review this place yeah yeah it's got a five I also it's got this it's got a five hygiene rating as on it looks all right that's Chloe oh you love you all right yeah yeah so it's extremely there and he's like I'll take you to somewhere where I go and it's just his mum this is going on his mum's got pinning it yeah oh yeah no but as long as you're happy with it honestly she this woman graphs so much yeah when she comes home finishes here starts early she's straight into the kitchen and she's baking yeah what I was saying to outfit was is his place is like this what I found is is that because they're off on Industrial estate a lot of people one of the people that work here it'll come down and they think it's just going to be like really greasy old style food yeah and it's not so it's quite nice to come and I like to find places like this where you can get you know old-fashioned you know fold and then Summit a bit weird yeah yeah he's all right in it yeah it's all right yeah no but I wish you all all of you the best so thank you thank you no what is right guys I'll see you next
