today I am in Compton with Compton Superman CT Fletcher from the parks to the backyard gyms we're going to see what it's like to work out and what's considered one of the most dangerous cities in America we are in Compton time to meet the guys and workout let's go the boys what's up how you doing baby you all right I'm Jesse TD right of course what's up man D nice to meet you dere body right I don't know if I should be excited though born and raised in Compton CT is one of YouTube's Fitness ogs known for motivating people through some of the world's hardest workouts known as the competent Superman he's going to push me to my absolute limits should we be worried at all hell yeah is he going to punish us he's crazy man oh baby all right so so I do want to surprise you with one thing I figured if we're going to be in Compton and we're going to be doing a Compton workout man has to wear the correct attire oh cuz I'm Straight Out of Compton baby oh does this make me tough we uh should I not wear this we we we'll see if you make it through the workout then you can you might be able to wear them mother I was itching to begin our first workout and be yelled at by the CT Fletcher the first workout is going to be push-ups and it was a good thing I was surrounded by hardcore people who would push me to my Lim how many you think you got in your system like two two okay that's more than enough now the only difference and the way I do pushups and probably the way you do push-ups is you go up and down on my command if I don't say up then you stay your got down there till I do Jesse are you ready I am born ready you know what Jesse I'mma wipe that smile off your mother face if it's the last thing I do today the reality of what I had gotten myself into had finally hit me and in museville right now that's what he calls it AKA a Compton backyard gym literally so growing up in Compton and you were always training in backyard gyms like this right definitely okay what was your favorite part about that sort of training uh it was the camaraderie the goal was to be the baddest or the biggest baddest pig in the Barnard that that's what you guys called yourselves well we use pig iron so okay the biggest pig was a hog okay so if you left the uh left the backyard you out did everybody else then you were the hog see a hog today we going to see I'm going to transform into a hog once I get that P Not only was he home gym known for some of the most iconic YouTube workouts of all time it also contains oh my God this is the coolest thing I've ever seen bro bro this car is insane training I I seen a a cover of Ebony magazine and it had Chris Dickerson on the cover it was Mr America and as little kid that's what did it I said I want to be Mr America be on the cover of that magazine just like that guy look them goddamn Mount bpas that's some good bicep Peaks young man what would you say for those that don't have you know maybe the availability of a gym maybe they don't have the funds to get a membership what do you say to them if they if they want to transform their body and life nobody had a gym membership uh when I was coming up uh the backyard usually look like this everybody would throw in or some all none of the plates matched in other words you make do whatever the hell yeah it's clear why CT is as influential as he is it comes down to his ability to motivate people and to push them regardless of what equipment they have around them she is Jack I think you're bigger than me what the hell as well he knows how to inspire a competition amongst each other to bring out the best of ourselves how the backyard workouts go down yep what the hell right I tried to get him so to wrap up today CT had one final workout in store for us which meant one final opportunity for me to become the hog I want this workout to make me compt and strong oh what do you think we have tension or Marathon Marathon heads is Marathon tails is tension ready either way you're screwed either way CT Fletcher Superman of Compton Hils tension all right okay I think you looked that everyone tension 20 sets of bench press starting at 235 lbs where after completing 10 reps I perform a drop set until I reach one dime per side from there I'll build back up to the starting weight for a total of 200 reps this is going to be painful yeah yeah bite the pillow I think he drug some meat off his I think he just broke my back who yes sir one two three 9 10 strip oh God that's awkward as hell good thing is Jesse don't get no heavier than that man y more half there backyard
